I've been going through a very interesting, and important gender and gender presentation journey over the past four months, which culminated into a comment that has been bothering me for a while.

Since about mid-September, I've been slowly gaining a lot of self-confidence for various reasons, and I've also been looking at the parts of myself that I've hidden underground inside my mind for a long while. Including my own feelings about my own femininity.

For those who have known me for a while, you'll know I've always been more masculine leaning in presentation and gender. As it turns out, I sort of pendulum swing across the entire spectrum.

Me and the friend who's been by my side this entire journey (who, funnily enough, is the only allocishet friend I have), had this inside joke with each other that if I showed up to a meeting with the gang in a skirt they wouldn't know what to do. And so we eventually got me a skirt.

I can't begin to describe the amount of pure bliss I felt when I saw myself in it. I'd only felt that feeling once before, when my dad put one of his old ties on me for a fun little game we were playing in 2020. The only difference was that when that happened, I was still in denial about who I was. When I looked in the mirror, it was something I couldn't even begin to grasp onto. When I looked into the mirror just barely two weeks ago, I finally saw me.

And so we ended up making a whole "scene girl" outfit for me. This was revealed in almost its entirety a few days later, and we were right. They really didn't know what to do with me. With the exception of my mom and one of my oldest friends (who both said I looked cute, and I did! I felt cute!), the actual group I hang around with didn't know how to react to it. One of my friends just ignored the whole thing like it was normal (hurtful, but it's whatever), another kept asking when it happened and trying to wrap his head around the change (funny), and one eventually ended up saying something that's been bothering me.

Initially, they were really surprised I had legs because he forgot that I did. But later, when we were talking about a character that me and the aforementioned friend had made for a sitcom (a transman who dresses femininely for the most part), he turned to me and said "so like you, a transmasc drag queen".

While yes, that fits that character fairly well, it didn't sit right when about me. Because no, as it turns out, I'm not a transmasc drag queen. I'm not really . . . anything. When I dress more masculine, it's queer because it borders on tomboy/butch and transmasc (which, I know those terms can coexist, but I'm using it as a scale of masculinity because I can't explain it any other way), and when I dress femininely it's also queer because I'm someone who inherently goes towards androgyny/masculinity as my comfort expression.

Here's the funny part, though. Of the four people I hang around, three are queer in some way. The only one, the only one, who saw that I'm fine with fluidity in pronouns, jokes about my gender, and just sort of knew from the beginning that I was suppressing my femininity (which he told me after the Skirt Moment, so that was a fun night), was allocishet. I could get into all the weird shit that has gone on with me and the group, but the least queer person in the group understood, almost immediately, that I, the most verbally and visually queer of the group, enjoy funny little gender jokes. Hell, a few days after meeting I was doing something in my friend's kitchen and he said "oh sorry I was raised in a republican household, if there's someone in the kitchen I assume it's a woman".

So I guess what I'm saying, right now, is that I'm not any particular gender identity, I'm not trans anything, I don't really enjoy the fit of genderqueer even, I just. Am. And I wish that people irl would be willing to have fun with that more, rather than being so fucking afraid that I'm going to have a breakdown and kill someone for misgendering me.

when marina agreed to make a band with pearl, pearl was so excited she immediately suggested marina move into her home (her bodyguards were horrified)

marina,,, immediately politely declined and pearl helped her get an apartment instead

basically, despite appearances and titles, pearl is not the princess who needs protecting by marina , she thinks of it Very differently

pearl's love language is, obviously, words of affirmation and gift giving

her way of "courting" marina was buying her tons of stuff and offering to have people do everything for her so she doesnt have to lift a finger

it worked for all pearl's exs sooooo should work for this octo baddie right (she is not right)

marina's love languages are physical touch and words of affirmation...actually its mostly physical touch lol

yk marina hugging pearl so hard they fall on the ground at the end of octo expansion. and then she keeps Going

pearl catches on that marina likes flowers and starts ordering her tons of bouquets and starts lining the hallways leading to her apartment with floral gifts and flowers in the shape of her head and all kinds of junk

marina accepted the gifts. politely ofc

but her fondest memory is of her and pearl doing a photoshoot for an album in a wildflower meadow. marina looked so beautiful and Pearl's crushing was driving her crazy so she gathered a bunch of random flowers in her fist and shoved them in marina's face because she had to give her Something or she was gonna loose it

marina felt so fond, she keeps the dry and crumpled flowers in a locket with her all the time

at some point pearl realized marina likes it better when She opens the door for her first instead of pearl's bodyguards so now pearl rushes to every door to open it for marina before anyone else can

*bodyguard opens car door for pearl on side* *pearl runs to the other side of the car to open the door for marina*

pearl snores and drools like a dad of 4 who works a blue collar job 5 days a week and luckily marina is a heavy sleeper.

marina is the small spoon exclusively,,, when they fall asleep. when they wake up pearl is wrapped in marinas arms AND tentacles and she can't Move

whenever they get into fights pearl Always is the one to apologize. not just because shes usually the one whose wrong but marina is scary good at being cold (surprisingly given how affectionate and sweet she is with pearl) and pearl absolutely Hates it, its like the world feels wrong

everyone notices because marina is usually all over her, so pearl gets pressured by her bodyguards to apologize too (they always know shes in the wrong)

marina makes it look easy,,, but shes usually moments away from apologizing herself bc she misses her pearl so much

pearl is one of those people who makes sounds and hand motions to express feelings and marina is usually the only one who understands

marina has literally made a powerpoint presentation on all the things she loves about pearl in great detail. and she will present it do not test her

she's perpetually in the "crushing phase" and gets so excited to spend time with her and pearls like "babe we've been married for 2 years i see u every night and day"

Maximum Capacity

Okay so this entire episode just made me feel like....uncomfortable? Like the entire time I just kept feeling so off. Like my brain was going "okay this is way too weird, why do I feel like there's gonna be some horrifying plot twist?"

Then it fucking happened & I felt like a psychic. Like holy shit it wasn't just me, this episode was purposely uncomfortable on purpose & idk how the fuck they did that but WOW the entire episode made me feel so uneasy & it was legit for a reason.

Also ngl Amethyst....kinda just super fucked up to do that- Like I haven't LOVED Greg as a character so far (he's there but I mean him lying about his leg, good intentions or not, was a pretty shitty move & also he's just kinda not that great of a dad but I also understand that's literally the point so I'm not gonna just toss aside his character because I'm assuming he's supposed to get better as the show goes on. For now: I just kinda feel nothing strong towards him character wise), but oh my God this episode just made me feel so bad for the guy. Holy shit like this dude just misses his wife. Fuck. I'm surprised how much he kept his cool here. Like he didn't blow up at Amethyst or anything he was like super quick to forgive her despite the fact that he kinda would have been super justified in being upset for this. But I like that this was how it was done. No scene of them fighting or yelling, Amethyst just chooses to do something to make up for it without Greg having to lecture her. In that regard: it actually made her seem way more sincere. Like she had to make that choice via her own genuine remorse. I'm wording this badly I think but like I think that it made her seem like she really was trying to attone for it & that she really did regret what she did.

And honeslty after On The Run? With the knowledge that, knowing how severely fucked up Amethyst is mental health wise, yeah her lashing out at people like this? And saying/doing extremely shitty things because she's upset & she doesn't have the capacity to hold herself back & only realizes how badly she fucked up until its too late? Yeah as someone who has that kinda mental health shit as I said in my post about that episode?....yeah, that's pretty accurate tbh. In my experience that's something I can confirm does happen. So yeah it actually makes sense why she did something so extreme out of fucking nowhere.

I have said a lot of really regrettable shit to people that I'm friends with (Sometimes idk how I'm still friends with them after bc I still feel bad about it yet they seem to insist I'm forgiven) during times where I was really fucking upset. And it's only until RIGHT after it happens that I fully go "oh shit that was a really bad thing to say & I made the situation significantly worse" Yet just like irl, they forgive. *cries*

Really well done character focused episode. They did fucking stellar character writing here.

let me tell you guys a story. on may 6th of 2022, i decided to DM @tripthelightfandomtastic. it started of normal, me telling her how i loved her work and how i thought she seemed cool and i wanted to be friends. over the next month or so, it of course evolved into a bit of a flirtationship(horny on tumblr, yknow?). we moved from tumblr to texting and snapchatting. we talked pretty much daily. around june or july, we realized we both live im the same state(rare!) and we decided that maybe we should meet and see how things go.

move to september, max comes to visit me. it was the best weekend i had had in years. we hit it off indtantly. we spoke like we had been friends for years. we understood each others jokes, music tastes, memes, thoughts; i mean everything matched up. we were instantly best friends. after max went home, our friendship immediately soared. we spoke constantly, facetimed regularly, knew each others schedules all of it. we very quickly became each others safe space. as the months went by, everything kept getting better and better.

may 2023. we went to shaky knees together with some friends for my birthday. my friends loved her. they all had an instant connection too(they all met in december) that made me incredibly happy. that trip was the best trip of my life and i started to think, "oh fuck, maybe this is more than friendship to me" but i tried to leave it alone. shocker; i couldnt. i had brought it up to max before, but neither of us were ready for anything serious and i was okay with that. i was happy and thats what mattered.

june 2023. i realized i needed help. as happy as i felt, my brain wasnt happy. i needed to talk to a doctor. max not only encouraged me; but she was there to talk to me thru everything. i got on anti depressants(woohoo!) and she stuck by my side through all the weird trials of medication. she believed in me and encouraged me in my lowest moments. i was able to better myself because of her.

september(ish) 2023. i went through one of the toughest friendship breakups of my life. max heard everything i had to say and let me sit and cry for hours about it, making sure i was okay before hesding ti bed. she offered solutions and support. checked on me daily. made sure i was in a good headspace and did her overall best to cheer me up. i went to see max in her hometown and meet her family. i love them. we all got to hangout and just vibe and it was amazing

october 2023. acl. i got to see my all time favorite band with my favorite person. sobbing uncontrollably to Everlong, she held me while i was living the best moment of my life. i didnt want it with anyone else(except my mom). then, we had matching outfits for halloween!!!!! she met more of my friends in the midst of everything and of course, they all love her(how could they not). im pretty sure they like her more than me lol.

december 2023. we met up in austin this past weekend. when she left, i told her i was in love with her. yesterday; she told me she felt the same. i am the happiest ive been. thank you tumblr for bringing her to me.

How you guys met

I can see everything starting off as some random encounters

As Eddie was friends with the freaks, Chrissy with the popular kids and you with the drama kids

Not so weird to be considered a freak but not cool enough to be considered popular either

Just right in the middle

Maybe one day you were so anxious for an upcoming performance that you searched Eddie to get you something to help you relax

He immediatly took a liking in you as you treated him as a normal human being instead of some weird satanic worshipper of sorts

So you just religiously kept coming back not only for the stuff, but also because you couldn’t help but fall more for the boy each time

On the other hand, Chrissy was doing the same, at her first attempt on buying from Eddie, she ended up giving up after the talk the two of them had

But he insisted that if she really wanted to buy this kind of stuff that at least it was with him, as she should not trust random dealers

After a while she did wanted to try some stuff and became a regular too

Not on the same frequency as you, but still, she was a great costumer

And the both of you finally met when you coincidentally decided to meet with Eddie in the woods at the same time

It was kinda akward at first cause come on, it wasnt exactly a usual place to meet new people

But you guys somehow managed to keep a conversation and when Eddie arrived he caught you guys laughing as if you had known each other for years

He definitely made a joke about the both of you trading his services, but he joined the chat with a big grin

After that day it just became a habit, the three of you would meet at the table in the woods periodically, sometimes to smoke, other times to just talk the day away

It always made your heart warm to see how bright Chrissy's smile would get or how sparkly Eddie's eyes looked when you guys saw each other

And even if the only thing you ever got from them was that batween the little chats, you were happy

Until one day Chrissy just didn’t show up

Which considering all the times she said it was the highlight of her day it got you and Eddie worried

You tried calling, asking around, even you dared to ask her friends about her

And they surprisinlgy answered you by saying she just wasn’t fine after breaking up with Jason

You guys immediately went to her house after searching for her adress in the school files (which you still didn’t get how he knew where they were)

She answered the door, looking tired and lacking all the shine she alwyas had whenever she went

Clearly confused on why the both of you were there she let you guys in and asked if something had happened

You replied that you were the ones that should be asking if something had happened, as she hadn’t met with you guys for at least five days, and her friends told about Jason

Eddie immediatly said that if he had done something bad to her she could tell him that he would take care of it, but being Eddie it sounded way funnier than it should lol

Finally laughing a bit Chrissy answerd that he didn’t need to worry, cause she was the one that wanted to break up with him in the first place, but as she was going to explain why she went back to her shy and lost self that answered the door

You said that if anything was happening she could tell you guys as the both of you cared deeply for her and missed her everyday

That's when she admited that the only reason that she broke up with Jason was because she couldn’t stop thinking about the both of you

Telling that as weird as it sounded she coud not help but to fall more in love each time she met you

Eddie promptly said that it wasn’t weird at all and that he even saw it in a movie once, and asked if you were willing to try it out

And thats how you guys got togheter!

(That’s also where we pretend homophobia wasn’t a thing, my au my rules lol)

The Relationship

I think you’d all want to take things slowly at first

With Chrissy just ending her relationship and Eddie not having that much experience

It was easier to take the safest route

Having dates in your spot tm

But Eddie wanted to treat the both of you with a real date

So he saved all the money from his recent deals and took you guys to dinner

In your car obviously, so everyone could be comfortable

He’s definitely the type to lock the both of you in the car just to run to the other way and open the car doors

None of you were nervous on the date, cause even if it was the first oficial one it just looked like the forest dates

Having sleepovers at Chrissy’s as she had the bigger bed

Movie nights in each others arms

Eddie even conditioned himself to listen to your favorite songs, even if they were the total oppositions his style

When you guys went to school the next week oh boy

You guys were the literal power trouple lol

Just imagine the looks of Eddie’s bullies upon seeing him with the prettiest chicks in the whole school

Always walking around with Eddie’s arm around your shoulder caressing Chrissy’s hair as her head was in your arm while holding hands

The cutest fucking thing ever

Every day waiting for each other’s practice/rehearsal/campaign to be over and going home together

You and Chrissy helping Eddie with his grades

Siting on the freaks table and managing to bring some friends with you

Sharing kisses before class if y’all are not having the together

Always wishing good luck to Chrissy before a game, even if she’d just be cheering

After every play they’d be waiting for you with flowers to congratulate you

Watching the full campaign Eddie had planned in a corner specially arranged by you as you where in the drama club

Everything would be just so perfect

Episode 3

Blitzo has an ex, and he also has a sister. 👀

Verosika. That like a weird mashup of Veronica and Vriska….But she was in rehab?

Ok Veroskia’s design is so pretty. But man she and Blitzo do not look like there from the same universe. Made it’s the color palette, or the lineart, it they kind of collide.

Oh, she’s a succubs. Neat.

Loona has a human disguise? Do all Hellhounds have one, or just her?

Verosika human design is very pretty.

Loona having a crush on Vortex is cute. But man Loona human design is god awful when she’s standing next to Vortex. Her head is too big in some frames, and her anatomy looks off.

Moxxie and Millie team name is M&M, that’s cute.

Oh, Blitzo adopted Loona, who was almost 18 and almost aged out of the orphanage. Interesting choice. I wonder when that decision was made from the pilot to the actual show? Because in the pilot, Loona was just a snarky rude teenager receptionist. Here in the show, she insincure angry teenager.

So human alcohol can make imps drunk, but demon alcohol can make animals into violent mutants monsters..cool.

Vortex has a girlfriend, but it’s cool that he wants to help Loona make some friends!

Scale of 5, I give this a 3. It was just an ok episode.

Episode 4

Ok this version of heaven is very different then the Hazbin heaven. Maybe this is because this show was created when Hazbin was still a pilot? But there a a Cherub version of the Imps. AKA 3 angels trying to save people’s love ones. Ok that a cool premiere! Assassin group vs rescue (?) group!

Oh seems like Blitzo’s sister is his twin! Again, are they human that turn Imp or a hell-born demon?? It’s also cool how in the background they show small but important details. Like in a few episodes ago, they had a bunch of ads and poster of Fizz the clown robot.

Heheh her name is a play on barwire.

There 3 trilionaires in the human world??

Blitzo does have a point, when they kill somebody for hire, the victim gets sent to hell. Why is that? If it’s like a murder and the victim wants revenge that’s understandable. But in this case, the client wanted to kill the guy because he doesn’t want the person to have the inheritance. Why would that make the potential victim be sent to hell? Why would the clients want the people to be in hell anyway? To physically torment them? Like the episode where the teacher wanted to kill the girlfriend, what would she do once the girlfriend is in hell? Kill her again? Torment her?

Idk why, maybe it’s the lighting, or maybe it’s because Blitzo out makeup on, but in this episode he’s like a weird pale pink color then his normal red. I noticed this too with Moxxie in the beach episode. It’s kind of distracting.

Little pet peeve; I feel like there too much cursing? Like I can toon it out, but still. That and the causal fatphobia, sexism, and slur shaming..😬

Seeing 2 out of the 3 cherubs getting angry and curing, make me wish that when an Angel starts to do that, they start to fall. That the hate and stress corrupt them. It would be so cool to see.

Oh!!!!!! OMG the cherubs accidentally killed the old man, and now can’t be allowed back in heaven!!! Though the little deer girl didn’t actually explain what the rules are? BUT JUSTICE FOR LITTLE GOAT BOY HE DIDN’T DO ANYTHING WRONG HE WASNT STARTING TO GET CORRUPTED. Goat boy is my son now. And I’m taking him as mine now.

Scale out of 5. I give it a 5. I love this episode, it shows a deeper worldbuilding of how heaven and hell operates and how both sides try to get humans on their side.

Episode 5

Ok, so the deal Stolas and Blitzo had was about having casual sex. Thought Blitzo can’t really do his job without the grimoire, but neither can Stolas. So what does it do?

Blitzo’s co-workers are from the ring of Wrath. 👀 interesting.

Yooooooo Millie’s parents!!!! Oooooo a lore episode. Ok so Millie has parents, so I guess Imps are born in hell? Then what’s the difference, the physical differences, between a human turn demon, and an Imp? Maybe it’s the white spots/marked they have??

Moxxie infodumping about war and the history is cute.

Millie moved to Imp City. I guess that’s either the capital of the ring they stay at, or like an area only for Imp???

In Dante’s Infero, Wrath is the 5th circle of hell. There 2 groups of sinner in this circus, those who anger is expressed, and thoese who anger is internal/repressed (sullen). The groups have different punishment. Thoese who express their anger fight one another on the surface/side banks of the Styx, and the repressed are underneath the river Styx, in the swampy mud.

What Vivzie does here is have the Imps play games an annual Pain Game. I’m getting the Imps here are just farmers??

Moxxie feeling insecure about not being physically strong is neat. I like his and Strikers dynamic.

Blitzo having some insecurities is odd, idk if feels way out of left field? But Striker does have a point, why does Blitzo stay or keep going back to Stolas if he needs the book? Can’t he find a different way to get to the human realm?

👀 stolas’s wife hired Striker to kill somebody. My guess it’s Blitzo, since I don’t think She would kill her husband, and especially not tell her plans when they’re at the dinner table.

Score out of 5, I give this a 4.

Episode 6

So the government as been noticing and keeping track of the Imps. 👀. Blitzo and Moxxie were kidnapping and Millie became extremely overprotective and while Loona was concerned. Nice that the girls are going to help.

Moxxie making an extra long and complicated code order, and then laughing at the humans and just being chill, is a bit odd. I’m use to him either being angry, insecure, or being empathetic. So seeing this side of him is new. Also, I feels like Blitzo, Stolas, and Moxxie and the ones that have the most screen time/character development.

“I’m like 5 years older than you”. If Lonna is 18, that means Millie would be 23???? Idk if that’s true or not but if it is….WHAT?????

👀 yoooo higher animation for the hallucinations scenes!!!

Ok, wow. I love this?? Moxxie hallucinations is him and Blitzo dress as phantom of the opera, and Moxxie is questioning his “friendship” with Blitzo. Asking him why he keeps pushing his friends away, why he alienates other with his toxicity. Meanwhile Blitzo is dress in a clown outfit, in the mud, seeing shapes. The hallucinations of Moxxie telling him that Blitzo needs him and that he doesn’t want to be alone. He also hallucinations Striker, Fizz, and his ex. Saying that people resent him. And that he doesn’t understand relationships but also craves it. Moxxie wants to speak his mind and be a better friend to Blitzo.

After they hallucinate, Moxxie tells Blitzo what he said to Moxxie on their first day together. Blitzo also compliments Moxxie and tell him to use his name instead of sir.

This is a sweet bonding between the two. I don’t know how to feel about it though? Like it feels like progress and to make the two characters that fight and argue at lot to finally come together…But at the same time, it feels a bit too soon? I don’t know…

The fight scenes are very good! Lots of camera movements, fluid animation, and fun angles. Thought at some parts when there wasn’t that many characters and it only focused on one person, the space of the room felt too big and the animation felt slow.

“HEY THE ENDO PERIOD WAS BADASS AND YOU KNOW IT” haha nice.

Uno oh spaghetti O….the gang is traps by the two governments agents……and they….cant get out with the book because the room is too dark? Seriously. Guys, there like, 4 of you and 2 of them. You literally massacred a room full of agents…

Oh well, Stolas came and save the day. That little horror scene is neat, I like his monster demon bird form. But also how did he knew what was happening????

Oh…Blitzo kissed Stolas…are they a thing? Just friends with benefits? I don’t ship them so I don’t care. Well, besides Stolas’s cheating.

Dang the government guys have evidence now!!!

Score out of 5. I give this a 3. The fights and hallucinations scenes were cool, but that all that was interesting.

Episode 7

For some reason this episode is title as final but there also an episode 8?????

!!!! Well dang, Blitzo is having a character growth. He acting nicer to Moxxie and Millie. Also, it’s Moxxiea and Millie anniversary! Demons can get married. They’re also going to the Lust ring.

In Dante’s inferno, Lust is the second ring, but the first sin. Sinners are punished by being whipped and hurled around tornado and violent winds. Dante also thinks lust is the least serious sin. Also King Minos is a demon who judge and listens to sinners and send them to their correct circle. Btw, Dante infero hell has 9 circles; Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Hersey, Violence, Fraud, and lastly Treachery.

In the Christian mythology, the seven sins are lust, pride, greed, gluttony, sloth, wrath, and lastly envy.

It’s interesting to see how Viv will combine or different the seven sins vs Dante inferno…

“Boring as fuck monogamy” 👀 Blitzo polyamorous real.

Blitzo asking Stolas out of a date, just to spy on Moxxie and Millie, but then end up actually talking to Stolas, is interesting. I just the having a slow burn from friends with benefits to being an actual couple??

Ozzie commenting that Stolas gave up his life, his kid and wife to be with Blitzo. Yeah. Like the dude literally cheated on his wife??? Why is the show trying to make us feel sympathy for Stolas??? Dude a homewreaker.

“Octavia is with her mother this weekend” 👀 oh they did get a divorce!!! Got for them. Well, like, not. But I’m glad they decided to end it instead of staying together and keep fighting every day. I guess Stolas can now try to be with Blitzo since he and his wife broke up?? But I still think it’s not good..

Once upon a tiem in the feywild there was a bunch of fried. They had alot of fin otghether `and went on adventures. On one adventure, the friends travelled to the astral planed becaue Minke’s mom was there (actyaly his granmda but we dont hve time to explain that). They found a really nice house there that actually belonged to Figs stepdad (HIS REAL DAD!!! WHO DOESNT HATE HIM OR KILL HIM!!!). They said woaw this is nice and went inside. Inside there was a nice picture and a cool couch and then som armour and stairs. Down the stairs there was a people. The people were parents… TO THE FREINDS!!! An orc man named mugorim was there and he was gifs dad but he tried to STAB HIM sand you know why??? Because he thought he was VAELLUS!!! AND HE WAS JEALOS OF VAELLUS BECAUSE ELIANA IS IN LOVE HIM AND NOT MURGIM!!!

They beat up figd dad and then got a message from… THE PRICNISSS GRRRRR!!! The princess said fig had to STOP BEING VAELLUS WARLOCK AND BE HERS INSTEAD AND FIG SAID YES OH NO!!! Princess alos said that vaellus and eliana were getting MARRIED YAY!!! And fig wanted to go back to be there but the ;rincess said the OOOONLY WAY was to be ber WARLOCK!!!

They got back and the wedding was happening. There wwere flowers everywhere and the air smelled like laundry detergent. So good. Fig saw his mom and vaellus getting married and the princess was doing vows for them but taking WAY TOO LONG BECAUYSE SHE SUCKS. Fig wanted to say hi to hs mom because its hims mom so he did but the princess told his mom fig was dead or something so she FREAKED OUT and got scared. Fig has a little guy friend named reghie and reggie was a bitch ansd sneaky snuck up and bit vaellus ANKEL!!! NOT THE NAKLE!!! So vaellus KICKED his leg and said that he got bit so eliana who is a good lady and wife wanted to get the guy who bit so she punched but she missed and aPUNCHED VAELLYUS NOOOOOOO!!!!!

Then EVEYRONE started fighting because it eaas cRAZZY and the rpicness trapped vaellus in a ground hole in the fgorund and he was stuck in the hole. Fig went to his mom and said hi mom and she said hi fig and mugorin said RAAAR and then the princess punched sevyn and sevyn flew into the skynbut minke turned into a angel (he can dp that trust me i have a good theory about it) and saved him and then aradenn said woah. adraenns mom was dancing but not kn a weird way it ws just a jig. Vaellus got out of the hole because eliana helped hi but the princess got SO MAD so she fell overt from the mad so minke threw an angel laser at her (this is part of my theory keepnup). She exploded into a dust and it was fine.

Then everybody cheered and the wedding kept going nd eliana and vaellus kissed. The spark between them was more electrifying than a flash of lighting in the moonlit sky, burning brighter than the fires of hell (where the princess hung out) and more passionate than anything ever before. Looking into his eyes, Eliana could see her one true soulmate, the most incredible man in the world who would give up life and limb to keep her save and cherished. He was hers and she was his, wholly and undoubtedly. It didn’t mater how manty people were watching them, because their souls were intertwined in a dance of destiny, their threads of fate woven together in an immaculate tapestry of glory.

They did some more kissies and then knicmkanc showed up and said HEY I HATDE KSISING but he was actually just dad because when the princess kept him hostage she said he could never find love and wasnt allowed it so he got jealous easy. Sevyn knew this and gave him the ring of message and said tp get a girfling of bofyriend or someone and he did ans it was he coral king and they are married now. But its more important that elaiana and vaellus are married because they are otp and goals and everything and this fandom is AWFUL to them so i will make them kiss again in this fanfic.

Eliana and vaellus kissed again and it wa sparkling and rainbowful. Fig was so happy and everyone else was there except mugroin cause i dont want him there anymore soforget he was ever there. Someone else was in lov but im not telling you rando al; my duck game ships but mor characters got married that day or a different day i dont know yet i stil have to thingk about it and be comfortable postign abot my shipz onlen. Having some ideas for a "10 years later" valzhang kid fic (featuring trans leo & other fun hcs)

Where a couple years after Leo and Calypso split (early 20s at this point) Athena goes and works with leo in his shop for a few months before giving him a daughter, because she believes that he is one of the smartest minds of his generation (I just KNOW Athena heard all of Leo's plans through out Hoo when he would talk to himself around the Athena Parthenos, and was impressed with his (honestly incredibly smart) strategy to succeed at doing 2 things no human nor god had ever done, then succeeded with both plans all while remaking a metal dragon all in secret, plus Annabeth loves her friend alot so that's a bonus)

So now, at like 23, Leo is the father of a beautiful baby girl named Sophina Esperanza Piper Valdez, and he loves it, he really does! Although he was terrified to ever be a parent, and this certainly wasnt how he planned to ever have kids, he loves his daughter more than anything and is determined to not have her experience anything he had too, and because shes a greek demigod he knows she will taken care of by the camp.

PLUS the seven ADORE Sophina!!

Piper loves her god daughter, and she and leo love to tell her all about Jason knowing he would have loved her so much too! Although it's weird in the beginning, Annabeth really loves and cares for her little sister, but much prefers to be seen as her aunt, (percy is definitely the cool uncle and loves to babysit Sophina along with looking after his own kids)! Hazel couldnt have been more excited to have a neice, just like leo she cant help but see so much of sammy Sophina!

And Frank? He adores Sophina too, he loves seeing Leo excel at being a dad, and he finds it hilarious at how devious this little girl is, how the combo of incredible building/ strategic mind from her godly heritage plus that insane intelligents from her father alone made the now 3 year old an adorable MENACE!!

No normal kiddie pen could ever keep this child contained! And frank would know, he offered to babysit more often than not, whenever he wasnt doing his praetor duties, he was looking after Sophina. And when he wasnt doing that he was often having her and leo over for dinner or lunch.

So much had changed since they where 15/16, living on a flying boat trying to save the world, it had been an entire decade even. And sure they were only mid 20s but that's practically middle age with a demigods track record. Leo and Frank went from hating eachothers guts to having a weird bond, formed of complete and utter trust in the other, while never quite getting rid of their petty bickering, tho this time on far more friendlier jokeing terms, (loving bullying piper called it) plus it helped they admired eachother and their abilities greatly. And now as they were both freshly single, welp dam it sometimes feelings just sorta surprise ya!

Frank and Hazel split the year before Sophina was created, both realising they had different ideas for their futures, and in the aftermath they became even closer friends, so when Frank started realising just how long he had been harbouring feelings for leo, well Hazel was the first one to say she both knew it, and to become his ultimate wing woman.

Leo, who has been single since 19, and hasnt thought about dating again properly since after having his daughter, suddenly having years old feelings from the argo2 reserface after frank starts helping him out more with his little girl, feeling like a percy out of water when he thinks about wanting to get back into dating again, especially when dating involves one of his best friends...

Buttttttt :) when you have the favour of both the godess of love and the godess of marriage and family on your side (abit reluctantly on your end) things end up going great!! Everyone was surprised it hadnt happened sooner and well, it's been going smooth for the last few months at least! Plus Sophina absoulutly loves having Frank around more!!

That is until 6 months later, 3 months before Sophinas 4th birthday, Frank is called away for a quest with his legion, which isnt uncommon, but it's the first one since the two became official, so Leo wont lie if hes a little bit more stressed than usual.

It doesnt help no one has heard from Frank and his quest group in over a week... nor the fact not either of the camps or even the hunters could find them... and definitely no the fact that Leo's cycle is late and has been throwing up for the last few days...

So when Annabeth comes over to help with a project while Percy takes care of Sophina for the day, the first thing she does is tell him to take a pregnancy test or have them call Will, even tho Leo is adamant its probably just a stomach bug.

Of course, 3 positive tests, 2 breakdowns in the arms of Annie, Piper and Hazel, and 1 check up from Will, Leo discovers hes around 6 weeks pregnant and the other father could only be Frank and he is still MIA!!!

Not only that, but Leo, after the war, becoming a double amputee, still grieving Jason with so much regret, and a now no longer single father of an amazing little girl, he was now facing becomg a father AGAIN only this time hes going to actually carry his own child, unlike the first time. Leo was trans, he always knew that if he ever in the place to have a child, he would have to carry them, and at the time he mostly only dated women anyway! But when Athena came along and gave him Sophina, well that was the perfect out to all that. Until now...

Leo doesn't know what to do, he cant make any decisions about the baby without Frank, and by now it's going on 2 weeks without any word. Hazel has been staying with him and Sophina when she hasnt been out doing search missions with Arion, the two have been sharing the stress.

Its week 2 and a half, 4 weeks from when the original quest started, when the questing group finally returns, found by Rayna and Hazel, mostly badly injured and being carried by Frank who had transformed himself into (all be it a very hurt) Elphant.

According to what they said the group had somehow fallen into some of the uncollapsed tunnels of the labyrinth which messed with people being able to find them.

But that doesnt matter, Frank is back and Leo is a flood of emotions because he just spent the last 3 weeks worrying if the guy he was inlove with was dead or dying, and the last week and a half thinking he was going to be a single dad AGAIN

But Frank, big dumb lovable Frank, is here, hes alive, and as he returns from the elephant to normal with the kindest most apologetic smile as he walks over to Leo before being directed to the med tent. He holds Leo close as he says hes sorry for disappearing over and over again.

So of course Leo, in all his blazing adhd glory, not exactly chooses, more word vomits the thing that he had been desperate to tell Frank since he first found out.

So in sitcom style dramatics the moment frank hears the words "I'm pregnant" from Leo's mouth he immediately passes out.

Que some shenanigans, but it ends with Frank being so excited, he already loved Leo, (not that either had said it out loud yet), he would be thrilled to have Sophina as his step daughter, and to to be an actual dad himself, for them to have a child and give Sophina a little sibling?? For them to be a weird chaotic family (oh gods they're going to be a family, they're going to need to find a bigger place to live all together, would Leo even want to move to New Rome? Wait would Leo want to even move in with HIM?? Panic for another time)

It becomes a hectic next 9 months, the Valdez - Zhang family has a new family home at the edge of New Rome, Sophina has never been more excited finding out she was going to be a big sister (being told the week before her 4th bday) (she had a party thrown by the Athena & Haphaestus kids at CHB) and happily helps her dads prepare. The 7 are thrilled for the new addition to their found family (my hc this would be the 4th kid from the group)

And finally they eventually wecome Ellie Jace Valdez - Zhang, Greek/Roman legacy of Haphaestus, Mars & Poseidon, future fighter extraordinar who eventually inherits the Zhang shapshifting, also inherited her fathers firewood

you know in 2016 i was like 13 and a baby queer and i was SO excited for class but i couldnt watch it bc it wasnt on bbcamerica yet and like. now that im finally watching it im not gonna lie its a little. disappointing. like im only on episode 4 but like . my mom said it was a weird show (she was in the room when we watched the first episode) but like it. like. isnt. and thats sort of the problem yk? like . its a dr who spinoff obviously its gonna be weird but like. No It Aint compared to either the main show or the other 2 spinoffs?? like

sja: ooh one of the characters was Never Born! ooh evil clown episode! ooh mind control amulet that makes ur dad do silly and / or lowkey evil stuff! ooh robot dog shows up at the last minute to save the gang from the mona lisa! and then theres the trickster stuff which is quite literally just like: Hey. Wouldnt it be fucked up if you woke up one day and ur best friend was gone and nobody knew who u were talking about and ur other friend has no idea who u are anymore and thenYOU never existed too???

torchwood: blah blah 5 bisexuals etc etc but like also: there are 2 different episodes where one specific one of them has a whirlwind gay romance in the past. the first 5 words in the episode 2 description on hbo max is "an alien addicted to sex". and it still manages to be silly goofy and have fun character beats and stuff while being dark and edgy and "everyone gets covered in blood and shot" and shit.

but like idk class is like. disappointing. like it feels really normal and really predictable and very mainstream and its like . idk . just like even with the april stuff its like. it just makes me dislike her. it doesnt show anything about what sges thinking . she jsut gets taken over and its like "oh shes fighting the shadow king!" but shes not though shes just becoming him. ina super unfun way where she doesnt have any input or show any emotions or anything.

its just. disappointing like i want to love class SO BAD and there are some genuinely very cool moments and interesting character beats but. it just doesnt feel.... like its trying to get me to like the characters i guess? and it especially sucks bc i could probably forgive all this if any of the characters was a character who i already knew and liked from dr who.

Long Way To The Truth

->chapter three: Arkansas pt2// Oklahoma.

A little weirded out,he packs up his stuff and leaves. The road before him its still pretty wet,so he drives slowly and taking Wheelers advice.

He could afford to take the day slow,to relax,just this once.

Most of the trip across Arkansans is pretty calm, just towns and towns. Some nice people,some mildly annoying ones,but its as normal as his trip could get.

The most interesting thing he had during the trip was while he was taking a break from Driving. The heat is not that bad at that moment, hes sitting on the floor of his van with a guitar in hand.

Said guitar wasnt his,it was Wheeler's. He was going to be their band's guitarist,it did go to wheeler's head for a few days, and he was a goddamn menace about It. He spent days bragging about how he would get all the chicks and leave the others with none. (To which Lucas would reply that the jokes on him because Lucas himself is Bisexual).

Regardless, he sits on the floor of the van,leaning Back on some of his bags and boxes and he starts to strum what few chords he remembers.

The strumming continues for a bit as his thoughts swirl to the beat of the song. Hes composed a few of songs before,kept them all to himself.

But around him theres not that Many people only the passing cars of the road, no-one is paying attention to him.

So,it Beggins in a humm,tuning his voice to the chords. He takes a deep breath and...

--See me and the boys

We got plans for what comes later

After the war

Got names for a band

And jobs for each other-- he sings,looking at his Journal,Open beside him where he has a picture of him and his Friends.

He was the youngest of his team, the platoon's Child that Wheeler fawned over like a mother hen. Even if his captain denied any favoritism, it was clear as day that if anything happened to Lucas,Alphonso wouldve totally commited a few war crimes.

--so,do you have any children?-- Lucas asked Alphonso once while they Ate lunch.-- you seem like ya do

--Nah,me n my Lady are waitin' for me to come back home to try. Ion wanna lose my baby's first steps or words. --Wheeler answered, eating a bite from his food-- but honestly I think at this Point we might as well adopt you

Lucas chuckles,a little embarassed but moved, he clears his throat trying to play it off-- c'mon Man,dont Rob me of the experience of being the cool uncle

--Fine fine I wont. On one condition-- his captains eyes had that look in his face, that mischevious glint that meant that he was going to thoroughly embarass him by being cheesy and sappy-- I get to be your best Man when you get married

The younger Man nodded-- deal,you better not embarass me infront of my future spouse though

--Cant make any promises,kiddo-- Alphonso replied with a teasing smirk.

God,those were the days.

--It feel really good, whoa

I'm crashing, I'm crashing down

But as long as we're together-- he keeps singing, the memory sitting like a weight on his chest.

Maybe after this,he should check on Wheeler's wife,she was in a retirement home in Tennesee, he visited her during the anniversary of Wheeler's death and during the holidays,hes taken her to some of his family gatherings before.

To this day,she maintains that hes the son she and Alphonso never had, Hence why he has Wheeler's guitar and some of his memorabilia.

Anger,regret, sadness and grief pour from his voice as he sings each word,a little shaky and weak--Ooh, and the drummer plays

A beat too long and the whole damn song

Starts to fall apart

The group disbands, and they won't be back

Those words echo in his mind, and it almost feels like Wheeler is showing him New chords he didnt know with the way that his fingers press down on different parts of the guitar's neck. They just sort of come to him.

Its like he can almost hear him say "Like this- no youre doing it wrong,that finger goes here. Atta boy"

--Believe it now, believe it then

It comes knocking, it comes knocking for your friends

Between the times we used to spend

And now the feeling never bends

I noticed and I notice it again-- he sings,pouring his feelings into the dragging of the words. The strumming becomes a lot more fluid,Like an actual song hes played over,and over again.

He even gets a small Disney princess moment because a few of the critters like birds and squirrels get closer to him to hear what hes playing

But putting his feelings into words is really good for his anguish,it makes him feel a lot lighter and at ease with that constant maelstorm of unresolved issues. He eventually does put away the guitar and grabs his Journal,as much as it stings him je writes down a little item that says "get a therapist ( a good one)".

The only reason hes considering seeing a therapist again is because of Wheeler, he needs to take the reigns of his mental health somehow. The worlds huge,this country was huge, there has to be at least one therapist that Will hear him out.

Right after that,he resumes his Driving. And by nightfall hes already in Oklahoma,which does help him quite a bit with his anxiety.

During the night, he found himself a nice parkinglot to park,a little in the shadows of the streelights. Hes currently writing down on his Journal before going to bed.

"Diary entry #200.

Already in Oklahoma,im so sick of Driving so much. Theres still a few days until I reach Milton-Haven, but I also find myself enjoying the trip, havent been outside for this long in a good while.

It feels just like the hunting road trips me and my dad would do every year when I was a kid.

I think im going to find a room for the night tonight, despite the fact that I might need to sleep on the floor. But it would be great to not half freeze my ass for one night.

Regardless, heres my to do list for when I get to MH.

•find a place to stay.

•find a job (prefferably a quiet sort of job)

•research about Mayer and possible facilities they May own. (Visit town hall)

•find documents about AR.

• find a therapist (A good one)."

After that,he closes the Journal and goes to bed. Lately,as hes been able to think about his past and process it, hes had less run Ins with bad dreams and his PTSD related. He low key hates how actually confronting his emotions helps.

But regardless of that,his sleep goes uninterrupted, and Next morning he continued his trip after getting breakfast.

Nothing of note happens thruought the day. The night however does bring Lucas something interesting, as he entered the bar, he noted the stage was getting ready for a performance.

And as he eats dinner he can hear the supposed band members argue over him

--Goddamnit,He cancelled?--A guy asked,sounding exhasperated.

--Its the third time this week!-- a girl added-- explain to me where are we getting a damn drummer now?!

--We cant cancell this gig- I cant afford it-- another guy says.

Lucas sighs,scratching the back of his neck. Was he really going to do this? He could just nope out,not his circus not his monkeys. It would be exposing himself to a large crowd,there could be some goverment agent in there and-.

--I dont get why we even made this band in the first place! -- the girl said-- stupid fucking- I cant fucking belive it. Its a waste of damn time

Fine,fuck,guess hes doing this.

After he eats dinner,he goes to talk with the band. Telling them who he is and that hes good at drums,and in their desesparation the band accepts.

--Im isabell--says the girl-- im the vocalist of the Group, this is Leon, hes the bassist and this is Jay the guitarrist.

Lucas wouldve Flinched if he heard that a few days ago,but for some reason now hes a lot more at ease when the memory of Alphonso pops out.

--Nice to make yer acquaintance, what song are yall playin'?

Isabell scratches the back of her neck-- we're uh playing the Trooper by iron maiden

A smile appears on the face of the ex soldier-- neat,I know the chords to that song. I really like it actually

--Oh thank god-- the main singer exclaims-- de can go fix up the Seat for you n all, we gotta get ready anyway

--Sounds great, lets do it then

Lucas cant help but look at the main three of the band as they get ready and tune their instruments. He can tell theyve been Friends for a while because of the way they interact, he smiles fondly at the sight,wondering if him and his Friends wouldve been the same way if they ever did manage to form that band that they wanted to form.

Before the show,Isabell seems a little anxious as she warms up her voice, It makes him feel for her as she sits on the steps to the stage as she looks down with this fearful look in her eyes. on a whim he decided to sit with her and talk, see if he could help.

--Hey, whats up?-- he asked,putting a hand on her shoulder.

--Ah nothing- stage Fright. I always get it before every show- theres a lotta people in here and it makes me nervous-- she explains, passing her hands across her face-- the owner said that if we do good tonight, we'll become The Band of the bar. Its huge for us you know?

He nodds-- yeah I get that, seems quite daunting-- his hands reach to Grab the dog tags hidden underneath his flannel-- but yknow after a lifetime of well, war, i-ive realized something. No matter how scared you are- its better to just- just do it rather than running away

--How did you deal with the Fear?--She asked,eyes setting on the dogtags. She seems a little distracted from her anguish.

--beside just doing the damn thing even if I was shittin' myself internally?-- he asked, and at that she laughed and nodded-- had really good Friends-- he nodds towards her bandmates-- for..-for me it was my captain -- he takes a deep breath as he considers what hes about to do-- for you? Its leon and Jay, im a pretty observant guy and ive seen the way yall act together. Im sure those boys would follow you to the ends of the earth if you just asked. So dont be afraid to reach out- here,gimme your hand

A little curious and quite moved,she offers his hand as he takes off his dogtags and places them on her palm-- hopefully this helps, I have one of the tags of my captain on that chain. And since yer singing The Trooper, its only appropiate you have something army related.

Isabell smiles,putting on the dogtags. The weight of the metal is oddly soothing-- Thanks, Lucas.

He smiles and pats their back-- s'nuthin.-- he stands up and dusts himself off-- c'mon kid,lets get the show started -- he helps her up and smiles reassuringly.

Soon,the show starts. Lucas hits the drumsticks together, marking the beat of the song before he starts playing,leon and Jay join in and so the instrumental begins.

The vocalist presses her hand against the dogtags as she gets ready to sing, she feels the warm metal against her palm, takes a deep breath and looking upon the semi crowded room begins singing.

--You'll take my life, but I'll take yours too

You'll fire your musket, but I'll run you through

So when you're waiting for the next attack

You'd better stand, there's no turning back-- and damn, shes quite good at it. She follows along to the melody with no issue, her voice doesnt break or falter as the lyrics flow in the air like mist.

Lucas gets a smile on his face that grows bigger and bigger as the Group gets more and more into the song.

And he cant help but laugh internally at how impressed the crowd looks at the performance of the band. One dude looks particularly impressed, and he wonders If thats the owner of the gig.

--The horse, he sweats with fear, we break to run

The mighty roar of the Russian guns

And as we race towards the human wall

The screams of pain as my comrades fall-- isabell has put her soul into her singing, as if a siren was the vocalist of a metal band.

Theres a catharsis in the way theyre playing the song, especially for Lucas who can relate more than most to the lyrics. He doesnt hold back either and he plays as if nobody is watching, all he can hope for is that he doesnt break the drum set.

By the end of the show the crowd is a mess of cheering and screaming, Jay and Leon pick up their vocalist friend and sort of throws her up to then catch it again.

Isabell is all smiles as she talks to a man afterwards, the one he correctly guessed to be the owner.

In that moment he gets ready to leave, but as he makes his way to the van, the band stops him.

--Lucas hold on!--says Leon, running up to him.

--Hey yall, whats up?--He asked.

--Two things-- the vocalist girl says,outta breath, taking off the dogtags-- these and-

--You wanna be part of our band?--Jay asked Straight up,gaining a glare from his friends-- what?! You two were going to make a whole fanfarre over it. So id rather just ask

Lucas shifts his gaze between the three of them,pretty amused. He puts on his dogtags and answers-- ah im sorry,I cant. Im on a sort of moving to Washington,gonna visit an old friend while im at it and 'm already runnin' late.

--Shame-- Isabell answered, a little dissappinted-- but-but thank you,you literally saved us-

--S'nuth--the ex soldier doesnt finish his phrase before Isabell gives him a big tight hug. He hugs back a little confused but endeared.

--This band has been her dream-- leon explains once the girl pulls back from the embrace-- means a lot to her- to us. Even if we dont have any names for our band yet

--Well see that I can help with-- Lucas said with a smirk-- yall remind me of me and my war buddies, we talked about a band once and we wanted to call ourselves "the ragtags" 'cuz we came from all 'round the US. Since that bands never happening,i leave it up to yall youngsters to Carry the torch for me- us

Jay and leon Grab their friend and slowly drags her away, she kicks and complains trying to get out of their grasp. --YOU ASSHOLES I WAS GONNA ASK FOR HIS NUMBER.

--Leave the guy alone!--Leon Shouts.

--HES GODDAMN CUTE. --isabell yells back.

Jay looks thoroughly embarassed and exclaims a quick-- SORRY--at Lucas before dragging her into the bar.

Lucas stands there mistified, a little flustered. --Yep,still got it-- he mutters with a smirk before grabbing his keys and getting into his van to drive to a motel nearby.

Ok so in my humble opinion… mike treats will like a bestfriend, it’s will that treats him like a crush with those puppy eyes. It looks like at this point you can’t even be sweet with your bestfriend lol. Also max and el have basically the same relashionship of byler,they hold hands,they touch eachother but they are not romantically in love 😂 sounds familiar? The scenes between mike and will are simply platonic from mike side,he loves will but not in that way. Also us(milevens) would be really pissed off if we discover the monologue was fake,mike didn’t love el? And all in a sudden loves will? YO THAT’S INSANE and dumb.

i think this post may help a lot in viewing mike from a different perspective. they replaced will’s shots with shots of max where shes basically making the same facial expressions to show that mikes words are romantically coded and this would be crystal clear to anyone if will was a girl. i also would argue that mike’s crush on him is even more obvious than will’s based on some of his not so sweet behavior. will went right in for the full on hug but mike retreated because he didnt want to get too close to him. will calls him out on not writing or calling but mikes interprets it in a romantic way by saying “thats because shes my girlfriend! we’re friends! we’re friends.” and theres way more times where he glances at will’s lips than will looking at mike’s. hes not subtle.

i really disagree with el and max having the same kinda friendship as mike and will. yes they held hands, but they were holding hands as max said “see theres more to life than stupid boys”. this whole day at the mall was about max showing el that she can be her own person and have her own style and have fun without being in a relationship. it could not have more clearly been about friendship. i think both max and el but especially el were in need of a girl best friend.

no other friendship on the show is shown the way byler is. we would never see a heart to heart scene between lucas and dustin with “emotional, tender music”, closeup shots, and getting interrupted mid conversation. we saw something like this once with two friends but it was lucas and max. before they were lumax. it was when they were on top of the bus in s2 and guess what!! the song that plays during that scene is the same song that plays during one of mike and wills scenes this season!! i just think thats really cool.

as for the monologue, i agree that they made it pretty messy with that one and it might seem way off for that to “all of a sudden” mean nothing in s5 but the events we see follow it are suspicious. why do you think we never see mike and el say a word to each other for the rest of the season? honest question, weren’t you expecting el to wakeup, hug mike, say she loves him too, and kiss? or something along those lines. isnt it weird that everything led up to this huge dramatic moment only to show none of the aftereffects it had on el and their relationship?

i wanna know how you interpret some of this scene. why do you think will had to push mike to continue talking? did you think it was kinda shitty of mike to just basically repeat so much of what will said in the van about el needing him and being scared of losing him? were you disappointed in mike when he brought up her powers and said “youre my superhero”? it seemed like el was. i think she wants to be seen as just a person but mike sees her as this superhero who can do anything. also do you truly believe some of the things he said that werent directly from will’s speech in the van? im not trying to be snarky im genuinely curious. when he said that it was basically love at first sight, did you believe that? because if you watch season one again the first thing they do is take her to mikes basement out of the rain, then make a plan for his mom to take care of it and bring her back to where she came from, and then go back in the woods to find will. it objectively wasnt love at first sight.

and also why do you think he could suddenly say those three words when it came to life or dearth but he couldnt say it earlier when el was literally sobbing in front of him because he doesnt say it? if he was in love with her why wouldnt he have said it already?

he wouldnt “all of a sudden” love will in the last season. theyve shown plenty of clues from the very beginning about him potentially being queer. like you have to admit it would feel much more out of nowhere if they made dustin gay in the last season but mike? that is very possible.
