Remember when Yuuji’s only family member was his grandfather? Before he died at the start of the series
Oh how times have changed

Both Megumi and Itadori have a lot of trauma. Some moments might be worse than the other, and they might deal with it in different ways. However, if Megumi reacts to certain moments different than Itadori that doesn’t make him a bad character or “useless.” They’re both traumatized teenagers who had their bad moments. In fact, if it weren’t for Todo Itadori might’ve given up after Nobara’s death. Just because Megumi may react a certain way in response to trauma it doesn’t make him terribly written or, “useless” as I said.

Okay but Yuji having cleave changes so much. My brain rots with your au
I always think the brothers are like parallel of talent vs hardwork. Sukuna was blessed to get his abilities early and taught early while yujii had to cultivate so much until he got it.
To learn cleave with his head empty and filled with instincts would be scarier in a sense. He doesn't know anything about it, but his mind is just focused on kill and destroy that his body adapted it on the spot
Sukuna is proud but worried too. Cuz there MIGHT be consequences of using cleave without an ounce of mastery and he might hurt himself
Ooh yes the talent vs hardwork siblings! I love that yuuji can use cleave now with his own unique style (the scissors pattern). Thats why sukuna has to train yuuji now because i have to agree that it's gonna take a while until yuuji can get used to it without hurting himself, or worse, someone else.

I’ll expand on this later but for now the whole Sukuna having a twin he absorbed, which then later caused him to end up becoming quite powerful, and the soul that belonged to the twin returning centuries later thing just makes even more sense when I think back to Maki and Mai, and part of Maki’s journey involving her absorbing Mai, and consider how Gege is likely circling back to that twin (specifically twin absorption) theme he planted a few arcs ago and returning to the theme of inheriting things like techniques and abilities from family and earlier generations as we see Yuji’s improvement and new techniques that are now manifesting, like blood manipulation (and the narrator mentioned malevolent shrine as a potential possibility, iirc)
and now I’m gonna tag in my friend @psychewritesbs who can likely expand on this before than I can

Jjk manga spoiler/
So are we just going to accept that that weirdo Kenjaku copulated with Sukuna's twin's reincarnation? Like that's Kenjaku's husband's twin brother? And he has a son with him?? Kenjaku is Sukuna's sibling-in-law what's not clicking!!
