Asking mostly because I'm a trans man with nondistressing bottom dysphoria (like, my brain is mystified that I don't have a dick but I'm never really upset about it) who personally finds trans bodies to be both aesthetically and sexually appealing no matter what, but talking about bottom dysphoria can be kinda awkward with how funky Americans are about genitals, so this is a way to sort of 'chat' about our experiences anonymously
(anyone on the trans spectrum/questioning their gender identity can vote! please rb so that it can get to a bigger audience, though)

I love how @photomatt and the Tumblr staff are focused on banning trans women for showing off non-sexual transition pics while there are literal hundreds of photos of naked women mistagged with fandoms in my "your tags" tab with links that I can only assume lead to virus-ridden websites.
Yes, I know I'm on strike for one thing rn, but tumblr staff needs to get their crap together. They have banned a bunch of trans women on invalid claims while trans people get harassed and stalked and their reports go unnoticed or ignored.
Fix your freaking site matt. 🔨 🚗

idk who needs to hear this but trans men are not only allowed but need to be encouraged to feel proud to be trans men. hell, they should be proud to be men too, not just in relation to their transness. being trans men and transmasculine can be really fulfilling to people. the random trans guy in your high school calculus class didnt invent misogyny the patriarchy, hes still affected by it. grow up

The line between binary and nonbinary trans people is nowhere near as clean as some of yall think it is
#transgender#trans#nonbinary#like i guess i would be considered a 'binary' trans man#i wouldnt consider myself that for two reasons#first because the idea that gender is binary is bullshit to begin with so why would i identify within it#and second because i am a man only in that i am a gay man#i dont identify outside of manhood im terms of gender#but my gender is so linked to my sexuality that it cant be neatly tracked onto a binary view of 'man'#but because i am a man other consider me 'binary' regardless of how i feel about it#and yet will still refuse to use he/him pronouns in favor of exclusively using they/them#but thats a different discussion#op
