So like I wanted to lose some weight and I though of giving this diet a try :) *btw found it on TT*
Day 1: 300 c
Day 2: 400 c
Day 3: 300 c
Day 4: 400 c
Day 5: 500 c
Day 6: 550 c
Day 7: 400 c
Rules:
Drink more then 1L of water.
10k steps a day or 30 min cardo.
At least 7 hours of sleep.
Im current have around a 25in waist and I want to go down to 23in as well as 20in thighs I just want to get down and have a thigh gap.
I’m doing some other workouts as well, but I will post the results :)

I love blatantly ignoring all the advice I get online from these “advanced ana girls” like how tf are you “advanced” they really be acting like having an eating disorder is a video game. But anyways for example rn I can’t decide if I really want those chips you get at a Mexican restaurant w/ like everything on it but with extra jalapeños or if I want breadsticks from Little Cesar’s so after losing like 5 lbs I’ll reward myself with that. It works for me 🤷♀️

Feel like I'm going crazy, dislocated both my knees so I can't exercise rn, I've managed to lose 3lbs this week and hopefully will continue to lose, I gained 30lbs in recovery from bulimia so I went from 240 to 270 ( currently 266.9) I need fasting tips bc I still feel like I can't stop eating 😭 I don't want to start purging again but I'm desperate to get my weight down

weighed myself for the first time in a long time today…
228lbs and I’m having such mixed feelings. Like yeah, it’s terrible. It’s so far from being even close to skinny but I already knew that much. I mean look at me. But also? It’s not as bad as it could have been. Until recently, I had been binging a lot without tracking and I was expecting much worse. 228? I can work with it. I can do this. I will lose the 28 by the end of October.
