Posting a sneak-peak of this now because I'm about to be In The Shit school workload-wise, so this'll take me a while to finish.

Doing some character design exploration/expression sheets for Celestia and Luna. Figuring out Celestia's weird ass anatomy while I'm at it.

I wanna make a prompt out of this but don't know how to so bare bones time!!!!!!

. Everlasting Trio + Jazz move to Gotham to take care of de-aged Dan and Dani because Amity Park is no longer safe

. Danny doesn't go to college because he flunked out of high school and decided that college isn't worth it. So he instead opens a space-themed bookshop/ cafe. It's an instant hit.

. Sam is a trust fund baby. Not because she wants to be but because taking care of her boys + 2 kids is fucking expensive.

. Tucker is an intern at WE, and because of an 'incident,' he's set to be hired by them after graduating college while now being under constant surveillance from the bats. (He knows and revels in it)

. An irl slow burn enemies-to-lovers romance between Jazz and the local crime lord, and all of Crime Ally is enjoying it.

. Dan and Dani go to Gotham Academy. They're in the same class as Damian. Dan calls Danny Mom and Dani calls him Dad (this is important). The three of them + one other poor soul get put in a project together. Chaos ensues.

i’ve seen tweets/posts from people saying that anyone who donated to the ofmd renewal billboard should get beaten with hammers and i just. come on, man

you want other queer people to die bc they spent, on average, $30 on something they really like. i spent about that much on a new sauce pan yesterday. should i also get beaten to death with hammers bc i bought guitar picks instead of donating to a charity your personally approve of. what’s the line here.

you have every right to be furious that the world seems to keep turning while there are horrific tragedies happening somewhere else. but like. how much of yelling at strangers on the internet is mitigating that tragedy. how much shaming is putting food in the mouths of starving people. what’s the point?

are you using your anger productively? or are you burning yourself out bc everything feels hopeless? are you lashing out at strangers bc you feel like it’s the only way you can have an impact?

what’s the point??

i wonder how much of the common fandom misconception that the dark side is not actually bad comes from a misunderstanding of where the dark side actually comes from. from what i gather from folks who argue that the dark side isn't actually bad, it seems they think that someone falls to the dark side because they 'care too much' or because of anger over some injustice that must be corrected. if this were true, then the dark side seems pretty reasonable or even the right thing to do, especially for those of us who've felt that anger in real life due to an injustice we've faced and used it to galvanize our actions

but the dark side isn't rooted in anger. it's rooted in fear -- fear of loss of power, or control, or life, or another person. fear that can lead to anger, yes, but it's not the righteous anger of a protector for those less fortunate, but an anger that twists one's principles and causes hate and suffering. honestly, the dark side has more in common with the hateful people in real life who cause the very injustices we're angry about, who are often also afraid of a (perceived) loss of power that leads them to mistreat others
