If you're with him at the time, Lucifer is already in his caring big brother Mode, worrying and taking care of you since you're not feeling well
He doesn't want to wait for the emergency vehicle to arrive, so he's driving you to the hospital yourself (or flying if possible)
Of course, Lucifer will also carry you if you want or need him to and when you get to the emergency station in the hospital, they already know he's the an who just called them to tell them you'd be there soon without him having to say anything
They would be quicker in accommodating you if they know in advance, he told you and sure enough, you don't have to wait long to be laid down on a hospital bed and get the medical attention you need
Lucifer is there by your side the whole time, holding your hand when you're on your way to the surgery room and kissing the back of it, whispering assurances just loud enough for you to hear him too
"You're so brave for me." "Everything will be fine." "I will be here when you wake up."
If there's still time before you have to get that surgery, Lucifer bring you anything you ask him to or at least organises others bringing you those things if it's something like clothes or a comfort item you forgot at home
He can read to you, tell you old stories of his brothers and him or just hold you in his arms if possible. Whatever you need, Lucifer wants to make sure you don't feel alone and that you won't feel too anxious about the upcoming procedure
If it helps, he can find out what exactly they will do and how it should help you, so that you don't feel like you're going in blindly without any idea what's going to happen while you're unconscious
While you're in surgery and after you got out and have to sleep off the rest of the anesthetic, Lucifer uses his time to organise everything so that you will be as comfortable as possible once you wake up
The sterile hospital room looks much more homely with your own blankets and your favorite flowers on the bedside table. There's even that picture of the brothers and you that you keep on your desk and the messages you got aren't overwhelming because Lucifer told them to keep it short. They could come see you once you were awake, so they didn't have to spam you with messages
The best thing however was seeing Lucifer once you woke up. He's so gentle and soft spoken, telling you to take it easy and calling in the nurse to check you over now that you've regained consciousness
He will take over helping you with anything like changing clothes or washing yourself, reluctantly letting the nurses take care of any bandages and such
Mammon
If he wasn't there when you and maybe those around you realised you needed medical attention asap, Mammon would feel so very very guilty for not being there. Even if he knows that it probably wouldn't have changed much and you'd still have to go to the hospital, Mammon wanted to be there for you when you need him. He'd run to were you are when he gets the news with such desperation that it's almost like he teleported
If however, you were close to him in that moment or perhaps in the same house, Mammon would be by your side in and instant and not leave you until you tell him to or he gets kicked out for trying to get into the surgery room with you
He will carry you if you want or need it, hold your hand and keep checking in with you
"Did it get worse?" "Can I do anything?" "Do you need some water?"
Barging into the emergency station of the hospital and demanding loudly that they give you the medical attention you need right this moment, was something you could have expected from Mammon
If you have the capacity to feel embarrassed in that moment, you can hide your face at least to not see all the attention fall on the two of you
Fair enough though, it makes the staff take care of you quickly. Finding you a bed and a room and figuring out what you need before scheduling a surgery as fast as possible (and needed, depending on what the issue is)
Mammon is a ball of anxious energy and when he's not able to be with you, he's gnawing on his fingernails, frowning and walking in circles. The urge to just try and get back into that surgery room again to at least see you was strong but considering it didn't work the first time and they were now in the middle of it, he'd only be interrupting or worse, surprising the doctors which could mean they may make a mistake and-
Yeah no, he needed to stay outside. He'd be there whenever you got out at least
If you still have some time together before the actual procedure and you're staying together in your hospital room, Mammon sits on a chair next to you and will try to help by distracting you any way you want
You can talk or he can just read you stories even if he's not the best at reading aloud or he can tell you all about this scheme he thought up or that movie he wants to watch with you...
If you're scared, Mammon will hug you (as much as possible) and let you tell him all about it. He doesn't really know what he can do but he at least promises you that he will be here, with you and that he's sure you will be better soon
By the time you wake up after the surgery, you can find Mammon sleeping in the chair next to your bed. He's sure to have a sore neck when he wakes up
There are messages from the brothers, royals, angels and other friends and family you may have and Mammon told his brothers to bring your favorite flowers and some clothes for you to change when you could. There was no way he would leave your side unless absolutely necessary and once he's awake, you know he will take care of you in any way you need
Beelzebub
Beel is someone who is overwhelmingly protective of those he loves and you're no exception. He feels as if he should keep you safe from anyone and anything and knowing that you need medical help and he can't do anything makes him feel helpless
Still, his mere presence next to you, his hand holding yours or brushing your hair from your forehead, is so soothing. Since he's not a demon of many words, Beel mostly takes to just staying by your side and answering anything you ask. Of course, he can also tell you stories to distract you if you ask him to do so. Mostly he tells you stories from the time they were in the Celestial Realm. Of Lilith and how different his brothers were and what was the same and all the shenanigans they got up to
It irks Beel that he cannot stay by your side when you finally go into surgery but he clenches his teeth and leaves to eat away his frustrations and anxiety over everything going well in there
He's not too far away however and takes food with him to eat while he waits for you to wake up
When you regain consciousness, you find him kneeling next to your bed, his hand holding yours while his head is laid on the mattress as he sleeps
Petting his head makes him wake up immediately and the way he fusses over you without hesitation makes you chuckle
"How do you feel?" "Do you want anything to eat? Do you crave something specific?" "Here's some water, you should drink." "I got you favorite snacks... I didn't eat half of them, so you can have them if you want."
If possible, Beel can even hold you in his arms now that you're awake again (please let him, he needs the reassurance that you're safe) and if you want, he will feed you too
Hospital food is horrible but don't worry, Beel will eat it for you so it doesn't go to waste and instead call someone to bring you something you actually like

Aw, well when you put it that way, how can I say no?
I'm literally writing this while playing Solomon's B-Day event haha the multi-tasking is real.
Simeon had a feeling there was something special about the human when the brothers acted like there was something to hide (they figured they'd monopolise their new house chef for as long as they could).
The retreat to the Demon Lord's Castle soon put an end to that.
Honestly, both he and Luke have PTSD for human cooking at this point, so both instinctively flinch when MC sets something down and announces they've cooked it.
Thankfully, it's purely a Solomon thing.
After that, Purgatory Hall hosts "Human cooking night" where Solomon thinks he's cooking, and MC does their absolute best to make sure he touches absolutely nothing.
Luke absolutely loves swapping recipes with MC, they'll spend hours in the kitchen and he loves to hear stories about what it's like to work in a professional kitchen in the human world.
"It sounds so stressful!"
"That's because it is, hun."
It's hard to believe when they look so peacefully focused on what their hands are doing. He admires the practise and ease, the fearlessness in changing a recipe or trying something new. He can see that same fearlessness out in the devildom, and it's really something to admire.
Solomon is fascinated by MC in general, not just their cooking. Magic-less, inexperienced, he has to wonder if they even knew the Devildom existed before they were thrust headlong into it.
Now they're making pacts and delicious food left and right.
That adventurous nature comes out with food combinations which should taste utterly disgusting become explosions of delightful flavour on his tongue, and he doesn't care much for food.
Still, in his long life, if every meal has this much colour and passion, the years would feel rather short indeed.
Diavolo is of a similar mind. He's existed for so long that remembering to enjoy food can be hard.
With an exchange student willing to showcase a talent that's taken demons and angels centuries to perfect, he has no choice but to stop and smell that filet mignon!
He's delighted with how they've bloomed, and reminds them not to let the brothers monopolise their cooking. It may be their passion, but it's not all they are.
Diavolo is happy to indulge them in any other interests they may have and give them a break from the kitchen, but...he certainly won't complain about being taste tester.
Barbatos is much the same. MC is exceedingly talented in the kitchen, but there is more to life than a single talent, and sometimes, he understands, they just don't feel like cooking.
On days like that, he makes sure food gets delivered to their door, either through joint effort of he and Luke, or a home delivery from Ristorante Six.
Nothing but the best for MC.

you said alderheart works more as a supporting character and you know what? THATāS what Iāve been trying to figure out was so boring about the books since this new trend of male characters. theyāre not nearly compelling enough to be mcs. theyāre supporting characters that the plot revolves around simply bc theyāre men and the much more interesting female characters are interesting on ACCIDENT and sidelined or altogether forgotten because they are women. Iām just trying to understand how it keeps happening. how many years of this has it been? I canāt remember when avos came out. itās gotta be like 8 right? damn near 10 years of this shit š
AVOS came out in 2016 so that's around 8-7 years (which. got damn). Like idk Alderheart is...fine, I guess. I'm sure if I reread AVOS I might get some enjoyment out of him, but as a protagonist, he just isn't what the story needs. A key part of AVOS is the growing instability of ShadowClan, something that should arguably be established in the first book...which since we're locked into Alderheart's POV, we don't really get a good enough glimpse. He's got no real particularly interesting insights on the situation from afar, and a majority of the apprentice's quest is essentially him being ushered into the plot by other characters (becoming a medic, going on the journey, and so on). I get people like his more anxious/timid nature, it's fine, but is is just....not the character I would have picked to be the POV. I honestly think he'd be better as a cute little guy on the side trembling and being silly.
Even thematically wise, the plot they have for him is just sort of...meh? I'd argue a key theme of AVOS is family (dare i say. kin), and Alderheart's parental troubles never really go anywhere because the writing team doesn't really want to make Bramblestar looking bad despite him agreeing to separate two orphan babies (and he doesn't even break out into song and starting calling alderheart an entitled piece of shit just a pot smoking good or nothing-). The most we get is the rift between Alderheart and Sparkpelt growing + some Twigbranch issues, but even then the former has a lot of issues in the writing that have only been exacerbated and the writing team has dropped any sort of familial bond Twig has with Alder. As much as I'd like a Spark POV, Alderheart more so makes me wish we'd gotten a ShadowClan POV instead! seriously we need to break the thunderclan pov curse especially after the recent asc book there should not be two povs on the same damn plotline-
Note: not Needletail, i think she's at her best when we don't know what she's thinking. she's a good supporting character
I don't think there's anything particularly new about the disinterest in the women with warriors, but it is feeling exacerbated with the new team's reluctance to try and carry over plotlines to keep arcs more self-contained (at least to me).

Lucio is borderline violent towards you when you first appear
Something just immediately let's him know it's you, the real you but he doesn't want to believe it
He can recognise the person that he had gotten close to. He's familiar with the choices you make, how you act, how you speak. And he hates it
He hates that you're here now. Now when you could have been there so much sooner
He's resentful and clings to the player, the apprentice that you spoke through to him, lashing out at you when you try to get close to him
He normally isn't like this. You know the Lucio that you had seen in the game. But this wasn't the same person
He was vulnerable. He was scared of losing you again. He was scared that you would leave him alone if he let you care for him
He says he hates you but then keeps you close to him at all times. He says he doesn't want you in his presence but prevents you from leaving. He wants to trust you like he did at the beginning but he's terrified and this fear becomes obsessed as it melds with his care for you
When he realises that you don't intend to leave, he won't let you leave. He doesn't want to let you leave. Not when you've left him alone for so long, keeping only a fake in your place
He sees it as you needing to pay him back for that in whatever way and for however long he sees fit
You should know already that he doesn't take well to not getting what he wants and he won't make any exceptions for you. Not when you had made no exceptions for his feelings.
Not when you got him to be so vulnerable with you only to break him down. He thinks it was cruel of you and doesn't want to be seen so pitiful ever again, and certainly not by you

To say that he would cling to you would be an understatement, at least after he has gotten over the initial shock and disbelief
For a time, he doesn't want to believe that it's you. He thinks that you're just anothet husk- magic seems to be good at making those- so he clings to your impersonation even more. He doesn't want to lose what little hope that you cared for him that he had left
At least through the husk you could speak to him even though never directly
It's when the husk stops responding to him, lifeless and devoid of- well- you, he begins to believe you
It's an almost instant switch as he clings to whoever or whatever can get him close to one of the few people that he has ever felt such genuine affection for and from
His loss of the other you, the apprentice and the realisation that this is you makes him all the more paranoid and scared of losing you
He lost you, the real you, once, in becoming self aware. He didn't want to experience it again. He was so lonely and here you were to fill up that hole
You made him whole and he didn't want to let you go
He'll get hurt as many times as he needs to if it means that you'll stay whether it be keeping you close to him or keeping others away. He can't risk it. He can't risk losing you or having someone take you away from him
He wants to act as though it doesn't affect him but it does. It really does. And you can see it in how he does whenever he can to reassure himself that it's you, an arm on your shoulder or hip or asking you to hold him, he needs to know that you're really here with him and not just another fake
He's willing to go so far as to get himself arrested if it means that you'll stay to take care of him and keep him company, just don't leave him behind

iāve been down the mammon rabbit hole for so long iāve forgotten how ppl write him in non-mammon fics. iāve recently had some lucifer brain rot and i absolutely hate the way some of the fics write mammon. i think everybody who wants to a fic w any kind of mammon appearance should take a sam-approved course so they donāt absolutely murder his character.
Plsssssš I had to go to a government office recently and now all I can think about is me sitting in a little cubicle stamping approval on any fics with Mammon, using a shitty little stamp with barely any ink
Okay but Mammon would actually be so supportive of MC x Lucifer when it comes down to it? The same way Lucifer's supportive of Mammon x MC when it comes down to it
Like he would be very upset and he'd initially do that whole possessive thing he does but if Lucifer is what MC actually chooses he'd back off - like he does in canon! Like he did when he saw Lucifer & MC kissing in S2, like when he fought to get back Lucifer's pendant in Lucifer's b'day event, like when he acted as MC's wingman in Lucifer's Devilcoast Devilgram.
Plus Mammon's objectively the brother who puts the most importance/emphasis on MC's consent.
PLUS PLUS Mammon genuinely loves Lucifer so much? In canon he's all the way up there with Beel as the brother who speaks the most about how great Lucifer is
AND now you've got me thinking about the premium angst potential of Lucifer x MC from Mammon's perspective because those are his two favourite people from all the worlds and they're in love with each other and he's stupidly in love with one of them but he can't do anything other than sit back and be their (overprotective) best friend
AND now you've got me thinking about how fucking hilarious this would be because MC's also Mammon's best friend and Lucifer's also Mammon's dad. MC's also really blunt and kind of a dick at times and would absolutely call Mammon Son to piss him off
This is very slightly off topic but;
I've also got a couple ships from other fandoms where characters A & B are (though not romantically involved) canonically very close - in a "you can't really write fics about one, for a long time, in their present canon timeline without bringing the other up" which I think is what happened with MC & Mammon? It's technically happened to a lesser extent with MC & the rest of the brothers as well but Mammon & MC canonically share a room more nights than not & have been doing so for years by the time we reach S4 and they started a business together in one of the devilgrams that fall under the canon main story timeline. What I'm saying is that even if their relationship isn't romantic they're definitely at a point where their lives are so entwined that it'd be hard to write about a long portion of one of their lives without including the other

volume ix thoughts wooooo we're out of casa
first off, return of a legend: the beach hut
i was fully expecting the compatibility test to be more like the season 1 compatibility test with the zodiacs because that's fun but i guess that's less of a pot stirrer than a fun game to have. though the narrator poking fun at it i guess is making fun of the fandom for thinking it was gonna be horoscopes š¤£
so very obvious ass test though especially with the two answers only about the two guys you're pursuing, which I think is a missed opportunity to throw more lore about the guys in there. or at least make it not as obvious? really goes to show how surface level the characters are compared to, say, the Mr. and Mrs. Challenge towards the end of S2
I'm going for Jin and Max rn so I thought it was funny their personalities were boiled down to "funny" vs "extroverted" and my MC had to pick between the two as if they were mutually exclusive
anyway just nearly got Jin lmao
I'd like them to stop with the Claudia/Theo storyline because it feels like they've already decided they're done with each other and are ready to move on? However, Claudia being compatible with Theo on paper but like not really feeling it is an interesting idea. Like she feels she's got no other option to stay safe except for him and they like each other enough. Meanwhile Bea's settling for Liam because he's shown any interest in her at all. (Let them date each other if MC can't! They deserve better!!)
also I know that I joked about Theo being just some mildly attractive white guy to fawn over and settle for but the way that Claudia is just settling for him? actually upsetting like I'm so sorry, Theo š I didn't mean it I thought he was fine after the first dates š

anyway the compatibility thing still doesn't make the most sense because like,,, why did all the guys get the Villa girls and none of the casa girls? I just think we should stir up some shit. And she can show growth by not getting upset this time.
idk why but Kyle's poem to Emel is giving wannabe rap crew vibes (i.e. I'm missing S1 I'll take what I can get). Also, Claudia said he's giving game player vibes?? I'm actually so upset with how the LI's are all interchangeable because simply this cannot be the same Kyle y'all are fawning over (it's not š)
I'm kind of curious what it's like replaying on a straight route bc personally my heart hurts every time they show Claudia's little sad face but like I have to talk to Max it just makes more sense because MC can't couple with Claudia in stick or twist
Close your eyes and pick at random is actually hilarious as an option for stick or twist and I almost did it
i've already said my piece about Sienna, I love her design. I will admit though, her open mouth smile is a little stilted but people get botox so... not out of the ordinary lol. The bigger problem is how her hand on her hip is a little fucked up (color in between the lines, fusebox!)
as someone not on a Theo route, I really don't understand why he's sticking with Claudia unless he's got some personal turmoil he's working through and trying to actually reform his player ways. And I wish MC could talk to him as a friend and we'd see that. like in the way S2, you get to know Rocco's insecurity about never finishing university and Gary's anxiety even if you aren't on their routes
Anyway I'm still upset at the forcing MC to couple because she's single thing. They could've still had her coupled with Jin (or even with Hari it would work) and then she can either walk in single or with a casa boy. And then she's the main character: just say that the single islanders don't get dumped post casa (like it's SUPPOSED to be) because in that situation, she's the only one! Or if you need the numbers to be right, literally Emel is right there. She can come back to Oakley later if anything
still not the best stick or twist could've gone in terms of drama (or maybe that's just bc I've been looking at spoilers), but compared to S5-6, not too bad (I assume also s7 but tbh I did stop right at stick or twist for that season)
So fyi when I played Casa, I had my MC go for Shawn most of it, and then last minute switched to Max because I remembered she's a musician and I thought that would be cute. That being said, I wish it was like in the too hot to handle game where you unlock certain dialogue if you happen to have something in common with a character. Because why is Max explaining music stuff to my musician MC?
is Hari not an LI? Because they made him seem like one and then just all of a sudden we're not talking about him, it's only about Jin and Casa Boy. And I'm fine with not all the boys being LIs, but it is odd the way he's just shoved to the side in the story
Okay so I'm writing this as I'm playing and it seems like maybe he is. They just forget to mention him most of the time.
Hari and Hazel are a hot couple though. like I don't love Hari's design but like if he was drawn better?? I see it.
the swimming game is a fun idea but imagining everyone splashing around to get to MC is so funny. like I can hear it in my head and it's not the best game, but for the fictional game in the app it's fine.
although why tf is Theo suddenly interested in MC? I haven't been romancing him at all but for the chat at the pool I couldn't decide between any of the characters I'm actually kind of interested in so I had MC go talk to Theo and then he was also flirting? then the pool game he also thinks MC has the best chat?? sir I barely know you
omg not emel deflecting the drama to Claudia (and it's about her hookup with MC???) oof this is the drama I crave I think we're gonna need a movie night soon
so not too bad yet I just hope these storylines can come through!!

since you were begging for asks earlier, heres a curious one. let's say Seduce Me gets remade with updated art and updated writing, etc etc. if there was one thing you'd want changed and/or added, what would it be? and while we're at it, is there anything specific you'd want to stay as is?
Oooooh I like this one!!! I love the game, but there are definitely things I wish were done differently. (Other than the obvious like typos and glitches)
It's kind of long, but here you go:)
I personally really enjoyed the art, but I do wish the boys sprites had gold eyes when enthralling MC. I think it would have been a nice detail.
I would love to see the backstories fleshed out more. Michaela Laws said that things in Damiens backstory for example, that she didn't include (how much worse can it getš) I think it would be really nice to get more details for the boys and the grandfather's background.
I'd like the story to be longer, like more individual scenes with each incubus before the big confession. I enjoy a fast burn but DAMN.
And more scenes with all of them. I love the brother's dynamics, and I wish we saw more of them together.
Maybe an ending where she let them stay without dating them. It doesn't necessarily have to be a poly ending (though I think many people including myself would enjoy) but they all become MC's found family.
Option for a male or gender-neutral MC.
More Malix in general. He is an incredible character who adds so much to the game, and his VA is uber talented. I saw on Michaela's Tumblr that she originally planned for Malix to attempt to burn down the mansion, and this would be so freaking cool! I wish we would have gotten this.
Less copy and paste, which I feel is a given.
I'd really like it to be NSFW if I'm being honest. Like, the sex scenes don't even have to be voiced (Though no one would complain if they wereeee) but like the writing aspect of it would be really nice.
I think MC's grief should be explored more. I discussed this with someone recently about Mika sleeping in her grandfather's room right after his passing, and I feel like maybe her grief was almost skipped over.
I think it would be nice to see MC being a college student rather than high school, but being as the second game is already made and has an established age, this probably wouldn't be possible.
More discussion of magic, and MC's ability to use magic.

First and foremost, VOICE ACTORS!!! I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the VA talent in the game. I genuinely can't see another actor playing any of the incubi, Malix or Diana.
I really enjoy MC being a bit snarky and tough, but not so brave that it becomes unrealistic. Like she isn't Oh My GaWd ThErE aRe HoT gUyS but she also isn't like "I can do this easy and could fight this on my own!" because she knows it isn't easy and does recieve help from them.

The original scenes where MC gives her chosen incubus energy. Like, I'd like them to be more unique to the incubus BUT I don't think locations should change, and the art could still be similar to the last time.
I like how Diana comes across as a villain in the first game, and I don't think she should be changed. The second game was her redemption ark and changing her in a rewrite would make it less...redemptiony.
MC fighting Lissete. Favorite part of the game. (Though, I do think MC should have gotten like, suspended at the very least.)

Oh my Kiya, I also love those 4 characters as well (Midoriya, Tanjiro, Yuuji, Reki). They are so precious, they deserve the world, and should not receive any hate from anyone. Oh my, how mad I am when I see several posts that said either of them don't deserve to be the mc of their own story (cause they're not your typical shounen mc).....

In what specific moments from KnY & Sk8, that made you sure that Tanjiro and Reki are special, that made them your favorite characters?
I'm gonna have to call these four boys something like š Squad with how they are green, red and pink colored. š
Honestly, all four of them is like... a fresh breath of air to me because they're different from other protagonists. That's not to say I hate other protagonists because come on, they're great, too. (Like, let's think of them as passing the torch or something.) But I sometimes I do feel like people who bash on characters like Midoriya and Itadori aren't used to characters like them and maybe, just a little are afraid to take a liking to them.
Especially since some people are assholes and tend to flip words around.
Someone can say "Oh, I think Tanjiro is a cool protagonist" and some asshole will be "so, you hate Ichigo"?
No, they did not say that. Stop being an ass and thinking you have some authority to monitor people's interests.

For Tanjiro and Reki, it was indeed the first episodes for me.
Tanjiro, just seeing how he cares for his family and just how good of a person he is really touched my heart. I relate to him and Reki, who I'll talk about in a second, when it comes to siblings. I, too, have younger siblings and I'm the eldest. So it was nice to see a big brother like Tanjiro actually be nice to his younger siblings. Also, how he used his nose to figure out the cat broke the plate is another "Oh, yeah, he's my favorite now" moment. That's one of my favorite skills he has. Just this master nose that smells just about anything. I love it!
Now with Reki, it had to be the moment just before Langa comes into the classroom. Reki was working on some sketches and he gleefully wanted to show his work off and then his classmates is like "Nah, probably some troublesome stuff". That moment? Oh, Reki, I relate. Do you know how much confidence I try to build up to talk about a story I have in mind? Like, the excitement there is to finally ramble about something you're passionate about? Reki wanted to so that and I never wanted to fight side characters so badly in my life. Every time I see that scene or think about it, I feel violent.
And his relationships with his sisters is nice, too. Again, relate being an elder sister myself. By the end of the anime's first season, Reki was already my number 1 favorite but oh my gosh! My favorite Reki moment had to be the epilogue scene where he's teaching the twins how to skate and Koyomi comes in showing off. It's such a wholesome moment. It's just so cute!! š

since most commanders have fangs (except for phoenix commander if i'm not mistaken), i wonder how the ROs would react to commander accidentally biting them when they're kissing like who would make fun of it, who would end up liking it etc? š and also!! jost and nikke have fangs too, right? imagine commander trying to kiss one of them and like they bite each other or their fangs clash šš idk it just sounds so funny in my head
There'll definitely be fang shenanigans... I mean, how could you have characters with fangs and not???
That being said, answers are beneath the cut!
Vethna is totally into fangs, but they will never admit it no matter how painfully obvious it is. They're 110% into biting of any and all kinds, and don't mind if a bit of blood is drawn, either. (If you really want to get them flustered, bite their neck.)
Nikke + Jost: Fangs + gorgons go hand in hand, so any fang things are just culturally normal to them. Clashing teeth, accidentally nicking a lip, etc, etc are just normal non-human things and aren't enough to really warrant a reaction other than maybe an amused or annoyed huff.
That being said, I've mentioned in the past that biting your partner as a gorgon is actually culturally common. Committed partners tend to purposely inject the other with venom to slowly build up their partners immunity to avoid any accidents from occurring. It's also just a general sign of trust from both parties-- one trusts the other not to hurt them, and the other is slowly giving up their most powerful defense.
Amilia: ... uh, she can be a versatile lover. There's also two main ways for her personality to go, so depending on how she develops in your game, she can go one of two ways.
1.) Does not enjoy being bitten at all-- doesn't like the pain, is generally scared of blood, reminds her of some not-so-great memories in her past, etc. A bad accidental bite could be enough to completely frighten her for a few minutes.
2.) Doesn't mind being bitten, kinda likes it, but only when things are steamy and you're both worked up. Otherwise, she's just kinda 'eh' about it.
Sabir: Is into the feeling of MC's fangs against his skin but doesn't actually want like... pressure. A little nibble is fine, but nothing rough or painful. Just enough to make the adrenaline start going and to fill the mind with anticipation.
If MC accidentally nicked him or bit him, it'd probably yank him out of the moment a bit depending on the situation and how bad the bite is. He's the one most likely to just brush over it with a little teasing.
Syfyn: Syfyn actually also has fangs-- and honestly, if your teeth kept clashing or something she'd genuinely get all pissed and worked up which can either work in or against MC's favor depending on what MC's into lol.
Otherwise, Syfyn's fine with biting and being bitten-- sometimes she's super into it, other times she's not. She'll be sure to let you know real quick in the moment.
Freedom: Also has fangs... and is also pretty desensitized to any fang shenanigans to the point there's not really much to write about.
That being said, they would enjoy being bitten. They're very big on sensuality of all forms, and aren't afraid of a bit of pain. It's all part of at the physical experience, no? And who says passion should only be expressed through pleasant things?

āHow ironic.ā Her voice was barely a whisper.
Hakurei glanced up to meet her eyes. āHuh?ā

Anyway, this is indeed pretty short! So it's hard to really give a lot of feedback on something that's this brief! But what I can say is that it packs a lot of emotion into such a short piece. I can feel the pain of the characters, I can tell that Kyra knows something she's not telling Hakurei, and of course I'm onto the fact that there's a third character named Seiko that we don't see at all. That's pretty good for such a short conversation!
I would say you should continue it, if you want to! There's a lot of potential and I really like the way it leaves the reader questioning. My immediate questions are what's going on? What happened to the other character? Are these characters hurt? Who are they to each other? It leaves a lot for you to answer if you'd like to continue on.
I also seem to remember from your last ask that this was about MC... in which case, I'm also wondering who here is MC in this scenario! And how this piece fits into the context of the game.
All of this is to say that I think it's good and that if you've been thinking about continuing it then you should!

apothecary diaries anon here again! yeeees, the amount of times i've thought 'this would make a great icon/meme' while reading the manga is amazing! pretty sure most of them are of maomao too haha. (very tempted to edit her and jinshi into the 'woman screaming at cat in restaurant' meme lol) aaaa, don't get me started on how female friendships are treated in fiction; a story app i play keeps on having so many 'rivalries' or 'pretended to be your friend but isn't' plots, but it's almost always with women! like, no, can't i just befriend the characters??? have lovely friendship scenes??? i cry
unfortunately, i haven't had a chance to watch the anime of apothecary yet, i've just seen gifs and screencaps of it. instead, i binged over 10 chapters of the manga when i first messaged you, then another 10 the day after lol. i think i know the triggering plot point you're talking about though; like you say, it's amazing how they put all these dark details in the story, but handle the topic well and sprinkle it into the world building/character backstories. i'm at chap 26 rn, and i'm super interested in a certain character who just showed up + their motivations. (ooh, i'll check out ascendance of a bookworm too; sounds like my cup of tea!)
ah, as for the light novels, i looked it up on amazon (the only place i know where to buy light novels in the uk) and there's a physical release date for next year! i understand what you mean abt LN vs manga collecting; i like having a physical book in my hand for novels, but having digital copies for manga.
