I need Black sisters centric fics, I don’t want Regulus and Sirius with a side of Black sisters I want Narcissa having to deal with Andromeda being cast out and Bellatrix’s descent into insanity, I want Andromeda having to choose between the man she loves and her family. Honestly I want more Andromeda content in general because this fandom loves LOVES to gloss over her getting disowned because of Sirius. Which is insane to me because Sirius didn’t get disowned until AFTER he ran away (still love Sirius though) while Andromeda got disowned because she married Ted Tonks and then got SHUNNED by her sisters because of it. Bellatrix’s spiral into insanity would be so interesting to read about and there’s so much potential there too.

The Black sisters are so complex and this fandom makes them so one dimensional and or side characters to push Sirius or Regulus’ character development further

Regulus' rings always found their way in James' hands. He would pick them up after meeting him and just walk around wearing them like it was the highest privilege. When Regulus has first asked him why, James told him "whenever someone comments about the rings, it gives me a chance to talk about you" . That was probably the moment he knew, that a life without James Potter is life not worth living. That was also the first memory that flashed in his mind when he was about to die, followed the memory of the ring he bought for a marriage proposal he will never get to go through with.

I have an obsession with Remus, Regulus, and Sirius rn.. but currently, my brain is thinking about Regulus.

I have so many ideas in my head for him. I should probably mention that a lot of my au ideas and headcanons come from what if questions. Like, what if Regulus had warned someone about him getting the dark mark? What if he had told someone, asking for help, only to be ignored and pushed to the side? Left to be forced to take a mark he didn't even want. Forced to deal with his brother “hating” him for something that wasn't his fault. Leaving him wondering what He could've done differently. If he had gone to Sirius first and begged for help, but ultimately decided not to because of his fear of being pushed aside.

In my au, it was Dumbledore that Regulus had gone to for help first. A man Regulus believed to be good, that would help him. Only for Dumbledore to basically tell him that there was nothing he could do or tell him to become a spy. This hit Regulus hard. The man he believed would help him out of this did nothing to help. How could he even begin to hope his own brother would listen to him if Dumbledore wouldn't? So he suffers through everything. Then, when he finds out about the Horcrux, he finally believes he'll be able to do something good and sacrifices himself for the greater good. With no one knowing what he did until years later…

Imagine how Sirius’ and Regulus’ reunion in the afterlife would go.

This is slight Dumbledore bashing.. in my mind, he always seemed to be more manipulative- but still a good character, in my opinion. Anyway. Hope you enjoyed my rambling.. my mind is weird, don't mind me 😅
