hehe, yes.
★ my first event 5-star was nahida, who turned out to be super meta, but i didn't know that at the time. her archon quest was beautiful and sad, she has a very nice voice, and i just wanted to give her the freedom she deserved. despite her tragic past, she's trying very hard to be a good archon, and i respect her greatly for that.
★ yoimiya is the best girl forever, she has the kindest heart of them all, and she's so very brave. one moment she's playing with local children, the next she's busting a political prisoner out of a torture chamber, helping smugglers or publicly showing polite disrespect to the almighty narukami. she's incredible. also, kansai-ben. ♥
★ wanderer's quest has obliterated my initial dislike of the character, suicidal behavior on such scale is simply irresistable.
★ kamisato ayato is a liar, a trickster and a stepford smiler, AND he is voiced by ishida akira! his position in inazuman government is pretty intriguing, too, since his profile plainly states that he is duty-bound to support great narukami, ignoring his own feelings and opinions.
★ xiao has a very interesting character arc as a war survivor. his storyline has great potential for dramatic and/or hopeful character development.
★ baizhu is a snake-carrying highly suspicious doctor with yusa kouji's voice, what's not to like.
★ yae miko's story quest is beautiful, and she speaks that adorable dialect of elderly people, how could i possibly resist!
★ kaedehara kazuha is a pacifist, a political emigrant and a foreign agent an enemy of the state in inazuma. hurt and sadness in his story and voicelines make him pretty relatable. he's a poet and a loner, and he has an interesting and peculiar worldview.
★ zhongli is the bestest, strongest, cleverest, prettiest character in the world, he's an old lizard man, and a god, and a nerd, and a warlord, and a polite highly-educated weirdo, and i don't care one bit about the quality of his shield.
★ childe is a trickster and a murderous twink, and his death flag count is actually higher than xiao's. i have great interest in the future developments of his arc!
★ tighnari is simply the best character in genshin impact, and dehya is super impressive and smart.
★ i'd like to talk about lisa, or ningguang, or yanfei (gods, her voice is pure magic), or faruzan, or kaveh, or beidou, but this post is terribly long as it is.
(that said, keqing still does all the fighting on my account, and the job of all those fine other characters is to hang out in my teapot looking pretty)

Let's say you're 9 years old

They were nice, Ningguang was a little more strict than Beidou, but that didn't matter
Sometimes you got sad because Ningguang didn't let you eat McDonald's for dinner (Beidou was sad too but she couldn't convince her wife that time </3)
Ningguang didn't allow you to have a phone because she claimed you were "too young" and that the internet would traumatize you (and she was right)
Beidou did let you use her phone when nobody was looking
That was a big mistake but let's not talk about it
You would also fall asleep in the car when coming back home after you three went out to eat dinner at night, maybe for a special occasion or something
Beidou would carry you to your bedroom and tuck you in, and then your moms would give you a kiss on the forehead
You would wake up wondering how you were in bed, you don't remember going to your room last night...
If you got bullied, and you got punished for defending yourself, you better expect Ningguang and Beidou to be on the principal's throat

●Hi again. It has been a while, I can only say life has kind of caught me in a loop but I'm back and Ready to continue my hobby of making fics once more.

This is an X Reader insert
I do small fictions, head cannons and Drabbles, any big fan fiction series will be written elsewhere.
•●Rules before Request●•
This is an x reader insert blog, anything to do with character x Character is completely out of the question for me unless it has to do with a poly relations with Said reader. Shipping has never been my thing and will continuously not be.
Reader will out of be gender neutral/Female. Writing for male readers have never been my strong suit and I best not make assumptions or lazily write how I think a man acts since I don't know how they do act in fictional situations.
No Oc or Oc insert, with doing oc it would be a long process of knowing every detail of the oc as well as their personality and then trying to insert it into the story. For Me that a bit of a Hassel to do and would take up to much time to do so I prefer to leave this out for now.
I do take sub or Dom readers, both are fine by me as long as you don't request anything to extreme. I will also let you know if the request is something to uncomfortable to write.
You can request up to 3-5characters or 1 dorms per ask. I wish to keep each ask nice an detailed as possible so I would like to only have a small amount to write for that way i can take time on each one without taking to long on it or half-ass writing it.
I will only write in 2nd person. 3rd or 1st person is a no go for me.
Dark topics are okay, I don't mind writing for them as long as you don't not request anything extremely serious or straight uncomfortable for others or myself.
I can and will delete ask that I straight up refuse to do, I have the will to do so especially it is something I don't agree with or not wanted on my blog. So be be aware of what you request.
Yandere ask are also fine. But be known that I may write them In the way I know them or prefer writing them.
I do take time to write my fictions so will take time for me to post. Since I have a life outside of my blog I will post and get request done when I have my free time, any spamming I will block on-site.
I only ask that each person send a max of 2 ask. As much as I love request everyone deserves a chance to put in a request, any more than 2 ask from the same person will be deleted and ignored.
Minors are out or the question.(unless characters of age 16+ i can count as a romantic interest but nothing more) Unless asking for platonic fic, you might as well not request anything from this blog cause I will not do it.
I do not go by cannon all the time, if I want to ignore cannon rules I will.

have you averted your eyes from the parchment after seeing all my improperness? don’t roll your eyes at me darling, that’s my job. have you been doing well lately? by the time you receive this letter, i should be on my way home. it’s been a lonely year without you, but i’ve enjoyed my stay in liyue. the port city is busy day and night, and the food is just as delicious as rumors say. i’ve sent some recipes with this letter for you to enjoy.
i met lady ningguang during my stay. she’s quite beautiful if i do say so myself. shame that i’m already engaged to you. if you weren’t in inazuma, i would’ve filed a divorce the moment i saw her. net only is she beautiful, she’s also intelligent. those who work directly for are are nothing short of brilliant. i’ve already invited her to our wedding. i figured you wouldn’t mind, given how you can’t say no to me.
liyue aside, have you been taking care of yourself? listen to thoma and rest now and then. i can’t have my fiance collapsing before our wedding can i? if you must pass on early, at least make it after i become kamisato [name]. then all the clan assets will go to me.

october 7th, the almighty shogun raised her blade to the sky, declaring the commencement of the vision hunt decree. storm clouds met all those who tried to flee from ships, wrecking everything on the open waters. not a single ship that left survived. to the horror of the people, they realized that nothing would help them escape. and no one was allowed to enter.
in his study, kamisato ayato slowly came to realize that no ships would survive such storms created by the archon. reality hit, and he could only cry silently in pain, knowing his fiance would never make it back alive.

While moving from job to job to survive, Beidou once met a poor street seller with a sharp tongue. She surely couldn't imagine that, throughout the years, their bond would continue and evolve, until…
❝When she first saw her hanging around the docks, Beidou didn’t think much of it. A chance encounter like countless others, perhaps not even the most fortunate— that’s all there was to it.
Liyue Harbor was home to a multitude of different people, ranging from businessmen to artists, from shady traders to curious tourists. Beidou’s earliest meeting with the crowded atmosphere of the city had been shocking, an overwhelming surprise for someone used to the peaceful life of a humble village.
Moving from the shoal with its white sandy beaches tickling her soles and its skin-scorching sun, Beidou had greeted the hustle of the city with fearsome worship, quivering before that beacon of civility.
The ocean was still the lead scenery of Beidou’s days. Every morning she woke up at dawn, crawled out of the loaned raft she slept in, then rushed to the docks to begin work. As she breathed in the salty scent of the waves and felt the mischievous breeze running through her hair, she observed.
Her eyes scanned the port in search of anything that could mean profit. Her master had been painfully clear in his teachings: scout the area, weed out the people in dire need of help, state your conditions to solve the issue at hand. Make the most of any chance, seize the moment to rise like a star in the night canvas.
Beidou didn’t share the old man’s glorious dreams. When she rolled in bed at night, what lulled her to sleep weren’t fantasies of fame, wealth, or power. Everything her heart craved was already in front of her: the sea, the foam, the boundless horizon. Helping others out wasn’t but a temporary source of income, some savings to someday purchase her own ship.
The road ahead was long and paved with difficulties. Mora wasn’t easy to gather, especially when Beidou had nothing to offer except for her labor. Translating, transporting wares, deliveries… She put on the market everything she could do and everything to her knowledge. Food, water, and a roof above the head were vital, yet didn’t come at a low price— Beidou had to live off the bare necessities to take shy steps towards her dream future.
Being a child was another disadvantage. People often took pity on her, mistaking her for a lost girl. They handed her candy and treats as they would to a stray puppy. Once she explained what she had come for, their attitude shifted: they grew cold, turning her down and running away.
The mantra accompanying her along the journey was a song she had heard from the sailors: “its fins formed the ocean deep, its tail the mountains high” . That image alone, the battle of fishermen and pirates waiting in ambush in the mist, one to flee and one to prey, was enough to push her to cling to her dream for just a little longer.
While days rolled by on the calendar and the age of innocence began blossoming into glimpses of youth, Beidou understood that Liyue Harbor was a place where people tried their hardest. Fishermen sold their loot, children carried silk flowers and violetgrass in baskets bigger than them… She wasn’t alone in her endurance.❞

FAVORITE CHARACTER: !! why would you make me choooose- ayato. lmao!! he's been my main for a long time but like i also really love using zhongli, kokomi, raiden, nahida, and ningguang a lot. yae miko's making her way into my teams more often lately too. I HAVE A LOT OK.
FAVORITE WEAPON: i don't really have a preference?? but i mean you can never go wrong with favonius! the luxurious sea lord is pretty hilarious tho and i do love how free to play friendly the catch is.
FAVORITE ELEMENT: honestly it was geo for the longest time that got me through the game so i'm gonna have to give it to geo, but i think hydro's a close second!
FAVORITE REGION: i always default to mondstadt for like the crafting table and adventurer's guild, it's just so cozy ya know? but i love lantern rite liyue, inazuma city and all the sakura trees, sumeru's lively forests and even the desserts are stunning despite reminding me of hot death. i even like the haunting emptiness of enkanomiya. every region has something appealing about it man.
FAVORITE FOOD: all the ones that restore 30-34% hp tbh, but those mondstadt hashbrowns were definitely a staple in the beginning.
SEELIE COLOR: green! i don't usually like green but there's just something so pretty about this shade of cutie. ♥

There were many in Liyue he’s watched grow that filled him with immense pride as if they were his own children, and Ningguang was easily one of the brightest, so dedicated to achieving anything she set her mind on.
“I do hope this is not an imposition, but on a recent consultation venture to Guyun Stone Forest I’d noticed that some of the valuables from your Jade Chamber had begun to wash ashore and it seemed only right to make certain what I could collect were returned to their rightful owner before any thieves decided to attempt to make a profit off of stolen goods.”

There is a brainrot lingering on my mind since my teacher told us some stories about pirates. Genshin Impact Pirate AU?
We all know Beidou would be the captain for sure, and I also have a feeling that even tho it was all an act, Kaeya might also have some skills. Kazuha would write poems and Venti would sing them. Zhongli would tell stories at night, and I think Ayato and Thoma would be his #1 fans. Diluc would still be a barman, serving drinks to the captain and her fellow drinking buddies; venti, Rosaria and Kaeya. Childe, Kaeya, Venti, Itto, Cyno and Yae would be pranksters and their victims would be probably Xiao, Gorou, Diluc, Jean, Tighnari, Kujou Sara and Ei. I bet they also prepared a prank for Ayaka but they got scared of Ayato and didn't do it.
I'd like to write something for each character but I can't think of something for all of them. Do you want to add/change something? You know me, I always love your ideas<3

Kazuha - Captain Beidou's Right Hand
Xingqiu - Logbookkeeper
Kaeya - Rivaling Captain (because listen, I do think he has Captain qualities, sort of also because of the eyepatch but not only. His charisma just screams Captain to me).
Rosaria - Captain Kaeya's Right Hand (also quite the capable assassin, trained with daggers and used to working in the shadows)
The Fatui - Enemy Raiders & main antagonists
Diluc - Tavern owner (there is not much that changes for him, it's kind of perfect for this AU already imo, upside, he gets all the gossip from the different crews and can gather intel and info on people and for his secret nighttime job where he isn't just a tavern owner).
Venti - Wandering Bard (joins different taverns or ships from time to time and stays with them for a while. It is said that whenever he is aboard a ship there is always sufficient wind and no strong storms or turbulences.)
Ningguang - Wealthiest fleet owner in Teyvat.
Ayaka & Ayato - Traders & Warehouse owners (business inherited by their parents - when they died, it had lost a lot of reputation but Ayato build it up from the ground again. Ayato can be quite intimidating, don't try to scam him while doing business)
Zhongli - mysterious storyteller the crews often listen to when they travel to Liyue (There is some peculiar aura about him but no one can really put their finger on it.)
Itto - comedic relief of the story (seems dumb at first but has a heart of gold and helps his crewmates where he can saving the day more days than you can count)
I think that is all I can up with for now. Really enjoyed this little brainrot. Probably also will have better ideas for some characters later but that's the best my brain can do for now 🤭
