i feel like what a lot of people don’t understand about ana is that it’s something that has to be trained. It’s very hard at first but once you train yourself to say no and train yourself on what to avoid and what your safe foods are, and how to run on no energy and how to get used to the taste of green tea etc, and getting used to being dizzy all the time, it becomes easier once you’re used to it but until then it’s very hard and confusing and can be overwhelming and frustrating when you forget something or give into your cravings. Ana is just a job at this point 🤦🏽♀️

I take pictures after I eat and of problem areas, when I want to eat I’ll look at those pictures, when I think of giving up I look at my older pictures when I was thinner.
