shoutout to mixed origin/multigenic/traumaendo/etc plurals whom use the label(s) not because different members have different origins, but because individual members come from a combination of multiple origins. Members that're both neurogenic & traumagenic deserve respect! Metagenic thoughtforms are important! Adaptive paragenic members deserve recognition! Not every plural member has just one origin affecting their appearance here - labels are descriptors, not cages!

Can you explain dissociative amnesia to me like I’m five
Okay so. There’s a few kinds, we are going to explain the most common terms:
Blackout: there is no memory, just a gap of time. This can range from a few minutes, hours, days, months, and even years.
Greyout: This is like you remember somewhat, just not super well. This is kind of a spectrum. It can range from barely remembering something, to having a decent amount, but it’s still very blurry and details are missing.
Emotional: This refers to you can remember it, but it doesn’t feel like it was you. Like a movie you watched.
Systems of any origins can experience these, although not every system will experience amnesia.

Here’s some positivity for mixed origins systems!
Systems of ALL sorts from ALL origins deserve to be uplifted and respected with their voices heard and acknowledged in this community. Of course, this absolutely includes mixed origin systems, multigenic systems, and any system with more than one origin! On this blog we love and cherish mixed origins systems - and this one’s for y’all!
🌺 Shoutout to systems who have multiple xeno origins!
🌼 Shoutout to systems who are tired of being told by others that they’re “only traumagenic” or “only endogenic!”
🌷 Shoutout to systems who coined their own terms to describe their experience with having multiple origins!
🌻 Shoutout to headmates with different origins than the rest of their system members!
🌸 Shoutout to systems who identify as mixed origins, multigenic, traumaendo, or some other term to describe having more than one system origin!
🌺 Shoutout to systems who often feel left out of plural spaces because of how their system presents!
🌼 Shoutout to systems who are questioning whether or not they’re mixed origins!
🌷 Shoutout to systems with multiple origins who don’t use labels at all for how their system formed!
🌻 Shoutout to mixed origins systems whose spirituality, neurodivergencies, disabilities, and life experiences contributed to their plurality!
🌸 Shoutout to traumagenic systems who created daemons, thoughtforms, imagians, paros, willomates, or other created headmates!
🌺 Shoutout to systems who started out endogenic, but who had traumagenic headmates form later in life!
🌼 Shoutout to systems who love being mixed origins and are proud of the different origins that caused their system to form!
No matter how many origins your system has, know that you are a welcome, important, and cherished part of the plural community just the way you are! Mixed origins systems have always been and will always be integral members of the plural community.
Please try to treat yourself and your system with kindness and respect! You provide a unique, treasured perspective to the plural community, and we are honored to be able to share this space with you! Thanks so much for reading, and take care!

People that fakeclaim with the pretense of "you're only doing this online, it's roleplaying" baffle me, mostly because like... These people do realize the people behind the blogs they interact with have lives outside of the internet, right? Like tangible ones in physical space? We're still existing as plural offline with all the benefits and complications that brings. We're reminded over and over again that fakeclaimers do not see us or know our lives. They don't know the times another member has been laughing their ass off or sobbing their eyes out in front, when our host feels no emotional connection to the situation at all. They don't know the money we allocate towards non-hosts' interests and styles, nor the feeling of physical sickness in the body when a fictive dwells on their source trauma. They don't know we have many fronting/activity habits that have nothing to do with the internet. They don't know how we feel when we know we're not alone at night because we're able to remind each other it's going to be okay.
They don't know our personal lives. They don't know the intricacies of our private existence. We are real even when the eyes of others are not on us. Fakeclaimers will never have power over us again.

Doorkeeper
A subset of protector, a doorkeeper's job is to guard the perimeter to a dangerous innerworld location, and ensure no member goes in, and that nothing escapes.
