in the midst of a large, dangerous mission, the avengers realise you're not there and stark refuses to go back as it may 'interrupt' the mission. being buckys closest friend on the team and the women he'd kill and die for, he dosent let it go.

"We cant just go back!"

stark yells over gunshots and screams.

"It will mess up the mission, and we have to win this!"

natasha and Steve share a worried look. the team adored you, but if they went to find you it could risk lives.

Bucky didn't care about these lives. Strangers lives. He didn't even know these people, so why would he put them above yours.

He stands in the middle of the battlefield, staring at steeve anxiously.

"Buck if you think for one seco-!"

He calls as bucky runs away from the scene, back into the hydra base. The only thing going through his head was you, knowing once hydra has someone, especially someone as powerful and gorgeous as you, they won't let go, he refused to let this happen, not today, not ever.

The crash of the metal doors bursting open echoed off the empty walls, the building was old, falling apart, however held information that could end states, countires even.

"BUC-"

he hears a faint scream that's quickly muffled, then a thud and restrained gasps and calls.

"Buckk- mmph- bbbb--"

Another crash.

buckys eyes widen, who the fuck does this man think he is.

another bang, followed by a pained yelp.

He wanted to run and grab you, but he knew he'd be a fool to act without a plan. He needed to know exactly where you were and how to get there fast.

"And what are you doing back here, bucky, hm?"

I hear a familiar agent mock.

"Back for more fun? we could do with you back.. I've missed you, buck..."

my body stiffens as I feel the women's hand run down my arm.

"Let her go"

I spit, staring daggers into the women.

"Or what!?"

She chuckles as she replies in a high tone.

"she was the only one who got the stone... and you all just left her... all to prove your little gang as powerful."

my eyes narrow.

"I'm here arnt I?"

the women looks up at me, a smile tugging at her lips.

"You're different.. you love her.."

my breath hitches, but I don't deny it.

"Which will make it so much more fun when we kill her"

Her laugh haunts my ears.

"you wouldn't."

I shout, before feeling large arms on my shoulders.

"say bye lover boy..."

she laughs, which quickly fades to a gasp once I wrap my metal arm around one of the security mens necks, throwing him into a wall and then hitting the other one, who then fell to the floor with a loud thud.

"I'll kill you.. I'll kill the lot of you!"

I groan, the women slowly stepping away from me.

"Let her go."

She shakes her head, just as i throw her to the floor, holding a gun to her so she's unable to stand again.

"where is she?"

I say, my throat tight and my hair a mess.

No reply.

"i said where is she?!"

I say banging a fist into the table beside me

"f..fith floor... 3rd room"

The women whimpers.

I tilt my head before grabbing the women by her collar.

"Wasn't that hard was it, hm?"

time skip.

by the 5th floor, I had knocked at least 12 agents cold, letting some relief of revenge due and overdue.

The feeling of fury re boils in my stomach however when I see her, tied to a chair helplessly, her nose and lip bleeding, her eye bruised and scratches covering her body. Her eyes were red, tearstained and puffy.

it made me sick thinking of what could've happened if I never came back.

what they would've done to my girl.

I broke open the doors, swiftly getting the agent who was guarding her in a headlock, throwing him to the floor with a few blows to the head.

I was too late for security to not hear his call for backup.

4 men arrived at the door.

"On the floor!"

One shouts, the other getting out a gun.

I slowly went to get down, only to duck under an agents arm and headbut him from the side. I then took the gun off the agent on my left, swinging it around his head and then hitting the other one. My arm wrapped around the last mans neck as he gasped, scratching at the vibranium before he aswell was dropped to the ground.

I didn't hesitate to rush to her side, untying the silk in her mouth, my heart shattering as I hear her sob.

I continue to untie her from the chair, then letting her fall weakly into my arms.

"I'm sorry.."

She cries, gasping for air as the tears strangle her.

"I.."

her body's shaking against mine, she's ice cold and in complete shock, struggling to get out her words.

"I'm here doll, I'm not going to let anything happen to you, I've got you."

I whisper softly, attempting to calm her nerves, rocking her in my arms as I kiss her forehead.

She just nods, wrapping her small arms around my waist.

"You've got me..."

I hear her mumble, a shakey sigh of relief escaping her cracked lips.

I take her chin in my hand and gently lift her head up to look at me, locking eyes with her scared ones, before kissing her lips softly, my forehead then connecting with hers.

"And I always will..."

lokis fiancé has always struggled with her endometriosis, the pain leading her every month to passing out, throwing up or sometimes even in hospital and he dreaded knowing there was nothing he could do, but he finds a way.

this is for all my endometriosis girlies , as someone who has it themselves I wish it was spoke about more and that doctors didn't neglet it so much, getting forced to go on the pill and never given a remedy since 10yrs old is a horrible experience. Loki's pov

I had arrived late from the mission I had so desperately been trying to get back from after seeing the 4 missed calls and 18 text messages left from my fiancé. I couldn't check the messages, being in a jet so high up there was only little WiFi, which was all being used by stark, so I sat in the back anxiously, merely muttering a word as i begged the trusted gods above me to keep her safe before I get to her.

I knocked gently before bursting into our bedroom, I was frantic and worried, adrenaline rushing through my veins before I stilled, seeing her lay on the bed, curled around a hot water bottle. Her face was flushed red, and her teeth were gritted. Her hair was a mess, and the blankets her tangled around her. The pill bottle on the side was empty, and the sickbowl on the other was not.

"heya dove..."

I whisper, slowly coming up beside the bed, pulling down some of the blanket that covered her pale but flustered face teasingly before sitting beside her, bringing her weak form in my arms and kissing her forehead.

"is it your cramps?"

I whisper again, running my hands through her knotted hair, untangling it gently.

She nods slowly against my chest, finally looking up at me so I could see her entire face. It was tearburnt and swollen.

"Oh darling..."

I take her face in my hands, rubbing her cheek softly with my thumb. I lift her up, bringing her further into my lap and wrapping my arms around her waist as they find her lower abdomen, I massage the area gently while kissing her neck.

"This good?"

I mumble and she nods again, leaning against my chest. I felt the guilt twist in my stomach that I wasn't able to get here earlier during her flare up, I was proud she managed to find her medication and get herself a sickness bowl, but the thought of her having to do all that while in absolute agony, then to be sick without me to hold her hair and rub her stomach, i never wanted to leave her side again.

"I was fine."

I hear her croak out.

"I don't always need my knight in shining armour my love, I know how to take care of myself."

I let a sigh of relief before kissing her neck, still massaging her lower stomach.

"I know princess, I just worry."

She chuckles, turning her head up to kiss my lips, then laying between my legs, her head resting on my chest, humming as I eased the tension in her belly.

It didn't take long for her fall asleep on top of me, and not long for myself either once switching off the crystal lamp beside us.

your pov 2:27am

I sat up, taking in the shadows of darkness that surrounded me as I reached across my lover's body to turn on the bedside lamp.

my hand flies to my mouth as I let out a groan of pain, not at all wanting to wake loki up, then slipping out of his embrace towards the bathroom until I realised the sheets and my brand new baby-pink nightgown.

'shit shit shit'

I mutter, stood in the middle of the dimly lit room, clutching onto my stomach as tears begin to well in my eyes.

I cover my mouth with both my hands now, pressing hard to stop the sobs escaping. The pain was unbearable as I held onto my dresser, my new gown and sheets were stained crimson, loki layed right next to the mess on our mattress, I had no medication left and I would not make it down the stairs to make myself a bottle.

wake him up.

I kept telling myself, but I couldn't bring myself to do so.

Before I could act upon a single thought, however, a wave of nausea crashed over me as the pain stabbed at my stomach, feeling as if my uterus was collapsing in on itself. I desperately ran to the toilet, holding onto the seat and puking into the bowl. My stomach churned and tightened as I gagged.. another meal rising up my throat.

Every spiralling worry stopped when I felt his hands run through my hair, pulling it out my face and using the band that was in just in his hair to tie mine in a tight ponytail.

He knelt beside me, rubbing my back and whispering things I couldn't make sense of at the moment with the pain still cursing me.

"Loki..."

I sob, gagging over the toilet but not being sick.

He continued rubbing, kissing my head and making sure I'm sat comftable, I didn't even realise how he had put me in his lap.

"nghh.."

I groan, holding onto my stomach, my hands gripping and the area and pulling and pushing, I didn't know what I was doing but I just wanted the pain off... I couldn't bare it...

"Lokiiiiii"

I groan again, my voice strained in pain.

"P...please"

My voice cracks, tears spilling down my cheeks. Once he realised my scratching hands, he pulled them away slowly, replacing them with his own and massaging again.

I let out a whimper of pain.

"Shhh shh shh... trust me my darling, just relax"

He coos, rocking me side to side in his arms.

My eyes suddenly widen as I feel his palms heat up to the perfect temputure as he continues kneeding my skin.

I whine, leaning against him, the pain fading with every movement of his huge hands that now had mine wrapped around them. He dosent stop, just whispering words of affirmation in my ears and swaying me with himself as my eyes began to flutter shut, my body finally feeling at ease and calm.

"That's it..."

I hear him whisper as he lifts me in his arms, hands still on my belly..

"You're okay love, ive got you"

He says as he lies me in a bed, the sheets changed and fresh, and a new nightgown dressing my body with the flash of a small green light.

How he does it I will never know but I do know that him, and his mother's parenting, will always be there to guide me through terrible nights like this.

"I love you Lo..." I whisper as I feel my body sink into the mattress and a kiss on my lips, large arms wrapping around my waist.

"I love you more, my darling.."

He replies with another kiss, then turns the lamp off, keeping his hands on my abdomen throughout the early morning till dawn.

When Loki started to move, you started to feel incredibly hot. At first, his movements were tactical and slow, but then they became more... intimate. dating loki in a nutshell

hair

loki would be obsessed with you hair and would probably be touching it with any chance he gets. he would always offer to wash it and braid it, style it or to even just run his hands through it. It would also work both ways, loki would love it when you played with his hair.

physical touch

this man is touchstarved. he will never be able to keep his hands off you, no matter where you are. he'd love hugging you from behind and nuzzling into your neck, taking in your sent, holding you as he sleeps, holding hands. He also would always have you in his arms or lap.

consent

Before loki does anything, this being touching or doing things for you, he would always ask, unless he knows 100%, you are okay with it. he's very strong on consent and always listens to your feelings and checks you're comftable even if you say something is fine. If you change your mind or refuse he will immediately stop and make sure everything is okay.

reading

he loves music and deffinatly has a viynal and cd player in his room. He likes all genres depending on the mood he's in, and he is the type of person to play his music loud enough for the whole of Asgard to hear. You've introduced loki to many 'midgardian' artists such as lana del rey, amy winehouse, artic monkeys, the weeknd, billie eilish, and rihannah and he loves them, especially the older artists such as Bowie, Queen, ABBA, Elvis and Harry James. Loki also has quite a soft singing voice himself, and you'd often catch him singing or humming to songs. After a lot of persuading, he'd sometimes sing you old norse lullabies his mother used to sing to him to help you sleep.

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and I apologise for not posting in quite a while.

I have begun writing a book on Wattpad named "Shattered: lokis story" which is a book about Lokis' teenage years, including relationships, his family, breakups and so much more.
