what happens here?: sulky and pouty jungkook, feeling betrayed.

jungkook watchess you through the mirror as you're getting ready for work. he visited you very early in the morning, determinated in getting you breakfast just like he promised two days before. - changing in front of him was something normal to you as it didn't felt awkward at all. you had the mindset of it being like a bikini, so him seeing you in your bra and maybe panties wasn't that much of a big deal.

plus, you knew he would never do something to make you feel uncomfortable, ever. if that was the case (him making a move) he'll always ask first. It has always been like that.

as you put your shirt on, your hands fix your hair ever so slowly, trying not to make a mess out of it. - once you do, when jungkook's eyes are plastered on your back, he doesn't miss that little detail revealing just at the back of your neck.

"is that a tattoo?" his voice sounding very stunned when he asks and you try to lie as soon as he does but damn, were you such a bad liar. - walking towards you, when he reaches over your frame, he clearly doesn't believes your very bad lie. touching your pretty hair very gently, he pushes it to have a cleared view as you let him do that. feeling defeated.

he gasps in betrayal, "it is!" and just as if you were in automatic mode, you inmediately close your eyes waiting for what was going to come. - squinting your eyes just a little when you try avoiding his gaze.

"I told you we were going to make this together! how could you betray me like this?" pouting in all sadness and disappointment, he still doesn't touches your skin when his eyes scans the little details of it - since it's still on its healing process. how thoughtful. even though he's pretty.. annoyed.

"I'm sorry m-kay? I justㅡit was the day I got a call to check on our sketches and then, Iㅡwhen I saw mine was done first I just.. did it?"

"without thinking of me first?"

"I did think of you!"

"while getting tattooed?!"

"no! I- ughㅡjungkook," you clearly don't know what else to say.

when jungkook rolls his eyes with a scoff, his body leans over your night table once his forearms help him into getting some support. he sighs, more calmer now. "you couldn't even text me? I told you to get it with me.." but of course, still sulking about it.

when you lean towards him, you cup both of his cheeks as you speak now. "I'm sorry koo, I guess I was too excited.." your lips pouts back at him, "I promise I'll make you company once you get yours done, okay? we can even make the other one we talked about these days if you want." you say to him very enthusiastically. just trying to fix your betrayal.

"don't know if I should trust you.." he murmurs, eyes no longer looking rounder as he squints them at you.

"here," you take his tattooed hand out. "let me promise you. "lacing your pinkies together. "I will go with you this time and I will not get a tattoo by my own ever again. I promise." you blink to him. "do you promise?"

after a minute of silence accompanied by his very piercing gaze and a very intense game of who stares the longer ends, he finally responds.

"okay." locking his pinky finger with yours. "but if you ever betray me again.. believe when I say I won't be talking to you, neither responding to your messages.. ever."

..and you want to take him seriously, really, you do. but the way he pronounces each words is just too endearing for like him wanting to pick and fight or warn you about ignoring youㅡeven if it's for decades but as much as cute as he looks, you also know about him talking truth.

so when a little chuckle escapes your lips, his eyes are already throwing daggers at yours and so it makes you to inmediately clear your throat as you say, "okay, okay! damn, I've heard."

i really love the differences between boy in luv and boy with luv for a couple reasons. im going to use she/her pronouns to describe the female roles in each video.

you know how in boy in luv there's a common love interest, but she's treated as an object throughout the video whereas in boy with luv halsey is an active part of the video without having to be objectified or overly sexualized

boy in luv kind of reinforces the role that the "man" is in charge of the relationship where boy with luv explicitly asks the girl in question to teach them what her needs are

let's talk about the cinematography. boy in luv is dark and grunge-y whereas boy with luv is full of color and a lightness. that in itself is important to me. love is supposed to be a beautiful thing that brings color and light into your world, not the opposite.

in boy with luv, the boys don't ever touch or show scenes of them touching halsey in a way that could be considered nonconsensual, whereas there are a few scenes in boy in luv that could be interpreted that way.

boy in luv is more of a selfish song that exhibits a lot of toxic masculinity a lot of teenage boys experience, but boy with luv is a way more genuine and humble song, where the boys have learned that a relationship is mutual, soft, and sweet

im so happy with the growth these boys are showing and that they're breaking a lot of chains society had tried to enforce upon them. it's okay for boys to be soft and gentle. it's okay for boys to want their partner to teach them about their interests, likes, dislikes, and to have mutual communication and understanding. it's okay for boys to not know everything.

You both just ended having a passionate moment after he arrived and showered from dance practice. Now you both were laying down on bed with nothing more but naked bodies.

To be able to have Jungkook like this at such proximity to you was such a rare occasion nowadays, ever since his schedule seemed to get even more bucked.

So you really appreciated moments like this. Having your head rested on his chest, feeling his naked skin against yours, the way his soft breathing made his chest go up and down, his hands caressing your naked waist, the way he kissed the top of your head...

you were so lost in your thoughts, you didn't noticed him calling your name.

His fingers tapped your naked hips and his head leaning down taking a glance at you, "y/n?"

You look up to meet his big doe narrowed eyes.

You blink twice desconcerted from falling away your thoughts before responding, "uh, yeah?"

which makes jungkook laugh. "were you even listening to me?" A mellow tone coating his voice. He always ways so delicate towards you.

"Ahm.. s-sorry I was.. thinking other stuff." You pant looking up and down his eyes and lips. "but what was it?"

Jungkook has a very fond eyes looking at you. He still couldn't believe how.. innocent you could be sometimes, and looking at your pretty glistening eyes... his heart was burning at this point.

He suddenly felt nervous. "I... the boys and I, were planning this trip-"

You cut him off jumping above him, laying now on top of him before saying with an excited face, "y'all going on a trip!?" hands roaming to his stomach.

Despite the two of you just having sex a few minutes ago, you sure weren't helping Jungkook's nervousness into asking you to join him and to not have another boner right there when he could feel how warm you still feel.

So he coughs and almost chokes on him own saliva, making you ask him if he's ok before saying, "uhm- yes! we are still talking about it but-" he suddenly stops talking.

Your hands go caressing up his chest, down to his pubic zone. Jungkook hasn't shaved yet, but you didn't care. He never lasted many days without doing it so you scratch a few of his growing hairs, tenderly while looking at him. it felt good on him. "Nothing, why?" you lean down on him leaving a soft peck on his lips, "please continue talking" going back to your position, your fingers now doing little circle motions, playing with it. A smile drawing your lips.

His heart was about to explode. He couldn't explain why that made him feel adored. You couldn't be this.. precious.

"I wanted to ask you if you.. could come with me?" He sighs a little nervous. He didn't even know why he was so nervous into asking you! I mean, yes you both didn't even had one year together yet and he already knew a bunch stuff about you so did you about him but why...

"oh my god!" You fix your position between his legs seating straight at him. "are you serious?" the biggest smile appearing on your lips. "w-what would your managers think?" you frowned.

And just as if a ocean wave just hit him, Jungkook felt relieved. Why did he even felt nervous?

He smile back at you, "No baby, this is something we want to do by ourselves" His pearls now lighting up your face.

"then of course! I'll go with you!!"

And with that.. You leaned closer to him into a deep passionate kiss. Your boobs pressing on his naked chest, your intimate zones touching each other, both of your hearts racing, and Jungkook's boner going back to life.

Jungkook breaks the kiss. "Y/n..." breathy.

"mmh.. what?" you're the same as him.

"I think.. we have a problem.." he gaze looking down to where the problem was, you follow his eyes.

Leaving a big laugh you say with a grin, purring close to his lips. "should we fix it..?"
