Foods that scare my while restricting!
Butter- like how can something so small have so many bloody calories, literally it’s so useless, anything with butter and I’m running for the hills
Croissants/pastries- Literally not worth it it’s just carbs and butter, ultimate red flag 
Pasta- this one is 50/50, it’s sooo good but you literally can’t have more than a handful or it’s 300+ Cals from no where
Starbucks & Hot chocolates- unless it’s black coffee or low cal lattes get it away! I don’t understand how you can fit 500cals in a drink and it doesn’t even fill me!
Cakes/Donuts/Cookies- This one is self explanatory, high in sugar and too addictive and I have no self control so it’s a no from me
Sugar- why have sugar when there is 0 cal sweetener..
Bread- Bread as a whole isn’t bad but it’s the quantity, I’d rather go for wraps as they just have less Cals but if I do have bread it’s 1 slice onlyy
Sodas&Juices- Sorry but I’m not wasting 120cals on juice when Diet Coke exists..
There’s 10 million other things but that’s it for now
