Let Him break into the cycle and give you a security in Him, not in your mess. An identity in Him, not in your issues. He's got to take your hand and lead you up, step by step, growing and healing away from that cycle. The cycle shouldn't be who you are. Your support shouldn't be your support just because they have the same mess in common. You shouldn't be worried that by getting a wound healed and moving on, you're giving up your Wounded Support Group.

In my revamped mlp world: Unicorns have traditional long tails, cloven hooves, and slightly curved horns. Magic always matches their eyes. Gradients are also common in their designs. Often slender bodytypes. It is difficult for a purebred unicorn to put on a lot of weight.

Rarity is not purebred(mom is gaian) but has a lot of traits and wants to upkeep the purebred appearance(wanting to be an elite high society mare). Inherited the shop from her family at a young age and set on making it her own boutique, spreading her fashion and making her mark on the world. She struggles between giving to charities(she grew up lower class so she can relate) and building her fashion empire.

For anyone who's followed me for a bit you'll know I go back and re do some of the older icons I've done and I'm particularly happy with how the most recent 2 have turned out.

For anyone who doesn't know I make these all with only PowerPoint and it's cool to see how much better I've gotten since I started. Spyro was the 2nd icon I ever made and Duke was the 13th, now I'm well into the 800s its cool to look back at what's become a proper hobby and also one of the few things my ADHD has let me stick with!

I started making these to show you could make anything from anything back when I was doing pixel art on Excel and ASCII art on word as a lock down hobby, but all the nice comments people have sent me over th le last few years doing this has kept me going!

While we’re complaining, I’m also getting really tired of staff replacing commonly used, muscle memory features with new features to force us to repeatedly click on the new feature, only to “hear our concerns” and “roll it back” when it was only ever a transparent way of forcing us to interact with the new features

Replacing the search tab with tumblr live, replacing the BLOG tab of all things with tumblrmart, and now replacing the add tags button with an add community labels button. It’s getting kind of infuriating!

And I’m not even opposed to tumblrmart and community labels! I’m using them. I just hate getting slapped in the face with them for weeks at a time!

That’s not even to mention replacing double-tap to zoom with double-tap to like (a feature which was already present on posts but now applies to images you’re looking at), replacing “swipe down to exit image” with “swipe down to see a random assortment of images from people you don’t follow and never will”, and whatever godforsaken thing is going on with the new video player that never loads

Moataz @moatazart, Mariam, and baby Maria are set to make the dangerous journey from Gaza City in the north to Rafah in the south. From there, God willing, they will enter Egypt.

HOWEVER, the money they had allocated to procure shelter and food while in Egypt was utterly depleted by exploitative fees and hidden costs, which we break down in this post. Moataz speaks more on the situation in this post and on his own blog @moatazart, which we ask people to follow and boost. They have a fund going to raise the remaining money, but the fund only has a week and a half left before it closes! They are not even halfway to their goal!

Please share what you can with Moataz’s family so they can find safety and security in Egypt! They have no one in Egypt with whom they can stay and currently nowhere near enough money to secure shelter! After all they have survived, please don’t let this young family be left vulnerable! If they cannot procure food and shelter, they will be extremely vulnerable not only to the dangers of homelessness, but to groups and individuals who prey on refugees!

Safety for Gazan refugees does not end with leaving Gaza! If this campaign is not finished in LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, they will be homeless in Egypt! They are so close to a fresh start, please don’t let all the risks they are taking to find safety be for nothing!

hey real talk, tumblr's recent update to web makes it impossible to navigate up a reblog chain, and I'm mad about it

like seriously, the "prev tags" thing? yeah, it's now impossible to see anybody's previous tags, because clicking on the previous reblogger's url does nothing, and the only way to get to a post is to click on its header.

that means that checking who somebody reblogged from? broken. following a reblog chain to find the earliest version of a post, because OP or one of the other posters deactivated? broken. can't do it. it's now impossible.

basically, this fucking sucks for a lot of reasons, and if it bothers you as much as it bothers me, please send in a feedback ticket to tumblr!

I've already sent one in - well, I sent a bug report, thinking it was a bug, but they confirmed in their most recent changes post that it's actually on purpose! which I cannot understand, because it really is just busted now.

I just feel lost without the ability to go back and see who reblogged what and what tags they added! that was a pretty necessary function of this website, and it sucks that they took it away! :/

if you guys AT ALL enjoy using the internet whether it's for news, entertainment, or communication purposes there is a bill floating around right now that has a good possibility of being passed that will influence the way we ALL use the internet. this bill is called KOSA and it presents itself as "kids online safety act" but in reality it is and will try to sensor SO much important information out there about LGBTQ+, POC communities, feminism and women's rights, and so much more. the bill targets mainly people under 17 but this bill will affect adults too. your favorite social media and websites will become highly cleansed from anything the government deems as "dangerous" to children online. one of the ways they are trying to ensure kids aren't accessing content that is "dangerous" enforces EVERYONE to upload private information or a photo of your ID to access social media apps and websites. IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT PROTECTING FREE SPEACH ON THE INTERNET AND THE WAY WE USE IT TO COMMUNICATE PLEASE HELP ENSURE THAT THIS BILL DOES NOT PASS.

CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATORS TO SHOE THAT YOU DO NOT SUPPORT THE KOSA BILL.
