hey, yeah you! the angry ones, the aggressive ones, the violent ones. cm'here i got something to say to you.
hey there...
the ones who get irritated really quickly and snap at the wrong person.
the ones who get angry quickly but it goes away quickly, especially when the ones around you don't get over it so fast.
the ones who first thought is to hurt the one who caused you this anger, or just the first person in sight.
the ones who direct their anger at themselves.
the ones who direct their anger at their environment instead of themselves or the people around them.
the ones who get so angry their body burns with heat, causing the anger to worsen.
the ones who get so angry they flip the numb switch and can't feel anything for a while.
the ones who act on those violent thoughts.
the ones who hide their anger and bottle it up over and over again until it explodes.
the ones who can't tell their anger apart from other emotions.
the ones who get stuck in their head due to their rage.
the ones who spiral when they get angry.
the ones who get even angrier when you let yourself spiral cause of your anger.
the ones who get angry over the littlest thing.
i see you, and despite all of this you are still worthy of being loved. worthy of being seen as an equal. worthy of being cared for. worthy of being treated as another 'normal' person.
i love you (/p). your anger doesn't define you, even though it might seem like it does.

anger holders get a lot of stigma surrounding them, so we wanted to make this post.
to all anger holders:
you are loved. you are important.
you play a very important role, that we think you should be proud of. it's okay if you're not proud of it. but we are proud of you.
you are not evil. you are not wrong. you are not a ticking time bomb.
you are valid, you are loved, you are wanted.
you are more than just your role, but your role is still important. an important job, that isn't always easy to handle.
even if you are not proud of yourself, we are proud of you.
it's okay if you don't always handle your anger in the most appropriate or healthy ways. I encourage you to try and learn healthy coping mechanisms, but that's difficult. it's okay and entirely normal to slip up.
you are allowed to be angry. it's healthy.
your role is important.
and you, as an individual, are important.

Hot take: Some persecutors are just bad people. Not all persecutors are misguided protectors.
definitely. Some alters are just bad people in general. They don't even have to be persecutors. Like we have a anger holder that's a pretty shitty guy. He's not misguided. He knows what he's doing, he just doesn't care. We also have a protector that's a horrible person who tries to fight everyone. Not to protect us, no, he wants to fight people just because he likes fighting.

Hey anger holders, how do you best describe your rage?/nf
Mine feels biblical, despite being an atheist. It’s like a fire in my blood of biblical proportions. It’s like I personally carry the wrath of God. I have never believed in a god.
It doesn’t always feel like that, but it does a lot.
-possible anger holder (i might just be super angry all the time idk)

Plural culture as an anger holder, persecutor, and protector, is getting more and more annoyed at how much ppl on this community seem to think labeling sexuality and gender is one of the most important things ever.
It's not apart of my job to be attracted to people, or label how I feel.
I've had ppl try and tell me I'm aroace because I don't care to be attracted to people. I'm not.
If I was anything, it would be wholey unlabeled.
Let alters not label themselves, because for some of us, it's not fucking important. We don't need to. We have more important shit going on than who we want to fuck

System Anger Holder Alter Pride Flag!
The shades of red in the background represent the different ways anger is expressed; such as screaming, physical, and seething.
The Red V shape represents the way that anger is directed, and the red side parts represent not letting the anger go to the wrong people.
The 4 bean shapes represent a common symbol used to represent anger.
the & and the flag with it represent systemhood.
Free to use by systems only!

Honestly FUCK endos. I hate them, I'm tired of the being nice shit. I don't want to be nice to those assholes. I don't want to give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm so SO tired of people being so friendly with them. Everytime I see a "pro-endo" or "endo-safe" post it makes me rage, everytime I see an endo themselves it makes me so unbelievably angry. I cannot fathom how these people can take our disorder and just have all the "fun" parts of it while completely ignoring the actual scientific and medical reasons for the disorder actually existing as well as over half the other symptoms. Fuck sake, we can hardly tolerate endo-neutrals, like we understand why you'd be neutral, but it also makes us so upset that you could even tolerate them. Fucksake.
(this goes for all "non-traumagenics", I don't care what you call yourself, I hate you.)

I haven't really seen anyone talk about this but it's honestly so fucking anger inducing how systems (and pwDID/OSDD1/UDD who don't wanna be called systems) have to fight to keep literal medical terms (alter, introject etc) about our literal fucking disorder medicalized and y'know exclusive to our disorders and anything that's a community term is suddenly 'endo inclusive' even if it was literally made for our disorders like I fucking saw someone say fictive was made by endos???
like other disabled people not just systems have to fight against people misusing our terminology we're usually told that the misuse of our terminology isn't that deep because it's "just a joke" or "just a figure of speech" but here in the case of pwDID/OSDD1/UDD it's for fake fucking 'inclusivity' of people who wanna make a serious debilitating trauma response a mogai-esk community and push actual systems deeper into denial and then shame them for wanting trauma survivor spaces when they do actually know that they're pwDID/OSDD1/UDD
I'm so tired of how systems are treated, when we speak out against the ableism we face from endos or even just correct misinformation we're called sysmeds and traumascum. new or younger systems that enter endo communities are bombarded with 'facts' about endos and told that they're endo until proven otherwise, told that anti endo or even just trauma survivor only communities will hurt them and abuse them so they shouldn't ever leave, they're told that anti endos are hateful towards every system and that they're basically the fucking antichrist
I don't usually swear much when talking about syscourse but I'm just so angry

god fuck i cant phrase this good ugh hi im krills alter jacket but i just. i really fucking hate how the view on mentally ill people (thinking about my rsd specifically but its a Lot of things) changes so dramatically when the person isnt some sweet innocent child with the occasional self deprecating thought and is instead, often BECAUSE OF MENTAL ILLNESS, a person whos irrationally angry or bad at reading tone or will get mad for making a lighthearted jab or is a fucking anger holder in my case. yk its hard being like i feel like a bad person someone assure me im not when you Are seen as a bad person so you dont get the support you need cycle continues shit sucks 5ever

just because I'm an anger holder does not mean I am:
incapable of other emotions
always angry
violent
angry for no reason
lashing out
scary
harmful
dangerous
stop the stigma. it hurts to hear.

hateroleic
A roleic term for a system member whose role, status, or experience as a system member involves hate in some way. This can involve being: -an anger holder who feels hate as a result of their anger -a headmate who helps cope with feelings of hate -a trauma holder who holds feelings of hate for an abuser However, it can involve anything. The word "hate" here is meant in an emotional rather than ideological sense and is not to be construed specifically as the kind of hate associated with bigotry.
[This post has no DNI other than not to involve it in discourse, mockery, or other harassment]

Am I the asshole for yelling at one of our headmates?
Context:
Gore is one of our alters and isn't a fictive as far as I know of. He seems to be an anger holder
Every time he fronts he hurts people we know, example: calling them lazy or stupid, sometimes even slurs (like the f slur, he's gay but it's still iffy because it's aggressive).
Many people we know are sensitive and take it to heart.
So I told him to stop fronting, politely. He didn't listen, so i yelled at him. Most of our system is on my side but idk. He's been doing this for so long. I'm thinking of asking Alastor to monitor him or talk to him.
Apologies for any grammatical errors.
AITA?
