so today i relapsed after life 3 days of being clean... my parents are fighting a lot im fighting for my life and it sucks knowing i will never get better.. my bpd is getting worse and worse and my depression is basically making me blind... i'm going ti a psych ward in two days... i've been restricting and binging also i think miss mia will come back bascally i'm being traumatized and my parents are also homophobic and racist soooo....

if im gonna have a sleep disorder why does it have to be insomnia i wish it was at least hypersomnia like god pls can i sleep for two minutes
