I don’t think people understand privacy with systems, especially around headmates that are minors.
I find it so infuriating when people dig for everyone in our system, especially when they question about the littles, because no, we won’t share that with a random stranger online.
Think about how people dislike family vloggers and generally encourage people to not show their kid’s faces and names online. Same concept, but the kid was also previously horribly traumatized.
With our system we don’t share any headmates that aren’t adults online unless they are both teenagers or older and also are anonymous. It’s about being a responsible adult and keeping children safe, especially with online spaces being the way that they are.
Different systems share different amounts about their littles and headmates who are minors, and that is their decision and their business! Respect that as well.
Systems deserve respect in what they share about their younger headmates with the world, and I am so tired of getting poked at to publicly share these things. We are allowed to have our privacy. Nobody is entitled to your or others personal information, no matter what.

Raver / Raving alter
requested by our system
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A raver is an alter that display aggressive behavior towards the system or/and people outside it. Unlike some interpretations of persecutors, they aren’t trying to help and they aren't ''misguided protectors''. Their nature is destructive or simply careless and act based on their feelings, impulses, urges, desires or believes. This role is not made to "demonize" persecutors, is a self assigned role that some of our alters use due to them being uncomfortable with the term "misguided protector".

fuck endos who “help” others “discover” their system or trauma. also fuck this one specific endo who told others my trauma as their own for pity, endos who think they’re saviours or gods of system spaces need to shut up and die they’re the worst kind of people.
The ones that try and “help” others just don’t… they need to stop. It’s causing a lot of people to start thinking “hey, I’m an endo” and then like… make genuine systems just not realize “oh, there’s an actual term for me and I do have trauma”
Endos also using DID/OSDD system’s trauma as an “example” of theirs (when they don’t have any) is also fucked up. That isn’t their story to tell and them doing that is beyond disgusting.
Endogenics and non-traumagenic systems are vile. And, yeah, they’re not saviors or gods. Just because they want to cherry pick and mock a disorder doesn’t mean people are going to like them.
Also the ones that say “well your trauma is a privilege” are disgusting as well. It’s not a privilege. Stop fucking faking and mocking a disorder so you can get pity points. Go find out what’s causing you to do things like this and stop coming into system spaces that are meant for SYSTEMS.

There should be a website/wiki specifically for anti-endo system terms, like Pluralpedia but without endogenic junk.
If anyone makes that, let us know cause that would be awesome!

shout-out to people who fit the demonised DID stereotypes seen in movies & other media:
if you have violent &/or aggressive alters, i love you.
if you have complete blackout amnesia between alters, i love you.
if you have little to no communication between alters, i love you.
if your switches are overt & "distressing to witness", i love you.
if you've ever been called "scary", a "freak", or even "evil" for how your DID presents, i love you so much.
your experiences are real. you do not have to sugar-coat your disorder to make it more palatable for others. your brain helped you survive as best it could, so i hope you will find peace & healing when the worst is over. 🤍

DID is simultaneously the most subtle, ambiguous disorder while also being the most intense, all-encompassing, extremely-personal-because-it-affects-fundamental-perceptions-like-memory-and-identity-at-all-hours-of-the-day disorder of all time.

Shoutout to systems (highly specific version):
- Systems who feel like they're faking because they have memory keepers with horrible memory because the body has multiple other disorders that affect memory
- Systems who have abuser introjects who are really kind, nice and nothing like source
- Systems with struggling gatekeepers that barely can do their job
- Systems who have in-system romantic and/or sex life
- Systems who feel like their headspace is ever growing and expanding like the fabric of space
- Systems who have low-tolerance to stress and end up splitting a lot because of it
- Systems who have high-tolerance to stress and still don't know why they're splitting so much
- Systems who have a healthy family dynamic internally even though their actual family dynamic is not healthy
- Systems with morally questionable in-system dynamics
- Systems who physically turn around as a way to look at their headspace
- Systems with lots and lots of in-system pet NPCs
- Systems who despise fried eggs

One of the less noticeable but very annoying signs of DID in us is the Sudden Opinion Change.
In minor instances I can go from loving a video game and then having no interest in it and often no memory of how I felt playing it the next day.
In more common and problematic instances, it's yearning for a person and then absolutely despising them 3 hours later without interacting with them at all.

I think a system thing that fails to be represented is how difficult basic hygiene can be, simply because mirrors are so scary. it's hard to look at a reflection that isn't yours, acknowledge a body that isn't yours. it's very easy to skip out on things that most people consider easy, like showering or brushing your teeth or washing your face. it's tough, and it's valid to be freaked out by it. go easy on yourself

I’m tempted to take back the plurality tag for here because… I don’t know. Endos using it just makes me feel icky.
Should I? I feel like we should. Cuz I do agree with posts I’ve seen that endo things are made by endos/pro-endos.
And I don’t see how endogenics were around in the 90s lmao
