Whenever you go to his restaurant and there's a rush, he gives you cute little notes along with your order and you have a dairy where you stick all the notes. Even when you guys were in school, he'd give you such notes right before a class where you wouldn't be able to see him. You still keep all of them <3

Whenever you're busy with work, he readies the bathtub, lights up candles and decorates it with rose petals, and it's just so relaxing because your work is super stressful.

He hides his face with his hand whenever you give him compliments or tell him anything romantic.

You're the type of person who can quite literally sleep anywhere so he gives you his arm to use as a cushion and doesn't move till you wake up.

Dating him is like having your own personal chef, honestly LIKE EVERYTHING HE COOKS JUST TASTES SO GOOD.

Whenever he's cooking in the kitchen, you like to go behind him and hug him. The first time you did that, he panicked and dropped the knife but now he's used to it.

He likes to feed you like for example, if you had gotten your nails done but didn't want to use your hand to eat because it would ruin the nail art, he fed you and he also makes sure your hair doesn't get in your face.

Breakfast in bed is really common for you guys now. He tends to wake up really early so he makes you the best healthy breakfast ever and everything is according to what you like. He even remembers all your food preferences.

He compliments you usually on text because he gets too nervous to say it in real life, one time you dared him to say it to your face and this guy began breathing so heavily, it was concerning.

He'll get in any weird positions to take pictures where you look good. But sometimes he takes the worst pics of you and posts it when it's your birthday and you threatened him so he'd delete it and post something else.

"Are you coming? Class is going to start."

You read the message of your friend replied "I am, just buying something." Bowing to the shopkeeper, you exited the shop and prepared your speech on why you are late to your teacher. Thankfully, she just let you in and your friends is eyeing you suspiciosly.

The class went on for an hour and half and with each minute passing by, you can tell your body temperature rising. You thought your fever will go away yesterday since you just stayed all day at your house. You even said no to the date you supposed to have with Oikawa. The moment the class ended, you excused yourself from your friends who wanted to know why you're late, you were never late.

"Shit.." You whine when you felt the throbbing pain inside your head again, you already drink some medicine but it's not doing any good. Looking at yourself at the mirror, you look horrible.

"Are you okay, miss?" Looking up, you notice some first years and you just weakly smiled at them

"I am, thanks." They just nodded and went out of the bathroom, after fixing yourself. You tried your best to get to your classroom, your vision getting blurry and it's like everything is spinning. The moment you open the door of your room, your head began to throb, horribly.

Last thing you heard is the voice of your classmates and friends screaming your name.

The last thing Oikawa wants right now is the attention from his fans, he likes it don't get him wrong but he really wants to focus on their training this time.

"Are you still mad because she declined your date?"

Iwaizumi said when he approach the setter, Oikawa woke him up at the middle of his nap just to cry and whine on how you don't love him anymore. He knows his bestfriend is a lil'bit dramatic so he let him rant and he just went back to sleep.

"We planned it for so long! She knows our schedule doesn't match up so we specifically agreed on that date."

The brunette huff and spike the ball he was holding and let out a sigh, if something came up you would've told him. Iwaizumi stared at his bestfriend before shrugging and returning to practice, some time later there was a commotion at the entrance of th gym

"Please! We need to speak to Oikawa-san!"

"I told you that his busy!"

Coach Nobuteru glared at his captain and Oikawa grimace and went to calm down his 'fans' but before he could speak, your angry bestfriend shove all the girls and glared to Oikawa

"Your girlfriend collapsed!"

He didn't need to get a go signal from his coach and sprinted towards the clinic of their school. He never ran that fast all his life, he was panting, hard, catching his breath as he entered the clinic where he saw you getting check up by the nurse

"Baby.." he manage to blurt out while wiping the sweat off from his face and approach where you are "Rest for 15 minutes first. Oikawa take her home after she take this medicine." He nodded and grab the medicine from the nurse's hand. The nurse excuse herself and slightly close the curtain, enough to cover you and Oikawa.

"Why didn't you tell me?" You look at him and sighs "You have a match coming up, I wouldn't want you catching my sickness."

It's true but you could have inform him, he grab the stool and sat beside you. You laid down on the bed, facing him. Your right hand slowly coming up to cup his cheeks and he groan feeling how hot your palm is.

"I'm sorry. I know we've been looking forward for our date yesterday... I'm so-"

"Shush it doesn't matter. All that matters is you'll be healthy and energetic again, okay? Now, rest. I'll go get our things, when I come back you'll take this medicine and we'll go home, okay?"

Even if you are wearing a facemask, he can still see your smile. He lean forward and kiss your forehead and almost curse when he felt his lips get burn. Even if he misses the practice tomorrow, he'll nurse you back to help. He won't get weak just by missing a single practice. Plus, when you are all well again he'll have your whole love and support and it's enough to fuel his desire to win everything in life.

Warning! Bittersweet, angsty but fluff. this was written at the time of posting so 3am. Its not proof read nor super amazing I was half asleep. so bad writing has its own warning <3

And when Im back in Miyagi.. I feel it.  Tooru had left for Argentina not long after high school, breaking contact with the one he had loved. He wanted you to come with, but you had things you needed to accomplish first. Finishing school, you had friends and family in Miyagi. You couldnt just leave that behind like he wanted to. Like he could. 

When Tooru had returned to Miyagi for a visit, he saw you. You seemed happy. Lively. The winter air made your cheeks flushed, the heat from your breath creating small clouds as you spoke so kindly to the elderly lady you were helping. He couldnt help it. His feet moved faster than he could listen to his brain telling him to stop. The moonlight and the signs reflection creating colors against your skin. Pants fell from his lips, the air cooled his nerves, enough.  He stood there, looking at you with pleading eyes, begging you not to run off, not to tell him to leave you alone. Begging you to stay, just for a moment. He loved you, he hated being away from you. He hated being in Argentina without you.  “Y/n..” Tooru started as he felt his breath hitch in his throat. Seeing your expression. He knew, knew you felt the same as he did. Knew that the longing feeling of each other was so deeply embedded in your veins.  “Ya know, ive been waiting for a long time for you shittykawa” You spoke with a watery tone, eyes matching as they filled with tears. Just being able to see him, just to be able to hear his voice caused everything around you to stand still. To stop, to just be him. In this moment, not a single thing else mattered. Reaching out to reach for him, grasping his hand in his. “I love you.” the three words rolled off your tongue just as pretty as they used too.  “Im sick of waiting. You better be here to take me with you” Tooru felt his heart stop, the genuine smile tugging at the corners of his chapped lips. He did the only logical thing in that moment as the snow started falling, as delicate as the heart he held in his hands. He stepped closer, cupping your cheeks that warmed his icy fingertips, thumbs caressing the apples that became more prominent as you returned the smile he was giving.  Tooru rested his forehead against yours as he let out a sigh of relief. His heart felt like it was going to jump out of his chest. He leaned down pressing a kiss against your lips, feeling the lip balm against his own. “I missed you” He whispered after he broke the kiss. “So much. Im not leaving without you. I dont care what id have to do. Im not.. Im not going home without you.” Tooru could careless about his pride. It seemed meaningless. Having you standing in from of him. His stupid senseless pride meant nothing to him. He would get on his knees and begged if it meant you would go with him.  You were home, his home. It had nothing to do with Miyagi.. You were the city lights. You were the moon tonight. You were the stars in the sky. You were cherry blossoms in early spring. You were all he ever needed. You were everything. Nothing else mattered to him. Not volleyball, hell not even his milk bread could compare to you.  He was glad he went home, just to visit family. He got his world back, and that was the one thing he was missing back in Argentina.

"Why are you up so early?" He ask while yawning and pulling her closer to him "Heya baby, I'm just playing this game that I just discovered." He hum and opened his eyes only to see a man, on the screen of your phone, he also notice you're wearing your airpods.

"What's that game?" He ask "A dating game!" His eyes widen and gasp, clutching his heart and look at you with accusing look

"You- you're cheating on me?!" You were taken back but just ended up laughing and your boyfriend just groan at your reaction, he rested his head on your chest and snatch one of the airpods you're wearing

"I've missed you, why don't you sit down and let's have a talk?"

He heard the man on the screen said and Bokuto lets out a groan, as you stifle a laugh.

"Kiss me, Ko." And his more than happy to oblige, pressing his lips to yours. "More.." you whispered against his lips and he grin tossing your phone on the side and getting rid of the airpods, as he slid his tongue inside your mouth, you two shared a heated kiss and it was broken when your phone vibrated

He turns to look at it and immediately frown that the dating game you're playing also has this feature that it can call you

"Seriously?" He looks at you, defeated, you laugh and pulled him for a another kissing session

"Don't mind my sidechicks."
