nobody talks about the fact that you can have all this crazy shit in your head, and want to open up and talk about your feelings but no matter what, you just can't make out the right words and properly put your thoughts and emotions into words

Are you normal or does the slightest criticism make you feel like throwing up, makes you sweat uncontrollably and your face feel like it's burning?

Living feels so heavy right now. I just want to pause life for a second and just breathe. It feels like I can't fill up my lungs completely, like I'm always out of breathe.

I feel empty, I feel a hole in my chest while sadness and anguish are invading me. I don't have enough strength to get up, move, concentrate and eat.

Mental illness took so much away from me, sometimes I wish it would have taken my life as well

There is nothing so disconnecting as feeling like a ghost in your own body.

The sadness I suffer at night is yet again seeping into the days.
