1.
Bring a bottle of water to your hot girl walk and don't come back till you drink it
2.
Do a squat/sit up for every 10 kcal you eat
3.
If you're religious, pray before eating, if you're not, just make a prayer up and say it in your head, gives you the extra 10 seconds you might need to realize what are you doing and reconsider it
4.
If you're good with excel, make a table dedicated to your weightloss
5.
Buy fruits you haven't eaten for a while and do a taste test as a girl dinner, recomendations: mango, various berries, pineapple, watermelon, cherries
