Keigo gets snuggly at night. Call it nesting, comforting his inner child, whatever— fuck if he cares, he just needs at least two comforters for the both of you to nestle in; one puffed like marshmallows and cool to the touch, another thin, velvet, and warm against your shared, bare skin.

He needs as many pillows as he can stack like impenetrable barriers around the edges of the bed, regardless of whether or not you will inevitably kick them to the floor as you sleep. He'll pick up after you. He always does. You pick up his cans of coffee in the mornings, too, before you kiss him off to work.

Keigo is a morning person, which means nights are spent in anxious anticipation of that first slow blink of your lashes awake. Part of him wants to see it, but he probably never will. After all, the need to feel your body shifting to part from dreaming beneath him as he kisses the bags under your eyes outweighs that curiosity. He starts to forget what it feels like to take for granted the rising sun.

His home is sacred to him, his bed akin to a squishy heart locked behind the ribcage of his bedroom doors. You have the spare key. Keigo doesn't remember when he gave it to you, but that hardly matters to him. He's sure you'll keep it safe.

its 3am so I have no filter But I am SO GLAD that there are those of us who agree that the "Lucky Villager" on the Expansion Pass Spring 2024 roadmap section could be Oswald. Like I'm so glad that there are others out there just as NORMAL about him as I am.

I'm in a discord (not the official DDLV one, I can't stand it there) where I'm the only one who even knows Oswald exists and its all "They only have modern/popular characters" "No one else wants him in the game" "Like I'll be happy for you if it is him, but I doubt it will be." (as if I'm not the one who's whole philosophy is 'Expect to be disappointed, be pleasantly surprised if you're not'.) Because it sucks to talk excitedly about a character who is basically my comfort character and be told "I don't even have the foggiest clue who you are talking about...."
