Until the day she left me i start to realise it was pure jealousy!

I really believe that if one or both of your parents were really into spiritualism and it never showed up for them they way they wanted to that sometimes it manifests in their kids. If one of the kids doesn’t or can’t accept it it might manifest onto another one. Unless you’re open with your family you might not even know it’s happening.
