Genuinely how do really large systems (especially ones w/ over 1000 alters???) Count their alters

I'm not asking in an 'I don't believe it' way I just don't understand, because we are nowhere near that large and still have no idea what our alter count is, and never have been able to tell, even when the number was, from what we knew, less than 20 (still don't know if that was even remotely accurate at the time or it was just our bad communication and memory barriers in action)

We have never been able to count and just had to estimate. And a lot of times we can't even estimate, we don't have a clue.

What's the most common alter name what's the name you can say to a system and they'll be like "yeah I know that guy he's me" (gender neutral)

Does anyone know of any system questionnaires that people have posted? Not surveys or things that take you to another tab, not ask games either. Just little questionnaires to fill out whenever?

as the host of a , very recently discovered system, does anyone have tips for being unfrontstuck? I think denial may be getting in the way. The closet weve ever gotten to someone else fronting is co-fronting vs co conscious, but ive never been able to reach inner world, which has lead to quite a lot of doubt. I am not sure how to fully switch

Serious question: so one of our alters is a Bambi(like we listened to the bambisleep files and she ended up sticking around [and actually helping a lot of us get past the supressive mask that kept us from really acknowledging who/what we were]) and like as much fear mongering as there is around how "bambi can cause or significantly worsen DID, most of the bambi community seems to dismiss plural bambies and generally be weird about the validity of plurality. But like where does the plural community fall on Bambi?

Idk how to do this well but does anyone have experience with dying. Or I guess forced integration? I stopped being a separate thing. 6 months passed now I’m a separate being again. I’m not exactly who I was and I do not know who I am. Like a Lego broken and made again but certain bricks are swapped out for a different set. But I resemble the vague form? Im just lost.

Around 1.5% of the population has DID, around 4.1% of the population has some variation of OSDD-1, that makes 5.6% of people that have these disorders, almost six percent!!

That's not even counting undiagnosed or non-disordered systems!!

I would argue that at least around 10 percent of the world has some for of disosiative disorder resulting in a system, which may not sound like a lot, but think about it

There are around 8 billion people in the world. 10% of 8 billion is at least 800000000 people!! Its not nearly as rare as people think!!

Having a fictive is, kinda weird, and for a couple of reasons.

One minor one I'm gonna talk about is seeing people talk about the source character of that fictive in some negative way where it's just. Like on one hand it ultimately doesn't even matter and you aren't even mad about it cause like, everyone has their own opinions on a thing and they aren't actually talking about your fictive, they probably don't even know they exist, etc.

But on the other hand there's also this faint feeling in your heart that's just like:
