if someone asked you; "what do you think the students see you as?" you'd probably answer, "a wannabe I guess." technically you were sure that you were right about your guess. if there's anything that you'd know about a school that worships villians is that they'd hate someone whose the polar opposite.

which is you, with you basically 'saving' the dorm leaders and all. atleast the person in question didn't seem to pick at you for helping them and not going like 'I don't need your help.'

which is also why you're.. shocked to say the least when some random student you can't say that looks familiar hands you a bouquet of flowers, clearly flushing at your stare. you notice a white envelope tucked into the variety of flowers as well as a box of chocolates.

funnily enough you wondered if twisted wonderland celebrated valentines day on a different month.

albeit the possibly hundred other gazes from the other people. why'd they have to do this in the cafeteria exactly? it would've saved you the trouble if they did it on a more private scale.

you can only smile at them politely. honesty feeling a mixture of embarrassment and shyness cause you've never received such a bold confession yourself. "thank you?" you feel a little bad when they deflate at your short answer to their gifts but nevertheless pleased.

"you're welcome. I tried to pick out the flowers for someone as special as you but it can't compare." they absent-mindedly state. you can't hide the grin on your face, you just met this person and they're already flattering you. it feels nice to be appreciated.

kinda cringe but you take it back this person is really cool.

bystander number 1. who wants to collar that person by anger, along with jealousy then proceed to stomp away. riddle would actually do that but only when you're not around cause you'd probably not be too happy if he punishes your 'friend' and he wants you to see him as the 😇 reliable young lad everyone loves.

suddenly had the will to impress you and one upped everything the other person did. so they got a 49 on the magical analysis test? that's too bad, riddle got 50. get on his level. so they answer correctly only when called? well riddle's voluntarily raising his hand and getting them all correct. oh they can cook?

oh well. he can do everything else better else than cooking so it doesn't really matter. you'd be a fool to choose someone else over him. but he supposes its part of the charm, infatuatingly enough.

bystander number 2 who either just doesn't care or is secretly really mad. knowing leona it's probably the latter because it's leona and if there's something he hates it's probably getting upped by some random person whom he's clearly better than. you must be really blind if you have the audacity to ramble about said person to him.

went really grumpy for the span of days to weeks. ruggie literally would do anything you ask if it meant that leona's gonna be to his old self, lazy sure but he didn't used to place this much work on him!

your fault or not you'd probably also get affected by his drastic change of attitude. bro literally ignored you as well as everyone else, reverting to his mean self but treating you with more bitterness. it's probably not your fault but he doesn't regret a thing because you actually look upset when he pays you no mind. so you do feel something for him 😒😏. flashbacks to kaeya

bystander number 3. who's borderlining between wanting to get depressed then crawl in his octo pot to cry and absolutely ruining everything this random cheap made. I mean, really? those aren't even your favorite flowers! where did they get them, at the nearest dollar store? if he were them he'd give you the most expensive flowers you'd ever lay your eyes on!

and that's what he does actually; literally showed up on your doorstep with a handsome smile and gave you the most prettiest flowers you've seen yet. consider yourself charmed! bro literally made you forget about that other person for days until you saw them like a month later which is kinda bizarre..

the twins don't let you know that azul put them up on a 'job' to keep em' away. but it does use for good blackmail material against the jealous octopus.

bystander number 4. legit doesn't get jealous. kalim literally is just happy that you have admirers like him because you deserve it! he'd be more upset if you didn't have admirers honestly. okay but lowkey though, he isn't trying to compete at all but you receive a large bouquet, definitely much grander than the one you received and a heartfelt letter tucked into it.

how was that person supposed to win you over when kalim does it better?? ok but this is like the jamil situation in book 5 LOL.

if he actually somehow gets jealous he feels bad because he knows he'll do it better ( not condescending /gen ) so he just resorts to trying to win your affection and forgets about not trying then completely overshadowed the other person's previous attempts. bro only spared a 'I feel bad' look then smiling again because yay! you like him better now :)

AKA, the one who knows he'll do better and actually does do it better ( condescending ). vil doesn't even bother doing anything cause he trusts you enough to make the.. correct, choice. you do know that he's one of the most sought off person in the world, right? you'd be a fool to not see that.

okay but maybe he is a little paranoid that you actually will choose them so he actually does put in effort..

I mean nearly everyone is scared terrified of rook right? what's one more person to the count? he totally does not purposely send out rook to stalk them so he can expose them on social media .. or make him stall them somewhere so he has the chance to whisk you away and you losing the ability to see them for this day.. oh well, it's better to just spend it with vil since you're free anyways..

bystander number 6 who was there but actually not there..? physically not present but he was there, somehow.. *looks at camera in the far, FAR corner of the ceiling*. idia doesn't know whether to start crying because you actually looked happy with their CRINGE. confession.. the crying is a more intense period than azul's btw.

or.. actually there's no or, that's just what he's gonna do. close his electronic device, crawl into his bed and cry into his body pillow. fear not. little brother ortho to the rescue! ortho actually suggested destroying any evidence of a 'disappearance' if that poor soul just happened to not be present for years but idia quickly shot that idea down, he actually pondered on agreeing but no way he's gonna let them win by that!

hijacks all their phones, PC's, whatever other stuff so that it's completely off, no other person can fix it besides him. and he's definitely not gonna do that so the person ghosts you for weeks, so you get mad and ghost them irl.. wow his masterplan actually worked. no ortho pls don't force me to 'comfort' them..

he could legit go on and on about every single feature you have, your eyes, mouth, face, shape.. he would present you a microsoft presentation for it if you ask and it literally is godly description type of thing. you could finish listening to one of them and you'd be in TEARS ☠.

I am not the jealous type. Atleast.. I like to think i’m not, others might disagree.

However my boyfriend, Fermin, sure does know how to make me jealous. I know he doesn’t do it on purpose, but it does sometimes (always) get to me when I see him and his ex girlfriend Valerie (who was also his first girlfriend). They broke up about 1,5 year ago and still remained friends.

I honestly just don’t get it, whats her deal? Me and Fermin are perfect for eachother and look great together. No need for her to butt in.

Right now we’re at Lewandowski’s house for a lunch for all Barca players and their girlfriends. Somehow Valerie is here since Pedri is single and he’s good friends with her so he invited her.

Im sitting next to Fermin and right next to him is, ofcourse, Valerie.

I AM a girls girl but I really do fucking hate her, sorry. I feel like she knows whats shes doing and how to get on my nerves. Should I name an example? Right now she is ‘talking’ with Fermin. Any person who doesn’t know them would definitely assume they’re a couple. But they’re not. I am sitting here, talking to no one, while being on my phone just scrolling on Instagram, I don’t know what to do.

I suddenly hear an annoying voice giggle so I immediately look at Valerie. I see her and Fermin laughing together at God knows what and she leans towards his shoulder and rests her head there. What the fuck. Now i’ve seriously had enough of her bullshit. How does Fermin not notice she’s still into him?

I sit here for a minute thinking of all the things I wanna do to her AND him. I decide to not do anything right now and instead I get up and go to Robert Lewandowski, I say goodbye to him and a few of my friends here and grab my jacket. Fermin has the car keys but I do not feel like talking to him so I just walk home. It is a 30 minute walk and as im walking I start to think about everything. I suddenly start crying and text my friend

My tears have stopped and I knocked on Lola’s door. She opens it very quickly and lets me in. ‘Y/n what happened?’ she says and I can’t help but cry again. It might seem dumb to other people but I just really don’t like it when others try to take what belongs to me. ‘Lunch at Lewandowski’s, fucking Valerie getting on my nerves again, Fermin doing nothing.’ I say. We walk into her living room and sit on her couch. She hugs me as she says ‘Boys are really stupid, you know? Especially Fermin. He has such a pretty, smart, amazing girlfriend.’ I don’t know what to say so I just nod and hug her. ‘Do you want to spend the night?’ she asks and I nod again.

We just sit there watching tv and i’ve calmed down a bit. Right now it’s almost dinner time so we decide to cook pasta together. During dinner I suddenly remember I haven’t updated Fermin at all..

‘Do you think I need to text Fermin? I didn’t tell him where exactly I was going.’ I asked, I know I probably should but I don’t know if im ready for an argument. ‘If you’re ready for that you should.’ Lola says. I take a minute to think about it and say ‘I’ll do it tonight.’

It’s currently 8pm and me and Lola are on the couch watching a movie. We’re both so tired that after an hour we accidentally fall asleep. Stupid. I know.

I wake up the next morning and see that it’s 6am. I wake up Lola and say ‘Did I text Fermin? Or did I forget?’ okay now i’m really stressed. ‘Ehm.. I dont know, I think you didn’t’. ‘Fuck!’ I grab my phone and the first thing I see are all his notifications..

Oh my god. I’m so stupid??? I show Lola the texts and she tells me to hurry and go home so I do.

She gives me a ride to my house and right now im standing in front of our door. I hesitate for a second but then I knock and I see Fermin standing there. Before I can even figure out what to do or say he pulls me into a hug and says ‘I’m so grateful you’re okay dont do that again please.’ I don’t know how to react. What I did WAS a bit wrong, but he’s not innocent either. Should I mention that i’m still mad? Or should I just let it slide? But if I let it slide Valerie will only get more and more touchy and comfortable with him..

‘Fermin?’ I say as I pull out of the hug. ‘I left yesterday because i’m so fucking tired of you and Valerie. I don’t know if you’ve ever noticed but that girl is still into you. She knows exactly how she can get on my nerves and she never fails to do so. I don’t want to be that girl to make you pick sides but I would really appreciate it if you, my boyfriend, would see how she’s acting and tell her to stop.’

I can tell he doesn’t really know what to say. Before I can say something he says ‘Y/n Valerie is a friend of mine, nothing more. If she really does bother you i’ll break all contact with her right now because I don’t want you to go away anymore.’ I see him grabbing his phone and I can see he’s removing her number and unfollowing her on everything. I mumble a little ‘Thank you’ and he says ‘If you feel like that again please just tell me and if i deny it keep telling me, alright?’ I nod yes and hug him again.

It’s now a few hours later, 11 pm, and Fermin needs to go to Ciutat Esportiva Joan Camper for football training. ‘Y/n do you want to come along? Your support brings luck.’ he says and I smile and nod yes.

When we arrive there I see my friend Mikky and sit next to her. All of a sudden she says ‘How are things between you, Fermin.. and Valerie?’ I laugh and say ‘Me and Fermin are good now, Valerie is still the same bitch she was before.’ We both laugh while we sit there watching our boyfriends train.

After training, which took them like 3 hours we go home. He says he’s all sore and hurt but im pretty sure he’s just saying that so we can cuddle which I dont mind. I’m sitting on the couch as he lays on top of me.

‘Was fun watching you train today.’ I say as I start playing with his hair, ‘You were talking with Mikky the entire time though.’ he says. I kiss his head as I say ‘Needed to catch up.’ I can hear him hum and notice he’s been getting a bit more tired. I turn on the tv to watch my favorite show and notice Fermin has fallen asleep. I smile and kiss him one more time before fully concentrating on the show.

Saw your comment abt having a long theory/headcanon abt Al and Vox's Alliance/friendship, so like, share with the class, I need to hear every single theory abt them, I'm so normal abt them

Well since you asked~: I think that they not only had an alliance but it was actually ALASTOR that formed it. I know a lot of people think Vox would be the one to approach Al, I don’t think that would work. Vox would either be a nobody or a newcomer at the time they would meet. Al is arrogant and likes to be in control of things. He wouldn’t hear out Vox. BUT other way around makes sense. Alastor could have used the reasoning of “I’m bored and wanna see if alliances are entertaining” or (my theory) “This guy’s power can boost my own and vice versa…plus, I don’t want to do all the boring Overlord paperwork.” Because if the whole “Alastor became an Overlord due to technicality” thing is still canon, then he wouldn’t have signed up for anything but his own goals. Vox was probably atleast kinda interested in Alastor and also saw the potential of teaming. They worked kinda well up until their individual flaws started to bother each other. And no, I don’t think the main reason was: Old vs New. I think it was the conflicts underneath that issue that led to them becoming enemies. Actual conflicts: 1) Alastor is a mysterious loner who likes to keep things close to chest and Vox literally has cameras everywhere and wants to be on top of everything going on. Including with what his business partners are doing. 2) Alastor is arrogant and hates change, especially changing things for others (“People don’t like my radio shows? Don’t care! I do it for myself and those that do like it”) and Vox constantly needing attention and validation due to his own insecurity (“I’m losing viewers?! Quick, what trending right now? Or how can I improve this to be better?”). And finally 3) They both have tempers and think they’re usually in the right.

This also makes me think that it had to be Vox’s fault (Kinda) for the ‘breakup’. Alastor has been shown to be too stubborn to admit when he’s wrong and too tolerant of people doing things he shouldn’t tolerate just because they either get on his good side or are useful to him (*cough* Mimzy *cough*). So he probably would tolerate (to a degree) Vox’s constant need for attention and validation and constant push for fame and change. But, Al also has strict lines in the sand he won’t stand and when they’re crossed he snaps VERY aggressively (Husk touching a secretive matter when he is already pissed off in that hallway scene). So I can easily see Vox ‘improving’ (completely modernizing it or just putting things in there without permission) Alastor’s radio station as being enough to make Al destroy their alliance for good and make Vox look really bad. And this would also explain how the other Overlords see the Vees. Vox got a seat on their table by being buddy buddy with one of the most feared and THE most unpredictable Overlord. But if their partnership failing was seen as Alastor deeming the newcomer as a failure then the other Overlords would see Vox and the other Vees in a similar negative way (“Smug wannabes, who don’t heed when they’ve been warned!” -Carmilla). Because despite Zestiel questioning Alastor and Carmilla’s snide remark, they still treat Alastor (Guy who disappeared for 7 YEARS and hasn’t been doing much after killing other OVERLORDS they probably knew for a longer time) with a lot of respect. Zestiel still gives him proper greetings and more respectfully talks to him versus how he talks to Velvette. And Carmilla, still does welcome him back. He literally sits near the oldest out of all of them and the leader of the meeting. VS Carmilla acting like the Vees were either expected not to show or weren’t even invited. Zestiel rudely interrupting Vel while she’s talking, to point out how she’s wrong without letting her finish. And again, Vel seems to assume the end of the table is for her, as if the Vees are usually seated at the very last spot available. And the Vees have been around for those 7 years gaining more power. Almost like the old-timers once gave the newcomers a chance at the table but they ruined it for themselves. (*cough* one of the most powerful and vicious overlords in a group took one of you under his wing and you somehow ended up destroying that powerful alliance and replacing it with a loud pimp and a rude brat. *cough*)

SO…That my Ted-Talk. I basically do think Al and Vox were a famously good alliance at one point amongst the Overlords but when their flaws got on each other’s nerves and they ‘broke up’ (professionally/platonically), even the other Overlords simply around the two started to pick sides. I.E: Old-timers seeing the arrogance and foolishness of the young blood vs The Vees seeing a bunch of pompous fossils refusing to change for the better.

P.S. This makes me REALLY curious about Miss Zeezi since she obviously is from a more modern era (70s or 90s). Did she somehow get on the Vees bad side and that made the old-timers like her or something? Or did one of the Old guys do what Al and Vox did but make it work this time?

A concept I was yapping about in a server a few months ago I think I should share here copy n paste style bc I kinda cooked w it

Nurf thinking him and Ered were good friends but Ered veiwing him with the same closeness she views the rest of the campbell kids like "yeah we're all friends" but he's like but I thought *we* were friends together, like Nerris and Harrison and Preston? Like Max Nikki and Neil? Like -

"Dude you're just listing parties of three,"

"I'm listing people who were *closer* Ered"

And she's just secretly awkward like wtf do you want from me? What do you want me to say? You were..a different kind of annoying than the rest sometimes, maybe less? Constantly trying to challenge me to bets n shit was atleast entertaining?? I'm not gonna poor my heart out to you just because you ask me to. Wanna go have therapy in the open woods for children to laugh at??? Wanna make a big blow out scene??

But she doesn't actually SAY any of that she just thinks it and gives him absolutely nothing to work with and Nurf just feels more alone than before, literally all he wants is a friend and the one he thought he had apparently didn't view him to the same extent and it makes him feel so shitty.

And maybe he could chalk it up to "Ered's just like that" but if I may be really silly and say in this concept she's become friends with Tyrone n Mitchell already Nurf just feels straight up *replaced* and takes it out on those two FREQUENTLY keeping his real feelings as to why he's being a dick a secret for once.

He goes to punch somebody else and it's a whole monologue first how this is bc of his dadBut he just *insults* these guys and doesn't even laugh at his own words like he usually does after.

And it doesn't even!!!!! Effect them!!! And it pisses him off worse!!! Even using the most petty tactic he still can't get any of them to hurt like he does and it's so frustrating.

Mitchell n Tyrone (I'm picturing this was a years worth ongoing problem or they were already in a HS AU)) pick up on something being off and finally get Ered to give some information and like girl no wonder the guy has been a total angry piss baby I'd feel terrible too if the one person who was the most regularly talking to me and sitting with me all summer only saw me just as important or lack there of as everyone else.

"You're saying it like I hate him, I don't, but I am getting irritated with this whole thing.. I'm not gonna start being MORE of his friend because he's throwing a fit"

Tyrone's like "but he's really not..? He's been leaving you alone now if you hadn't noticed, and mostly just saying the odd insult to us."

Mitchell: "You don't have to be his friend if you don't want to be that's your right."

Ered: "THANK you. Finally someone says it."

Mitchell: "But he gave you *his* friendship for a very long time and you did sort of spit on it. There's kind of a obvious reason he respected you enough to never make you a target"

"Because I'm technically top dog and he's two notches away from bottom dog, socially atleast."

"Because he *cherished your companionship,* Ered. He's pretty fuckin' equal opportunist if you haven't noticed."

Ered, starting to realize: "..............crap" bc!! Damnit Nurf is a sweetie under all his layers and she knows that and the guilt of hurting him is kinda weighing.

Ered leaves to go talk with him and Tyrone and Mitchell have what I think is a little funny interaction where Mitchell light heartedly is making a comment on the exchange they just had.

" 'top dog' no way she just said that, what is this, prison?? Did I wake up in *prison*?"

Tyrone, just as confused, speaking over him agreeingly: I know I know

And Nurf's just sitting in his room when his mom announces he has a friend here and he's like 'whuh' and Ered just. Steps in and stands there.

".. what do you want.?" Bc when she DOES talk to him to hang out, it's something she wants to do, *he's* stopped initiating things. And Ered has multiple people she's "not really close with but she calls over to do specific hobbies with" since she has so many hobbies.

"Just here to talk."

Okay now she has his attention did somebody fucking die what

"I haven't been a good friend to you." She states it pretty neutrally and flatly like everything she says

Nurf's just looking at her. Girl it is a Thursday afternoon on god's green earth he is trying to do his homework rn. Half of the awnsers atleast.

She doesn't even say sorry. That was just the statement she knew was true now. "If you would like,,.. I can be a better one." She looks over once then nods her head simply.

"You're offering to be my friend just straight up like that?" Is this kindergarten.

"Feel free to decline, man." She shrugs, still neutral.

"No,no I'm not saying that" he puts his pencil down. "Can I just get an honest awnser why I wasn't one to you before?"

Ered sighs. "Promise not to tell?" Speaks a little quieter.

And he is listening SO HARD!!!!!!!

Ered inhales rlly slowly, sticks her hand out to reintroduce herself.

"Meredith Miller.

__Everything I do is to protect myself.__"

He just makes a little bit of a face like go on elaborate on that for me he is so confused and so intrigued and by what he's ASSUMING so far should he be offended.

"You're alot better person than you were back then, people don't give you enough credit for that."

The simultaneous embarrassment of remembering his hardcore bully era and the flattery of a genuine compliment like that being so rare from Ered to anyone.

"And I couldn't trust you that well then as I think I could now. Most of my friends sort of just learn this out themselves slowly but you're not going to unless I spell it out I guess. I'm not a vulnerable or open person, like, at all? Everything I do is to hide I'm flawed. Even *capable* of flaw. I build a reputation, so when I do make little mistakes, or have little quirks, people think I'm doing it ironically, or something, so people just *always* have the best assumptions of me. I abbreviate words over text I don't know how to spell off the top of my head and people think I'm just being cool. I still like how Capri moon tastes and people think I'm just too cool to even care what I have to drink because I'm so above judgement."

"So you're just.. constantly pretending?"

"No, ..sort of."

"I do it so I *can* be myself without it tanking how people veiw me, an actual genuine image of what I am I just work hard to make sure people are *nice* about it. Most of them atleast." Like a safety net built from a good reputation.

"Bigger mistakes though.. people turn on me.

And you were always turned against everyone, dude"

"Sorry.."

"It's fine. We've all got our methods." She understands his behavior comes from a really similar place.

"Nothing I said leaves this room." Pats her hand to his doorway twice as she walks out of it. "See you around."

cool wind brushed your face as you waited for the bus to take you home. it was going to rain; you could smell it. it wasn't too cold, thank god for that, and you smiled because you were almost never wrong while predicting rain, always noticing the telltale signs of a downpour.

it was going to rain. and you couldn't be more happy.

rain had its own cons. messy puddles everywhere had a risk of soaking your outfit if a car ever passed speedily beside you, the possibility of forgetting your raincoat or umbrella, the sticky feeling of humidity making you feel like you were soaked in sweat before the rain actually started. if the rain was strong enough, you'd get delayed in terrible traffic for atleast an hour. it was risky, all of it. yet, you couldn't stop thinking abiut the humanity that shined through the heavy droplets.

rain brought out humanity. everyone would share their umbrellas, or take cover under their coats or hoods, stand under the shelter of a shop they've never seen before, everyone lined up under the shade for solace. rains meant reminding your friends to bring their umbrellas, sighing at them when they eventually didn't, and sharing yours with them, leaning your sheild more towards them, leaving your shoulder soaked so that theirs could stay warm. rain, however cheesy it sounded, united people. if it could blur the line of the horizon and make a person feel like the sky itself was rolling down to the land, then it most certainly could be a moment to bond with people without any words. simply an apolegtic smile under the same shelter that said "terrible weather today, right?"

more than that, rain brought out the memories you had. the one memory that shone through the other heavily soaked memories.

your first kiss.

it wasn't anything special, compared to all the other kisses-in-the-rain with their heavy music that ruined the sound of the drops hitting the ground and with the confession that left the character speechless and reaching out for their other half. no, it wasn't anything like that. it was more of you and jean bickering as you always had, shoulders brushing his as they always did.

you might have been arguing about the validity of your weather predictions. in your defense, you weren't the one who started it.

he was rolling his eyes now, and if he did that to anyone else they might think he was annoyed, but the humour in them made you know otherwise. he was having fun with this, with you.

"just because i told you to get an umbrella doesn't mean I'm a know-it-all-" you defend, a smile threatening to slip through your face.

jean cuts you off, "it's not going to rain," he says your name and even if he doesn't smile you can hear the teasing in his voice, hear that even he was trying hard not to burst out laughing. "it's literally the most clear and blue day paradis has ever seen. it's not going to rain."

you huff, turning your face infront instead of seeing his until inevitably yours could morph into that of a lovesick puppy, muttering out a "you'll see."

jean finally smiled. beamed, actually. which only meant one thing.

"wanna bet?" he asks cockily, bumping his arm against yours. his hand slips out of his pocket and brushes against your fingers, something that doesn't go unnoticed by you.

it's your turn to roll your eyes now, but you're smiling. "sure, I'm gonna win anyway. what do you wanna bet? 50?" you ask, playing into it. it would be easy money, if anything, and if you lost (which frankly could not happen), you'd earn it back somehow. jean would bet something like this again, and stupidly, lose.

you were beginning to think he made those bets on purpose. either that or he just had alot of pride, which also made sense.

his smile turned softer, both of the corners of his lips tilting only a hint upwards, his eyes that had blinked away from yours were also soft.

"a kiss." he says, finally, his hand returning in his pocket, no longer grazing yours.

you almost stopped walking, staring at him incredulously.

"huh?" you said eloquently.

this wouldn't have been so surprising to you. what he said wasnt even that bad - it shouldn't have made you look at him as suspiciously as you were, because he did this quiet often. he flirted with you left and right, sometimes donning the same soft smile and expression he had right now, but it was never this serious. and friends flirted with each other all the time, right? just because you had feelings for him didn't change how he had felt for you, even if he did joke about kissing you a couple of times. in your head - as you would think about this often enough - this was all innocent fun, harmless "i could always be your boyfriend if you needed a fake date" jokes, something that you'd always slap away. but it felt more real now, somehow. and somehow, all his other bets made sense.

he wanted to lose. the last bet he made to you was last week, right before a big test of yours, one you were sure you'd flunk. not because you hadn't studied, but because you were scared you hadn't studied enough. he bet you that if you didn't fail and the paper went well, he'd take you to your favourite movie, and if you lost the bet and actually flunked your text, you'd have to make or buy his lunches for the next week.

jean had seen you study the whole night, hell, he was even waiting for you so that the two of you could spend the night together. but you didn't move from your desk, and he ended up cooking you some dinner and making you late night coffee so that you could pass the test.

and pass you did. your paper, surprisingly, had gone...great, if not amazing. and jean not only took you out for your favourite movie, he also made you lunches for the whole of next week even if that wasn't the part of the bet.

you didn't notice the drops hit your head when they fell slowly at first. you didn't notice jean stopping infront of you, looking at the sky with the same soft smile. all you noticed was the pounding of your heart and the realisation that came with it.

jean never liked the rain. why was he smiling now, when the drops were pelting as hard as they were?

"guess i lost." jean said, shrugging. his voice was low, something only the two of you could hear.

"yeah, i guess you did." you replied dumbly.

his eyes glanced between your lips and your eyes, his breath hitching in hesitation. "we don't have t-"

"you knew you'd lose." you say.

sighing, jean runs a hand through his now damp hair. he never liked the rain. he never liked how it drenched and obliterated almost all his plans. he didnt like how he always forgot his umbrella even when youd remind him. he didnt like how it messed with his hair, and most importantly, he didn't like how unpredictable it was.

"yeah," he replied. he felt pretty damn stupid right now, as everyone around him scurried to find some shade or opened their umbrellas or ran to their destinations as if running would make them any less wet, and he stood there, infront of you, his best friend who he was sure he was in love with.

and here he thought he could do the romantic thing and confess in the rain, but his words ran short when he needed them the most, as they always did.

luckily (he loved this about you) you didn't need his words. you stepped closer to him without uttering a word, slipping your hands in his coat pockets where his own hands rested, and wrapping your fingers around his inside it's warmth.

you didn't seem to care that his hair was all messed up and (he loved this about you too) you pressed your lips against his.

he found out that he loved alot of things about you.

he kept finding them out, even after years. the rain fell ragingly against Jean's car window, trying to find your face under the bus stop. there was no way he'd let you travel by the gross bus that had muddy footsteps all over it's floor by now.

he finally found you where you said you'd be.

jean smiled. not because it was raining, no, jean always hated the rain. but he was smiling now because you were.

he honked the car, alerting you of his presence. you ducked down to see who it was, and (he loved this about you) your smile widened when you saw him, which made his cheeks hurt with a smile of his own.

you made your way to the car, skipping into the passenger seat, buckling yourself in, not before giving jean a small "hi" with a kiss on his cheek.

jean faced forward again, not without reluctance. he wanted to keep looking at you, even if you were just burshing the stray droplets from your clothes. he settled for holding your hand instead, pressing a quick kiss to your knuckles as he drove.

jean always hated the rain, always hated how it made waking up insufferable after putting him into such a deep sleep, always hated the threat of an incoming thunderstorm.

but you were in his car now, humming a song you didn't know the words to, and the rain reminded him of all the reasons and things he loved you for, even more so than any other season.

jean ran his hand through his hair, stopping at a red light, and stealing a glance towards you. you were looking out the window now, and he knew how much you loved driving in the rain, how much you loved seeing the drops making all the lights look blurry, and instead of taking the left turn for a shortcut to your recently bought home, he took a right one.

he could see you smile at him from the corner of his eye. he could hear your smile as you continued to hum out the song.

the whole 15 minutes home, his hand clutched yours and the rain didn't stop. the whole 15 minutes home, the both of you were smiling.

the whole 15 minutes home, it rained. and jean couldn't be happier.

Start romantizing your life, as in, love every hour, or atleast try to not let it make you hate itself. Look out of your window, feel the sun, listen to people, observe them, you don't have to interact with them because I feel like perhaps you're afraid of being judged. But try to let go. Meditate if that's what would make you feel good. Also, rain, I keep feeling rain. I think you need to feel relaxing drizzle on your skin. Agree with all the things....but i also think that it's okay for a couple to spend their holidays with other friends and family especially when you see your supposed bf wayyy more than you see your family so even if jkk would have been bf/bf and jk said No to again go to a trip during their break it's fine. They always travel outside the country with the grp together so it's not like they don't get time to spend outside the country together but they Hardly get any time with their family given how tight their schedules have always been. Members have said it that they spend more time with grp than ever with the family so even IF they would have been a couple it would have been fine.

About jm-jk travel show i don't think making a travel show just for the two members before their solo era would have been possible or fair to other members. They always have had a tight schedule as a group and they never did any solo projects (fuck bighit for pushing that ot7 for so long) so a travel show just for the two members out of nowhere or just because the two members wanted it was impossible. It also would have gotten alot of hate as how the comapny is pushing only two members and doing things for them only when other members are there too. I think it simply would have Been impossible given bighit hardly ever let them have any solo projects. Having a photoshoot or song as a subunit is far different than having a whole travel show just for that unit + pretty unfair to other members.

The travel show is happening now is yes because the company wants it now because they wants that content for the fandom to engage with in members' absence, and for the show to happen the comapny is the one which has to agree and not just jkk so yeah the companies involvement is there in most of the things they do Cause they can't setup a show just by themselves right?

At the end of the day the show is happening because both jm-jk agreed to it cause no matter how much the company force them to do they atleast have a say in it if they have wants to or not cause this is again a show for just two people and not the entire group so i do believe they could have denied it and the company could gain more money if it was a tk show than anything else. pjms, Jjks, tkkrs and many ot7 literally no one wants this show so it's very Least beneficial for them to make a show just based on one grp of people that is jkkrs and some ot7s. Why would they chose a pair that's literally most hated in the grp?? Even a vmin show could have done it as almost everyone loves them together. I'm sure they knows what goes inside the fandom so choosing s pair that get's so much hated wouldn't have been a smart choice if it was just about "content" and "money" so I'll say the show is happening because jm-jk wants it and not just because of the company.

I do think tae might join/appear in jeju trip if that trip was anything related to the travel show.

and anon shippers change their narratives Just like someone changes clothes. They try to convince themselves that their ship is real by making up the scenarios that'll fit it the situation. They don't feel shame if they turned out wrong they just wanna make themselves believe their ship is real so even if they'll have to change the plot for that many times they'll do it cause they're shameless like that.

The company sent Jungkook to do the world cup opening performance after telling FIFA the others had enlisted. Was it fair to them? Not even Jin had enlisted when that happened.

Taehyung did in the soop with wooga, showed up in one of their MVs and in some show, too.

I get it about family and friends and all that, but that could also be true even if they weren't dating. They still saw each other as BTS members a lot, so them being a couple or not changes nothing in terms of how much they saw of each other during the days the group was active. If they wanted to travel as friends, they could've also done that. Not to mention that Jimin has introduced Jungkook to pretty much of all his friends.

Taekook were spending so much time together last year that we knew of (I'm sure there were also times we never heard about), and they still traveled together to snowboard or whatever with wooga squad. They spent a lot of time together this year too and again, Taehyung was also in Jeju.

Jungkook has been hanging out a lot with his same age friends at his home, or out and about in Seoul. Even celebrated his birthday with them. They also traveled together while seeing each other a lot.

Of course they had to agree to it, but my point was jikookers saying they went there as some kind of trip down memory lane and they themselves specifically chose the place and timing. Which is pure fantasy and imagination.

I've said that it was all timed with Jungkook's activites.. lo and behold, Jungkook did have a solo schedule in Japan. I can't say if the recording of the performance was arranged before or after they decided to film in Japan, tho the obvious guess is that the performance was arranged first and then the trip was scheduled accordingly to Jungkook's gig.

So, that was the point. Not even talking about BTS but musicians, actors, celebrities in general always have their schedules lined up and most of the time they don't really decide when something is happening. I'm not sure they decided when this trip was happening, either. And I doubt it has anything to do with enlistment because if you look back, there weren't many windows of time in which they weren't working.

I hold the same beliefs as you, and I would like to not be on Anon but I fear if my friends found I hold these beliefs that they would call me transphobic and hate me (it is a kinda complicated situation…)

I just want to say I admire your bravery to speak your thoughts and opinions so openly and seemingly without fear of being rejected because of them. I hope one day to be able to have the confidence to speak my thoughts on subjects without fearing to be criticized.

I have been criticised a lot for my stance because it creates conflict and many people just dislike conflict in general, which I understand. I just avoid trans spaces online and irl these cause they are predominantly filled with trenders and “non binary”. I prefer LGBT mixed spaces cause atleast those are not just a group made up of women who ID as non binary. Since it’s LGBT and not “trans”, there is less room for radical feminist man hating bullshit cause gay men will tell them to stfu.

Non binary in my experience and research is really just radical feminism lite, it reminds me of “political lesbians” who were straight femcels out of choice. All core beliefs of non binary activism heavily align with radical feminist theory more than it does with anything about trans rights. Contrary to popular belief, many radical feminists believe that medical transition is fine aslong as you retain that you’re a masculinised female or feminised male and don’t assert you are changing your sex or try to be in any of your group’s gendered spaces. Though, this treatment is mainly only directed at trans women - they rarely care about trans men sharing spaces with cis men cause they see it as “rebellious against the evil patriarchy” and benefiting.

This is why most “detrans” TERFs you find will have identified as non binary but then switched, usually after trying testosterone and ACTUALLY getting dysphoria. If you go to non binary subreddits, there’s countless posts about being scared to start T cause “I don’t want *insert literal male sexual characteristic*” or even worse “I don’t want to be perceived as a cis male”. The comments are filled with encouragement to start T anyway, saying you can microdose to control effects (a lie, it just makes it slower), suggesting taking certain hormone blockers to literally block male sexual characteristics but get very minimal ones that could be achieved through diet, exercise and voice training. Or worse, suggestions that laser hair removal isn’t even hard or expensive, it’ll work blah blah.

These retards then go on T, get side effects that cause actual dysphoria and then go full blown radical feminist.

At this point? I think anyone who identifies as non binary should be banned from transitioning medically. I don’t think you should qualify for a gender dysphoria diagnosis unless you want to be the opposite sex; not some magical androgynous being to get out of misogyny in society.

Though I do keep my beliefs to myself in many situations to avoid conflict but I also play heavily on my autism as an excuse for things, if the government and society wanna deem me as retarded then I’ll play into it. So, no I struggle with singular they cause I’m autistic. Honestly, I actually do struggle with singular they especially if they look entirely as their birth sex. I just don’t bother putting in effort cause I don’t care about how they feel. The worst woman I ever encountered who got mad at me for this was self diagnosed autistic, had a fucking child and was raising him “as non binary” so she got mad if you used he/him. I’m all for not raising kids with no gender roles or stereotypes but doing that is gonna fuck up the kid.

I also know a woman who started T cause she thinks she’s non binary and immediately stopped cause of body hair growing. Now she complains about her slightly deeper voice and says she wants to get pregnant again but worries that T hurt her. Oh she still retains she’s non binary tho, just that she likes living as a female “cause its way more comfortable” - yeah cause you’re a cis woman!

Anyway sorry for the rant, I’m glad that my opinions aren’t all seen as me being uwu disrespectful and mean cause my intent isn’t to be “mean” it’s to use critical thinking. It’s one of the reasons I have stopped showing my face online publicly cause trenders tried to doxx me, dangerous at times to not believe in non binary.

this could go in two ways: somehow you'll wait for him to be leaning on a wall. most probably dozing off and he needs to support his body or, just kabedon him against the grass or something. cause it seems easier to just trap him there unless you're patient enough to wait.

Catch naps in between and watch something that makes you forget about the stress. If you're so tired, look at something easier or revise something uve done previously or better if you can, catch a nap.

It is SO hard ik, but atleast its learning right? You just have to understand it in chunks, no disgusting new math problems T-T

OK SO!! here's some bakuten shoot dub changes i find interesting!!!! keep in mind this only covers the first like.. 7 episodes and even then i didn't watch all of them in full (it was only around ep 4 that i actually sat through most of it) so obviously this is nowhere near comprehensive, it's just some things i find noteworthy (also i'm not even getting into the 3 dub-exclusive characters i don't even think i need to explain anything there)

in the japanese version only certain people can see sacred beasts, there's not really any specific criteria or rules about it, meanwhile in the dub it seems everyone can see em. i can kind of get why they changed this seeing as how it's a small detail that doesn't really contribute much yet still raises questions

there's a bit in ep 3 where kyojyu is like... weirdly suspicious of max? like in the japanese version kyojyu's just like "yeah you really shouldn't underestimate this guy takao" in the dub he's like "idk isn't this all a bit Sussy? Imposter Behavior even?" (obviously that is paraphrased but you get the idea)

in the dub Only, kai is mentioned to be the like... regional champion i think? idk what the term is but again it's a thing that's only ever mentioned in the dub

OK SO. kyojyu, manabu, kenny, whatever the hell you wanna call him i just go with kyojyu personally. an interesting little thing about him is that in the dub version, yeah his nickname is the chief but he's still called kenny pretty regularly. in the sub, while kyojyu is very much a nickname aswell, almost everyone refers to him by this. there's like 2 cases i can think of where he's referred to by his first name and neither of them are in the first season you straight up do not hear it at all until v-force and even after that it's barely said. idk it's a weird little thing, again i'm not really surprised the dub changed it

this next one i'm going to admit. bothers the absolute shit out of me i have no idea why they did this one. so in the japanese version, it's stated that the pendant with genbu is from max's mother. and as we know she ends up being a pretty relevant character a bit later in the season. for some reason though, in the dub, it's stated that the pendant was given to max by some basically nonexistent grandma. i'm not really sure how to explain the effect lost here but hopefully it's self-evident

this one is super minor but idk there's something abt it i find notable. so when max runs into kai after their match they have a quick exchange and there's one change that i just find to be. well something, in the dub kai's like "oh uh. thanks i guess?"... meanwhile in the japanese version kai just calls max a naive fool. i'm kind of curious if this is just a one-off case of this or if kai just isn't as much of an asshole in the dub

they literally cannot pronounce driger right every time they say it i die a little inside

GRANDPA ALERT!!!!!!

ok sorry that line just caught me off guard. emergency alert systems there is an old bitch in the area. anyway so the dub adds an entire bit to this episode of it being tyson's birthday? the title seems to imply it's his 13th more specifically so that's the closest thing you're getting to a canon age confirmation (atleast in the anime) i guess. but yeah in the japanese version the celebration is because his grandpa views takao's match with kai as a duel

this isn't really a specific thing but. as much as i hate to admit it. ok some of the dub's jokes do land pretty well. the commentators in particular just going off these few eps i'd say for the most part their banter is generally funnier than almost all of g-rev's attempts to shove in daichi as comedy relief. dizzi isn't nearly as funny but the "what do i look like a compute- oh yeah" that was pretty good

tldr i am so mad (/hj) that this dub is actually pretty interesting what the fuck
