Le Sserafim workout💕
I just finished the Le Sserafim workout!!!
• 100 jumping jacks
• 100 burpees
• 20 jump squats
• Plank crawl for 3 minutes
• 20 plank up and downs
• 20 plank twists
• 75 crunches
It was so hard😭👎🏻

i’ve been having the most delicious and filling 75 calorie meal it’s so good
it’s just a tomato basil rice cake (50 cals) one wedge of the laughing cow garlic and herb cheese (25 cals) topped with a whole tomato cut up and a sprinkle of salt :)
genuinely makes me feel like i ate a sandwhich and soo good the flavors are amazing lmk if u try it!!

March 25th, 2022
So I’m trying to slowly lower my intake to 1200 cals a week. But I’m having a hard time. Yesterday I had eaten 2300 cals, so my goal today is 1600, tomorrow 1400, then maintain that for the rest of the week and start at 1200 next week. After that I want to have this meal plan for 9 weeks :)
Week 1: 1200 cals solid || exercise
Week 2: 1200 liquid || walk, 15,000 steps
Week 3: 900 cals solid || light exercise , 10,000 steps
Week 4: 1500 cals solid || heavy exercise
Week 5: 1200 cals solid || moderate, 10,00 steps
Week 6: 900 cals solid|| light
Week 7: 900 cals liquid || none, 15,000 steps
Week 8: 900 cals solid || moderate
Week 9: 1200 cals solid || heavy
Week 10: whatever I want for 1 day :) 24 hour fast after so I can not mess up my metabolism
* fast days ( only when I binge) no exercise, just a 20 min walk.
Liquid diet is gonna contain soups, jellos, broths, protein shakes for nutrients :)

Not to sound mentally ill or anything but….. I really, really need a nice person who will tell me how much prettier I’d be with visible ribs, thinner thighs, thinner arms and a smaller waist

from experience, being smaller makes life so much easier. people are just nicer and automatically find you more attractive and i just use that as extra motivation cause when you’re skinny you don’t have to try people just like you

Loss of weight can be a long-term commitment for most of us, it is not as easy to maintain consistency as it might sound. To make these changes in your diet and your everyday routine may be exercise or going to the gym, any such change requires a “good to go” sign, that only you can understand.
If you jump into it before you are ready for it, you may not succeed or might get distracted in the way. Also, make sure it is your will to lose weight and not just someone else poking or demotivating you regarding the same because of what you plan to do.
One more thing to understand here is that, try and identify do you stress eat or not, if you do, it might be difficult for you to continue this journey, but yes nothing is impossible.
Set Realistic Goals
“I will lose 12 kgs in 7 days”, such a goal is not realistic. Always set a goal for yourself that is reachable and realistic in nature. Even a short-term goal that is not realistic, firstly, it is next to impossible to achieve. Secondly, even if you somehow push yourself enough, grind yourself, to reach that goal, it will cause issues and won’t be healthy for you.
This is why setting realistic and achievable goals are crucial in the weight loss journey. A simple goal like “I will exercise for 25 mins every day” is a realistic goal.
Enjoy What You Eat
Eating healthy does not mean you need to compromise on your taste. Just pick up your food wisely and try certain combinations to make your healthy food tasty, because you fail to say you will start taking cheat days, and gradually the number of those cheat days will increase.
Eventually, you won’t be able to continue your healthy weight loss diet, so it is better that you follow a diet from the start to continue and continue exercising without any craving for junk or unhealthy foods.
Find Your Inner Motivation
What is the true reason that you are trying to lose weight? Find out what is making you do it and stick to the reason. Hold on to the thought every time you feel tired and wish to skip that leg day of gym, just hold on to that motivation whenever you see your best friend eating a pizza, that is how you gain control over yourself.
The way your inner motivation can keep you driven, nothing else can, and inner motivation can be different for every individual, so look deeply for yours.

Firstly, let us say out loud that there is no “desirable” body or physique. Social media has glorified a certain kind of physique for males and a certain kind of physique for females, and now everybody is trying to reach that and making that image their goal.
