My health has lead me to needing to call out from work again. I feel so guilty.

This time its my fibromyaglia and rheumatoid arthritis that's causing weakness and pain throughout my whole body. Severe swelling and agony in my joints.

My brain is so entirely fogged I can't even verbally articulate a sentence properly. I don't know why, please let me know if you're also chronically ill, especially if you deal with a lot of high inflammation levels. And if you also struggle to articulate speech as your inflammation levels rise. Because for me, it seems to be my first signal something isn't right.

So today is an under the heated blanket, in bed with my kitty kind of day.

The fatigue is so bad I anticipate sleeping a great deal. Other than sleep my intentions are to spend time in my social media communities today. It's always comforting to me.

hey y’all!! this is just a quick life update!

i know, ive gone mia again for a lil bit. i know, we’re all waiting on the continuation of evangeline’s story. it’s coming!!

a couple of weeks ago, the cat distribution system decided i was going to be the next recipient of, you guessed it, a stray cat! one who keeps clawing at my front door, waiting for her breakfast in the morning, and sits on the porch with me at night for some snuggles.

right now, i’m in the process of getting her safely inside and into the “quarantine room” to keep her separate from my other pets while she adjusts. my two other cats have been scratching at the front door from the inside and meowing at me to let her in already lmao. my dogs have loved every animal, especially cats, they come in contact with, so no worries there. she’ll be quarantined mainly so my cats can get used to her smell under the door and all and avoid as much conflict as possible.

she’s got a hideaway bed, a covered litter box, food/water bowls, a scratching post (since she won’t have the concrete), catnip, calming anti-stress treats, a monkey toy, and a whole lotta love waiting just for her inside. as soon as she’s in, i’ll be setting up a vet appointment to make sure she’s okay and get her shots done, get some flea treatment on her to be safe.

idk how long this little girl has been outside for, but the weather has gotten REALLY nasty up here lately, with heavy rains, flash floods, thunder and lightning and SO much wind. she’s a fighter. i’m excited for her to realize she doesn’t have to fight anymore and gets to spend the rest of her life relaxing and eating good and being loved on so much it’s annoying.

i probably will still be a lil inactive for a bit, but i’ll still be here!! lurking 👁️🫦👁️

so yeah, that’s my life right now!! i’ll still like and repost stuff, i just won’t have anything new from me and my stories for a little bit while i get through this transitional period. thank you for sticking around with me tho i love y’all😭😭

A lot of things have happened during the two days I haven’t posted y’all💕😭🦫🤭🌸😔

• At lunch there is always salads and veggies you can choose from, shredded carrots, lettuce, beans etc. Lately there has been fruit in the salads! So far there has been, apples, pineapple, grapes, pomegranate and yesterday and today there was fricking melon in it 🍉🍈

I’m very happy about that

• One of my favorite songs has been deleted off of Spotify!!! And I was going to email the artist somehow and ask him why and to put it back up again but he passed away in 2006😔 The song is called “Theology/Civilization” it is by Basil Poledouris. Rest in peace G 🕊️

• I have spoken to him a few times this week, waved at him, just said hi a few times. I’ve also seen him be affectionate towards his goddess of a girlfriend and it hurts a little but I’ll live💪🏻

Due to College classes and my parents not understanding that I use art as a way to cope with stress, I will not be drawing until December.

Went job hunting today. Got 3 applications, and 3 places that weren't hiring. I have a few more places I can look, as well as some online applications I can look into. All in all 3 out of 6 is a good start, wish me luck.

hello kavetham mermaid au fans,

i’ve make it easier for new comers to jump to the next part of my kavetham mermaid au by adding links to the next part after noticing someone else doing it.

it’s long over due and for now you can only go forwards, not back (my apologies, it took a lot a lot scrolling). the new parts will have links to the previous ones and new ones, but not anything before part 14 (sorry again!!!)

small life update while we’re at it in case anyone’s curious. if not hope you have a good day:

—I finished my second year of university (currently waiting back on my exam results), which means i no longer feel depressed and will be able to turn out comic updated quicker (i have sketches for the next part already ready!)

—i joined a small business club on campus! we had our first successful vendor too just last month!

—i plan on quitting my artist position at my local anime club (the people are a bit too unpleasant, i’ve realized the friend group i made in there has some people in it I rather avoid, it’s quite toxic)

—I will be also selling merch at my first anime con but no official announcement yet until i fill out the form :D

Dear followers & readers,

we've just saw that we have offically hit 11,478 reads on Wattpad meaning we surpassed 10k reads during the 1 year annivesary of our beloved fanfiction, ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚𝕭𝖚𝖙 𝕯𝖆𝖉𝖉𝖞 𝕴 𝕷𝖔𝖛𝖊 𝖄𝖔𝖚˚ʚ♡ɞ˚ in addition to having 2,374 reads on Quotev and 1,317 hits on Ao3!

It's crazy! Lice and I never thought we'd possibly get this far with our writing nonetheless writing fanfiction of a 17 year old video game! Upon reflecting the day we decided to write ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚𝕭𝖚𝖙 𝕯𝖆𝖉𝖉𝖞 𝕴 𝕷𝖔𝖛𝖊 𝖄𝖔𝖚˚ʚ♡ɞ˚, we also can't believe that we graduated HS! We're both now going away to college to literally and figuratively enter a new chapter in our lives.

i started a new job this week! and this is a full on career switch. my previous job, i was in the oh so wonderful world of finance🙄 (literal hell)

but GUESS WHOS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD NOW BITCHES!!!! now instead of dealing with old people yelling at me for asking for an id, i have all kinds of adults yell at me for their needle poke hurting

what a wild change. i’m excited to see where it takes me. i’m also SO excited for what getting back to work is going to do for me mentally. id been unemployed for about 8 months and just felt so useless and like i was in limbo. lots of dissociating and not fun stuff. but now it’s like oh there’s purpose? fun!

Uh, I just thought I'd make a little post saying that I apologize for not being very active here for nearly a month. I don't know if any of them will see this, but to the people I would message a lot, know that I haven't forgotten you and I wish you all are doing well. I won't go too into details, but the reason I haven't been here is because of personal drama, and me hating conflict, I hid and ran away until I could feel (somewhat) better

Life update part idek but just after I fully recovered from my root canal I dropped a jar on my foot anddd...

It bruised the joint of my toe. After a few days of wearing an air cast I wasn't feeling much improvement in my foot so I went to the hospital to check it out and make sure everything was okay.

After getting an x-ray the doctor looked very very closely and found a small crack in my sesamoid. He said unfortunately due to the location of the Crack he is unable to cast it or really do anything about it. He recommended I stay off my foot as much as possible and get lots of rest. I am extremely fortunate that I didn't need surgery. It's very common for broken toe bones to break off and reconnect to another bone which causes many many issues which results in surgery.

Anyways that's why I've been dead (ignore my crusty ugly feet bc feet are 👎)

For some odd reason, my insomnia started to act up again tonight. I haven't been able to sleep.

I lay here with so many thoughts & creative ideas 💡 ✨️ wandering through my mind.

It's been a long week, at least it's Saturday, so I don't work today.

I think it's honestly stress that's keeping my brain 🧠 so highly active. Considering my jaw is tightly clenched, my neck & shoulders feel like they're going to snap, my head pounds & my face hurts from scrunching my face.

I'm not sure about anyone else... but I have a tendency to tighten all my muscles when I'm stressed. Even without realizing it. Then my brain tries to escape 🙃 in any way it can.

Hopefully this weekend I can relax. I need it.
