i noticed visible results after doing parts of this a couple times a week, I'm now doing it every day except Sunday and I'm losing a LOTI'm a beginner and I could do it but it still pushed me so it's good for any level <3

Forever Dieting Cat's Basic Weightloss Tips
❥ Stay hydrated!
Sometimes we confuse hunger with thirst and eat more than we should. On the internet you can find calculators that tell you how much water you should be drinking every day according to your age/weight/exercise/country.
When you start drinking plenty of water, at first you are going to feel bloated and will need to use the toilet every 5 minutes. After a while your body will get used to that amount of water and everything will return to normal.
❥ Drink a glass of water before every meal.
This is an appetite control method and is proven to prevent overeating.
❥ Eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
Find fruits and vegetables that you enjoy eating and consume them every day. They contain lots of fibre and vitamins. They will make you feel fresh and awake in a way that coffee will never be able to do. Not convinced yet? They are a detrimental factor to having clear skin. Trust me, I know this first-hand.
❥ No sugar for breakfast.
Sugar may give you that short energy boost, but like I said it's short and you will feel the need to consume even more sugar after a little while. Instead, eat a fresh breakfast with lots of vitamins that will help you maintain a steady level of energy throughout the day.
Don't eat: Pancakes, jam on toast, breakfast cookies
Eat: Whole wheat bread, fruits, veggies, oatmeal
And of course this list is for the carbs. Don't forget to eat some kind of protein too.
❥ Calories
If you are trying to lose/gain/maintain it's ALL ABOUT CALORIES. Calorie calculators are all over the internet and you can easily figure out how many calories you should be consuming, based on what your goals are.
❥ Eat slowly.
Appreciate the food. Eating slowly will help you understand exactly the moment you feel full and will prevent overeating.
❥ Homemade, Homemade, Homemade
When you cook your own meals at home you can control what you are putting in to the food and it will be easier to count the calories. It's completely understandable if you don't have the time to cook. In that case, it's a good idea to make a list of your favourite restaurant/take-out places that sell healthy, diet friendly meals.
❥ Small plates.
This is nothing but a method to trick the eyes. The same portion of food looks small on a big plate, but big on a small plate. If you use small plates you will brain will be tricked into believing that you are eating a lot of food.
❥ Magic potions don't work
Lemon-Ginger-Celery-Tumeric-Spinach drinks don't work and they won't "boost your metabolism". They are just diuretics. You will only lose water weight. NOT body fat. Reality check: We are not in the book "Alice in Wonderland" and drinking a magic potion won't make us smaller...
❥ Late night snacking? Just sleep instead
❥ Avoid junk food at all costs!

Food Addicted Family
My family is all about food, that’s sick! My mom can’t have a proper meal, she has a series of meals, snacks, I don’t know how to call it. OMG this attitude towards food affects me. But now I’m triggered positively cause it really annoyed me and made me realize that all the people are responsible for their own food choices. I’m not gonna be like her, pleasing myself with food and being unsatisfied with the way I look. Be mature. Be responsible. Stick to this skinny mindset. Simply be this skinny girl. Look at all those people around, how they can’t stop themselves from eating those delicious things. Yes, they are delicious, let’s be honest guys. Don’t lie to yourself that food is disgusting. Just become aware that it’s always your choice. As simple as that.
