I came to apologize again for my last request and ask for a new one that is completely in accordance with the rules, Dormitory leaders taking a child Yuu (Yuu from the game just a child) to go trick-or-treating in the city.

PS: Little Yuu's costume is a little ghost and calls the dorm leaders big brotheres

And of course I can! I haven’t done a lot of platonic ones often so I’ll do my best!

Also, sorry this took so long! I’m currently hyperfocusing on Halloween and my spooky treats that I’m making (I’ll share them the day of) and playing the twst event. Even started getting back into obm (playing & writing) and started playing whb. I’ll talk more on that later if y’all ask

Anyway, enjoy!

Let’s make this a special event! Because Halloween is my favorite holiday!

First off, your costume: adorable! The ghosts of Ramshackle made it for them and even Grim added some flare to it. It was the perfect costume for Child!Yuu.

Child!Yuu would probably need special permission to actually leave the campus and go trick or treating but with a good chunk of the school population behind them, that stupid bird can’t really say no, can he?

While the school gets set for Halloween, the dorm leaders get set to take Child!Yuu trick or treating not only around the school but around the city as well. Of course they wear their costumes alongside them because “big brothers can’t get candy without a costume!”

Child!Yuu is very convincing.

Riddle is definitely the mother hen during trick or treating. He’s constantly checking Child!Yuu’s candy, making sure there’s no allergies or dietary restrictions and especially nothing harmful or inappropriate

Leona is like the laid back uncle. So long as they don’t get in anyone else’s business and no one gets in theirs, he can practically sit back and watch Child!Yuu get candy. Though, he does have a few good pranks up his sleeve to get them more candy…

Azul is also like Riddle, but more brotherly. He also checks Child!Yuu’s candy for anything harmful but, if they don’t want a specific kind, he’s more than willing to trade it for some Mostro Lounge candy. Everything comes at a fair price, after all…

Kalim is a literal kid himself so he’s the one going door-to-door with Child!Yuu asking for candy. He also trades candies that they don’t want or can’t have for ones that he doesn’t want or can’t have. It’s a fair trade! Also, there’s no way Jamil would let Kalim go out on his own so enjoy an extra “big brother” in Child!Yuu’s words

Vil is probably the most protective of Child!Yuu during this holiday. Like, more than Riddle. He’s criticizing the candy they receive and even has a few fruit gummies or fruit bars for them so they don’t gorge on candy

Child!Yuu getting Idia out of his room and to go trick or treating with them is a miracle. Honestly, he can’t resist their childish charm. Idia just kept his helmet on and silently watched them trick or treat but stayed as close as he could

And lastly, Malleus. The fae prince absolutely adores the holiday and loves how kids and grownups alike just come up to him and comment on how cool his costume is. He definitely wanted to match with Child!Yuu but since they wanted to be a ghost, he just decided to be “dragon big brother!” which is just as nice

My favourite part of MDZS is how cool Wei Wuxian is.

Like, we don’t talk enough about how cool he is. He performs Empathy three times. His ability to use a flute is so powerful, the song doesn’t even have to sound good for it to work. He brought a dead guy back to life (kinda sorta).

But especially, I love how Wei Wuxian treats ghosts and corpses! Wei Wuxian just hangs out with corpses, for FUN!! He scares away low-level corpses just by existing! He hears the voices of the dead to the point that he can’t enter a place too full of resentment without getting a headache from the constant chatter.

I also really like the Extra where Wei Wuxian is just like “Well, the ghost will go away when he’s done screaming. I’m not worried about it.” And he just leaves a screaming ghost at some guy’s house so the ghost can move on peacefully (as peacefully as is possible when one moves on by screaming).

I love all of this so much because Wei Wuxian is constantly saying that people have too high of expectations of him. Xue Yang telling him to put Xiao Xingchen’s soul back together is just one example of this. Someone will tell Wei Wuxian to do something and he’ll be like “How powerful do you think I am?!” And it’s like… Wei Wuxian, you spent six hours hanging onto a cursed sword in the Xuanwu’s mouth, you survived three months in the Burial Mounds and then returned to make it into a semi-livable place, you killed at least a thousand people that one time, and you came back from the dead, just to name a few.

Wei Wuxian is so strong. He’s so cool. He is terrifying. He is unstoppable and unflappable if only because he gets over his embarrassment in about fifteen seconds! He just rolls with it! He rolls with anything that happens! He remains Shocked and Apalled by Lan Zhan’s behaviour for all of five minutes before basically going “lol okay”! He told Lan Zhan that he wanted to sleep with him in front of Lan Xichen, Jin Ling, a handful of Jin disciples, and the literal bad guy of the novel!!!

(I’ll never get over that scene. It is so funny.

WWX: “I need to say something, it can’t wait.”

JGY: “Then just say it right now as you are.” (Referring to the fact that Wei Wuxian has a wire wrapped around his throat that can kill him in seconds)

WWX: “Good point! Lan Zhan, we should’ve fucked.”

This scene is so fucking funny, I will absolutely never get over it)

I love powerful protagonists and honestly, Wei Wuxian is at the top of the list when it comes to overpowered protagonists. The only thing that phases him is dogs, and even then, he himself admits that he can get used to their presence as long as they aren’t barking.

TLDR: Wei Wuxian is so powerful and I totally get why Lan Zhan fell for him.

ah also If you're still taking requests May I asked if you can do a brother rook reader fic?(if you're comfortable you can do headcanon or whatever you think suitable) where the reader just mischievous and tricked the 1st year since they didn't know rook has brother better yet attending the school, thinking his the real rook because of his unique power being available to copy anyone by appearances or their voice you can decide what happened in the end

I think I’ve said this before but I’m not a huge fan of the “reader is [blank] sibling” type of writing but, since I like Rook’s character, I’ll do it

I feel like being on of Rook’s siblings is pretty chaotic since he’s the youngest of 7?? I think??? I don’t remember, it was mentioned in book 7. So now adding you, making you know the youngest of 8 feels even more chaotic

It’s canon that his older siblings like to travel a lot and aren’t normally home all the time so you were mostly raised by your parents + Rook. And don’t worry, they took extremely good care of you

You ended up being more mischievous than your other siblings and often got into trouble with your little pranks. You never went too far as you didn’t want to hurt any of your siblings

They eventually learned how to avoid your pranks but Rook was the quickest. Guess that’s why you both make such a dangerous pair

Let’s say that you’re a first year in Pomefiore, so about 2 years younger than Rook so it was almost too easy to prank others with your unique magic

Speaking on that, having the ability to copy anyone’s voice or appearance is pretty cool but, since we don’t want any over powered magic, let’s say there’s a time limit and you can only copy one person at a time and you can only copy the last person you touched

But, let’s be honest here, being able to copy your bother seems badass because of how notorious Rook is for “hunting” other students. You walking down a hall could easily push students out of your way

Anyway, planking your freshmen friends as different people is definitely funny. They don’t know who you’ll copy next and usually end up second guessing which has gotten them I’m trouble before

To be fair, you’ve probably been reprimanded by the other dorm leaders + your own and Rook as to why doing such things is dangerous. Eventually, you did stop and just ended up cloning your friends and copying their movements and voices. It was much funnier

That’s the pranking aspect of it. When it comes to battles/practical usage, it’s super helpful. You could easily blend into a crowd and escape detection or even divert attention. It’s super good for spy work, imo

Your freshmen friends did end up getting used to your jokes and would even try and prank you back, especially Ace. It was honestly just a bunch of fun

Or even doing funny impressions of them or others can get them riled up, especially if you do it in a satirical way. Just don’t tell Vil you copied him and made him say that he likes Neige…

I've got another meme fic request to go along with the Living Hei Feizi Zhang Qiling. Now the Hei Xiazi x Xie Yuchen Heihua pairing gets to deal with their own snakes as Hei Xiazi inadvertently picks up something else with the blindness on that tomb raid.

It started with the Cockscomb Snakes flooding their tents constantly, to the complete exclusion of the other tents. The snakes don't feel like biting either Hei Xiazi or Xie Yuchen and would rather crawl into every nook and cranny of their bodies. Wanting to warm themselves and placing their eggs on top of their bodies.

Then the gigantic Yin Candle Dragon would close its singular eyes on the trip and approach Xie Yuchen in a manner not unlike a puppy. He made sure to scratch right behind the crystalline frills and under the littol leggy weggies.

The absolute last straw was the Albino Candle Dragon hitching an escape with Hei Xiazi after Gutongjing collapsed. Technically it was allowed to be a guest since it wasn't attacking anyone or inflicting pheromone visions on anyone. Xiazi nicknames this snake FeiFei (with the characters for 'luxuriant' and 'snowfall'. FeiFei happens to find itself interrupting intimate moments of Heihua. Snuggling with them in bed, the bath and at meals, demanding attention from both.
