Tony: Victor we talked about this! You can't curse in front of the kids!
Doom: You are lucky I like you or I would be punishing you for speaking with me with such disrespect
Tony: *sugestivly* Oh you can totally punish me later. *more seriously* Now...
*Doom removes the curse he put on the waiter and all his family for being rude with Kamala*
Sam: *whispering* did he really say punish me later.

Khamala: *whispering as well* also we just saw a guy almost go up in flames cause a curse priorities guys.
Miles: *whispering* no Nova is right the sex thing is still more traumatic.
Viv: *whispering* i don't understand is Doom hurting Mr. Stark? If so why aren't you doing something?
Sam: *whispering* oh you poor inocent child.
Viv: *whispering* inocent? Can you explain to me...
Amadeus: *whispering* well when two old guys love each other very much...
Riri: *sending him the look* *whispering* don't you dare! *to Viv* I'll explain it to you later, babe.

Doom: You aren't that old.
Tony: Thank you, Vicbabe, but I am. Yesterday I had to text Reed's kids because I couldn't get a meme! *pityfully* I used to be the one explaining memes to Steve and now I'm just as lost as Winghead.

The Fantastic Four Movie Problem: A Pulp Peg in a Hero-Shaped Hole.
There's been a lot of attempts to make Fantastic Four movies, and none of them have really worked.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(I made the best one biggest. Fight me.)
I know why.
It's because the Fantastic Four, while being in the superhero genre, are not superheroes. They are adventurers.
They have more in common with these guys:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Than these guys:
Tumblr media
And it all comes down to story structure, particularly in the origin episode.
Superheroes are by nature reactive. They respond to threats, protect people, and generally act as a blend of rescue worker and (usually) nonlethal sheriff. They are the heightened-reality version of the helpers of Mr. Rogers' philosophy. Doomsday shows up, you stop Doomsday. If there's no crime, you're not doing anything that day.
But the Fantastic Four, and particularly Reed, are adventurers. They go and find their trouble. There might be vague rumblings of something strange or unusual seismic activity or whatever to initiate the adventure, but Reed isn't waiting for the phone to ring so he can punch a bank robber, he's making plans for an expedition to Monster Island or he's built a doorway to the Negative Zone for the express purpose of exploring another universe.
Tumblr media
The Fantastic Four go looking for interesting things and find trouble when they get there. The main exception to this is Doctor Doom, and the rush to make him the main villain in the first film is a rush past a glorious feast to go straight to the dessert.
It's like starting Holmes off face to face with Moriarty from day one, and it puts the Fantastic Four in the same do-gooder box as the rest.
Tumblr media
It chops out their most unique aspect, their proactive nature, that all their personalities hinge on: It informs Reed's obsessive need to know and how it warps his priorities. It feeds Johnny's thrill-seeking and recklessness. Ben's mutation is the cost of that drive taken to the point of hubris and informs the spirit of the whole team. And Sue, who is the most traditionally superheroic in her outlook, has the codependent role of keeping her loved ones safe despite their self-destructive adventurism.
It's a long standing fandom joke that Reed is an asshole.
Tumblr media
It's not unwarranted, but the whole team is a dysfunctional but still caring family, each with similar flaws. A thing that the adaptations often lose because they wind up being overly bicker-y to make up for the more static, reactive superhero format, and blaming Reed for them being freaks is easy pathos.
Tumblr media
If they were treated as the pulp adventurers they are in spirit, you'd have a lot more chances for them to bond as each leg of the journey into the Savage Land runs into natural hazards and lesser foes on the way to the climax fight.
In short: Pulp it up.

“I’ll tell you my deepest, darkest secret,” Johnny said softly.
Peter hesitated. He couldn’t imagine Johnny having any secrets - he was so bright and honest, shining like sunshine. He certainly couldn’t imagine him having any dark secrets. Not like Peter, with his secret identity. But still, he was tempted. The desperate desire to have one single other soul besides himself know the truth. The unshakable certainty that he could trust Johnny. A growing curiosity about what Johnny might consider to be a deep, dark secret.
Johnny was looking at him, still and hopeful at his silence. “A secret no-one else knows, not even the Four,” Johnny continued, knowing he had a chance.
A secret for a secret.
“Tell me,” Peter said, “and I’ll consider telling you.”
“That’s not fair,” Johnny said. “I have a public identity. If you tell everyone my secret it could ruin everything we’ve built. If you tell me your identity, I probably won’t even know who you are.”
Johnny had a point. Still Peter stalled. “I don’t even know what you consider an equivalent secret,” he said, though he was worried by Johnny’s assertion that it could ruin the Fantastic Four. Had he killed someone? “For all I know, you might be talking about forgetting to feed the inter dimensional cat and blaming it on the Thing.”
Johnny huffed. He looked tense, and Peter knew it was something bigger than that. He was about to relent, when Johnny started talking.
“When we first got our powers, Reed went on and on about how we had to show the world that we were heroes, we were good guys, and that we were just normal people. He and Sue were just a normal couple, in love, planning a wedding, they just had superpowers and fought bad guys. That Ben, underneath his rocky exterior, is still just a guy from Yancy Street - he’s still human. That I was just a normal teenage boy who sometimes struggled with school and dated pretty girls.” He looked Peter dead in the eye. “And all I could think was that I hadn’t managed to tell them yet that I wasn’t… that I was…” he swallowed. “That I was gay.”
Peter processed this. Johnny looked so nervous, so uncertain, and all he knew was that Johnny shouldn’t ever look like that. Johnny should be glowing and sparkling. A radiant sun.
He yanked his mask off without ceremony. It was a fair trade.
“My name’s Peter Parker, I’m from Queens.”
And then they fall in love and bonk. Probably before the bonking Johnny helps protect Peter’s secret identity, and Peter tries to help Johnny publicly date girls/listens to him crushing on guys (before finally realising that the reason he hates the entire charade is because he wants to date Johnny himself, damn it).
Just a sudden idea that came into my head like five minutes ago and I thought I’d get it down. Maybe I’ll expand and write more, maybe not. I’ve got other WIPs that are higher priority.

Tumblr media
It was already 6pm and the movement inside the Baxter Institute was drastically reduced, the few people on your shift had already left, only a few people were still organizing everything for the people on the night shift who hadn't arrived yet.
You finally took off your lab coat and went to your office to get your things and on your way you passed Stephen's office, but he wasn't there. Of course he hasn't bothered to wait for you or even to say goodbye. He had acted like you didn't exist the whole week, worse than that he didn’t answer when you asked him something about work and you hated when he did that, you always argued with him saying he needed to have some sense to separate work from your personal live but he didn't really care what you said.
You sighed saying goodbye to the staff and taking the elevator.
Stephen was mad at you since the benefit ball the Institute held to raise funds for scientific research. During the party, one of the shareholders of Stark Industries, exactly from whom you expected the best donations, began to blatantly hit on you.
Nobody knew you and Stephen were a couple. Well, Reed and Sue knew and your father suspected something was going on, but mostly no one else could know. Nicholas Anderson wasn't necessarily an ugly man, but compared to Stephen he was so ridiculously unattractive and ordinary that you were surprised Stephen could get jealous, but there was no limit to Stephen's jealousy and it always got between you two, it always caused the biggest fights.
Of course you rejected Nick's advances, but you did it subtly, you didn't want to be rude, after all you knew the guy and you really expected a lot from him that night, but Stephen obviously understood that in another way, reaching the absurdity of dancing with a former co-worker from the time he worked as a neurosurgeon. You knew that extremely slow dance was meant to tease you and usually you didn't accept Stephen's teasing, but that night as he drove you home in total silence, jaw tight, clenched teeth, hands almost ripping the steering wheel off the car, you snapped.
Accusations were made on both sides and you insinuated that he slept with all the women at work, which was true when he worked at the hospital, but you knew very well that it didn't apply to who he was now and he replied that you should have slept with Nick to secure a bigger check.
The rest of the way was in grave silence and he left you inside the Stark Tower parking lot and left screeching.
That was on Sunday, it was already Friday and you couldn't take that situation anymore. You missed him and he missed you and it was all ridiculous, he was ridiculous, his jealousy bordered on obsession and you wanted him to apologize for what he said and you should apologize too, but that was the problem. Every time you fought out of jealousy or because Stephen thought you weren't giving him the attention he deserved, it was you who acted to make amends, you were the one who apologized first, it was you who took the blame that wasn't yours just because you couldn't stand being away from him anymore.
You knew it was wrong, that there was something toxic about that relationship, Sue always warned you about it, but you just couldn't help it, you loved him, and the very idea of you being quarreled for one more day seemed absurd to you.
You sighed walking out of the elevator into the parking lot and taking your cell phone and car keys out of your purse. You got in the car waiting for your father to answer the phone.
"Hey baby, still at work?"
You smiled with the pet name, your father was always so affectionate with you.
"I just left, well I'm still in the parking lot. I'm just calling to let you know I might be home late so don't worry."
He sighed into the phone "Don't tell me you're going to the Sanctum."
You sunk in the car seat, your father wasn't exactly a fan of Stephen. Well, he admired Stephen like everyone else, but since he started to understand that there was something between the two of you he started to act different with Stephen, colder, more irritating, always teasing. Stephen ignored it because he didn't want to pick a fight with Tony Stark and besides he knew it would hurt you, but it didn't get any better since your father, like Sue, also started to notice Stephen's behavior with you. You guys worked together, there was no way he wouldn't notice you spent the entire week chasing Stephen and being ignored by him.
"I just want to work this out, talk to him. I know we'll get along as usual."
Your father didn't accept well your words "Baby, I raised you to be better than this. This guy is an asshole, he may be a genius, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a complete idiot. I can’t stand to see you go after him like this..."
You sighed, you've lost count of how many times you've heard that speech. Not just about Stephen, but everything else, and you knew exactly what he meant: You are the daughter of the great Tony Stark, submit to nothing and no one.
"Dad, I'm just going to talk. If he doesn't feel like talking I'll turn and walk away, I swear I won't submit this time."
Your father hummed satisfied with your firm answer. "Fine, good girl. Don't come back too late."
You threw your cell phone on the seat, sighing and banging your head on the steering wheel. You didn't believe a word you said. Of course you were going to submit, you always submitted to Stephen, you practically licked the floor he stepped on. It was embarrassing, but that man was like a god to you and as such you would go there and bow down to him and ask forgiveness for the crime you didn't commit to get him to talk to you again and if everything goes well much more than just to talk.
You started the car and drived around the parking lot taking the avenue driving fast.
God, you missed Stephen. Not just his company, but his touch, the way he made you melt into bed for him. It wasn't uncommon for you to cum more than three times in one night at his hands. Stephen was perfect at sex, it didn't take him long to figure out what you liked and how you liked it and he memorized your every reaction to his every touch and god he used that against you.
It wasn't just his cock that drove you crazy, but his tongue and fingers. Those fingers that would jerk you off and make you cum so fast to the point of being pathetic. It was even more pathetic if you stop to think that since you started having sex with Stephen you couldn't get yourself off anymore, well you could if you were really desperate, but it wasn't the same anymore. Before Stephen nothing was better than your own fingers on you. No one knew your pleasure points better than you, but now he knew, he was better than you at this and you needed him, you missed him and that stupid fight would end tonight.
You parked the car in front of the Sanctum and before you could slam the door it swung open revealing the beautiful and sophisticated interior. At that hour there should be no one but Stephen there. You texted him to let him know you were there, of course he saw the message and didn't respond forcing you to look for him in that huge house, but you knew there was only one place he could be on a Friday night alone at the Sanctum.
You walked slowly to the library thinking of every word you would say to him, but of course when you found him sitting at the table in his blue robes, his blue cloak floating obediently beside his chair, you forgot everything you meant to say.
The cloak flew to you the moment it became aware of your presence, circling your body and enveloping you in what you understood to be a hug. You saw Stephen, who had his face in one hand, look away from the book he was reading and look at you and Cloak with an irritated look. He always claimed that Cloak had an unusual attachment to you, at that moment he seemed to get annoyed with that.
You walked up to him, Cloak flying and standing next to him again.
“Stephen... can we talk?”
He did not answer. Cloak tapped his shoulder insistently pointing at you next.
You sighed. Of course he was going to make things difficult. When did Supreme Strange ever did anything to make your life easier?
"Stephen I'm sorry for what I said. I didn't mean it. I know you're not like that anymore, you…don't sleep with women at work." You laugh nervously "Well, not everyone, just me."
Your smile crumbled when you realized it was no use. It wasn't what he was mad at you for, he wanted you to apologize for Nick, for something you didn't do.
You sighed "I should have dumped Nick sooner. I... let him keep flirting with me. I didn't mean to, but... I'm sorry."
Now he's looked at you at least. God, that man messed with you in unholy ways. Those deep blue eyes seemed to look into your soul and made your legs go soft, not to mention the mess between your legs. You barely realized how much you've missed him physically throughout the week, but there beside him, your body seemed to beg for attention.
He didn't answer you and you didn't know what else to say and maybe it would be better to listen to your father and turn your back and walk away, but how could you do that when you loved him so much? Besides, if you couldn't solve it that night, it was very likely that you wouldn't be able to do it anymore, and you couldn't bear the thought of losing him.
You went for the last weapon you had. You forced your legs to walk to him, stopping just behind the chair. Cloak flew away giving the two of you privacy and you wrapped your arms around him, your lips placing a purposefully wet kiss on his neck.
"I miss you. Don't tell me you don't miss me too I know it's a lie."
He sighed, his first uncontrolled reaction to your attempt to make amends. You turned your head to whisper in the other ear "I know you're mad at me, but there are other interesting ways to punish me, Stephen."
He turned the page of the book continuing to read and you rolled your eyes. How melodramatic could he be? Did he expect you to actually get down on your knees and ask for forgiveness? You didn't doubt that he might actually want that.
You trailed your lips down his neck, your hands wandering down his chest.
"You're distracting me from my reading."
His voice made your knees tremble. He seemed to sing to you every time he spoke, that wonderful baritone voice sending electricity straight to your aching core.
You smiled contentedly and walk around him putting yourself between him and the desk. He looked at you annoyed.
You brought your hands to the hem of your skirt and lifted it enough so you could spread your legs and sit on one of his thighs. You smirked when he hissed feeling the warmth and wetness through the fabric of your panties and his pants. You were so desperate for him and his particularly muscular thigh fit you perfectly making you abandon any dignity and start moving your hips to get some friction.
He stared at you in disbelief as a moan escaped your lips. You put your hands on his shoulders, increasing the pace of your movements. Your thigh scraped against his bulge and he twitched, jaw tight, teeth clenched. He was hard, but he didn't want to give in. You did it again this time on purpose and he groaned annoyed realizing that this was a game he couldn't win.
You moaned louder now, your hands went down to his thigh and you increased your pace, riding his thigh in circular motions. You were so close now, all the tension in your body melting in the face of your pleasure, all your problems crumbling as that delicious shiver formed in the pit of your stomach.
"Oh my god...fuck."
You panted, surendering to your climax, your legs shaking convulsively, rubbing his shaft in the process. You wrapped your arms around his shoulders and laid your head on the crook of his neck allowing your breathing to slowly return to normal and smelled the masculine scent of sweat, perfume and cigarettes coming from him. "Stephen... I love you."
Now you had reached the new low. If that wasn't submitting, you didn't know what to call it.
He sighed and you smiled feeling his arms wrapping around your waist and pressing you against his body. His head drooping to rest on yours. "I want everyone to know about us. Everyone. I'm tired of hiding our relationship and as long as we hide, things like that will keep happening, they will keep hitting on you and I swear to god next time I'm going to kill someone."
You raised your head looking at him in surprise. "Is that why you were angry? Because I asked you to keep it secret?"
He did not answer. He was still angry.
"Why? Why do we need to keep our relationship hidden? The people who matter know. Your father knows, he makes a point of reminding me of that every day."
You touched his face shaking your head "It's ok. I agree. We don't need to hide it anymore."
He sighed in relief "Fuck this, I need you."
He grabbed you by the waist getting up and turned you around bending you over the desk. He magic away his robes and lifted your skirt to your waist and lowered your panties to your knees. He forced your thighs further apart and ran his fingers through your slit, collecting the slick and running it over the tip of his cock. He rubbed the tip at your entrance and you gripped the edge of the table knowing full well what awaited you.
He entered you with a single thrust that knocked the air out of your lungs, the familiar pinch in your gut making you moan in pain and pleasure at the same time. He groaned loudly letting his cock inside you and waited for you to settle around him before starting to thrust, but when he started he was merciless.
You groaned loudly, clinging to the desk as if clinging to life itself, his thrusts punishing you with absurd harshness.
"You. are. mine." Each word separated by an even stronger, deeper thrust. You groaned in response.
"Say it. I need to hear you saying it."
You agreed, but the words seemed to slip out of your mind. The silence of the room was filled by the creaking of the desk, the sound of skin slapping against skin and your breaths and moans and grunts.
He brought one hand to your shoulder, the other holding tight to your waist, the weight of his body against yours, he pulled your shirt by the collar making the buttons fly all over the place and started to place open mouth kisses on your skin, He bit your shoulder hard and soothed it with his tongue and moved to your neck kissing, biting, licking, sucking.
He slapped your ass "Say you are mine."
You moaned feeling another orgasm building inside you "I'm yours Stephen, I'm yours and no one else's."
He took the hand that was firm on your shoulder to your neck, choking you softly but enough to make you lose yourself in your high, murmuring sweet praises to him "I love you so much, Stephen, you make me feel so good, you fuck me so good..."
He pulled away turning you and placing you sitting on the desk, he pulled your panties off throwing them on the floor and stuck two fingers inside you "Look how wet you are after coming twice. I love it."
He ran the tip of his cock through your slit smearing it with your cum and jerked his cock a few times sticking two fingers back inside you. You loved seeing Stephen jerk off like that in front of you and he liked to be watched.
"Look how hard I am for you, honey. You like it, don't you? You like to see me stroking my cock. Do you think that's enough for me to get one more orgasm out of you?"
You nodded. You could feel that you still weren't sated, his teasing taking effect. Stephen knew how to push all your buttons. He took his fingers full of your slick from inside you and brushed it across your lips. "Open for me, I want you to taste yourself." You complied and he stuck his fingers in your mouth "Suck it. Suck it like you're sucking my cock."
You obeyed by slipping your tongue between his fingers and then sucking them by moving your head up and down and making a popping noise as you took them out of your mouth. He hissed and brought his fingers up to your clit and began rubbing in circular motions as he continued stroking his cock.
"Stephen...put it back inside me. Fuck me."
He smiled satisfied.
"Spread your legs for me. More. Just like that" He spat on his cock and gave a few more jerks and put it back inside you in one go.
You clung to his neck lifting your legs as high as you could, wrapping them around his waist to get him to penetrate you as deep as possible, his balls slamming against your ass, the sound of skin on skin mingling with the wet noises of his cock coming in and out of your cunt. Sex with Stephen was always so obscene and so delicious.
You moaned loudly as his lips searched for yours, he kissed you with such desperation moving his lips down your chin, licking your skin all the way to your neck sucking until he left purple marks, biting down hard making you wince in pain and yet wish he would keep doing it. "Stephen... you are such a good lover, I never had anyone like you before and I don’t want to, there is only you for me."
He groaned at your words, his lips returning to meet yours, his tongue penetrating your mouth with the same lust as his cock fucked you. You were on the verge of another orgasm and this time you needed him to cum with you. You put both hands on his chest pushing him and he pulled away enough for you to get off the desk and turn your back to him.
He pulled you against his body and entered you hard again, one hand gripping your waist so tightly you were sure it would leave marks, the other firm on your throat, tilting your head to the side to make room for him. He bit your neck again, sucking on that delicate area just below your ear, making you shiver.
"You make me want to fucking destroy you." He said between his groans.
He increased the pace of his thrusts even more, your bodies collided with overwhelming violence and you loved it. You could lie all you wanted to yourself, but Stephen's possessiveness over you was exactly what drew you to him. You loved the feeling of belonging to him, of submitting to him and letting him do with you as he pleased. Stephen wasn't like other men, he was better, he was superior, only he could make you cum multiple times like that.
You could feel his cock throbbing, his breath heavy in your ear, the thrusts getting more ragged. He was close and so were you.
"What would your father say if he could see you now?" He breathed into your ear teasing "Daddy's little prodigy girl submitting to me like that?" He bit your shoulder "Do you think he would approve? Would he be proud?"
You shook your head no moaning. You were so close. “Stephen please… I need to cum.”
He hummed "Me too honey, I'm gonna fill you up. Would you like that?"
"Yes, Stephen please."
"So say it one more time, I want to hear it."
"I'm yours Stephen, only yours."
He moaned loudly, spilling into you, thrusting his cum deep inside you with such violence that made your legs weak as you surrendered to your third orgasm moaning his name and creaming his cock.
He stayed inside you for a minute, he cupped your chin and turned your face to him kissing  you, his tongue forcing your lips to part, dominating you, he always dominated you and you loved it.
He broke the kiss "You better remember that from now on because I cherish what's mine and I'm very, very jealous." He whispered menacingly in your ear.
He pulled away from you, you felt his cum running down your legs, your body aching everywhere he squeezed and bit and yet you never felt more satisfied. He turned you to face him and kissed you, now softly, just a touch of lips. He conjured up a damp towel and cleaned himself up, then pulled on his blue robes again with just a flick of his fingers.
He used the towel to wipe his cum off your legs, up to between your thighs, his eyes on you. God, he even made that sexy.
He disappeared with the towel and picked your panties off the floor and helped you into them and lowered your skirt, he straightened your shirt in place, using magic to repair the ripped buttons. He fixed your shirt collar and smirked
"I'm sure your father will approve those"
You sighed running your hands through your hair, a few strands falling loose from the perfect bun. "Your fixation on my father is getting pathetic." You said releasing your hair at once and throwing it over your shoulders, now totally hiding the marks he left on you.
He widened his smile "It's a power game."
You rolled your eyes running your hand through his hair which was now also disheveled, some strands falling across his forehead. You brought your hand down caressing his face and pulled him to your lips kissing him passionately.
"You need to shave." You complained on his lips.
He nodded "I will."

Fire & Ice, Chapter 3
Word Count:  936
Tumblr media
“Wh-where are we?”
Your carbon copy chuckled as she gestured around herself, “this is the place where my world ended…Johnny had snuck me up here...he wanted me to see every part of his life; including the superhero stuff even though I wasn’t interested.”
“Wha-what happened?”
She sighed, “Well, me and Johnny were making love in Reed’s machine when Sue found us. We’d accidentally started it, but nothing happened…at least, we didn’t think anything did…but that was the blip that started it all.  Only, I didn’t know it at the time.  Turns out, Sue had a visit from another version of herself, and she found out about my mind control abilities.  Her other self thought that I was controlling Johnny and convinced her that I was.”
“But you weren’t?” you asked slowly.
She shook her head, and you noticed a few tears streaming down her cheeks, “I-I loved Johnny...I would never do anything to hurt him.  And that includes Sue.  I never wanted to hurt her.  But she was going to knock Johnny out.  They’d started fighting because she‘d tried to tell him that Reed needed to study me; to figure out how I got my powers, because it wasn’t like how they’d got them, and if people were mutating then they had to know why.  But he didn’t want Reed anywhere near me.  She’d had him pinned and I knew she was going to knock him out and come after me…so I used her blast against her, and she became impaled on some of the loose metal bars that Reed had left out.”
“Jesus…”
“Johnny knew it was an accident…he never held it against me…he was upset, sure, but he never blamed me for Sue’s death.  But Reed-he was a different story.  He hated me because of it.  Him and Ben called me a murderer.  But the only person we had ever hurt was our sister…and we were so young.  That was an accident too…” she said as she rushed up to you, “you know that, right?”
When she touched you, you saw the battle between Johnny and Sue play out.
You saw how he wasn’t using his powers against her; he was only being defensive.
And you saw her take advantage of the fact, knowing that Johnny didn’t really want to fight her.  Especially after Johnny pushed the version of yourself back into the machine to keep her safe.
But she was desperate to get to him.  She froze the mechanical components and broke through the door just in time to use her mind-control abilities to bounce Sue’s forcefield back into herself, throwing everyone in the room in separate directions.
She’d knocked herself out, narrowly missing death herself, but that fact didn’t matter to Reed or Ben.
No, the only thing that mattered was that Sue had died.
“How did we get here?” you asked.
Your question cleared up the room once more, and you saw her standing beside you, holding onto your hand.
“Simple enough...the last blip!” she said simply, “I think I was meant to write the wrong.”
“The wrong?”
“And I created a diversion downtown,” she whispered in an ashamed tone, “I did what I had to…I needed to show you why this place is important.”
Your eyes trailed to the tv where the desecration of downtown was playing out on a loop.  Your stomach turned as you saw a version of yourself freezing people and forcing them to harm themselves or simply unable to move because they were being controlled.
You turned to her, “y-you hurt people…you said that the only person we ever hurt was our sister.  That-”
You took a step back and she reached out, cutting you off, “I did what I had to do, April.  We were brought here for a reason.  We were meant to change our path.”
“I-I’m not on a path!” you said quickly, pulling yourself even further from her, “Im not some murderer.  I don’t hurt people.  Leave me alone!”
“We need to kill them, April!”
“NO!”
Her nostril twitched and her gaze turned to an angry one as she scoffed, “I knew that you didn’t have it in you.  I could see it the second I walked into that café and saw you flirting with him.  You’re weak!  You don’t deserve the chance.”
“Wh-what?”
“I’ve been watching you for weeks, April,” she hissed, “ever since they last saved the city.  I saw how you were being coy.  I saw how you showed him your powers but kept everyone else in the dark.  You wanted him to see you…to chase you…BUT HE’S NOT A GOOD GUY!  HE WAS GOING TO LET ME DIE!  HE’LL DO THE SAME TO YOU, BECAUSE WE ARE THE SAME!”
“WE’RE NOT THE SAME!”
“WE BOTH FELL FOR JOHNNY STORM WHETHER YOU WANT TO ADMIT IT OR NOT!”
“I WOULD NEVER HURT PEOPLE!” You screamed, “YOU’RE THE MONSTER, NOT ME!”
“You’re right…but there is one canon event that can stay the same…” she growled, “one thing that doesn’t have to change…and then I can take over this universe.”
“Wh-what?”
“Goodbye, April!” she smirked as she pushed you hard against the window.
You screamed as you felt the glass breaking behind you.  It all felt like it was happening in slow motion as you felt weightless.  Your eyes widened as you realized that you were falling out of the Baxter Building.
She had pushed you out of the building.
Her eyes were glaring into yours as the top of the building became further and further away.
The canon event...she wanted you to die, so that she could take your place.

What do you think of the rumors about them potentially setting out Pietro x Monet and Wanda x Loki relationships. There are some really fun potential interaction there if the writers do go there but it's a bit of a shame how Wanda x Jericho and Pietro x Emily have basically been wiped from exsistance.
I'm also so happy to have Quicksilver in a book again (though sad his darker colouring from recent comics have disappeared)
I ship Pietro/Emily & Wanda/Jericho very much and always will. Marvel doesn't have the best teack record when it comes to poc relationships in comics so it was really nice to see the twins have something.
I don't think Wanda/Loki will last but it could be fun, I don't expect any comic relationship to last forever unless it's Reed/Sue. I am interested in Pietro/Monet but it's a pairing I would have never thought of on my own. I'm just worried it's gonna be another barely there relationship like in the past. Even Emily barely had any time with Pietro.
I think if Marvel actually put effort into the twins having well written romance relationships then it might kill them. Either way seeing Pietro again is something I'm anxiously awaiting. Though I'm very behind on my Wanda reading and need to catch up later.
Pietro & Wanda's skin tone in comics has always been a neglected subject and while I know there are white passing Romani people and having characters like that is important I also really loved the twins having brown skin tones in the recent comic appearances. I wish Marvel actually cared about keeping on top of colorists and giving every colorist a rule book of skin tones for characters but Marvel rarely gives support to their artists. And yes I am blaming editorial for this because most of the time artists & colorists don't know everything about a character and are overworked.

You mentioned not liking some parts of the show (usm), could you elaborate?
Oh boy where do I start😭😭
A few obvious complaints would be the fourth wall and overuse humour. The humour just felt very forced and shoved on my face and the fourth wall wasn’t helpful, if anything, I found him to be pretty annoying but not as annoying as Marvel’s Spider-Man, I couldn’t go past the first two episodes of msm unlike usm😅😅. The fourth wall did work well in the Deadpool episode since Deadpool is the KINGG of fourth walls break unlike Spider-Man, it basically felt as if Peter was another version of Deadpool with the constant fourth walls.
At least it changed in the last seasons but the show at that point kinda sucked for me.
Another complaint would be the characters. I love the team, I really do, but they just were kinda bland for me. They were assholes to Peter and never saw them interact with each other if it wasn’t Spider-Man/ SHIELD related. I wouldn’t mind if the show started with them disrespecting Peter and then visually appreciating his leadership and learning about his reasoning why he does what he does up to the first 2 seasons, in the show they just act like coworkers or kids forced to partner up for a school project. It unforgivable on my part that they wouldn’t appear again in the 3rd and last seasons since I actually grew to care for them in the 2nd season.
SHIELD was also an issue for me. I HATEDDD how Fury just spied and followed a 16 yr old boy just to recruit him and taking over his school life, the only normal part of him being Peter Parker without the need for Spider-Man. As well as the amount of cameras in his house which honestly was pretty disgusting😭 like why do they need a camera in the bathroom and the bedrooms????? I understand the intention but c’mon, the bathroom and bedroom???
A small ick of mine would be the lack of THE Johnny Storm and Fantastic 4 in the show. We had THE Thing, aka Ben Grimm, and freaking HERBIE, A FREAKING ROBOT FROM THE GROUP AND YET THEY DONT GIVE US JOHNNY STORM😭😭😭
Tumblr media
I would KILLL for Johnny and Spider-Man to appear together and have an episode together to see them interact. Spider-Man would’ve geeked out with Reed Richards, he would have a pure sisterly relationship with Sue Storm. I was just soo disappointed😭😭
And to top it off, the main MAIN complaint of the show would be Spider-Man himself and how the writers handles him.
Aside from his fourth wall breaks and humour being annoying to me, his voice was slightly annoying😅. I would blame it on the direction of the writing since Drake Bell voicing Peter Parker in The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes was very well done, he was given a proper script in that show but in usm, he just…was eh. I gotten used to his voice in the show but it’s not my favorite, I usually prefer Josh Keaton from Spectacular Spider-Man or Yuri from the PS4/5 Spider-Man games voices when I write Peter in my fics.
I very much hate how a ton of Peter’s struggles were stripped away. Such as balancing school and Spider-Man, his grades dropping, his relationship with Aunt May, finding a job to support him and his aunt, how his relationship affects not just Harry but to MJ as well.
In the show, nearly everything was solved for him. He doesn’t stress about school and his grades cuz SHIELD is now taking care of that issue for him. He doesn’t worry about a strained relationship with his aunt since Aunt May is already working alll day and can sneak out easily without her knowing so no stress about curfews. Apparently money isn’t an issue in his life despite living in a 2-story house in Queens, New York that expects the yearly income to live there being over $44k(got that from GOOGLE 💀). Peter not interacting that much with Mary Jane is odd since apparently they knew each other for years, much longer than Harry, and yet Peter interacts and prioritizes Harry more than MJ throughout the seasons.
It honestly just feels as if the Peter Parker life is slowly being stripped away by his Spider-Man alter ego. There’s more Spider-Man struggles than Peter Parker struggles and it gets even worse in the last season with the SHIELD Academy since its JUST Spider-Man in the season. He eats, sleeps, and most likely showers and poops with the costume on💀.
The entire point of Spider-Man is maturity. He’s a kid forced to grow up into an adult after Uncle Ben died with Aunt May being the only one in his life to protect and support. The show just took away that struggle from Peter and it was just extremely disappointing to not explore Peter’s life. They focused more on having Spider-Man being a cool character than focusing on how cool Peter is as a person aside from being Spider-Man.
This show has a soft spot in my heart. I grew up with the show and introduced me to characters like Iron Fist and White Tiger but the premise wasn’t well handled.

Earth X #5
Thor seems different than usual.
It’s probably the braids.
Earth X: what you get when you ask Alex Ross to write a Kingdom Come tier story for Marvel. It is Bad Future! Uatu the Watcher has been blinded and he’s forced Aaron to be his seeing eye robot.
If you’re wondering what their dynamic is, it’s this:
Tumblr media
The world is a mess with mind-control squids and body-control forever teens. Everyone has been mutated and Reed Richards blames himself. Many of the heroes we know are dead, retired, or in the clutches of the squid or the kid. And the world may be destroyed by vibranium or humanity may super-evolve into space gods.
As we go on and learn more about this setting, there are more and more plot threads.
Captain America in a flag yoga and Wyatt Wingfoot went to California to investigate the Skull, a horrible teen with the power to control people. The Skull took Wyatt for his growing army but left Steve alone because it was funnier that way.
While Steve sits and despairs about the hopelessness of the situation, circus Daredevil shows up and offers to become Steve’s new sidekick.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I am alarmed that this guy is relevant to the plot.
Also… I’m kind of wondering if he’s supposed to be Deadpool. Not actually Wade Wilson Deadpool himself but he has a lot of Deadpool energy and almost nothing to do with Matt Murdock. Alex Ross usually doesn’t like anything introduced after the death of Barry Allen but I wonder if he liked Deadpool enough to want to include someone like him.
This circus Daredevil is given an actual origin in a prequel from a few years back but the idea is sticking in my mind.
He’s red and black, he wants to work with Cap, he’s got an irreverent sense of humor, and he’s got a healing factor so strong he can’t die and has little self-preservation instinct anymore.
Anyway.
The Inhumans continue their journey to find their missing prince. Last issue, Reed Doom promised he’d help by getting a Cerebro and reprogramming it to find Inhumans. He takes off - using a teleportation device made out of Lockjaw… Aww, best doggo is dead? This really is Bad Future.
Reed leaving causes the Doombots of Castle Doom to suddenly register the Inhumans as intruders.
Their fight against the bots leads Medusa and Luna to discovering Dr Doom’s time platform… and Reed’s notes on it, reflecting he really wants to use it to save Sue from exploding but he doesn’t know when he’d stop altering history if he started.
Elsewhere, Cyclops is contacted by Corsair, Havok, and Polaris. FROM SPACE!
They know something bad is going to happen to Earth and want to bring Scott away to space safety.
He refuses to leave without Jean, even though she chose Wolverine over him in the love triangle.
Also, when Alex Ross doesn’t like a character, you know it. And he seems to hate Wolverine.
Tumblr media
The appendix reveals that all the psychics are dead (Professor X, MODOK) or depowered (Jean).
Not sure yet why but it means there’s nobody to counter the kid or the squid.
Over in New York, Kid Bruce and Gorilla Hulk visit Sorcerer Supreme Clea.
Clea and Wong explain to Bruce that Strange’s astral form was destroyed while it was out of his body. His body still lives but he’s essentially dead. And that’s why Clea is sorcererly supreme.
So Bruce explains what he’s there for. He’s been having the oddest recurring dream.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Of Captain Marvel on his Death of Captain Marvel deathbed. In the dream, he rises out of bed and shows the assembled crowd of friends, allies, and respected enemies that he has the universe inside him. And then dies.
A universe inside a person sounds to Clea like Eternity. But Eternity is dead. Despite being the universe. Not sure how that happens.
Bruce really wants Mar-Vell to explain the dream to him so he asks Clea to dunk him into the Realm of Death.
I feel like there’s intermediate steps you could try but what do I know.
And geez, Bruce’s dream of the universe inside a dude and visiting death to interpret it on top of the world possibly ending and superpowered menaces running amok with nobody to stop them… This universe is a mess.
(By the way, the appendix notes that Carol Danvers is the current Captain Marvel and that she’s in space helping the Kree on their destroyed capital. So Earth X gets two more tallies for things the 616 would copy later.)
Now then. Let’s talk cover Thor.
Earth X wants to paint the entire history of Marvel with one brushstroke. Superpowers and even super genius is the result of Celestial meddling.
The gods were mentioned in issue 0 as being in conflict with the Celestials but I guess Ross didn’t feel like actual gods fit the picture he was painting.
On Earth X, the Asgardians aren’t gods. They’re super advanced shapeshifting emphatic aliens with no personality of their own who take their identity from those who observe them.
They came to Earth and were viewed as the Norse gods so the Norse gods they became.
Their powers became what people expected them to be. Their personalities became what people expected them to be.
I have no idea how this alien race of blank slates managed to invent space travel.
I don’t particularly like this worldbuilding idea for Thor’s slice of Marvel. His mythos feels diminished if it’s just aliens play-acting old stories.
Anyway, girl bod Thor is fighting some storm giants that made their way to Midgard* alongside the Iron Avengers, who Thor treats as friends.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
*Earth
Tony Stark in his isolation somewhere tells the Iron Avengers to respond to another crisis because Thor’s got this one handled.
Vision in a cool hood wants to argue, feeling Tony is being manipulated by President Norman Osborn but ultimately does what Tony asks.
Back of the book appendix info: when the mass empowering event started, Tony sealed himself in isolation, afraid of being changed. He didn’t know but Scott Lang Ant-Man snuck himself and his daughter Cassie into Tony’s isolated environment to try to protect her. But she wound up changing anyway. And now they’re stuck because they can’t leave without compromising Tony’s sealed environment.
The people outside that were mutated came to resent Tony for not being mutated so kept trying to attack his bunker or whatever. So he created the Iron Avengers and gave them his dead friends’ personalities.
Honestly, I can’t wait for the issue that focuses on Tony. There seems to be a lot to unpack.
Also in appendix news, Osborn went on a secret killing spree of supervillains before he took power. He wiped out a lot of Tony’s rogues gallery, for example. And he was never elected as president. He just had himself declared as such and a jaded mutated populace went okay whatever.
Earth X is a mess.
Tumblr media
After fighting off the storm giants, Thor calls Loki out as responsible for the attack.
Interesting new design Loki. Could do with you being less interpersonally gross though.
Unsurprisingly, Loki is behind Thor’s new look, having somehow tricked Odin into turning his brother into a woman as his latest trial of humility.
And if Thor goes back to Asgard to tell Odin that Loki is up to his shit again, Loki will lock Thor away from Earth so he can’t stop his evil scheming.
This is a weird plot point.
I’ve heard that it inspired Jane Foster Thor but I’m pretty sure both this and Jane Foster Thor were inspired by the What If where Jane Foster became Thor.
Thor seems only mildly irritated by this whole thing but sheesh, with everything else going on why throw this in?
Earth X is a mess. Captain America is demoralized and wearing the flag as a toga. Cyclops is depressed and lost the love of his life, again. Spider-Man is depressed and has a Venom daughter. Reed is depressed and blames himself for the state of the world.
And Thor has been rule 63’d. But at least he’s not depressed?

Comics this week ?
Kneel Before Zod #2 - Always sad to see mom and dad fighting... unless it's the Zods, then it's better for everyone this way. Y'know now I'm wondering if the ultimate conflict isn't Zod vs. the Khunds or some other alien invader, it's Zod vs. Ursa for control of the world. Maybe we'll even see this end with him killing Ursa and blaming Kal for it. A small detail I love: Zod's army reflects his own dual nature. You have advanced Kryptonian war machines/robots alongside enslaved natives armed with spears and shields. Zod is a product of the advanced sciences and society of Krypton, and also his own nature as a petty tyrant and conqueror.
Superman '78: The Metal Curtain #4 - Hopefully Lex can add some last minute drama to this bland story. Art has been consistently great at least.
Batman #142 - Sorrentino Joker is twisted. Otherwise this is a story that feels guilty of explaining stuff that didn't need to be explained.
Ultimate Black Panther #1 - At last, a good Black Panther book. I shouldn't jinx it, Hill could absolutely blow it in the next couple issues, but this was a good start. Anyone else find it suspicious how 6160 T'Challa can't talk to Bast the way 616 T'Challa can? And there's this ominious group who claim exclusivity over talking to the gods instead? We know Maker cut the Norse gods off from Earth, perhaps he influenced or created this group to block Wakanda's access to their gods in a similar way. Very similar in structure to USM, Hickman's influence or Hill seeking to emulate Hickman's style perhaps? We don't see T'Challa even don the suit until the last panel, just like Peter. Instead it's all about set-up, but it's interesting set-up. Here T'Chaka lived to see his son become king and BP, and perhaps he curbed T'Challa's reformist leanings too. Minute he dies, T'Challa is free to start opening Wakanda up and wage war. I think the story is going to be about war on two fronts: war without against Moon Knight and war within against the Vodu-Khan.
Doctor Strange #12 - Strange has a brother? Who is a vampire ghost? And has been trapped in the Sanctum? Huh.
Fantastic Four #17 - Love Sue being an archaeologist. Like making Lara a soldier instead of a scientist, North has found a way to make Sue smart and able to contribute without swimming upstream by having her compete with Reed. Clever solution regarding how to beat a time traveler. North's run hasn't been "big" or bombastic, which sadly means it's probably going to be overlooked, but what it has brought is solid character moments for each of the F4 and clever storytelling.

Wanting to ask, can you give an explanation and analysis of Sue Storm's character? She's the one member of the FF I know the least about. My current understanding of her is a ruthless badass who loves her family but is also deeply compassionate to everyone including her enemies. I just feel the two traits conflict. Could you also give me some Sue Storm centric comic recommendations? Please and thank you.
Hello! I can't blame you for being somewhat puzzled on Sue's character because it can differ wildly, especially in modern times; a lot of writers will go down the ruthless badass route when her children & family are concerned (Fantastic Four V1 #549, but the arc starts in #547, and Fantastic Four Annual V5 #1 are good examples), and others will go down the incredibly compassionate mother of two who is an idealist route (as Fantastic Four V6 #47-#48 shows). Writers don't always manage to marry the two in a satisfying way, but I've tried to give some recs where they do manage or ones that are just generally good characterisation wise in my opinion.
Sue is an interesting character in that she is really Marvel's First Lady, the real trailblazer for the other wonderful women in comics we have today like Jean Grey, Ororo Munroe, Wanda Maximoff, Laura Kinney etc etc. Despite this, because she is married and a mother & is an elder sister a lot of writers & fans feel comfortable in dismissing her as a character, either implying that she's somehow not good enough because she's a mother & wife & needs their help to really fully realise the character (while usually only having her powers to do that, and rarely her actual personality), or making her into a #Girlboss and nothing else. Its also frustrating because Sue doesn't really get an awful lot of focused issues. In part, I think this is because when she does it's often focused on her grief (like when Byrne had her miscarriage) or anger (in DeFalco's run), so a lot of writers might feel a little... intimidated by giving Sue her own voice, because so often the voice she gets is defined by misery & loss. This isn't a hard & fast rule, but I do think it's why her solo by Waid (which I have rec'd here because it's her only solo but I wouldn't consider it foundational characterisation) kinda feels so lacklustre to me, because beyond her powers there doesn't feel like an awful lot of substance there.
But writers can't really ignore her, either, because she's so powerful, which I think is partially why we get so many fucking AUs with Namor, where rather than blaming themselves & the fact that nobody seemingly knows how to write an independent Sue without doubling down on her trauma, they blame Reed for... some reason. She just poses an interesring dilemma I think for a lot of writers so really good character driven issues for Sue are few & far between. Hickman, for example, circumvented that by having Sue not speak a lot in her focused issue because she's underwater as an ambassador to Atlantis.
All this to say, I am tentatively hopeful for her depiction in Ryan North's new series, and I hope one day she'll properly get written by a woman & get a better perspective there. The Fantastic Four ongoing has never been written by a woman, which I think is a glaring issue as to why Sue doesn't get a lot of good strong driven issues the way Ben or Reed do. Anyway, onto the recs!
X-Men vs Fantastic Four V1 by Claremont doesn't necessarily focus on Sue (Reed & Victor are more present ) but it does get the compassionate but ruthless vibe Sue should have.
In X-Men: First Class V2 #1 Sue helps teach Jean Grey some independence & individuality as a woman superhero surrounded by men, which is a really sweet moment.
Marvel Comics Presents V1 #13 B Story is a super cute story of Sue & Reed when they lived undercover in the suburbs while Ben ran the team. Sue is super playful & teasing in it, which is sweet.
I really like how Sue & the rest are written in the first two, three arcs of Marvel Knights 4 V1, so basically issue 1 - 9 or something. It drops off a little afterwards but Sue's super cool in #7, so worth reading imo!
Tom Defalco's run on the FF is probably one of the most Sue Heavy comics, as Reed is presumed dead around a third way into his series.. It does have the Four Boob Window™, but I think there's some really strong characteristion moments in this series. It is uh? convoluted though? like... a LOT happens in it so unless you've read an FF series prior I don't recommend digging into it but if you've gotten familiar with the team I recommend checking this out. He first writes them in #301 - #302 but his actual run starts at #356 - #416. Reed dies around #381.
There is of course Mark Waid's Invisible Woman series, which does a lot to expand on Sue's powerset & ability. Personally I'm not in love with it, I don't think a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent is the best route for an independent Sue to go down given her affiliation in Civil War for example but it's her only ongoing so worth looking at.
Not necessarily Sue specific, but Mythos: Fantastic Four is a good origin comic for the FF & one of my preferred adaptions of their origin.
Marvel Adventures: Fantastic Four #9 is an AU verse & specifically written to be more child friendly but Sue's fun here, Klaw tries to take on the FF by going strongest to weakest & leaves Sue for last which is a . bad idea!
X-23 vol 3 #14 - #19 has a lot of good moments between Sue & Laura Kinney & is funny and sweet, Sue's really good around the younger women superheroes & she's both warm & a force to be reckoned with. Laura helps babysit Franklin & Val while Sue & Reed go on a date, it's cute .
There's probably more issues so I'm opening this up to any of my followers who have specific Sue issues & moments they'd like to give, this is just what I can think of off the top of my head but hopefully this will give you a good enough handle on Sue's character. I'd also say just to read the LeeKirby series if you haven't , it does have period typical sexism obviously but it's not nearly as awful as some people think, I mean, Sue kicks Doctor Doom's ass before she even has forcefields so it's definitely not as bad as people think. Anyway, hope you enjoy reading !

Tony: Remember when we gaslighted Steve so we could destroy a whole dimension before it colapsed with ours therefore avoiding a bigger number of casualities but also killing milions.
Reed: Yes. It was a low move.
Tony: Remember how I got the whole blame even tho you were just as responsable as I was?
Reed: It wasn't exactly like that-
Tony: Well, dear friend, I got my revenge.
Reed: Oh fu-freak. Are you in another villanous phase?
Tony: Worse.
Reed: I don't understand.
Tony: I'm dating your ex.
Reed: What? I have no exes. My heart was always and only Sue's.
Tony: See was that denial that made you two break up.
Reed: If I keept saying to her I wasn't her boyfriend then I'm cleary not her ex.
Tony: Normally yes, but you somehow got to date him while lying that this wasn't the case.
Reed: Him?
Tony: I got the crown, bitch.
Reed: Are you... are you dating Doom?
Tony: Vicbabe is really hot.
Reed: That's terrfying.

Been re-reading the ultimate Fantastic Four comics lately, and while they did have a lot of problems, one aspect I really liked about them was the issue (#7) that explored the weird biology of Reed Richards.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The specifics of Reed's biology in the prime universe isn't explored very often, and when it is, it's not very consistent. But I can't really blame the writers for that because… the character has been around since the 60's and gone through lots of whacky storylines and the whims of various writers, so trying to establish any kind of meaningful continuity on that aspect is probably a lost cause.
The ultimates comics had an advantage because they were starting on a new slate, which was the perfect opportunity to establish a clear baseline for Reed's powers and how his body functions.
Tumblr media
And it's super interesting! I really like how the reveal of him not needing to eat comes about, and how Sue, who is a biologist in this universe, takes an interest in exploring how he's now functioning.
Tumblr media
He has no organs! (And no skeleton, presumably.) What a wonderfully freaky revelation.
Tumblr media
So instead of human organs, he is left with a "pliable bacterial stack". And he does have blood, apparently. There's still a lot of vagueness in regards to the details, but it certainly provides a lot of neat stuff to mull over.
Tumblr media
This part was really sweet. Might actually be my favourite bit in the ultimate FF comics actually. I'm a sucker for the whole "I'll love you just the same" speech after someone is angsting over their body horror transformation. (Of course, this just makes what happens in the final issues all the more tragic. *sigh*)

Up to 1968 (#72) with the Fantastic Four.
Johnny is now dating Crystal who… I guess she seems to like him a bit better than Dorrie did?? Fairly low bar tbh. And knowing what his future holds, that bar’s only going to get lower.
Have written about 5k of a spideytorch AU where Sue married Namor instead of Reed and so Johnny and Peter meet in college (and fall in love and angst over secret identities).
Given that Dorma constantly betrays and endangers Namor, can’t really blame him for thinking Sue might be a better option. Not that I think any of these guys are great at writing women.

Marvel's Injustice.
My pitches for NRS inevitable Marvel game if they go the Injustice route.
Game titles
Marvel:Disassembled
Marvel:Dark Reign
Avengeance:Fall Of Midgard
Story ideas.
Scenario 1. Disassembled. Tony Stark's suit of armor around the world phase goes into complete and full effect. Get the right event to trigger it and I think Tony could be sent into Superman mode where he establishes a regime for the world’s protection. Tony takes full control of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the world by force. Captain America would rise up and lead a band full of heroes who are willing to do what's right and stop Tony Stark and the regime. Final boss fight. We choose between either Cap or Iron Man. If we choose Cap, then we fight Superior Iron Man, if we choose Iron Man, then Cap.
Scenario 2. Avengeance:Fall Of Midgard. human like Norman Osborn or Red Skull sneaking into Asgard with Loki’s help to kill Odin and Lady Sif. Events would manipulate the death of Jane Foster. Blaming Asgard and Midgard for not dealing with Loki and his associates for their many schemes, Thor decides to make changes. Thor is broken and the once Mighty son of Odin, turns back to his old ways and becomes a despotic king of Asgard. Thor wages war on Midgard. Years later Thor has taken over the entire world as well as Asgard, and rules it with an iron fist. Villains that don’t agree with him or opposes him are seen as threats are sent to the negative zone. All mutants are forced to register to work for the regime or be depowered permanently and imprisoned. Final boss fight is Odinforce Thor.
Scenario 3. Dark Reign. The Skrull Royal Family, escaping from the Mad Titan Thanos, strikes a deal with Norman Osborne to conquer Earth in a secret invasion. Queen Veranke of the Skrulls kidnaps and poses as the Scarlet Witch to destroy the Avengers from within. In the chaos, Norman betrays the aliens in order to get his hands on their technology. He is able to place his own Dark Avengers as the new Earth's Mightiest Heroes with the aid of Loki's illusions. Loki manipulates Norman to lead a siege of Asgard using advanced Skrull weapons. The Avengers must reunite along with new heroes to topple Osborne and Loki's Dark Reign once and for all. Post-Credits Scene: As Loki's manipulations come crashing down, he pulls a last ditch effort and influences the traumatized Wanda to use her reality-warping powers. He forces her to say the 3 words "No more heroes". Final boss fight. Iron Patriot.

One Thing after another
The limo glides quietly towards 4 Freedoms Plaza, my home. Headquarters of the Fantastic Four.
Sure was nice of the mayor to drive us home tonight, since he had to go an' bore us all evenin' with his speeches about what great Joes we all are. It's the least he could do, though.
My reverie is interrupted by the voice of Johnny Storm, the Human Torch, a teammate and longtime friend: "hey, buddy, how about a game of pool and some beers in the rec room when we get home?"
"What's 'at, Torchy?"
"I asked how you feel about getting out of these monkey suits and playing a hot game of pool."
"Nah, count me out. I'm pooped. Savin' the world is one thing, but sittin' round in a tux listenin' to speeches for hours–thats too much! I'm goin' to bed."
"Can't say I blame you, Ben." Says Reed Richards, the leader of the Fantastic Four, and my oldest and best friend. "Unfortunately, the alarm system at 4 Freedoms Plaza is giving us trouble, and with the world astrophysics conference beginning tomorrow, I may not have another opportunity to work on it for weeks. Don't be surprised if your sleep is disturbed by my work–even I can't think of a way to test our auditory alarm system quietly."
"Terrific, Stretch." I say, shutting my eyes and trying to catch a nap while I can.
"Hey, sis," Johnny says, turning his older sister, Susan Storm-Richards, the invisible woman. "What say we shoot some nine-ball? Alicia's out of town for some big art show, and I could use a little excitement. Beating you at nine-ball could be just that–a little excitement."
"Johnny! You know good and well you could never beat me at nine-ball. Talk to me tomorrow and we'll see who's the real hustler in the family. Tonight, I'm going to check on Franklin and then follow Ben's lead. You'd do yourself some good to get some sleep as well."
"Aw, Gee, Ma…do I hafta?" Johnny whines, jokingly. "You both suck."
"Hey, Joker, mind puttin' a sock in it?" I say. "Can't ya see I'm tryin' to get my beauty sleep over here?"
Finally, the limo pulls up in front of 4 Freedoms Plaza. Johnny heads to the rec room alone. Sue goes to check on her and Reed's son, Franklin, as Reed sets off to check his alarm system. I go to my quarters and try to get some sleep.
I can't remember the last time I had a good night's sleep in my own bed. Sheesh, it's about time this cockamamy outfit got a break from savin' the world. Reed's a nutcase, he's still working. Me, I'm pooped.
I flop down on an oversized bed designed to support my 500+ pounds, drag a huge, rough hand across my face, and stare into a hand-mirror–the only mirror in my room. I'm not thrilled with what I see.
I am The Thing, one of Earth's mightiest defenders, a respected member of the Fantastic Four, but I am also one of Earth's most horrifying nightmares.
Maybe I oughta ditch the hero business and join a circus. Yeah, I could be a clown–wouldnt even have'ta wear any make-up. I wrinkle my rocky nose, curl my orange crust lips into the nearest thing to a smile I can muster, and stick my tongue out. The image in the mirror just looks worse.
Great, instead of just lookin' ugly, I look stupid, too. I shoulda stuck with wrestling. Most of the guys in that racket look worse than me. Some of the women, too.
Wallowin' in self pity, I reach under the bed and pull out a box, a box I keep hidden from my teammates, a box that contains one of the only things that can pull me out of a blues funk like the one I'm in now.
"Come to Papa!" I say aloud, even though there's nobody else in the quarters to hear.
Opening the box, I see a dozen cigars–fat, stinky, round, foot-long beauties. I take one as daintily as my ham-fists will allow, roll it between two fingers, run it under my nose and breathe deeply. Ah, genuine Havanas. Mother's milk! I been saving them fer just the right time, and this looks like it–my first rest in I-don't-know-how-many-years o' world savin'.
This reverie is cut short by a sudden, searing heat as a gout of flame passes just inches from my face. I'm unharmed, but the stogie in my mouth is incinerated.
"Dad-blasted, Torch!" I yell, "where are ya, ya flamed match-headed excuse for a Zippo! When I get my hands on you…"
Smoldering stogie still between my lips, I reach back over my head and plunge my steel-strong fingers through the reinforced concrete wall behind my bed. The torch flits inches above my prostrate figure.
"Hey, Ben," he says as he passes overhead, "Reed isn't gonna appreciate you punching holes in the wall."
"Worry about yourself, punk," I respond, as my fingers close around the water pipe in the wall. Ripping it in two, I bend the pipe out from the wall so the spray catches Torch full in the face. He crumbles to the ground in a soggy, flameless mass.
"What's the big idea, ya jerk? I was just having some fun. Trying to cheer you up."
"Well, quit tryin'! Maybe I don't wanna be cheered up. Maybe I hate fun! Maybe all I wanna do is relax and catch some shut-eye!"
Suddenly, me and my young teammate hear the unmistakable sound of an alarm from the roof of The Four Freedoms Plaza.
The alarm continues to blare, but I pay it no mind as I advance angrily on my fallen buddy. "Don't go thinkin' you're saved by the bell, 3-Stars. I know Reed's just testing' the systems."
"I don't know, Ben. I think I'll go see what's going on–i'll be back in a minute to finish our little tete-a-tete."
"Oh yeah, I can hardly wait. I miss you already."
I climb back into bed, cover my head with pillows, and Todd and turn for what feels like hours, but the alarm keeps blaring. So finally, I get up and try to figure out what's goin' on.
As the alarm continues to blare, I bound up the stairs to the roof and throw open the door. My eyes take a minute to adjust to the moonlight, but when I can see again, I see…nothing. Everything looks normal enough. The same is true when I check the hangar decks and upper-level storage areas.
Maybe Reed's tests weren't done with. Guess I better go see if the squirt found anything.
I make tracks back to where I last saw the Human Torch, and there, to my horror, I see Mr.Fantastic, his body stretched and distorted, on the ground. I also see the Invisible Woman, quite visible and equally unconscious. The Human Torch is beside her, out cold and still soggy from my dousing. And they are all in the clutches of our old foe, The Red Ghost.
