dzisiejsze wieiad wiem, ze jest dopiero 13:00, ale planuje poscic i mam nadzieje, ze dzieki temu nic wiecej nie zjem. dam potem znac ;) (220 kcal)

mialam poscic od wczoraj do dzis do 18, ale finalnie wyszedl mi 24h post, ktory przerwalam wczoraj ultimate rosolem a'la ramenem:

no i uznalam, ze po tych tygodniach objadania sie to nie moge od razu wskakiwac na 48h post, wiec robie high (?) res max 750 kcal, ktore wczoraj definitywnie przekroczylam, poniewaz zjadlam ten ramen (~400) kiwi i jablko (~140) i byloby pieknie, ale potem zjadlam platki na owsianym (~350) ;-; - wciaz mniej niz 900 kcal, ale eh.
dlatego dzisiaj jesli spierdole post to chociaz postaram sie nie przekraczac 600 kcal, by to jakos zbalansowac ig

Guyz I've been so fucking depressed to the point like my ed like u ok girl yk im letting u eat 500 today I'm just too bleh I feel like shit and food makes me feel like shit I hate how it makes me feel idk restriction feels better I'm not depressed about that tho I'm not tryna get personal I feel weird like doing wieiads with such low res and I def don't even recommend it honestly it def makes u sleepy as shit but idm dat rn with where im at i feel hunger obvi pretty often itz just like idgaf
my plans been lose 1lb every 3 days but itz every 2 now it keeps me going buddies honestly but ya itz def work feels like a 12hr shift wearing you out wise sometimes u just need dat lols

I have already started this diet yesterday and hopefully I'll be around 130 lbs if I stick with it. I'm visiting my bf in a few months so I REALLY need to lose weight 😭
SW for this diet: 139.8 lbs / 63.4 kg

It went well 😌 I thought it'd be difficult but thanks to all the fasting and OMADs I've been doing before this, it's easier to do mid res (or is this diet high res? Idk)

getting back on track after the holidays. spent the holidays eating around maintenance, so i’m lowering my intake again -500 week by week until i get back to med/low res.
Breakfast: -
Lunch: 246
1/2 personal pan Margherita pizza from Dominoes (246)
Fasted for roughly 17 hours but pizza was ordered for my class, so i had to break it so people didn’t suspect anything. my friend is really into the gym, and he didn’t get any, and everyone started accusing him of having an ED because he also fasts, so we gotta do what we gotta do
Snack: 109
Rice crackers + brie cheese (61)
Chocolate (42)
1/3 mini candy cane (6)
spat out the mini candy cane because i realised wtf i was doing
Dinner: 514
stir fry pasta (221)
fried chicken leg (293)

i have no control over dinner, my family makes it, everything was fried, it feels so gross. they also made me eat desert but at least it was healthy.

i know i stayed under my limit but i still feel dissapointed. gonna fast for 20 hours.

13 year olds arent mindless drones theyre impressionable but have free will and they can and should take responsibility for their deliberate choices, which dieting is
you dont give a shit about the hypothetical 13 year old, you're using that as a transparent excuse to judge and soapbox
if this hypothetical 13 year old sees this [incomplete, as she said (said...) in the video she eats other snacks too] sparse daily intake of a thin ballet dancer and makes a conscious choice to eat EVEN LESS than that, her mind was already in an unhealthy place to begin with. like i promise if she had those thoughts, she didnt need a russian ballerina WIEIAD video, she was already 1 step away from a crash diet/ED anyway xoxo

welcome to my blog ♥
❧ so i am a 15 year old girl and i’ve had ed behaviour/signs since i was 13. it started with bed and ended with ana. a few months/weeks ago i came clean to my parents about my struggles with food so they forced me into recovery. it was going good for a while, with me going to doctors and more, but i’ve ‘relapsed’ so little do they know that i’m not recovering anymore ;)).
❧ i mostly (try to) do low res, but since my parents are monitoring me and forcing me to take supplements, i often have to do med or high res.
❧ anyways on this blog i’ll post things like wieiad/food diary, mealspo, recipes, my diet/meal plan, workouts, tips, and probs more.
