⨯Smoking Smiles⨯

This was completely self-diligent. I'm allergic to nicotine smoke, but I've always wanted to shotgun with someone, so why not smoke weed with Mammon? (I have also not smoked weed due to asthma, but it seems interesting to try.)

Mammon didn't smoke often, it normally only happened when he was stressed, looking for a way to wind down after an event. Sometimes he would invite you to his room, others he would rather hotbox alone in the car. Never in his Demonio 666 Lexura in fear of the interior being damaged by smoke or ash.

You've never asked for a hit off of him. Not sure how to do the same tricks he's shown you time and time again. Unsure if he is doing it to impress you or himself at times.

He explanations of it didn't make them seem any easier. "It's really not that hard just hold the smoke in your mouth and push it out with your tongue. Then, once you see it, suck it back in. See? Watch." He takes another hit off what seemed to be the equivalent to weed in the human realm. This wasn't the same type he normally smokes alone. Maybe it was because you had shown interest in learning the tricks he shows. Maybe because he knew his normal strains would knock you on your ass?

He held his breath before letting the smoke roll out in a beautiful cloud of white. Watching his lips contort was with the excuse you need to know what it looks like to copy it. He hands you the burning blunt as he leans closer to you to watch you take your first hit. Tears collected in your eyes as you started coughing at the taste. He laughed quickly before starting to comment, "You're probably not going to be able to do anything the first few tries. Go ahead, maybe puff on it like you're drinking from a long straw."

You couldn't tell if he was trying to truly help or if he just wanted to see how far you'd listened to his words. He is the avatar of Greed, and seems to be enjoying the trust you give him all too much.

After a few attempts, you finally get the smoke to somewhat come out collectively in a cloud before chasing after it to try to suck it back into your mouth. Only to end up sucking it straight into your lungs

"You have to do it faster, if you hesitate it ruins it! And don't chase it. Just don't let it get too far." He probes as you try to copy him. He could tell you were getting agitated at the failed attempts. "Here," Mammon started before sitting up and pulling you into his lap, "Don't let the smoke hit my face." His thumbs tracked the outer portion as he keeps you close to him.

The constant huffing of the smoke had clearly started to get to you because you groaned and slid your head against his neck. Your eyes drooped and it seemed to finally be registering to your brain how much you have truly been inhaling. Mammon laughed again as he took the blunt to keep you from burning him or yourself.

He took another drag before lifting your chin and lightly connecting his lips to yours as he blew the smoke into your mouth. He didn't move back as the smoke rolled inside. The smoke left traces of earth on your tongue. He pulled back soon after and inhaled it back into his own. Long, thick clouds pour from his nose as he exhales it.

Laughter erupts out of you seeing the smoke escape. "What has you laughing so hard?"

"It matches your hair color."

so how do you think Epel, Vil, Malleus, Azul and Jack Howl would deal with a crush who actually starts running at them and hugging them as a greeting after a couple months of knowing the boys? (The hugs only seem to be reserved for the boys. Crush clearly has a favourite. Probably horrifies people when they first do this to Malleus). Like their senses tingle and they bee line for the boys and suddenly the boys are being hugged by this human with golden retriever energy from behind or somehow this person had teleported in front of them and hugged?

Hey Sin here, not sure if you want all the boys together since you wrote, "Crush clearly has a favourite." but I am going to separate so each boy has his own part. Sorry if this is not how you wanted them. Also this is my first time doing an ask, so thank you for sending one in!

Jack

At first the hugs didn't confuse Jack. He took in stride and squeezed back. He had younger siblings and knows that sometimes a hug is just what a person needs to get by. He had known you for quite some time.

He was there for Leona's as well as Azul's overblots. He knows the kind of stress that has been put on you, and he wants you to know he will always be there for you.

Jack started to notice his crush on you when he would make eye contact with you across the courtyard and you started to make a dash to him. At first he thought it was cute, but day after day, he started waiting for you. It was a slow realization, but after Deuce called his tail wagging out at the track field, man was embarrassed.

He also noticed you didn't hug the others like you'd hug him. If he was looking away, you'd softly wrap your arms around him. If he was in a group, you'd make sure he saw you coming first. But every time you'd hug any of the other boys it was always a side hug. You would also press him into yourself as much as you could when you hugged him.

He just hoped you wouldn't notice his tail wagging each time you held him close.

Epel

You've seen each other in classes before, but you didn't speak more than a few short sentences with each other. Just enough to know his name and a few facts about him. You two finally got much closer during the Song and Dance competition.

During the first night they all stayed at the Ramshackle dorm, you made your rounds making sure everyone was comfortable. You didn't need Kalim's family to come after you nor did you need Vil's fangirls finding out you didn't bend to the man's every whim. Epel was the last one you checked on before heading into your own dorm room. It was clear he was upset.

That night you sat with Epel into the late hours. He talked about how worried he was. How he felt that he was always underestimated thanks to his feminine looks, and how he knew he would never live up to Vil's standards of him. Of the standards he put upon himself. He talked about how he always put his best foot forward in fear others will never give him a chance if he didn't. He works this hard only to prove he is capable.

That was the first time you hugged him. Since then, every morning you gave him a quick squeeze before serving everyone breakfast within Vil's restrictions. You'd hug him before practice, after practice, during breaks, during lunch, after classes. Anytime you could spare to hug him, you did. You wanted to show him you cared.

At first he'd give you a light tap on the back, but as time passed he fell in love with holding you against him. He was enjoying these hugs these past two weeks. He enjoyed the encouragement and praise you'd give him and it was clear to Rook and Vil how Epel was changing. He was trying harder, he was more attentive, he was doing anything to prove himself to both you and his dorm leaders.

After Vil's overblot, you beelined it for Epel. Grabbing him with one hand in his hair and the other pressing his chest into yours. He wasn't letting you go anytime soon. He could take the whispering comments of the first years and the mumbles of his dorm leaders later.

Azul

Azul wasn't nice to you before his overblot. He used you, used your friends, used his friends and did many other horrendous actions. No matter what he said during his moment of weakness was an excuse to do what he did, but that didn't stop you from taking his words to heart. He was a scared, hurt child. Still was in some sense. He was coming down from his overblot when you hugged him. He held onto you as he cried. All you could do was help him hide his face in your chest as whisper sweet nothing as he latched onto you sobbing.

As time passed, you grew closer to him. He wouldn't talk about the overblot and you wouldn't bring it up. No one knew why you started to randomly walk up to him and hug him. Half the time you wouldn't even give Ace or Deuce a front hug like you did him. Azul refused to drop the boss-man attitude but if anyone looked as close as the twins did, they'd see the way he would twist the back of your shirt with how tight his grip on you was.

Sometimes, when you were behind him, you'd run up and squeeze him from behind, taking him by surprise. That was the only time his face would be covered in apple-red blush. He'd clear his throat and scold you, before opening his arms for you to give him a proper hug.

He couldn't hide his crush from the twins. They'd talk about how you wouldn't give anyone a front hug, much less one from behind. Just recalling it made his face explode.

He grew addicted to see you. Especially from afar. If you thought he'd make it out of a room before you could reach him, you'd run up and tackle him into a hug.

Vil

Vil was never a hard man to find. Just follow the trail of glitter or the clicking of phone cameras. You don't really remember how the two of you got close. It definitely might have been when you were running from Rook and leeched onto Vil to hide behind. From there, the three of you bloomed an odd friendship.

Vil catches on immediately, and in the beginning of it, he does try to get you to stop. Not just for his image, but yours as well. There have been videos of you running up and jumping on him for a hug. A few of you hold him for just a moment to long and pictures upon pictures of the two of you.

There are multiple theories about the two of you online. Rook loves reading these out loud to Vil while he is getting ready for the day. Seeing his face tint with a cherry red color always puts a smile on Rook's face.

It gets to the point that you'll stop hugging him and instead wave or jokingly bow toward him instead. Which just ignites a fire on the internet. His fangirls want to know if y'all broke up? If y'all were ever together? What happened? Why aren't you hugging anymore? Vil didn't know what to do. He seemingly was going through a mode. Rook called them withdrawals. Epel was just annoyed both for you and because of you.

By the end of a week and the swarm of questions on all his posts, he talks to you about it. Asks what you believed would be best. "No matter what you do, you are in the public's eye. Do what makes you happy." You wouldn't hug him until he made a decision himself. You didn't want to push him one way or another. Another week passed, and he noticed how you didn't hug others the way you hugged him. Ace would get side hugs, and Deuce would get hugs where you wouldn't fully wrap your arms around him. He seemed to be the only one you'd throw your arms around the neck of.

He was glad he was the only one you'd hold like this. His decision wasn't any easier, but he knew he missed your hugs. "Maybe behind close doors."

"You can always just start dating them." Epel commented.

Malleus

(- He is extremely ooc and I hate it, so I'll be fixing it soon. Hopefully after class)

As soon as you attempted to sneak up on Malleus, Sebek is there to call you out. He would be snatching you off the ground before you made it twelve feet in range of Malleus.

The hugs started the night of Vil's overblot. He visited to check up on you, and you didn't know how to thank him. He talked about it for days afterward. Lilia was the one to bring up sneaking up on him for a hug. You've hugged him at least once a day since. Sebek is distraught any, and every time he sees you hugging. Marching over to promptly remove you from Malleus.

If you can make it to him when running up to him, he will laugh before lifting you up as you jump into his arms. It also takes him an embarrassingly long time to realize that you don't hug others like you hug him. He doesn't fully understand the deeply rooted pride his has over this. He also doesn't notice how much he looks forward to your hugs until you're sick one day.

Lilia has to drag this man out of your dorm because he was trying to cuddle up into your bed with you. He just wanted a hug. You promised to give him two tomorrow and with that he left. Leave you some soup and medicine after Silver explains that since you're magicless, there is no way of telling how your body would handle it.

Sebek was mortified. The prince of fae was crawling into the bed of a human. Lilia was dying of laughter as the prince sulkingly walked back to the hall of mirrors. It was clear to those who were close to him that he had fallen in love with a human, those that weren't feared the upset dragon-fae.

No worries. As soon as you hugged him the next day, everyone was wiping out their phones to capture photos. It was spreading like wildfire, and when he returned to his grandmother for the holidays, she asked where you were.

Hope you enjoy trying new foods and being surrounded by multiple suits of armor.

My Blog is not a Political One - This is NOT my normal content, but this is my opinion.

I want to make my stance clear, I am pro palestine. I may not know a lot about the conflict going on, but I do know it is a genocide. I do not want people to take my silence as acceptance. I know my voice is small, but it is one of many. While I may live in America, I do not agree with its stance on the subject. Those that know me in my personal life also need to stop sending me shit about it when they themselves know nothing. I am attempting to educate myself on the subject and am doing so quietly as of now since I know I do not understand how everything works. I do not know how to help, and without properly educating myself, it will leave gaps in my understanding were people who are trying to debate me will latch on and try to tear down my own argument.

Please educate yourself on the genocide happening in Palestine before trying to debate me on my own blog. You know who you are and I am not going to give you the satisfaction of posting you.

SYNOPSIS: How do the House Wardens deal with their significant others odd pets?

♥ sfw, gn! reader, quick story, all house wardens ( almost forget Vil originally ) ♥

Riddle - Ferret

"Will it be like treating the hedgehogs?" Try to compare the treatment of a ferret to how he and the dorm care for the hedgehogs on campus.

Since you are the ferret's owner, he will expect you to know how to take care of him, but Riddle will look things up to make sure he, and you, are doing it properly. also look forward to him looming over your shoulder to see how to do whatever it is you are doing for its care.

"The internet says they smell. Why do you have an animal that smells?"

Refuses to let anyone near your pet if you leave him in charge of him for a little bit. He is worried Ace or Deuce will do something stupid and hurt the poor animal.

Will let the ferret run around in his dorm room while he watches it. He will also study as the baby sits in his lap napping as does so.

You brought the ferret dressed up to an un-birthday party, and he is now a required guest. Riddle will also buy him different outfits so he fits the theme.

Leona - House cat

Will take naps together, but will throw a fit if the cat gets there first. The cat will also throw a fit if Leona gets there first. Most of the time you have to separate the two by placing one of them into a different sunspot.

Has and will continue to take photos of the cat and place text of it. It's his way of getting revenge when he is the one that is being dragged into another sunspot.

All three of you will lay together when the two of them actually behave. Leona on the bottom, the cat on top, and you sandwiched in between the two of them.

They both do get zoomies at the same time of the night. Leona will get up to grab a snack or start death scrolling on tiktok or just walk the halls of the dorm. The cat knows every time he gets up and will follow Leona up and down those halls. Leona won't say anything, but he enjoys the quiet company.

If you have to leave the cat in the dorms while you deal with Ace and Deuce's bullshit, he will kidnap the cat. That's how he knows for a fact that you will come visit him.

Grim hates sharing the dorm with a non-magical cat and will help Leona steal him.

Azul - Rabbit

Does not enjoy how chaotic this thing is and tries to make you leave both of them at the dorms. You refuse to leave them alone with Grim for a night, so when he wants a sleepover, it's you and the boys.

Tires to make the twins take care of them when he wants to spend time with you without having to worry about them chewing things up in his room.

Has bought your boys toy and equipment in hopes that they will calm down by running off the energy they have. Also will buy them treats, but will not tell you since he doesn't want you to know he likes them. Sometimes. He just wants to make sure they like him.

Extremely surprised how long their tails truly are. Will look things up just to see if they're true with your bunnies.

When you are arguing, he will pick them up and hold them both in front of his chest and say, "Really? In front of our sons?" Just to make you embarrassed by the implications. It almost never works, but seeing him hold them so close to himself is adorable and will comment about making another one with him.

Will end up with both of them on his chest/stomach by the end of the night while you use his shoulder as a pillow.

Kalim - Snake

He was interested in the snake but was worried it was venimus and Jamil refused to let him anywhere near it.

If the snake is out of the cage, Kalim is somewhere watching, wanting to play with it. If you let him, make sure Jamil is busy. You don't want him on your ass.

Finds it cute when they bury themselves in the sand within their containment.

He will buy the snake a larger Tank and even allows you to bring it with you when you come over to spend the night.

Loves putting little hats on your snake and seeing them stand. Finds it adorable when the baby girl crawls into your textbooks to make you take a break

Refuses to be in the room during feeding time for the snake. He will wait outside with the door closed. He will ask you to make sure she has fully digested her meal before coming back inside the room

Vil - rat

when you told him you owned a rat, he laughed an told you it was impolite to call whatever you had as a rat. "I'm sure she looks beautiful." "She is beautiful. A beautiful rat."

Rook lost it at Vil's face once he saw the animal was a literal rat. "I was thinking you meant like a.. ratty dog. or something. I didn't expect a uh actual rat." "I told you she was a rat." He was very surprised to say the least.

Tries to be supportive since he knows rats are actually clean animals, but just the thought of something with thumbs running up his arms makes his skin crawl.

Will not hold her if his skin has the chance to touch her. Will wear gloves with a long sleeve turtleneck. If you dress up the rat, it will be better since it won't be direct skin to skin contact.

Will watch her eat since he thinks it's cute to watch her hands cup the meal. Just make sure you have hand sanitizer at the ready.

He will also smile and laugh watching you fight her over your food if she is out of the cage while you snack. Once he gets used to seeing her and being around her more often, he might just surprise himself by grabbing her once he sees that you are losing to a literal rat. "Never thought I'd see a rat beat my sweet potato, but they do eat anything."

Idia - Mop dog

Trips over him constantly

you know the white dog in Ariel? Same dog.

Found it hilarious when the dog followed you into the janitors closet and sat in the mop bucket.

Started dying with laughter when the dog started whining that you didn't push him around in the bucket.

The dog napped a lot at his feed while he games.

You joking put a tray on his head with one of Idia's gamer's drink, and pointed to Idia, and the dog brought it to him. You did make him give him a treat for helping.

Malleus - Bearded dragon

Definitely thought it was going to be much bigger.

Also tried to speak to them in his native tongue to find out that it does understand.

He refuses to keep him in the cage. "There is no need for my future son to be held captive in a glass cage, Y/N."

Makes him multiple little paper outfits.

Made him try on wings and he almost refused to let Malleus or you remove them.

"Look Y/N! He is smiling at me! He loves me."
