Forgot I had my Annie script in my backpack and teared up when I saw it
It's been almost two weeks since the end of my high school drama career and I thought I had gotten all the tears out after sobbing my eyes out during closing night but apparently just the sight of my old script was enough to do it-
"Good afternoon, Ms. Hannigan?" And suddenly my eyes are glossy help-

We Could Be Beautiful: Dead Girl Walking
Eddie Munson X Fem!Reader
🔹An AU in which you and Eddie are both actors in a community theater production of Heathers: The Musical🔹
Word count: 1.6K
A/N: Just an idea I’ve had rolling around in my head for a while. This will probably become a series of short blurbs within this AU, taking place between the auditions and the cast party following the final performance of the show.
Tags: mutual pining, unconfessed feelings, allusions to sex, passing mention of suicide (pertaining to the plot of Heathers), references to Heathers: the Musical, song lyrics

You took your role as Veronica’s understudy seriously.
You’d copied down every stage direction, every line, every director’s note- you’d made sure you were prepared. Now, the ultimate test would determine just how prepared for this you really were.
Barb, the actress playing Veronica, had warned you that her sister might go into labor early, and that had been exactly what happened. That meant she would be in the delivery room on opening night, and every program in every audience member’s hand would have a little insert with your picture on it, alongside your name followed by “-will be playing the role of Veronica Sawyer.”
Already, you had managed to make it to the first quarter of the show. “Beautiful” had gone without a hitch, and you’d gotten through “Fight for Me” without your voice cracking. But next was “Dead Girl Walking,” and you were just about ready to fling yourself in front of a bus. Or drink some drain cleaner.
You hadn’t rehearsed this song with Eddie yet; you knew the words, knew the blocking, knew exactly which note you were expected to sing and every riff you had to hit. But standing behind that velvet curtain as you waited for your cue, you were practically on the verge of a panic attack. When you finally had to enter the stage, you channeled it all- the panic, the nerves, the terror of what comes after tonight.
I need it hard
I’m a dead girl walking
I’m in your yard
I’m a dead girl walking
You’d watched him sing this song with Barb so many times, and each time you’d wished it was you- now, you had your chance.
Sorry, but I really had to wake you
See, I’ve decided I must ride you ‘til I break you
Tonight I’m yours,
I’m your dead girl walking
Get on all fours,
Kiss this dead girl walking
You knew Eddie’s wide, wet eyes were those of an actor. The eyes of JD as he watches the girl of his dreams. Still, the heat and want you felt right now wasn’t Veronica’s- it was purely yours. So you let it feed Veronica’s words as you held his face in your tender hands and told JD the things you wished you could say to Eddie.
And you know, you know, you know
It’s ‘cause you’re beautiful
You say you’re numb inside
But I can’t agree
You were the one in the blue blazer now. Tonight, he was your JD, and you were scared shitless that when your lips hit his in a stage kiss that was supposed to have so much fire it set the stage ablaze, it might feel a little bit too real.
So the world’s unfair
Keep it locked out there
In here it’s beautiful
Let’s make this beautiful
Eddie- JD- gazed at you with all the wonder and adoration of a man on his knees for a generous god. His head shook gently, bewildered by his luck as he delivered the next line. “That works for me.”
Then your lips were on him, and for a second you let yourself pretend he was kissing you back and not Veronica. His mouth was warm, his hands hungry as they roamed over your clothes and subtly squeezed until you felt your blazer’s polyester pucker.
When you pulled away for your high note, you gazed into his eyes and saw nothing but truth looking back at you. That fire you’d been feeling all this time was reflected in his eyes tonight. Sure, maybe it’s the stage lights. Maybe he’s just a really good actor. Maybe you’re fucking obsessed with him- but whatever it was, you felt wanted in those eyes. So yeah, you let yourself believe it. You let the script burn you alive.
Full steam ahead,
Take this dead girl walking
Let’s break the bed,
Rock this dead girl walking
You were drunk on the awe in his gaze, the way he looked up at you like he wasn’t sure if you’d really just barged in through his window to ride him until he was a broken mess, or if you were a fantasy his mind had conjured to fuel his desire to belong to someone who would cherish all he had to give.
Again, Eddie was a talented actor. You knew that was his interpretation of how his character felt about your character. Still, you let yourself fall into the script as you straddled his tense, shirtless body, his abs crunching under the blue stage lights in a way that made you salivate. You wondered what your spit would look like on his skin.
You were far too horny to be professional. At least you weren’t so far gone that you couldn’t remember your blocking.
No sleep tonight for you,
Better chug that Mountain Dew
Your heart fell into your core upon hearing Eddie’s whimpered ‘okay, okay’ in character, needy and submissive beneath you.
Get your ass in gear,
Make this whole town disappear
His eyebrows pulled together, voice stronger and raspier as it ripped from his chest. ‘Okay, okay!’ His fingers snuck underneath your skirt, fingertips digging into the soft flesh of your ass. You wished it was real.
You eyed him like a predator eyes a kill, determined to stay in his head until he needed you for real. You ran your palm over your cheek, brought your other hand up to fist in your hair, and pretended both hands were his.
Slap me,
Pull my hair,
You grabbed his wrists forcefully, bringing them up one by one to grope each of your tits.
Touch me
There (left tit)
And there (right tit)
And there
To punctuate the final syllable, you couldn’t stop an involuntary writhe of your torso into Eddie’s hands as he grasped your white button down (which was actually a snap-up) at the chest and pulled hard, simultaneously pinching your nipples through your bright blue bra and ripping open your blouse to showcase the swell of your chest for the whole audience to see. You didn’t notice them, though- you noticed the way he looked at your chest like it was the second coming of Christ. You witnessed that fractional widening of his eyes, the way he was entranced by every move you made as you writhed in his lap.
And no more talking
Love this dead girl walking
Eddie’s voice was lightning in the wake of thunder, bright and jagged and beautifully raw with power as he crooned a harmony to your lead as the song drew to a close. This song wasn’t an easy one to sing; had you not been so distracted by how it felt to have Eddie’s hips between your thighs you might have been nervous that you’d flub your high notes- but you didn’t. In a moment of sheer improvisation you did what just felt right, and that meant grabbing Eddie by hair at the base of his neck and wrenching his head back as you rolled your hips into his.
You knew your blocking was to arch your back away from him, but instead you brought your face close enough to his that it’s possible his mic picked up your perfect, clear falsetto as you pleaded, ‘Love this dead girl walking’ with the cadence of a lover asking, begging their beloved ‘don’t stop, don’t stop, don’t stop’. Eddie’s eyes registered your improvisational choice, and maybe you imagined it but behind those big brown button eyes he seemed to come alive with you, sitting up even further and digging one hand into your soft, hot skin while the other flexed against the stage floor to keep him balanced. His little ‘whoa, whoa, hey, hey, yeah yeah’s were short and breathy, sounding more like moans and whimpers as he rolled the sturdy bones of his hips into you as you matched his rhythm.
If you closed your eyes, you could pretend. If you didn’t have blocking to follow, you might have kissed him again, might have bitten his lip, might have reached for his belt buckle with reckless abandon and let a summer’s worth of pining win over in your mind. Instead, you channeled that passion into the way your hips ground into him with the fervor of a woman with nothing to lose.
Together the two of you finished out the song with heavy breaths and belted lyrics. You writhed. He thrusted.  ‘Love this dead girl,’ your voices intertwined in a desperate dance for release from the tension between you that, at some point, had grown thick as two oak trees planted near enough to forget where one ends and the other begins.
‘Yeah!’
Your hand on his chest splayed out over faded ink. Your hips swiveled against his groin.
‘Yeah!’
His hand fisted in the plaid fabric of your skirt. That wasn’t in the blocking- had they added that? Was this improv?
‘Yeah!’
Using the grip on your skirt, he tugged you further into him as his hips bucked up just enough to bounce you on his groin and shake your exposed cleavage. Without thinking, your hand flew into his hair, grasping the sweaty curls at the nape of his neck and tugging sharply back. You weren’t supposed to do that.
‘Ow!’
It wasn’t supposed to be a moan, but that was definitely what you would call the sound you pulled from Eddie’s mouth. A soft yet sharp, breathy moan that existed somewhere in the valley between pleasure and pain and definitely sounded more sexy and less funny, which is how it was supposed to sound. You saw Eddie’s eyes go wide as he too came to this realization.
No matter; if you played it off, no one in the audience would know the difference. You let go of his hair and flung your hand into the air above you, reaching for heaven and belting out your last ‘Yeah’ into the stage lights that lined the rafters above you. Your back arched, and you felt one final push of Eddie’s pelvis into yours, weaker this time as he too came down from the endorphins that ravaged every thought in both your mind and his.

Excerpts from this interview posted today: Liu Mintao: The "son" Wang Yibo in "One and Only" is a sensitive and kind child.
This interview is about LM and her role in the film, so I left ones talking about Yibo & Chen Shuo. 🫶🏼
Tumblr media
Liu Mintao said that before the filming of "One and Only" began, she and Wang Yibo, who played her son in the film, did not know each other very well. After cooperating, she believes that this child who does not talk much and is relatively introverted has brought her a lot of feeling, "He is the kind of child who does things silently, very sensitive, very careful, he is a person who is full of kindness and willing to give to others."
There is a very touching scene in "One and Only", Du Lisa, who has always cared about her son Chen Shuo and hopes that he can persist in pursuing his dreams, in order to reduce Chen Shuo's burden and help Chen Shuo buy more time to dance, Du Lisa, who has not been out of the mountain for a long time, chose to sing on stage and perform for her son. Because of his father's death, Chen Shuo has always been reluctant to let his mother sing, because every time his mother sings, she misses his father very much, but for the child's dream, she is willing to perform for him, when Chen Shuo saw this scene burst into tears, facing Tu Lisa on the stage, he was full of guilt, and also burst into tears because of the greatness of maternal love.
This is the first scene shot by Liu Mintao after entering the group, and it is also a very important crying scene for Wang Yibo. Director Dapeng recalled that everyone has been preparing for this scene for a long time, which is a very important scene, because the two actors are professional and fully prepared, and finally "one" passed, and he was blinded. Later, this scene also became a touching tear point in the whole film, Liu Mintao said that she did not expect that the first scene could be so tacitly acted, "really" emotional presentation is the best: "The play of "One and Only" is very strong, this is not specially created or improvised by us, this plot, the screenwriter teacher set up the possibility of making the audience empathize, because everyone in real life has been a child and has been a child, and such a blood thicker than water emotion, as long as it is presented very true, it can move people." Liu Mintao recalled that when she filmed this scene, she was singing on stage, and she couldn't see anything offstage, but Wang Yibo could watch her offstage, in fact, she didn't know how Wang Yibo performed. Later, when she saw the finished film, she was also completely moved, "I think Yibo showed Chen Shuo's state at that time very well, his gesture of wiping tears, his uncomfortable expression of crying, acting really well, he did 'the real thing is the best'." ”
Partnering with Wang Yibo for the first time, he works silently and is full of goodwill
The portrayal of family affection in "One and Only" is real and touching. In Liu Mintao's view, a big reason is due to her tacit cooperation with Wang Yibo. Liu Mintao said that before the filming started, everyone only knew each other, but they didn't know much about each other. She knew that Wang Yibo was a well-known actor, and he was shy and restrained. After working together, this child who doesn't talk much and is relatively introverted brought her a lot of touch: "One time when we went to a scene to film, I walked in front, and there was a burst of rice smell in front of me, because it was almost time for dinner. , I muttered a few words to myself, 'What is this delicious? It smells so good'. After the filming of the scene at noon, I went back to the resting place to eat, and there was a bowl of beef stew on the table. I asked later, I realized it was delivered by Yibo. I thought he must have heard me when I muttered. He didn’t say anything, and gave you me bowl when he turned around. He is the kind of child who works silently and is very sensitive. , He is very careful, he is full of kindness and willing to give to others, I am very moved."
Chen Shuo (played by Wang Yibo) and his mother (played by Liu Mintao) are busy in the restaurant.
Liu Mintao said that the mother-child relationship in "One and Only" not only moved the audience, but also deeply moved her. She hopes that young people in every family will not be disappointed in life, but should have hope and expectations for life. You can live a good life: "People can find joy, warmth and support from suffering, and these are also things that family members can give to each other. It doesn't mean that I have to ask for it when I was born. In family relationships, we must know gratitude. Family members support each other. The greatest power to live a good life." She sighed with a smile, playing the role of Du Lisha really brought her a big surprise, she remembered that Dapeng showed her a part of Du Lisa's play during the later dubbing, she did not expect that after the cut The finished film was so pleasantly surprised, "It turned out that I acted like this at that time, and I was quite happy."

Little observations from AOTV, since Larries like to pretend that H and L sent them subliminal message via their videos, outfit etc. I thought, let’s see when does H appear in the film and in what context. Because larries love to mention that Louis included H in the movie and didn’t say anything bad or jeopardizing their version of how the break happened. So here’s what i found :
1. « We’re really just as-tight-as-could-be mates »: Liam and Louis are recording American dad voiceovers, Niall and Louis backstage, ARIA interview with Liam and Zayn. One group shot on Jimmy Fallon Christmas show.
2. « When Zayn left, that was like, maybe this is the start of the end » : Shot of Zayn on stage, and then one of Louis, followed by a shot of Louis looking at someone in the behind-the-scenes of the DMD video : this person is Harry.
3. Then the following sentence: « The more you kind of start thinking, Well, maybe this isn’t gonna last forever » : the last part is narrated over a close-up of Harry on screen.
4. « I’m like, Oh, have we become the band that we didn’t want to be? » : Once again, the close-up is on Harry, obnoxiously chewing gum.
5. « Starting to feel a disconnect » : shot of Louis, Niall and Liam. We can kind of guess Harry is there too because we can see a leg on the left part of the screen, but there is an empty chair between him and Liam, and he is apart from the rest of the guys.
6. « And then all of a sudden, now we’re talking about, maybe we’ll go on a break for a couple of years » : shot of Niall and Louis rehearsing then of Louis and Liam on stage.
7. « It hit me like a ton of bricks » : Shot of the group huddle before going on stage.
8. « I was not prepare for it, not at all » : We see Louis semi-jokingly forcing/bringing Harry into the group huddle/handshake thing they used to do, and did forever. Louis still does the huddle with his band. But Harry isn’t smiling there.
9. Title - All of Those Voices We see the last X-factor performance. Louis is alone on stage, Harry walks by without looking at him, then Louis is laughing with Niall. After that, we see Niall and Louis talking with a lady (probably vocal or production) and Liam talking to their band, but still close to them.
10. Liam rehearsing his thank you speech: Niall and Harry talking, Louis closed face, wanting to make the whole process faster
11. First shot of them in the dressing room: all of them are there except Harry. Oli says, « I don’t think all of the band wanted it to go that way, but it was going that way. »
12. Bathroom rehearsal with Helene Horlyck : Larries all say Harry couldn’t stop looking at Louis, but he looked at the camera the same amount. The thing I noticed was after Liam gave his thank you speech to Helene about how they couldn’t have done it without her, it seems like he exchanges looks with Louis as if to say, « What? Did I say something wrong? » or something like that. I wish I could see Louis’ face at that moment. Then Liam looks at the camera, does a little laugh, and points at Louis.
13. The infamous Simon Cowell speech, but we all know it by now, the rolling of the eyes, the half-smiles, etc.
14. History performance: Fetus video, lots of Zayn. « Even right up until we went on the break, there was still really no closure on the idea. we didn’t, or at least I didn’t, really understand what it was gonna be, you know. »
15. Louis’ part of History and finally: « I think the feeling that I remember the most was a little bit of anger, cuz I didn’t want to go on a break. It didn’t just upset me, it shocked me. I wasn’t prepared for it. I thought for me, it was the band or nothing. I couldn’t really… I never… it’s not as if in the five years I was in the band, I had ever dreamed of being a solo artist, not once, not once, because I was so obsessed with us moving as a unit and being part of this team. I spent all these years doing this, I don’t see myself doing anything else. » End of History.
And that’s the last time we see Harry.
What I find hilarious is the fact that Larries and OT5 never seem to have seen any of this, or even heard the words of the last quote— which was actually used in the AOTV advertisement.
So did they not see the trailer? Not see the movie?
I mean, I know the Big Larries reassuring their followers never saw the movie because they “don’t like what Louis does” — i.e. tell his truth.
In a weird way, because Harry stays silent on Larry, and his team larrybaits/ haylorbaits to troll his fans (for $$$), Larries can plug in their head canon for “how Harry feels”— “Harry understands Larries” (no, Harry just loves your money) but “Louis hates his real self” (no, Louis doesn’t like your lies and he’s disgusted by your UA). Larries set up a dichotomy where Harry tacitly supports them and Louis doesn’t, facts be damned.
I find the scenes taken on the day of 1D’s last performance incredibly moving and revealing in retrospect. There’s no denying Louis’ intense melancholy and grief on that day. I also sense Helene’s empathy to Louis, because as soon as Louis motions to rehearse alone, she immediately picks up on it— but they don’t rehearse. They say their goodbyes in the dressing room, by themselves, but also leave it open-ended.
On the other hand, it’s also very apparent that Harry’s not really present, mentally. He’s already distracted or disengaged, already checked out. His real future audience lies in the Azoff contingency that night (sitting with the boys’ families). The only person Harry really ever has empathy for is Harry Styles. It reminds me of the lyrics from Habit (applicable in several ways, to 1D, to Harry, to fandom):
Tumblr media
Incidentally, this verse from Habit is also one that Larries never seem to know.
But Louis has been telling his story consistently all along. Even though Walls isn’t his favorite, it is still a great, cathartic, soul-baringly brave album, and Louis will realize it one day. To title an album “Walls” and to write the searing lines of each lyric, to look at experience in the eye and tell the tale, was an act of courage and healing, of seeing the past trauma for what it was, and separating history from Louis’ essential, hopeful, emotionally intact self.

Steven Meeks didn’t want to be anywhere else. He couldn’t wish better than to be lying on his bed, watching you walk back and forth in his dorm as you recited your lines.
It’s when you went to see your best friend, Neil, playing Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream that you decided to start theatre. You always liked the idea of being on stage but thought it was impossible, that it couldn’t be you, or that it was too late to start. Neil showed you the opposite.
If he could, why couldn’t you?
You told him about your project of becoming an actor and he immediately helped you find a play where you could audition, and for support he auditioned too. You both got your parts, you were Gwendolen Fairfax as he was Jack Worthing and you were happier than ever.
Steven, your boyfriend, insisted on helping you learning your text. So, there you were performing The Importance of Being Earnest in front of him. “I am always smart! Aren’t I, Mr Worthing?”
Steven proudly recited Neil’s lines, pushing his glasses on the bridge of his nose “You’re quite perfect, Miss Fairfax” he was smiling as he talked, just like he was actually thinking this about you.
“Oh! I hope I am not that. It would leave no room for development, and I intend to develop in many directions”
If you ever doubted Steven loved you, you were sure now. He was looking at you with his shining eyes and this adorable beam of his. You couldn’t help but shy under his stare, he was interpellated when you didn’t pronounce your next line “What’s happening, sweetheart?”
You could melt on the spot “You make me nervous” you said with a quiet laugh Steven loved so much.
“Me?” he asked innocently before getting up and walking to you. His hands settled on your waist, gripping gently at your white shirt “I can show you a way to relax” one of his hands roamed to your cheek and he leaned forward, closing the gap between the two of you.
But as you were kissing, the door opened, revealing a disgusted Pitts “Ew”
Meeks’ cheeks dusted in pink immediately “You could have knocked” he said in a quiet voice, hiding in the crook of your neck and you chuckle, a little embarrassed
“We, um… we were doing rehearsal” You offered Gerard an awkward smile as you felt heat chasing your face.
The boy’s mouth extended into a smirk “A kiss scene?” he was messing with you and you knew it. You decided to ignore his teasing and looked down at Steven “I gotta go” you whispered to his ear and he nodded before leaving a quick kiss on your neck and pulling away, letting you get out of the room.
When your presence was just the smell of your perfume left on Steven’s clothes, Gerard closed the door and gave his roommate the widest grin “Weird way to help with her lines”
“Oh shut up. She’s amazing at this” Gerard took a deep breath, preparing himself to hear a ramble about you. Steven didn’t talk about you like Knox talked about Chris, it was pure. Knox was maybe Gerard’s friend but he had no qualms about saying his behaviour with the blond girl could be a little creepy sometimes. He sat as Steven didn’t even try to shut up about how talented, pretty and funny you were.
Later that week, as you spent more and more time perfecting your acting, you had less time to do your homework. Hence why he was doing your trig exercises as you were sleeping on his bed, exhausted from the last days full of rehearsals, nose plunged in his pillow because it smelt like him, cinnamon, chamomile and cigarettes if you were attentive enough.
Steven helped you during the following weeks, more and more excited to see you on stage. And the big day finally arrived. He took ages to prepare himself, changing of outfit every two seconds, Pitts having to choose clothes for him otherwise they would never leave.
The ginger boy rushed everyone so they won’t be late, Todd being happy to go to the theatre early so he could see a certain brunette before the play would start.
:・゚✧*:・゚
Steven pushed the doors open, you were sat on the wooden stage next to Neil, both of your legs dangling, texts in hands and costumes on. It was the first time your boyfriend saw you in this huge dress and he was so mesmerised, he earned a smack on the shoulder from Charlie.
Steven walked to you with a shy smile, cheeks a dark shade of pink “H-hi” he mumbled.
When you saw him you finally jump off the stage and threw yourself in his arms. You wrapped your arms around his waist and squeezed, containing your excitation as much as you could.
He let out a chuckle before hugging you back “Not too stressed?” he wasn’t a boy with social anxiety or whatever but he wasn’t ready to act and talk in front of an entire theatre, he didn’t know how you weren’t repulsed by the idea or how Neil managed to do this multiple time without ending up stuttering.
“No” you replied quickly and then really tried to find an answer “A little?” you said with a laugh before hiding your face in his neck. You felt a hand on your shoulder, a hand you didn’t recognize as Steven’s.
You raised your head and found Neil next to you “You’ll do great! I promise you!” he looked at you with a reassuring smile. Neil was your best friend for as long as you could remember, he almost considered you as his little sister he never had. He saw your heart being broken and it hurt him, so when you started dating Steven he was relieved, he knew he was going to treat you right, he was gentle with you and never failed to make you feel loved. He was glad you finally found someone right.
Someone quickly called both of you and you had to leave Steven after giving him a small peck on the cheek. But he stopped you “Wait!” he grabbed you by the shoulders to capture your lips into a proper kiss “Good luck kiss”
You smiled widely at him and Neil had to pull you away or you were gone for minutes of kissing and would be late “C’mon!”
:・゚✧*:・゚
Steven stared at the red velvet curtain, grinning, waiting to see you “Are you going to explode?” Pitts whispered with a chuckle, Cameron laughing beside him.
“Oh shut up” he pressed his hand over Gerard’s mouth so he wouldn’t talk anymore when the curtain opened. He knew you weren’t on the first scene but he couldn’t help but be disappointed.
You and Neil finally showed up and he had to stop himself from cheering. Jubilant, he glanced at Pitts who offered him a small smile, he couldn’t deny he found you cute together. Steven would do anything for you.
You were incredible acting, it seemed like you weren’t even acting, you were the character. You were Gwendolen Fairfax. And Neil was good too obviously, but for your first time you were really talented. Even Mr Keating, who insisted on coming, was left impressed and he didn’t miss telling you at the end of the play. Steven spent the entire play smiling and laughing, prouder than ever.
The curtain closed and all the poets got up, clapping as loud as they could, hoping you and Neil could hear from wherever you were.
The room emptied and the boys waited for you. You rushed into Steven’s arms “I did it!” you said, delighted and Steven quickly capture your lips in a short kiss. When he pulled away you were going to chase for another kiss before realizing you were watched and letting out an awkward laugh.
"You were amazing" Steven praised and you couldn't doubt he was honest by the way he was grinning and it looked like there were stars in his eyes.
You smiled at him, grabbing his hand, brushing your thumb on his skin. “Did you like it?” Neil asked coming by your side. Everyone gave their opinion, each one more adorable than the other.
You leaned into Neil’s side “I think someone really enjoyed” you smirked, showing a blushing Todd who staring at the ground to flee Neil’s gaze.
The brunette rolled his eyes “Pfff. You’re telling nonsense”
“Oh yeah? Just talk to him for 2 seconds before he kisses you” you didn’t know if you had a good instinct or were clairvoyant but Todd did end up kissing Neil at the end of the night.
On your side you walked back to Welton, exhausted and fell asleep with Steven on his bed, arms firmly wrapped around his middle and face buried in his chest.

idk if the newsies fandom is still active on here bUT I saw the new London production on Saturday (Dec 3rd) and need to share my thoughts bc THIS SHOW -
apologies in advance for the amount of fangirling i'm about to do. also this will probably be very long so prepare yourselves
Tumblr media
so newsies is my absolute favourite musical and I actually can't believe I got to see the first professional UK production - not only that, I also got to finally meet my best friend who I met through the show! we also made a new friend whilst in the merch line - and another two at stage door after the show. it was so cool to be around other fans of the show!
and wow - I was completely blown away. guys, the choreography for seize the day and king of new york is out of this world, I was in awe the whole time. and the end of once and for all, oh my god. 3 standing ovations as well! (two in seize the day, and during the curtain call/bowsies)
the talent in this show is unreal; michael ahomka-lindsay and bronté barbé were really great as jack and katherine, I really enjoyed their portrayals of the characters and they both have great voices. moya angela was amazing as medda, she wore this beautiful outfit during 'thats rich' that matched what the bowery beauties were wearing, which I really liked, and she had a really nice voice. matthew duckett was great as crutchie, and yes letter from the refuge made me cry. my favourite character portrayal was probably ryan kopel, there was just something about how he plays davey that i loved, and he understood the assignment with poor guys head is spinning which made me very happy.
there were also three swings performing; bradley trevethan as elmer, jordan isaac as romeo, and zack guest who made his finch debut, and they were all amazing!
honestly I could watch those boys dance forever.
the cast made great use of the large space they've been given, there were some walkways that were used in various parts of the show, such as during brooklyn's here with the different boroughs, and the cast going into the audience (such as going up/down the main stairs) makes the show really immersive.
brooklyn were all girlsies. and they had a dance break during brooklyn's here. there was one brooklyn girlsie who had her arm in a sling and her name was splint.
new things they added/details I noticed and really liked were:
• les was actually involved in king of new york
• katherine wore a lady liberty crown made out of spoons at the end of kony which I loved
• race's cigar actually smoked
• there was a little bit at the start of the show, before santa fe prologue, which showed the newsies trying to sell papers
• jack had a small photo of santa fe in his pocket which he was looking at during santa fe prologue, it was a small detail they added that I absolutely loved
• during the 'world will know' scene where they're going on strike, katherine is on one of the walkways (the one closest to where we were sat) watching, which I really liked as her then wanting to help the newsies made more sense as she watched them declare their strike
• there was (at least to me) a small homage to the 1992 movie - during seize the day, they knocked over one of the newspaper carts and started ripping up the papers
• jack did a full on like tarzan swing from a rope (that seemed to appear from nowhere) during the fight scene, les went to do the same thing but davey was like 'um no get down'
• jack was in the seize the day dance break, and he was really good!
• he gave katherine a newsie cap in the finale it was so cute
the newsies were used for a lot of scene changes, specifically for when props needed to be brought on stage. my favourite one was when katherine said 'thank you' to the two newsies who brought her desk and chair on for watch what happens. (sidenote, if you're sat in manhattan, you walk under the stage and get to see all the props which was so cool)
we stage doored after the show and it was so cool, we met michael & bronte (who we actually also met before the show), matthew and ryan, and they were all so lovely!
the best piece of live theatre i've ever seen, it was like nothing i've ever experienced.

Random 3 AM thoughts from last night: What if someone made Tallahassee into a musical?
Picture the scene: the audience have all sat down, they’re chatting away and then the lights go dark. And Tallahassee (song) plays. You can hear the singers but they aren’t visible by this point. The audience believe this to be a beautiful love story. Then the actors come on stage, and they sing first few desperate hours, beautifully, in perfect unison. This is when the couple arrives at the house for the first time. The house is falling apart, and gives the audience the impression that this is a tale of recovery, making the best of a bad situation, which is further implied by southwood plantation road; “I am not gonna lose you, we are gonna stay married” - it’s evident that their relationship is far from perfect, but hope still remains for them. Between this and game shows touch our lives, they each open a bottle of beer and drink it. In silence. Then they each smoke a cigarette. Again in complete silence. They walk inside and game shows touch our lives plays. It becomes clear to the audience how bad the situation really is once, after a short period of conversation, which slowly becomes less and less coherent, the house that dripped blood plays. There is no break between this and Idylls of the King. The couple sing this quietly, in seperate rooms. Again, there is only a few seconds break between the end of this and the beginning of No Children. The audience note the sudden aggressive shift to pure anger and hatred. On one half of the stage, the husband sings loudly, a bottle in his hand. On the other side of the stage, the wife packs a bag, and by the end of the song, she has left. The lights fade, and the interval begins.
The second half begins loudly and suddenly, with the husband singing See America Right. At this point, only half the stage is lit, with the husband visible. The wife cannot be seen. The side of the stage which is lit switches for Peacocks and International Small Arms Traffic Blues are performed by the wife. The switch happens again and the husband performs Have to Explode. Shortly after this, underneath a beautiful, clearly, starry night sky, the couple perform Old College Try. The singer alternates between lines, with them both performing the final lines “I will walk down to the end with you, if you will come all the way down with me”. This is when the audience become truly hopeful. They prepare themselves for the reunion they had always secretly expected. As morning comes, Oceanographers choice begins to play. The stage is clouded with smoke, and the wife walks into the house. They fight, and then embrace. As this is happening, the light outside the window is darkening, (to indicate time passing, and the hatred slowly returning). Finally, as the couple are staring into each other’s eyes, Alpha Rats Nest begins. Flames begin to appear at the front of the stage, and by the end of the song, the couple are completely hidden behind them. The last time they are visible, they are staring away from one another. As the music fades out, so do the flames. But the couple are gone. So is the house. And the lights on the stage all go dark. And the show is over.
Thank you for reading

My first ever Whumptober submission!
I added my fic on Ao3 to the collection, so I guess it'll show up later?
No. 3 "Make it stop" (Couldn't actually work the phrase into the story, but it is heavily implied)
No. 12 Insomnia
Fandom: Tsukiuta, Tsukista
Stop
Hajime had welcomed the expansion into theatre.
Everyone had been proud when the middle pairs had been cast in Yumemigusa - Hajime in particular as Arata had learned to work with his natural stoicism, and Shun had strutted like a peacock at the praise You and Yoru had received.
And then the world had shifted and there had been swords and fighting and blood and sickness and death and Mikaduki-san who wasn’t Mikaduki-san.
Shun had managed to work his magic to save both You and Arata (and why did Hajime have overlapping memories of both) but the effects had been far-reaching.
Gravi and Procella had given up their tickets to stay with their actors backstage. Hajime had lost count of the times he had comforted a silently crying Aoi, or seen Shun holding a panicking Yoru, walked in on Kai talking to a pale, quiet You, or Haru gripping a deathly blank Arata. He had seen Shun’s guilt over treating the incident so lightly at the beginning, and Arata and You flinch every time they’d seen a hospital for months.
Both groups had slept in one common room or the other until the nightmares stopped.
Rabbit’s Kingdom had been… strange.  Hajime and Shun had decided to keep the existence of the book private until they saw how everyone reacted to the play, and the other members had been both surprised and relieved to learn why they were suddenly unwilling to let their leaders out of sight.
Hajime had been unable to sleep for weeks, both after Shun’s reading of the novel and the performances, haunted by visions of black- and white-gloved hands wrapped around Shun’s throat, Shun’s peaceful expression as he waited - expected - to die (by Hajime’s hand, or by his own when that failed). Shun’s despair and loneliness given form and murdering everyone - no matter that that part had only been a vision.
The sound of Shun’s soft call as he and his other self lay dying.
All of it had seen him on nearly nightly walks around the dorms, and sleeping in his counterpart’s room more often than not.
(The filming of Tsukino Empire had gone smoothly enough, except for the scene in the centre of the world, where Shun was prepared for Hajime to kill him. Again.
Shun had stuck close with an apologetic look and quiet reminders that it was his character, not him, and that this universe wasn’t one they had visited.
Hajime still hadn’t slept.
“Please stop asking me to kill you.”)
Zanshin had been the final straw.
That isekai trip had been a series of firsts that Hajime would have been content never experiencing: the first time Shun had warned against a world, the first time one of them had been kidnapped, the first time someone had been tortured, the first time Hajime had been certain one of his friends would die.
The first time without Shun.
The first time Hajime had seen Shun scream like that at someone.
The rest of the experience had become normal at this point.
Shun refusing to let Hajime, Haru, and Kai out of his sight for weeks.
Sleeping together in the common area to deal with everyone’s nightmares.
Shun staggering, nearly hysterical, into their arms at the end of each performance as the “last boss” amid the concerned looks from Quell and SolidS.
Finally, after the seniors had shared the story of what happened in Zanshin, the groups came to a decision.
Six Gravity and Procellarum would be taking a break from the stage for the foreseeable future.

Steve had seen the ad several times, his mother told him a lot about ballet, maybe he should go, in his childhood, they could never buy tickets to any of the performances, barely and they had enough money to buy the medicines he needed. Surely his mother would have liked to see it, even if it was only one.
Steve bought the ticket for Swan Lake, chose one of the best places, or so the box office had said, that from there he would see the show in all its splendor.
Tumblr media
Since you were a child, you had liked ballet, so much so that you went to classes, and you had finally achieved the leading role for the first time in your life. That night would be your debut, you were happy to see that you finally achieved what you had worked so hard for.
You adjusted your shoes, you kept the pink ribbon in a safe place, you always wore it with you because it was your good luck charm, in less than ten minutes the function would begin, in less than ten minutes your life would change forever.
Steve settled into his seat the moment the lights went out in the theatre, the feeling was a bit strange, it was a combination of the old with the modern, suddenly his gaze was fixed on you.
From that moment, once a week I went to your functions, after four months, there was a dynamic so that some people could go behind the scenes and live with the cast of the play. Steve was one of the lucky ones.
As soon as he saw you more closely, he was captivated, although he had liked how you looked on stage, in person and living together he fell in love.
Just at the last moment, when he decided to ask you out, maybe you could fall in love with him. Perhaps I could lead a normal life at this time. He walked towards you, he looked very determined, but internally he was dying of nerves, you looked at him when he stopped in front of you.
"I'm your fan, I'd like to invite you for a cup of coffee, my name is...
"You're Steve Rogers, tomorrow is my day off, I see you at the station at eleven in the morning, don't be late," you interrupted him with a big smile.
Tumblr media
6 months later
The two-month tour had been a success, even if Steve couldn't accompany you on his missions, you knew he would be waiting for you when he came back.
Sure enough, Steve was waiting for you at the airport to meet you, you took the bouquet he took you, and kissed him.
"I prepared something very special," Steve whispered in your ear as you hugged him.
"Is it what I think it is?" you asked with a rogue tone. He nodded, and you smiled, you knew that the time they were apart would be forgotten in the next few hours, as they would be too busy proving their love.
In the car, he covered your eyes with your pink ribbon, you assumed he wanted to experience new things, and you were willing to do anything with him.
After almost an hour, he had finally arrived at the place, he helped you get out of the vehicle, you still had your eyes covered, they walked a little, and he was guiding you.
"Take this pink ribbon off my eyes," you said, you couldn't keep waiting. Steve? "You had not received an answer, although you knew that he would not be able to leave you in that place, so you took it off, when you saw Steve, you were speechless, you had never imagined it, he was in front of you, kneeling, you immediately saw the box with the ring.
"Will you marry me?" he asked you.
You put a hand to your mouth in surprise and nodded to accept his proposal. You were the only one who made him happy.

The Whirlwind Of 5SOS (5 Seconds Of Summer at Madison Square Garden)
By Tanvi Sivakumar, Her Campus at the University of Maryland
'I’ve reached my peak being able to photograph for 5 Seconds of Summer (5SOS) in August. Hands down. Nothing beats being less than three feet away from one of my favorite bands and taking professional pictures...
I’ve been a fan since I was ten years old and seen multiple shows of 5SOS. This one was by far my favorite – my version of “The Eras Tour,” if you will. Getting to walk out in front of the barricade and setting up my camera was probably one of the most daunting moments I’ve had to prepare for. It was my first time shooting a show at Madison Square Garden and I can’t believe I had the privilege of doing it for a band I know and love. Beginning to build my concert photography portfolio, I had reached out to their publicist about this opportunity as well as doing a concert review, and was grateful she had accepted.
Words can’t describe the pure adrenaline pumping through me as the intro video was screened and the first notes to “Bad Omens” started playing. The show began with a sense of anticipation and excitement as the iconic guitar riffs filled the arena; fans were transported back to their early days of discovering 5SOS. It was a nod to the band’s roots and the audience reveled in the nostalgia of those early hits.
5SOS has evolved remarkably since their early days and that evolution was evident in every song they played. Tracks like “Easier” and “Babylon” showcased a newfound depth and maturity in their music and proved that they are more than just a pop-punk sensation. Although I have always loved their boyband sound, sonically I have grown to love the new maturity in their music that comes along with getting older.
For a lot of fans, being part of this experience was a full circle moment. Many have followed 5SOS from their early YouTube covers to global fame. Starting out with the early pop punk music from 5 Seconds of Summer, the band grew in popularity for their distinct sound. Over the years they developed into a more mature sound, and after the hiatus the band took their quality shifted towards making music more personal and connecting to each of their lives with their most recent 5SOS5. The nostalgia wasn’t just about the songs; it was about the memories and milestones associated with the band’s music.
I believe this concert was more than just a musical performance. Every show that I’ve attended of theirs sends me back to my favorite early 2010s memories. The show was well-thought out with state-of-the-art lighting coloring the stage in scenes representing various eras. Personally, I enjoyed their use of pyrotechnics and how even though it was unconventional, they had confetti blowing during their second song. Typically I don’t see confetti until a grande finale, but I appreciated the gesture even though it was early in the show.
From the early pop-punk aesthetic to starting a collection of my favorite band tees, the production value demonstrated the band’s commitment to delivering an unforgettable show and highlights their evolution as seasoned entertainers.
I witnessed not just a band, but a group of artists I grew up with. That night was a testament to the power of music to connect generations and create cherished memories. This concert wasn’t just a gig; it was a lifelong dream realized and a memory engraved in me forever.'

Lilia's life is a highway
lilia getting some help to make a song he'll enjoy.
Silly fic cause I feel like garbage on my period. Lilia is a fun and chaotic character!
An: there is an oddly high amount of puns in this for some reason... I apologize.
It was a normal day at the light music club, Cater trying to convince the others to pick some sort of trending song to do, while Kalim is happily agreeing and Lilia is refusing to give his oppinion to see the chaos.
This week however A newcomer decided to join their little band of misfits. Mc walked in with a determined look in their eyes. Lilia happily jumped at them from his place on the ceiling fan, laughing at their surprised reaction.
"fufufu! lovely to see you here prefect. What brings you to our little club this fine afternoon?" he asked floating down from the ceiling.
"I have a song request that I'm sure you'll enjoy getting to sing Lilia! I've been brainstorming different songs from my world that would fit my friends here." they explained excitedly. "and with Idia's help, my phone is working again so I can share these songs!" Lilia smiled as he hovered over their shoulder as they pulled out their phone.
Once they all heard the song Lilia was ecstatic to get to work, he loved a good rock song, and this one was catered to himself by the school's favorite prefect!
There was a concert coming up within a few weeks, so for once the light music club practiced and was ready to perform. Mc stood off to the side, using tech to ensure things would go smoothly as the club played on stage. magic and effects at the ready to dazzle and amaze the students in the audience.
"gentlemen of NRC! Welcome to the Light music Club's first dinner concert! we all hope you enjoy the songs chosen for tonight along with our final song that's sure to drive you wild!" cater announced.
Many of the songs were classic pop or rock songs known in twisted wonderland. many enjoyed the show and sat and ate from the buffet table Kalim had ordered and had Jamil help prepare. The night went on and as many were now full and content it was time to finish with a banger.
The lights flared as Kalim started his drums and Lilia played his bass. Cater moving to be a supportive guitarist.
"Life's like a road that you travel on When there's one day here, and the next day gone Sometimes you bend, sometimes you stand Sometimes you turn your back to the wind"
Lilia sang as he wailed away on his bass, using his magic to show a road under his feet as he moved around the stage.
"There's a world outside every darkened door Where blues won't haunt you anymore Where the brave are free and lovers soar Come ride with me to the distant shore"
the stage changed to a deep blue, then moved to change the area around it to look like a beach, many of the students oohed and aahed at the spectical.
"We won't hesitate To break down the garden gate There's not much time left today, yeah"
Lilia literally smashed through a gate that appeared in front of him.
"Life is a highway! I wanna ride it all night long!"
The others joined in the chorus, screaming out into the clear night sky.
"If you're goin' my way Well, I wanna drive it all night long!"
An illusion of a car zoomed over the stage as the scenery shifted to show bustling cities and towns on the stage like it was a map.
"Through all these cities and all these towns It's in my blood, and it's all around I love it now like I loved it then This is the road, and these are the hands"
Different maps flashed over the stage and ground. Showing distant lands and distant places lost to time.
"From the Rose kingdom to the coral sea nights The scalding sands to my valley's lights Knock me down and back up again traveling in my blood, I'm not a lonely man!"
Lilia continued to sing loudly, joy emanating off of him as different scenes flashed past as he continued to play his bass and float and dance over the stage.
"There's no load I can't hold A road so rough, this I know I'll be there when the light comes in Just tell 'em we're survivors!"
Lilia tossed his bass to the side and it continued to play itself, as he caught a large tree that fell from above the stage, he swings and launches it over the crowd and laughs as it crashes into the forest. He grabs his bass again and continues.
"Life is a highway I wanna ride it all night long! (whoo!)"
He continues the chorus and kalim and cater happily cheer along to his lyrics.
"If you're goin' my way! I wanna drive it all night long! (all night long!)"
"Life is a highway Well, I wanna ride it all night long, mmm, yeah If you're goin' my way (if you're goin' my way) I wanna drive it all night long (all night long)"
The stage changed to look like a large red car racing along a road. The crowds were going wild, dancing and cheering along to the upbeat song and amazing visual effects.
"There was a distance between you and I (between you and I)"
An image of a clock appeared at the back of the stage.
"A misunderstanding once" A clash of a fae sword against a humon shield. Lilia shook his head before smiling.
"But now we look it in the eye, ooh, yeah! (whoo!)"
The others cheered behind him as he screamed out the last part. He danced through the air as he soloed on his bass before returning to the stage.
"There ain't no load that I can't hold A road so rough, this I know I'll be there when the light comes in Tell 'em we're survivors!"
Lights started to float and flash over the raving crowd. Many screamed and whooped to the beat as they danced on the grass that continued to change colors. Showing different places and times.
"Life is a highway Well, I wanna ride it all night long (all night long, yeah) If you're goin' my way Well, I wanna drive it all night long"
"Life is a highway (life is a highway) I wanna ride it all night long, whoo, ooh, yeah If you're goin' my way (if you're goin' my way) I wanna drive it all night long (all night long, yeah)"
"Life is a highway I wanna ride it all night long (Yeah, I wanna drive it all night long, baby) If you're goin' my way (if you're goin' my way) I wanna drive it all night long (all night long!)"
The song faded out as a burst of magical sparks shot into the air. The crowd cheered loudly, clapping and whistling in appreciation. The group on stage ere winded but smiled as they thanked the audience for the wonderful night.
Once off stage they all cheered and Mc along with kamil pulled everyone into a group hug.
"That was amazing!! you guys did so well!" Mc said patting lilia on the back. Lilia gave his usual devilish smile.
"thank you! It wouldn't have happened if it weren't for you though dear prefect. Thank you for the fun idea and song. I'm quite fond of it." He said patting their head as he hovered next to them.
"We should totally do something like this again!" Kalim said already excited at the idea.
'as fun as that sounds. An R and R day also sounds very nice about now." cater said rolling his shoulders.
"fufufu. Indeed." lilia agreed. They could hear the crowd still loud and clear. "lets not keep our nex fans waiting then shall we? lets enjoy this night." He said pushing the others toward the exit to the stage.
"let's go all night long!" Kalim sang a bit. cater groaned a bit, causing Lilia to chuckle. He couldn't wait to see what other songs they could do together if they could make and enjoy something like this just from the idea of their close friend and newest member.

Heyaa, im so happy that you can write for a3!
Can i request how chikage, tenma, and tsumugi attempt to flirt or confess with their crush!reader who actually ship them with other troupe member
Thank you for the request, but I am sorry to say that I forgot Chikage. I was in a rush and he slipt my mind, but I hope you enjoy Tenma and Tsumugi!
Tumblr media
Tenma:
You worked at the company during the Spring Trope and continued with the Summer Trope, but you began to regret your choices when meeting Tenma Sumeragi, the spoiled brat of the group. He was rude, narcissistic, stuck up, and worst of all spoiled. He thought he could get whatever he wanted because he was famous and known for acting, but you weren't the type of person to be pushed around.
"Get me something to drink, assistant," Tenma ordered. You scoffed, "Get it yourself and my name is not assistant, it's Y/n."
"Whatever," He shrugged. With that reaction, you grew to dislike the orange haired boy, that was until you heard him act for the first time. During his audition, he was amazing, actually being a great actor. You couldn't help the feeling that rose in you when watching him act, it felt almost surreal. Tenma smirked, "I see someone enjoyed my performance."
"As if," You huffed, turning away. That was the beginning of your twos bickering and it went on for weeks until the last week of the performance.
Everyone was outside handing out fliers for the show, sadly enough you were paired with Tenma heading down one street that had a popular cafe. Passing by the busy building, a bunch of girls started to cheer and swoon at the sight of the orange haired boy causing him to stop and talk with them. Tenma grinned. "You should all come see my show, it's going to be great."
"We will!" One girl cheered, taking a flier. Watching the group and him interact, you realized how pretty they all were and how each of them would look with him, it began to hurt thinking about it. Shaking those thoughts away, you stomped over to the crowd grabbing the orange haired boy by his shirt collar dragging him off back to the theater.
"See you all at the show!" Tenma waved, making various girls collapse. You grumbled, "Look what you did, you knocked all of them out."
"You jealous that I'm giving them attention and not you?" Tenma wondered with a snicker. You rolled your eyes, dropping him on the floor, "As if."
Avoiding him, it was the night of the performance and everyone was running around trying to prepare for the night. Standing beside the sound booth, you began testing all of them when the feeling of a hand on your shoulder spooked you, making you fall onto the ground. Tenma smiled, "You're still falling for me I see."
"Shut up," You growled, standing back up to work on the sound booth. Tenma frowned, noticing the tensed look on your face, "You alright?"
"Why do you care," You answered, walking off to work on something else. Choosing to leave you alone, Tenma prepared for his performance, not forgetting the strange look. Seeing the seats fill up with people, Izumu ran over with a smile on her face, "Y/n come on we're going to go get some seats before there's none left."
"Doesn't someone have to be here to watch the sets?" You wondered. Izumu shook her head, "Nope, the stage crew has it handled, come on we don't want to miss anything." Grabbing your hand, the two of you rushed down to the seats finding some to watch the show.
Sitting there, your eyes were constantly glued onto the show watching everything with a small smile on your face, especially all of the parts with Tenma in them. Soon enough, the show wasover with all of the members standing on stage getting their final applause. Smiling brightly,
Tenma stared out into the crowd right where you and the director sat, sending one quick wink A bunch of girls in the crowd collapse from his gesture, hoping that it was meant for them. You were different, you knew that was for you but a hurt feeling was felt when remembering the scene with all of the girls. Standing up abruptly, you rushed outside needing some fresh air taking note of the tears that peeked in your eyes.
Watching you rush off, Tenma left the stage quickly trying to figure out where you had gone, getting a worried feeling that he hasn't felt in a while. Rushing around the theater, Tenma finally found you outside, staring up at the stars with a saddened look on your face. Tenma called out, "Y/n?"
"Tenma?" You turned, wiping the tears off of your face, "What are you doing out here?"
"I could ask the same thing," Tenma mumbled. You signed, "You're supposed to be with the others celebrating, just leave me alone and go be with them."
"What if I don't want to be with them," He whispered, walking closer. You backed away, "Stop Tenma."
"Why?" Tenma asked. You took a deep breath, "I want to be alone."
"You know," Tenma started, seeing the moonlight shine down on your face, "You look beautiful with the sun on your face." Hearing his comment, your face broke out into a heat of blush not prepared for his comment at all. Tenma laughed, "Why do you look so shocked?"
"I didn't think I would ever hear that from you," You admitted. Tenma tilted his head, "Why not? Aren't people supposed to tell the ones they like that they're beautiful?"
"You what," You blushed even more. He stepped forward, taking your hands into his head, "I like you and I have since my first day here. I know I can be a jerk sometimes, but-"
"Sometimes?" You questioned. Tenma huffed, "Yes sometimes, but I do it because I don't want to open up to others, you make it hard though. You make me want to break all of my walls and show the real me, the one I'm too afraid to show. You make my heart go faster and my face heat up without even knowing it."
"I didn't take you to be corny," You joked with a smile on your face. Tenma dropped your hands crossing his arms, "This is what I get for confessing"
"Sorry, I like you too," You confess, Tenma smirked, "I know, who doesn't like me."
"I take back my confession," You stated, heading back inside. Tenma followed, calling your name, "Wait Y/n! I'm sorry, I thought it would be funny!"
Tumblr media
You were in need of a job and the Mankal company had just opened up and had some working ponitions. You were the company's assistant helping around with custumes and scripts making sure everything was ready for opening nigh
You got along with everyone in the company, especially the diretor helping her out when she wded it. There was one person you weren't very fond of and that was Tsumugi Tsukika. On your first day, he acted differently from everyone else being more flirty and flamboyant.
"Hey Gorgeous, it's a pleasure to be working with you."
From that day forward, Tsumugi always made flirtatious attempts but you chose to ignore them thinking of it as his personality and how he talks to people. Hanging out in the living area, you were helping cook dinner when the sight of Tsumugi and Tasuku was seen talking about their childhood memories and the times they spent together getting a little too rowdy.
"There back at it again," Izumu signed with a small chuckle, continuing to stir the mixture inside the bowl.
Nodding your head, you remain silent thinking about the two and how close the two seem to be. Throughout then, you became well aware of the two wondering if something was going on between the two of them. During this time, Taimugi was more pestering with his flirting but you simply ignored it and put it off as him being funny. One day, the group was rehearsing a new show but something in the characters didn't seem right, it felt like it was missing something
"I don't know what to do, something doesn't feel right," Izumi mumbled, trying to figure out what to add to the show. Humming, you looked around at the members, seeing the two roommates together once again this time with Tsumugi having a blush on his face as he talked with Itaru. Tsumugi spoke up, "What if we have our lovely assistant act with us, it would be quite amusing for the crowd."
"I'm not an actor and I'll be busy behind the set. What if we do something with Tsumugi and Tasuku together, they have a great connection with each other," Y/n suggested. Izumi nodded, "That might work, let's start working on a script."
Smiling at her comment, you glanced over seeing a hurt look on Tsumugi's face as he turned away talking with the rest of the members about the new change. Putting the look off, you went on with your day but a strange feeling kept occurring when seeing the dark blue haired boy and the hurt looks he sent your way.
Walking to your room, it was late at night and the faint shadow was seen behind you causing a fearful feeling to rise until someone pressed you against a wall. Yelping, you widen your eyes seeing the green haired boy with a sharp look in his eyes. You took a deep breath, "Tasuku… you scared me."
"Sorry, I just wanted to talk about Tsumugi," Tasuku muttered. You tilted your head. "Is something wrong with him?"
"Not precisely, it's just I don't know if you know but you're pretty dense," Tasuku bluntly stated. You had a confused look on your face, "Where is this coming from?"
"You've been here for months now and you haven't noticed the way Tsumugi looks or acts around you," Tasuku grumbled. You scoffed, "You mean the flirting? Yea, of course I've noticed, it's just him joking around."
"Jeez you really are dense," Tasuku deadpanned. You huffed, "Stop calling me that!"
"Well, you are. You can't notice someone clearly flirting with you because they like you," Tasuku exclaimed. You widen your eyes again, "What…"
"Tsumugi likes you, he has for a while and it hurts seeing you put him down every time he tries to make a move on you. If you don't like him that way then tell him and help him move on," Tasuku ordered. You gulped, feeling the heat rush up to your face going over all of the moments the blue haired boy has flirted with you, "He… likes me, but I thought the two of you were together?"
"You really are-" Tasuku started. You shouted at him gently, "Enough with me being dense!"
"Fine, I'll stop if you go talk with him right now," Tasuku backed up. You stood up straight, "I will."
Heading to their room, you knocked on the door hearing the soft sounds of the blue haired boy rehearsing his lines. Stopping. Tsumugi came over and opened his door not preparing to see you outside with a nervous look on your face. Tsumuhi smiled, "Hey Y/n, what's-"
"I like you," You blurted. Hearing your words, a deep red blush grew on his face unsure of what was happening to him at this moment. Tasuku yelled from the end of the hall. "That's not what I meant!"
Hope you enjoy and feel free to send in requests!

chapter 1: all starts with a villian
Friday, December 31, 2019
Ji-hoo, a high school student was at karaoke with her friend, Seong-ro. They were singing quietly until they started to hear screams, one, and another, and another, and another... until they reached the room where they were. Seong-ro opened the door and... a person fell on him and ripped off his cheek. Ji-hoo didn't even flinch when she saw the scene and left there towards the city hall to change his name. As he walked, he smiled, his project had already worked.
Tuesday, January 8, 2020
Hye-ok is a high school student. Hye-ok was watching TV with her brother and her friend, Ho-ryu and Eum-sae. Everything was normal, an afternoon with his best friends on the last day of Christmas vacation. The 3 young people were watching the news to see what nonsense the government was saying. They laughed for a few minutes until it was time to go to sleep. Sae needed to go home, so she said goodbye to them and left.
Hye and Ryu finished dinner and went to prepare things to go back to class.
-How boring... I wish something would happen and we would be left without class, nor teachers, nor parents, nor government. I wish Sae, you and I were alone on the planet, that would be incredible. - Hye said.
-Well yes, think that if that happened, next year we won't go to university.- Ryu said. Hye looked at Ryu and they laughed. They talked for a while until their parents arrived and told them that they had to sleep.

Time: 7:00
-RYU!! WE ARE ALREADY LATE AND SAE HAS ALREADY CALLED 3 TIMES!!- Hye screamed, she was desperate.
Ryu finally got up and they ran towards Sae's house.
-Sorry for the delay...- Hye said angry.
-Sorry Sae...- Ryu said.
-You are always very unpunctual, come on, we are late- Sae said calmly.
Time: 7:21
They arrived at school and as always, they went to their classes. The first 3 hours were normal, they saw each other in the hallways changing classes, they ate in the middle of class, they took out their cell phones, come on, a normal day... Or so it seemed.
Time: 12:30
Hye was going to pick up some things from her locker when she realized that neither Sae nor Ryu were there, she assumed that they were not changing classes at that time. While going to the locker, she bumped shoulders with a boy.
-Be careful, huh.- Hye said.
-Sorry, I'm looking for Yuna.- The boy said in a hurry.
-Yuna? Jae Yuna? He's in the 3B classroom, if he's not there, he'll be in the theater room. - Said Hye trying to be nice.
-Thank you very much, Sung-ho, delighted.- Sung-ho smiled, Hye smiled at him and shook his hand, collecting her things and leaving.
What was it that Hye had felt? Did he like someone he just met? Hye passed and continued on her way.
Time: 13:13
Time for the first lunch and no one had gone down to the yard, strange, right? Hye got worried and started looking for everyone, but she couldn't find anyone, the only thing she found were some arrows that took her to the gym. When he opened the door, everyone was there. People looked at him since he had arrived late for the scientific performance. She looked for Ryu and Sae and sat with them. She asked them what was happening and they told them that a scientist wanted to do a performance. Hye was surprised. Everything was going well until...
-For this experiment, any volunteers? - Said the confident scientist.
-ME!- A familiar voice shouted, it was Jae Yuna. Yuna walked by me and looked at me badly, what's wrong with her? Anyway, when she went on stage, the scientist told her to stay still because if she moved, it would most likely not work. The scientist gave an injection to Yuna's arm and waited a few minutes until... Yuna's skin became paler, and paler, and paler again... Until.

On May 9th 1911 the Empire Palace Theatre in Edinburgh was partly destroyed by fire, 11 people lost their lives including the star performer that night, The Great Lafayette.
That Tuesday might in 1911 a 3000-strong audience took their seats to witness the lavish show, and Lafayette perform one of his greatest illusions.
His speciality act was titled the Lion’s Bride, which featured a magnificent caged lion. A woman walked slowly on to the stage before entering the cage but, as the animal looked set to pounce, its pelt fell away to reveal the master Lafayette.
But as Lafayette - who was just 38 at the time - took his final bow, a stage lamp caught fire. Within seconds the stage curtain was alight and, as the safety screen lowered, a draught caused the flames to leap out into the first row.
Believing the fire to be part of the illusion, the crowd remained seated. But as the orchestra struck up the national anthem, they realised the flames were real and fled for their lives.
Describing the fire in the Daily Record, one witness in the front stalls said: “The fire started with a lamp suspended from the roof.
"I don’t know what kind of lamp it was but all of a sudden what appeared like a shower of golden rain occurred and the whole scenery burst into flames.
"The fire leaped towards those of us in the front stalls and the friend who was with me had his eyebrows and the side of his head scorched.”
Lafayette was said to have perished on stage while two midgets, who were part of his act, ran to warn cellist James Baines of the danger in a backstage dressing room.
They were later found in the musician’s arms, all three overcome by smoke inhalation.
One of the pair, a 17-year-old girl, called Alice Dale, operated a scene-stealing mechanical teddybear while the other, 14-year-old Joseph Coates, had only joined the company two weeks previously.
Newspaper reports of the time say Alice ran backstage and asked artist Arthur Jewitt, known as the Rajah, to save her but was swept into the arms of Baines, who saw himself as the teenager’s protector.
Within hours, Lafayette’s body was discovered on stage and moved to Glasgow for cremation in preparation for the funeral.
But the next day, his London solicitor arrived in Edinburgh and voiced concern that the body was missing Lafayette’s famous rings.
Three days after the late-night blaze, a workman sifting through the rubble of the theatre found a severed hand next to an overlooked body.
The hand was adorned with rings and the body was identified as the world-famous illusionist.
The circumstances of Lafayette’s death were further complicated when it was revealed the corpse of one of his body doubles was never found. That mystery persists to this day.
A true eccentric, Lafayette was also famous for his slavish dedication to his dogs.
His favourite was Beauty, a pit bull terrier who died through over-eating just four days before the illusionist was killed in the blaze.
The dog was wearing her diamond studded dog collar as she travelled with Lafayette in their private Pullman coach to Edinburgh on April 30th, 1911. They booked into the Caledonian Hotel in adjoining suites and prepared for their two-week run at the Empire Theatre.
A sign in Lafayette’s London home made clear to visitors the importance of Beauty to her master. It read: “You may drink my wine; you may eat my food; you may command my servants; but you must respect my dog.”
Author Arthur Setterington, who penned The Life and Times of the Great Lafayette 1872-1911, wrote: “Beauty was his life. He was shattered by her death and performed each evening with his shoulders shaking with grief. He announced that his own death could not be far away.”
The pair were buried together in Edinburgh’s Piershill Cemetery, following one of the most spectacular funerals the city has ever seen.
Four horses with nodding plumes pulled the hearse containing his coffin and the body of his beloved dog. Behind them were carriages carrying wreaths. His other dog, Mabel the Dalmatian, sat in his Mercedes in the cortege. Floral tributes included a dog made from forget-me-nots and a wreath which contained thousands of flowers and read: “The Last Act”.
As he was laid to rest, the band played Chopin’s Marche Funebre and 25,000 people lined the streets to say their farewells to the great man.
Newspapers reported: “The crowd at times swayed in an ugly manner and it was feared there would be a breakthrough but fortunately this was avoided. Several people were crushed and badly jostled, and several cases of fainting were dealt with by the police.”
And the reporter observed: “One felt a tinge of regret that Lafayette, a man who lived in an atmosphere of advertisement, was not here to see it. Bizarrely, many thought he was.”
It was a fitting homage to an artist who was the highest-paid theatre attraction of his day, earning the equivalent of £2.7million a year. But rumours circulated that the magician managed to escape the blaze and the body, which lay in Piershill cemetery, was one of the two body doubles he used for his act.
Speculation was further compounded when some witnesses claimed to have later seen Lafayette outside the theatre and others said he gallantly went back in to save his black stallion, Arizona.
Very little is known about the background of the Great Lafayette.
Born Sigmund Neuberger in Munich in 1872, his family left Germany in search of a better life and emigrated to America.
His stage debut was in a vaudeville act as an expert with a bow and arrow but when he saw the Chinese illusionist Ching Ling Foo, he decided to change the course of his career.
In 1900, London audiences were transfixed by his astounding tricks, and within a few years the illusionist was commanding hundreds of pounds for each performance.
It is said his ghost haunts the auditorium and staff of the venue, now known as The Festival, Theatre, have reported seeing things out of the corner of their eye.
I’ll leave you with a quote about the death of The Great Lafayette, from Houdini himself, a good friend of his,
“He fooled them in life and he fooled them in death, I envy him.

Fandom: Glee Pairing: Blaine Anderson & Sebastian Smythe Summary: Before they began dating, Blaine told him he wanted to be wooed. Now he’s saying it’s too much and to rein it in. One look at a calendar and Sebastian knows he's screwed. But if that’s what Blaine Anderson wants, that’s what Blaine Anderson will get. Notes: Roses and Chocolates
Season 4 AU: No sad Blaine. Bad Klaine break-up but no cheating. No Hunter. No steroids. Tie at Sectionals similar to what happened in Season 2. In other words, ignore the stupid stuff.
However, this one time, we’ll accept the stupidity of canon trying to convince us Lima and Westerville are practically right next to each other so Blaine doesn’t have to drive 2 hours (each way) to school every day.
September
School had been back in session for a week before Sebastian finally gave into Niff’s whining and agreed to go to the Lima Bean. He’d been avoiding the place because Blaine was always there. They shook hands at Regionals, but nothing came of it. They still weren’t talking. But Niff insisted there was something he had to see. It must have been big considering two cars full of Warblers followed them.
When he walked through the doors, he knew exactly what they were talking about. There, in all his glory, was Kurt Hummel wearing an apron, exactly as he’d predicted last year. Oh, he was going to have so much fun with this.
3 Weeks Later
Fridays were half days at Dalton. It was so those leaving for the weekend had time to prepare. This weekend he was staying back to study for his first big Economics (the subject that was going to kick his ass) test. But he could do that later. Right now, he felt like going on a run. He got ready but then changed his mind. He was still going for a run but was going to drive to Lima instead of using Dalton’s track. There was a little park there with a running trail he enjoyed. It also just so happened to be across the street from the Lima Bean. When he finished his run he could get an ice coffee and participate in his new favorite hobby Annoy the fuck out of Hummel.
After 3 weeks some would think he’d grown tired of it. Those people obviously didn’t know him.
High on the endorphins running gave him, Sebastian mentally organized the new zingers he’d come up with. Unfortunately, when he arrived at the coffee shop Hummel wasn’t there. Blaine was.
Shit!
Before he could make a hasty retreat, his former friend (and first boy he fell in love with for more than 20 minutes) called him over.
Shit!
"Shouldn’t you be in class at that public school you slum in?”
"I’m playing hooky.”
"You? Golden Boy Blaine Anderson is skipping? I’m both impressed and curious. What was so important you brought out your inner rebel?”
"I ended my relationship with Kurt.”
October
Blaine was meant to play Teen Angel. Watching him go down those stairs, dressed all in white and singing like a dream was doing things to him...naughty things.
That day in September when Blaine told him he had ended it with old Gayface, he immediately started his Come back to Dalton campaign. The former Warbler had a dozen reasons why he couldn’t. At the time, only one made sense. He didn’t want to change schools yet again (even though the first one wasn’t his fault). It wouldn't look good on his transcript.
Now, seeing Blaine Anderson own yet another stage, he could see another reason for his choice. Dalton didn’t have a Drama Club. Despite only having one scene, any performing arts college admissions officer would be able to see he was the best thing about this monstrosity. He hated to admit it, but this mess desperately needed Rachel Berry. It wasn’t like they weren’t already using graduates. For some reason Santana Lopez was playing the second female lead. Blaine explained why but all he heard was blah blah blah…Sam’s not happy about it…blah blah blah…he’s dating Brittany…blah blah blah…Santana’s ex.
This bit of information, plus the break-up of Berry and the Oaf gave him enough to keep him entertained both before and after the Teen Angel portion of the evening. Hummel looking back at him every 5 minutes also helped. He made sure to give him a little wave every…single…time.
Blaine warned him it would take around a half hour once the play was over for him to be able to leave, but it had almost been an hour. He assumed the delay was people trying to talk him into going to the cast party at Breadsticks. It was no secret Hummel (and the other graduates) planned to ignore the fact it was a cast party and crash. He decided to give it 10 more minutes before he went to find his unofficial, maybe someday, boyfriend.
But then the yelling began.
“Are you kidding me? Never mind, I know you’re not. You expected me to sit on my ass and pine for you until graduation. I can’t believe I was so stupid.”
“Sebastian…”
“Sebastian is none of your damn business.”
“I knew you're cheating on me!”
That was his cue. He ran down the hall and around a corner to find Blaine with the current New Directions on one side and Hummel and the graduates on the other. Fucking great. The one thing Blaine made him promise was not to instigate an already tense situation. Wait…he was on the other side of the building. He (technically) had nothing to do with this showdown starting. But he knew a way to end it.
Game on!
He walked through the Old New Directions, winked at the NYADA reject and handed the flowers he brought to Blaine’s new (McKinley) BFF, Sam. Then, without a word, took Blaine in his arms and kissed him…hard. Blaine caught on and jumped up, wrapping his arms and legs around him like a Koala. When he grabbed hold of the Koala’s (perfect) ass to keep him up, the comments began. Applause erupted from the current New Directions side. Sam yelled Go get it, Anderson. There were catcalls from (who he believed was) Lopez. He was a little too busy to check it out.
If Hummel responded, it must have been at one of those pitches only dogs could hear. When they finally broke apart, he was in a best kiss I ever had daze and didn’t know what to do next.
Blaine did.
“Thanks, Babe. And Kurt, I'm not cheating on you. Not because I'm with Sebastian but because I broke up with you.”
“So, you are sleeping with Smythe!”
Now he knew what to say. “Why? You want to watch? Maybe I can teach you a thing or two. The New York Gays aren’t into, shall we say, vanilla. Then again, neither is B. Oh…you didn't know? You're a bigger idiot than I thought. Sorry about that B...in more ways than one.”
"It's alright. I'm sure the differences in my sex life have been highly speculated since you came back into my life."
Dog whistle, incoherent screaming
“Come on Killer, let’s go.” He took the flowers back from Sam and walked over to Artie (the director on Blaine’s side) “Apologies, but Blaine will not be attending the cast party.”
“No apologies necessary”
They went back to Dalton and crashed the Warblers monthly movie marathon. When Nick took Blaine upstairs to get some pj’s his phone started to go off. Of course, it was Hummel. He said to let it go to voicemail, but Thad answered it. He was able to use the words mock or mocking eight times before the other end went dead. The Warblers who were at Dalton with Hummel were literally rolling on the floor laughing. Someday, someone was going to have to tell him what that was about. When Blaine and Nick returned, he told Blaine what happened. He just shrugged then sat down next to him, stealing half his blanket. After grabbing his phone and blocking his ex's number, Blaine told the story of what happened after the play.
The movie marathon was scrapped. The group spent the rest of the night telling stories and laughing. At one point, some of the guys brought down their laptops and graduated Warblers were Skyped in. He learned what was so funny about the word mock. It was his favorite story after the one where Blaine jumped on a 100 year-old table, broke it into pieces and then somehow managed to charm the headmaster into not giving him detention for destruction of school property.
Fucking amazing
Blaine smiled the entire night until exhaustion took over. By this time, he’d hogged the majority of the blanket and was once again practicing being a Koala bear.
Again, fucking amazing
"Hey, Seb. Did we ever tell you about the Gap Attack?”
Thad took off at a full sprint when Blaine instantly woke up at the mere mention of the Gap Attack. It was ok, he knew the story but never got why it was such a big deal. Because, seriously, how could anyone reject such a grand gesture from Blaine Anderson?
November
The Warblers and New Directions decided to combine their We won Sectionals parties since technically they both won.
“A fucking tie? How the hell did we fucking tie?”
“It’s happened before” Sam reminded him, only slightly slurring his words. “When Blaine and he who shall not be named were at Dalton. Blaine took the lead on both songs and knocked them out of the park. Then Quinn and I did an awweeesooome duet. You know, I really liked Quinn but then she started sleeping with…yeah, I’m drunk.”
“Slept with who? Come on Evans!” Good thing that Sugar girl’s basement was huge so there was plenty of other furniture for the others. Sam was out cold. Watching his girlfriend eye fuck her ex all night probably contributed the situation, especially when that Quinn girl actually fucked some guy behind his back. But who?
He needed to find Blaine.
It didn’t take long. He was off to the side talking with the Oaf. If he understood what happened, the guy flunked out of the Army and has now taken over the New Directions since Schuster abandoned them. Fuck! He was also Hummel’s stepbrother.
Everyone knew their kiss after Grease was just to piss-off Hummel. It must have worked because the delusional diva-wannabe had gone silent. That changed today when he called Blaine, five minutes before they were supposed to go onstage. His number was supposed to be blocked but somehow rang through. That could wait. The real problem was figuring out what triggered the call in the first place. Since he wasn’t going to get answers from the fucking narcissist, the Oaf would have to do. “Did you tell the Bad Fairy what a dick move it was to call Blaine right before the New Directions went on stage? Or at least find out what the hell he wanted?”
The Oaf looked toward the ground and huffed, the international signal for you’re not going to like this. “Kurt thought he and Blaine would get back together when he was here last month. When that didn’t happen, he told anyone who would listen he found out Blaine was cheating on him with you even before he left for NYC. Supposedly he's been super depressed enough for his boss to call him into her office yesterday. She told him he’d never be able to move on until he offered forgiveness to those who wronged him. Kurt called Blaine so Blaine could apologize for cheating on him and then he could forgive him.” The Oaf and Blaine silently waited for a response. It wasn’t what they expected.
Full-on laughter
When he was able to breathe again, he sobered (not really, he was still pretty drunk) up to stare the Oaf directly in the eyes. He seemed a little taken aback. It probably didn’t happen very often. The dude was tall, but so was he. “Seb…”
“No, you’re going to listen to me. Tell that delusional son-of-a-bitch to stop saying shit about me and Blaine. If he says no, remind him my father is the State’s Attorney. I will never…ever see the inside of a jail cell. Oh, sorry Blaine."
"Don't be. Even if I wanted to press charges, which I didn't, the idiot gave away the evidence."
"True." He turned his attention back to the Oaf. No, really turned. It made him nauseous. "And also let Gayface know my new, very good friend Sugar told me her Daddy can dispose of a body so it's never found. Got that?”
“Yeah, I’ll take care of it.”
He (slightly) nodded his head (still nauseous) and backed off. Blaine was smiling that smile that made him want to drop to his knees and offer everlasting fidelity…and give him a blowjob. However, this wasn’t the time or place. “Now that we’ve got that settled, can one of you tell me who the asshole was that fucked Sam's girlfriend behind his back? I need to kick his, or her, ass. No, I can’t hit a girl. Hey, Sugar! Come over here. I might need a favor!”
December
“Explain it to me one more time.”
"You understood the first time. You understood the second and third time.”
"I understand the part about Sam and Brittany getting married…”
"Fake married”
"But they didn’t know it was fake.”
Blaine lifted his coffee and gave it a slight tip, acknowledging his point. “Touché. So, what don’t you understand?”
"How Sammy-boy is still walking around. I thought Lopez would be here on the first flight out of NYC. She might not be as delusional as Hummel, but even I can tell she thought Britt would come running back if she changed her mind. The true question is she pissed because her ex moved on, or that Britt moved on with Sam, Satan's other ex?”
"You know about Sam and Santana?”
"I know he was just a beard but didn’t know it. Those girls in the New Directions treated your BFF like shit, which is really, really bad considering I'm the one saying it. You’d think he’d be quite the catch with those lips. Since he’s on team vagina…”
"Stop! Sam’s my best friend.”
"Are you telling me you’ve never thought about what those lips could do if he was on his knees…”
"Oh my God! Don’t put that thought in my head!”
He had to admit he’d thought about Sam that way a time or two, but it was always centered around Blaine. Primarily, what would happen if the guy was a switch hitter. He and Blaine were extremely tactical together. He’d watched them hug more times in 3 1/2 months than his parents had in his lifetime. They also had a cool nickname…Blam. He and Blaine needed a nickname. Bastian? No…Seblaine. Image Hummel’s meltdown hearing the Seb in his name replacing the K in Klaine.
"Earth to Sebastian. Please tell me you’re not thinking of Sam giving you a blowjob.”
"I wasn’t until…kidding. I’m only kidding.” He took a sip of his coffee before changing the subject. It was time to push things forward, or at least find out if it was possible. “But I was thinking about how close you and Sam are. I mean you were practically holding hands the other day when I picked you up. If your BFF could be your BF, would you be with him?” Well, that sounded stupid.
"Have I thought of me and Sam together? I'm a 17 year-old gay boy and he's gorgeous 17 year-old boy with six-pack abs. Of course, I've thought about it. But I'd never do anything to jeopardize our friendship."
Good! “So, if Blam is totally platonic, what about dating in general? You’ve had enough guys hit on you at Scandals. Or are you still not over Hummel?” Please be over him, please be over him.
"I don’t think the guys at Scandals are looking for dates. And I’ve been over Kurt for a while now." YES!!! "I should tell you something.”
That didn’t sound good. “Anything”
“Burt, Kurt’s dad, came to see me the other day and asked me to go with him to NYC for Christmas, obviously to see Kurt.”
WTF?! “He knows you and Hummel aren’t together anymore, right? Or didn’t he care.”
"It’s not like that.” Blaine finished his coffee before sitting back in his chair. “You can’t tell anyone.”
"Done.”
"He has cancer. Cancer is what killed Kurt’s mom. Burt’s going to NYC to tell him in person.”
Great, now he feels like an ass. "I’m sorry. I know you’re still close to him despite everything. But that doesn’t explain why he asked you to go.”
"He thought I would…you know what? I don’t really know why he thought it would be a good idea. Sam overheard Burt on the phone with Kurt and he mentioned our annual Christmas duet tradition. Maybe it was something to do with that.”
"Christmas duet tradition?”
"The first song Kurt and I sang together was Baby, it’s cold outside. And you saw the Christmas TV Special the New Directions filmed last year.”
"And you were great. But you said annual tradition.”
"Last year and the year before.”
“Killer, doing something two years in a row isn’t an annual tradition, it’s a coincidence.” For some reason Blaine began to laugh then volunteered to get them another round of coffees and a couple of Christmas cookies. When he returned the laughter had stopped, but the boy across from him seemed lighter somehow. “What did I say to put you in this mood? Not that I’m complaining.”
"Don't get mad but I was feeling a little sad about the Christmas duet tradition until you called it a coincidence."
O...K? "Why?"
"When I took the time to look back on my relationship with Kurt, I realized we didn't have a quote/unquote thing. The closest I could come was the duets."
"Nothing else? You were together over a year."
"Exactly. He gave me red and yellow roses once, but it was his attempt at an apology for accusing me of stealing Tony, West Side Story, from him. Even before the official announcement, it was pretty clear I had the part considering Artie had me read with both Rachel and Mercedes. Don't ask." He made the locking gesture over his lips. This sounded like the beginning of a rant, and he didn't want to stop progress. Hopefully, it would give him the information he had (badly) been trying to get since they got there.
"After that, every romantic gesture came from me. Hell, I weaved together a bow-tie ring out of gum wrappers. Don't ask." Wouldn't dream of it. "Oh, I forgot. He did give me a stuffed dog when my brother he was visiting, who by the way, Kurt didn't try to hide his massive crush on. Anyway, I was so touched he thought of me that I didn't wrap my head around the story of the dog until later. The seniors were at the amusement park for Senior Skip Day. Rachel made Finn play the games so he could win her stuffed animals. On the way back, Kurt thought of me, or Cooper and thus me, I don't know, and realized he didn't bring me back anything, which he said he would. So, he stole one of Rachel's multiple animals and gave it to me, saying she wouldn't miss it. He didn't win the dog. He stole it and then told me like it was no big deal."
"That's...that's a lot."
"I've got dozens more."
"No, that's ok. I believe you." And he had enough information. Anything more would just piss him off and cloud his focus. "So, what you're saying is when you're ready to date, you want to be the one who is...I know there's a word."
"Wooed. Yeah, I want to be wooed. And not just wooed. Bigly wooed. Hugely wooed. No, humungously wooed."
"I don't believe anything you said was grammatically correct."
"I don't care. I want chocolates and roses..."
"Just not red and yellow ones."
"Exactly! And besides being humungously wooed, I want to be with someone I don’t have to hide myself from. He’d have to accept my inner Geek…comic books, video games, Star Wars…”
Shit! "That eliminates me from the pool of potential boyfriends. I will never understand Star Wars. At least the canon…”
"Oh My God!!! I told Sam to stop sending you links to clone/clone smut!”
"I can’t help it. I find them fascinating. I mean, they’re clones of the same guy. So, the clone is basically having sex with himself. How is that not Masturbation?”
December 23 in Lima/December 24 in Paris
"Hey, Killer. I thought we agreed to Skype on the 26th after we opened our gifts?"
Blaine smiled and picked up Sebastian's (already opened) gift. "You got me a stuffed dog!"
"It's not the 26th!"
"I can't believe you actually thought I'd wait!"
Yeah, he should have known better. "Just so you know, I didn't win him, but I did build him."
"You went to Build-A-Bear and made me a puppy? You know what Build-A-Bear is?"
"Trent did. Then I asked Sam if he thought you'd like it. He showed up with Tina because she wanted to make sure I didn't fuck it up."
"You...?"
Something changed. Blaine had been like a hyperactive puppy...oh, now he gets the whole Puppy Dog Eyes of Doom thing Sam went on and on about. "You ok Killer?"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm great." It looked like he hugged the stuffed animal tighter, but he couldn't tell for sure. The Skype was a little fuzzy. "Open your gift."
"No..."
"Open it. I want to see your face." When he came back with the box, Blaine was practically bouncing through the screen. "Open it!"
"Ok, ok...oh. Men of McKinley?"
"January and December."
"Jan...oh, shit!"
"Remember when I told you the New Directions had to raise money to get a handicapped accessible bus for Regionals? Ta-da!"
"Um..."
"Speaking of January, December, do you want to get dinner before Sugar's New Year's Eve party?"
"Sure. Breadsticks, since it seems like that's the only place the New Directions go?"
"No, when I said dinner, I meant just you and me."
🎉🎉🎉"That sounds great."
December 31 11:59 PM/ January 1 12:02 AM
When the kissed ended, he lowered his head to put their foreheads together. "Blaine Anderson, I promise I am going to humungously woo you like no one has been humungously wooed before."
February
Blaine was in the Warbler Commons holding the basket he had delivered to McKinley. The Warblers were nowhere to be found. Thad told him Good Luck when he literally ran into him in the hallway but didn't say anything about canceling Warbler practice. Regionals were in 3 weeks. "Hey Babe, do you know where the guys are?"
"I asked them to give us some privacy." He held up the basket before setting it on one of the sofas. "You've got to stop, Bas."
"You don't like the puppies? They're for Bas Dog. The puppy with the pink bow is Alexandra and the one with the blue bow is Devon." Blaine sighed, then took his hand, taking him to the sofa across from the basket. "Did I do something wrong? You're the one who said you wanted to be humungously wooed."
"And I love being humungously wooed by you, but it's every day and I can't imagine the amount of money you've spent."
"That's not my fault, it's yours." Shit! He didn't want to tell Blaine this but no lying or hiding feelings was their Rule #1. "Remember the day you came to my house to help put away the Christmas decorations?"
"Yeah, there were a lot more than I thought there'd be considering your family spent the holidays in Paris."
"When you're a politician, you've still got to keep up appearances. Anyway, New Year's morning, after my wooing promise, I realized something. I had no fucking clue how to woo someone. Then I made a humungously big mistake. I asked my mother."
"Your mother is a lovely woman. Maybe a little over the top."
"No, and I love her, but she's an overbearing French snob who looks down on everyone and everything...except you. You come over, being all charming, (air quotes) forgetting not to call my parents Ma'am and Sir. You brought delicious homemade muffins you baked that morning because you didn't have a hostess gift. I invited you for manual labor not a dinner party."
"It was the polite thing..."
"And then when you and Mother went missing, and Dad and I found you both at the piano singing the score to Les Misérables? My dad pulled me aside and told me he was doubling my weekly allowance but called it my Don't fuck this up fund. Later that night, after you'd gone home, Mother came to my room and gave me a 3-hour lecture on wooing. Then she told me she was tripling my weekly allowance but called it my Don't fuck this up fund."
Blaine's smile was the only thing holding back his laughter. "Did you tell Vivian your father had already given you a raise?"
"Not at first. I thought she was just adding on to what Dad had already done. But when I checked the next day, the original amount was now five times larger. I told them but they waved it off. So, long story short, I haven't spent nearly what I could have. I didn't want to freak you out. And if you haven't guessed, my parents really like you."
"My parents like you too. If my father says the word "upgrade" one more time..." Blaine kissed his cheek but he could tell it was about his developing relationship with his father more than what they were discussing. It sometimes overwhelmed his boyfriend (he loved saying that) how he and Patrick Anderson got along so well. "Thank you for telling me what your parents have done but I want you, and your parents, to understand something. You're an amazing boyfriend and not because of the gifts. Ok, not just because of the gifts. If you don't believe me, believe the universe. You got into Harvard and I'm going to Berklee. We applied to those schools last year, when we weren't talking."
"Berklee was your backup school."
"Yes, at the time, but I could've chosen NYU and didn't. Something was steering me toward Boston. You're stuck with me. And maybe Brittany. Evidently, she's some sort of math genius and MIT is flying her out for further testing."
"That...that...that...huh?"
"I can't explain it either. I'll let you know when I know." Blaine got up and came backed with the two stuffed animals. "I love being wooed by you. Puppies for Bas Dog is incredibly sweet. The problem I have is you keep sending everything to McKinley."
"Are any of those assholes giving you crap because your boyfriend is sending you gifts?"
"No, it's not because you and I are gay. It's because Valentine's Day is next week. Today, a group of guys came into the Choir Room after Glee begging me to ask you to stop. Their girlfriends are constantly pointing out what you've sent me. No way can they live up to those expectations."
"That's not my fault."
"I know, just please, nothing else to McKinley until after Valentine's Day."
"Fine, but afterwards we're back to humungously wooing?"
Blaine sighed and gripped his hand tighter. "I told you, I'm not going anywhere."
"But..."
"I had an idea. Have you heard about Wes' Lent Challenge?"
"Yes, but you know my opinion on organized religions. They call me an abomination. I call them a bunch of hypocritical pedophiles."
"And I agree, but the Challenge wasn't about religion. It was about creativity, but we didn't get to choose what to give up. I had to give up boy band moves for 40 days. We were getting ready for Regionals!"
"Boy band moves?"
"And jumping on furniture."
"Ah, that makes more sense." Something about the way Blaine was looking at him let him know he wasn't going to let this go. "What's your idea?"
"Let me show you my Blaine Anderson everything has to be over the top skills and allow me to take over Valentine's Day."
OH, HELL NO! "That's not going to happen. We can both do Valentine's Day."
"That's what I figured you say. But I want you to understand, I'm with you because of you, not that you're the King of Humungously Wooing. You do believe that, don't you?'
Uhhhh... "Maybe"
"I know the Lent Challenge is a bit extreme, but I couldn't think of another way to get you to stop wooing me and let me prove to you how we can be really great without it."
Maybe he'd been going overboard. At first, he could blame having no idea how to be in a relationship and then bringing in his parents. Then Hummel found out they were together and conveniently came back to Lima to check on his dad, despite just beginning classes at NYADA. If he was there for his dad, how come he was at McKinley daily "helping" Schuster and the Oaf get the New Directions ready for Regionals? That's when he started sending the gifts to McKinley. But once he started, he couldn't stop. Ok, Hummel said something about Blaine will dump him once the gifts ended and he'd be there to pick up the pieces.
He wasn't proud that he'd let it get to him.
"So, nothing to McKinley until after Valentine's Day. Then wooing, just not humungously wooing. And then, the Lent Challenge." He leaned in and kissed his boyfriend...his boyfriend. Yeah, he should learn to accept that. "When does Lent start?"
"It's not like Christmas. It's the 40 days before Easter and Easter's usually somewhere in April."
Later that evening, he pulled out a calendar to find out exactly when Lent began.
Oh, shit! He's so screwed.
But if that’s what Blaine Anderson wants, that’s what Blaine Anderson will get.
February 14th
The next week was pretty great for him and Blaine. Sam on the other hand...
Brittany broke up with him via text, when they were in the same room, because her cat told her to. The next day she flew off to MIT. The breakup (dumping) was most likely due to that, but the cat story was more fun.
Sam's pain was real, and he kind of felt bad, but it gave him the opportunity to woo Blaine but look like he was cutting back at the same time. Thankfully, even after all the money he's spent to this point and the money he was spending on Valentine's Day, there was still a substantial balance in his Don't fuck this up fund.
Sugar told him she didn't know what guys did, but when girls had a breakup, they usually spent the next few days in bed with friends (to tell you what a jerk your ex is), ice cream (to eat your feelings) and a movie (probably the Notebook). That wasn't going to work, but it gave him an idea. He and Beat (the Warblers gaming expert) went to the mall. Two Play Stations and multiple (including the latest Marvel and Star Wars) games later, they moved on to the grocery store. Sam watched what he ate (obsessively) so he didn't know what ice cream to get. He bought them all along with everything he needed for a sundae bar.
While took the haul back to Dalton, he went to Hummel's house to kidnap Blam. He thought the Oaf was going to swallow his tongue when he opened the door to see him standing there. It wasn't a picnic for him either.
Sam protested but Blaine convinced him to go with it. When they got to Dalton and saw the setup...2 large TVs with a game station on each, stacks and stacks of pizza, a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages (the good stuff was for later) and a freezer full of ice cream...the McKinley boys were in complete shock.
"Sugar told me about the ice cream, Notebook, friends version of a post-breakup party, but Sam's a dude. I thought video games, junk food, ice cream and later, alcohol, sounded better. And for once, you're not going to scrutinize everything you eat. We'll deal with the aftermath, you know, after. And before you ask, I didn't invite anyone else from McKinley because Britt is their friend as well. Here, you can trash her all you want and nothing gets back to Satan."
As the Warblers took Sam under their wings, Blaine drug him to his dorm room and gave him the best blowjob of his life...times 10! Not that he expected it to happen but...holy shit! Maybe there was another way to woo Blaine Anderson.
But that was last week. Today was Valentine's Day. The creme de la creme of romantic holidays. All other wooing meant nothing if he didn't get this right. He knew it wasn't true, but it sure felt like it.
He honored Blaine's wishes and sent nothing to Mckinley. They agreed to meet at Dalton and he was pretty sure some of the guys were helping Blaine with something. It was driving him nuts. To make it worse, his Economics (his worse class) teacher noticed he was distracted and called on him constantly. Asshole!
When class ended, Jeff took one arm and Nick the other. Without explanation, they escorted him to the Conservatory on the other side of the Academy. Blaine was at the grand piano wearing the same outfit he was wearing when they first saw each other. He was even wearing the bowtie, which he didn't do as much anymore.
When your legs don't work like they used to before And I can't sweep you off of your feet Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love? Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?
And, darling, I will Be loving you 'til we're 70 And, baby, my heart Could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how People fall in love in mysterious ways Maybe just the touch of a hand Well, me, I fall in love with you every single day And I just wanna tell you I am
So, honey, now Take me into your loving arms Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars Place your head on my beating heart I'm thinking out loud
Maybe we found love right where we are
"Did you like it?"
"I loved it. You know Ed Sheeran is one of my favorites right now, but, isn't there more?"
Blaine picked up a gift sitting on the other side of him and brought it over. "I thought we'd save the rest of it for later."
He opened the box and... "Holy shit! These are front row! And backstage passes! How? I thought about this but he's not performing near here."
"I know, those are for his Boston show. It's during Spring Break. I thought we could go check out the campuses and surrounding area. It would be nice if we could find a coffee shop before we actually move there."
"Oh, wow, yeah. Wait a minute, your parents agreed to me and you going to Boston unchaperoned?"
"So, did yours."
"That's not surprising. They love you. I wouldn't be surprised if they find some apartments for us to check out while we're there." He leaned in to thank his boyfriend for the amazing gift when... "Seriously Killer, how did you get these? From what I've heard, he doesn't allow backstage passes unless he personally approved them."
"Cooper"
"Cooper? You're brother, Cooper?"
"When Ed first moved to LA he lived in the apartment across the hall from Coop. They became friends. Since my brother had never asked before, Ed was more than willing to help him out. However, this does mean I owe him a HUGE favor. I don't really want to think about it." Blaine went up on his toes and kissed him before taking a step back, obviously anticipating something. "Well?"
"Well? Oh, you want your gift." He reached into his messenger bag and handed his boyfriend a small box. "I hope you like it. I tried to remember everything you told me."
Blaine's blazing smile faded the moment he saw the contents of the box. "A chocolate bar and a plastic flower?"
"Rose. It's a rose. I remembered when you went on your original wooing rant, and you said you wanted someone who would give you chocolate and roses. And I hope you noticed it's white, not red or yellow."
"I noticed, but...I mean, I know I asked you to scale back, but it's Valentine's Day."
"And?"
"And what?"
He opened the calendar on his phone and showed it to his thoroughly confused boyfriend. "Today is Valentine's Day and the first day of Lent. Easter is early this year. Maybe next time you get a big idea, you should make sure of the details before implementing it."
It took a little bit of time before Blaine put it all together. "The Lent Challenge. You were supposed to stop with all the gifts for the Lent Challenge."
He tried hard to suppress the snark in his expression but couldn't. "I couldn't get you nothing..."
"Oh, no, this is great. You did exactly what I wanted."
"Excellent! Let's go to the Commons. I want to show the guys what my wonderful boyfriend got me for our first Valentine's Day." That was laying it on a bit thick, but he'd already gone this far. Blaine trying to smile and saying how much he loved the candy bar and dollar store flower was pretty pathetic. "That's strange" he said when they found the doors shut. "We've got practice in 20 minutes." He opened the doors and stood off to the side.
"Oh...my...God!" Blaine ran right past him. Inside the Commons were seven (one for each week they'd been boyfriends) bouquets of a dozen white roses. There were also a dozen handmade chocolate hearts from the best chocolatier in Paris.
"Like I said. I remembered you wanted to be with someone who would give you chocolate and roses. I thought maybe you would forgive me this one..."
He couldn't finish the sentence when Koala Bear Blaine returned, kissing him with everything he could put into it. When it ended, there were tears on both their faces. He's never understood happy tears until Blaine came into his life. "Are you ok?"
"More than. And I promise, I will never question your wooing again."
20 Years Later
The noise of his husband and children carried up from the kitchen to his bedroom, even with the door closed. Sebastian was making Alexandra and Devon heart shaped pancakes as he had every year since they ate solid food. He always made sure not to go down to the kitchen until they were finished. This was a tradition between just the three of them. Sebastian also kept up the tradition of giving him chocolates and roses for Valentines Day. The most memorable was during their senior year of college. They flew to Paris so Sebastian could take him to the chocolatier who made the chocolates from the first year. Inside one of the hearts was an engagement ring.
He walked over to his dresser and pulled out a small box. It was the secret he hid from everyone, even the man he married. Inside were his two favorite possessions in the world…a chocolate bar wrapper and a plastic rose. The moment Sebastian explained the logic behind them, he knew he’d marry that boy someday. He had listened to him. He had paid attention. No one had done so in a very long time. THAT was the greatest gift he ever received.
"Daddy”
He quickly put back the box and turned to see 4 year-old Devon, the spitting image of his husband. They were in so much trouble in approximately 10 years. “What are you doing here Mr. Man? You know the rule about knocking.”
"Sorry Daddy, I’m xited.”
“That doesn't excuse not knocking. Now tell me, why are you excited?”
"Papa put choccy chips in the heart cakes! And he making flower cakes!”
“Chocolates and roses” he couldn't help but smile at the fact Sebastian was still a total romantic. He'd always been, it just took him a while to trust it. ”Wow, those sounds amazing!”
"Can you eat flower and heart choccy chip cakes with me and Ally and Papa?”
"Oh Sweetheart, pancakes are your Valentine tradition with only Ally and Papa.”
"But Papa says we can have new dition with you. But we has to do it three times or it’s a co…co…”
Killer, doing something two years in a row isn’t an annual tradition, it’s a coincidence. "The word is coincidence and your Papa is right, as usual. Let’s go start a new tradition.”

Clark Kent human x Dick Grayson vampire no cape and tights but fangs and might alternative universe.
Clark pov
It's a bit hectic but behind the scenes everyone is scrambling to prepare for the play tonight it's almost show time.
The students will finally perform Tristan and Isolde whose parents and peers are already seated.
As I pull the curtain the audience clap and cheer as the stages are presented, I worked so hard on painting and building the scenery all I want is tonight to be a success.
As the first scene starts I get this uneasy feeling about tonight but I am not sure why, I seem to be absolutely fine and yet I have this strong feeling in me that's telling me to look around I might miss it whatever that is it was here at school.
I watched Conner get fitted in his costume squirming not liking how tight it feels, I started walking not knowing what I am looking for but it was here, I am confused as to what I was feeling I felt nervous like something is going to happen tonight and I am not yet prepared for it to be reveal to me yet.
I stopped walking I am being the narrative in the show. Booklet in hand I take my seat on a stool ready for me on stage as lights go down.
My mind goes black and I am being pulled into one of those memories again. I wasn't able to go back into the present and where I was is a complete war zone I am familiar where I am at this moment this is Richard uncle's castle fire and smoke and carnage every where I turned in each corner.
I ran looking for help screaming help crying being hopeless. Someone grabbed my arm harshly. "Come on I was looking for you we need to flee here as soon as possible right now." It is Richard who pulled my arm roughly we got into a room he locked us in.
"Here take this it's poison try to stay alive I can't bare it if you get killed." I breathed hard the screams and fight outside of this room was no short then the apocalypse and I don't say us staying here would stop the inevitable.
I heard howling it was like there is an army of wolves outside of this room. I hear the ceiling crack as debris falls as chunks scatter down on us the dust came down heavily on us I inhaled some of the dust in and cough to no end in till someone fell down a loud thump beside me.
I pulled out my poison the place is completely dusty at this point I couldn't see in front of me. Richard didn't say anything except coughing his lungs out every breath we took the dust came in it was getting hard for us to breathe.
I heard hissing like a snake and I hurled my poison bottled at the hissing person. the bottle shatters on the being my fear is starting to come true it was still dusty here as more debris fell from the ceiling my vision is a bit blurred, I don't think I used the poison right it did nothing for the intruder we were doomed.
I fell to the floor everything was like slow motion a man with teeth as long and vicious looking sank his teeth into my throat, All I saw was Richard screaming running towards me I was loosing consciousness fast and blacked out.
I was now in the present time sitting on the stool I caught myself narrating out loud I zoned out of there quickly. "As Isolde found a boat that is wrecked by the shore." I blinked as I spoke to the audience this is such a psychedelic trip I am going through as Stephanie came in wearing light pink frock flowing behind her as Conner is on the floor.
As she bent over and said her lines to the audience I started being pulled out of the presence once more. As I felt closed up no air was here I am trapped in the dark small place, I screamed and clawed my way out of the small dark place I had power I had no idea that I had as I dug my way out of I had no idea I was in dirt as climbed out.
And when I got out I breathed in air that I didn't need I didn't need air ? I looked around and saw a man tower over me, Light ash dark blonde hair blue eyes shun like the sky on sunday morning even if it was dark, I sprung into action as I fought the man who brought me forth how as I tried to kill him.
I strangled and he pushed me off with great strength and I landed on my back, I got up swiftly he punched me square in the jaw hard I spat teeth out as blood poured out like a faucet from my mouth.
I hissed at him as I charged at him and tried to claw at him I was angry this man brought me back from absolute peace I was in the ground I should stay in the ground. "Joseph I am your master be still." When he said that I had no patience for him nor his foolishness. I kicked him in the mouth.
I stormed off as he chased me and yelled at me for me to come back I ran wild in the deep forest, I stayed there maybe the man gave up on me and left and I was free from him.
I kept walking I was far from the forest now and found myself somewhere, A small village as I walked in the tavern I let myself in as all eyes are on me each eyes in the room just stared at me these people looked familiar to me some how. "Joseph!" I looked to my left a man around twenty I knew him or saw him before I tried my memory for a name. "Richard." I said to him I think I got it right. His name is Richard. "Goodness are you ok they got my brother Tim we don't know where he is." I liked his warmth and I heard his heart beat which I thought was quite strange to me. "Richard get away from him." A man around my height with dark hair and cool blue eyes yanked Richard away from me.
I felt emotions that I never felt before and they are all clustered together and wanted to come out all at once.
"Throw him out."
"Yes sire."
"No wait !."
I hissed at the men approaching me I advanced on them and that's when hunger broke in like no other, I didn't know what to do I felt this gripped on me like another manifestation all on its own. "Get back demon." A man spat out I had no control of my instinct kicked in. "Richard please help me." I knew what I was doing being deceptive about the feeling of feeding rolled me, twisted me turned me about as a malvoyant being and is taking control I was losing the fight in me fast.
"Don't listen Richard he's turned he's a vampire come away." The screams as panic rocked the tavern as people reacted to the word vampire and that's when I knew I was doomed from the start being here was not good I need to feed though.
"Richard please I am not a vampire nor am I a demon I am your fisherman remember." I was playing with his emotions and pulled a trump card as he pushed people aside to get to me I now recognise the man trying to pull him away it is prince Bruce.
Richard reached me and I pulled him close like hostage and swore multiple swear words something I never did when.... when I was alive. "I swear if you come close I'll drain him and get back all of you." I spat out hissing and was ready to attack as Richard stayed clutched in my arms and the men advancing slowly towards us.
I had a stare down with Bruce who seemed not what he seemed. "I will kill you vampire make no mistake torches." Everyone lit up their torches like a cigarette. "Please don't kill me I love you." Richard whisper low as I clutched him closer to me I never felt more aroused and alive and all of these feeling are wrong.
"Then stay with me forever be with me forever like this my prince." I sunk my teeth in his throat and it is like heaven had fallen into my arms and lifted me up into the night sky. It was short lived as torches hit me and I was lit up and brushed it quickly off before it would engulf me.
I dropped Richard harshly on the tavern floor as Bruce ran towards him. "Kill the vampire." The peasant shouted.
"He's breathing lightly." I walked towards Bruce and Richard. "I could give him life I could make life he won't last long." Bruce stared at me long and hard. "And make him like you never." I watched his body grow cold. "Please let me help you." As Richard found the strength to look at me and pleaded.
I slit my wrist. "Please let him drink from me your highness before he leaves permanently." I said to him more urgently.
"I will kill you." He shouted I had enough of this and kicked him away and I could distinctly hear a dog yelp coming from Bruce.
He was leaving I crouched down and put my bleeding wrist towards Richard. "Drink Richard for your fisherman please." Richard grimaced as he took my wrist. "No son." Bruce shouted people ran from what they were seeing but a miracle happened and Richard drank my blood.
He kept drinking. "No Joseph let him go." The same man I ran away from is trying to pull my wrist away from Richard. "Stop that at once Joseph you are too new." Richard took enough blood turning him into a vampire it is what I wished for.
I was pulled like a rag doll and pushed up against the wall. "You fuck up piss of shit what are you doing." Richard laid comatose on the floor. "He is dying." I told the blonde man. "This human is the son of the lycanthrope you had no business here with them." The blonde man said.
Bruce hurled a torch light towards us I was too slow to move from the flames of the fire, It got me good this time and lit me on fire I screamed as holy fire destroyed me up as I am being forced out of my body and into the darkness my body crumpled to the floor and I was finally finished.
But I still stay there watching Bruce and the blonde man watch each other quietly like a beast, A wolf out of nowhere comes to Bruce's side as they circle around Richard's body.
"The boy is a vampire now even in this state let him be I will care for him are ways are more suited for him."
"Your ways he belongs with me and this country go on blood sucker leave now."
"I refuse to leave what my child left me I have to take care of him now."
"He's my son."
"Yes but he's my son right now he won't be good to you prince."
Vampire and werewolf circle around Richard's half dead half alive body on the floor like a dance. "He is not one of you." Bruce said.
"And he is not a wolf like you."
"I swear to let him be by your side as soon as he learns what he needs to learn from me and I will release him from my grasp." As I was being pulled out of that particular episode my mind wandered back into the present time.
While I was watching the play something was wrong. Stephanie looked at me. "Tristan....." I realise Tristan is supposed to show up for this scene where is Conner oh crap. "Tristan what say you." The audience laughed a little as Stephanie is improvising a bit.
I looked around from my stool where he was. It wasn't like him I know I was zoned out for most of the play but this is crazy. My thoughts are being interrupted by a man dressed up in attire I've seen in my thoughts and memories I shared with Richard.
Black and dark blue tights with a bit of gold long black flowing hair like a raven like silk, As the man waltz in the room as if he owned it blue sliver eyes lighted up on me he couldn't help but smile at me his fangs showing only for me to see.
"Oh Isolde what a delay." I froze in place.
"Oh my god Richard."
