Had the weird thought of what video games starring each RWBY girl would look like, this is a solo game for each girl the others could appear as NPCs in the game but it's primarily about the one girl and I'm just concerned with what genre of game it would be.
So Ruby Rose I think I'd go with open world RPG, the vast areas allow her to use some sniping and would allow her semblance to provide fun traversal options. Close combat would also be fun again with the semblance allowing cool moves there and the scythe providing a weighty deliberate melee focus.
Weiss gets a spectacle action game, think Devil May Cry or Bayonetta , all of her flashy summons and glyph abilities paired with her already mobile fighting style seem perfect for big over the top combat set pieces.
Blake gets a stealth game like Metal Gear Solid, obviously being the sneaky one is the prime the reason here but honestly I also just want the game over cut scene of Yang going Blake, Blake, Blaaaaaaake!
Yang seems pretty cut and dry for the beat 'em up game type and honestly I like the idea of the old school style of Streets of Rage or Final Fight.
What are your thoughts on what sort of game each girl would get, should I do JNPR or any other RWBY Characters for this exercise.

THE STREET FIGHTER OF REMNANT
Hello everyone!! I am here to show off an idea I got for a fanfic. It will follow the one and only golden boy JAUNE ARC as he travels all over the world on his own wondering the streets for a good fighter.
He will be trained by 4 different teachers. (Technically 5 if you have played the game) and here is the best part you get to pick who they will be.
Above is the roster from street fighter 6. Just like the game story mode jaune will meet everyone but will pick 4 teachers to train him as he becomes there student and learns how to use there styles of fighting.
Each teacher will effect him in different ways! As he meets everyone and faces challenges as he travels remnant. And gets into all sorts of trouble with friends he meets along the way. Maybe even some romance.
Can't wait to write this story and I hope you all enjoy it. Feel free to ask questions or send over ideas for the story.

Whenever you start asking about "What RWBY video games would you like to see?", you get the same boring answers. Hack n slash platformer, JRPG, fighting game. C'mon people, such a groundbreaking series deserves much more creative, groundbreaking titles!
4X Grand Strategy where you have to grow and manage your kingdom. The twist: sure, you'll need to research military technologies, build academies, and recruit Huntresses... but ultimately, victory will not be found in strength. Only a happiness victory is possible.
Point-and-click survival horror where you play as Beacon-era Jaune. You can't really fight anything, so you mostly solve puzzles and run errands for everyone else while dodging Grimm.
Fort Mountain Glenn: excavate your underground settlement while surviving waves of Grimm, trading for the esoteric objects that will make your people happy, and desperately hoping your Huntresses follow their training schedule and don't use up all the real ammo practicing.
Katamari Grimmacy: starting off as a simple Geist, travel through countrysides and cities, going from going from picking up small objects to entire buildings and airships as you complete collection objectives. Beware the military and Hunters coming to trim you down to size!
Cabbage Valley: the world may be dying around you, but you still need to grow those cabbages!
Grand Theft Atlas: it's a blustery day in Atlas, and you are a bored Nora who just chugged a bottle of syrup for breakfast.
Sapphic dating simulator. Who will make it to the aquarium date first?

They should make a RWBY fighting game. Like, like Cross Tag Battle only with just RWBY characters.
The plot? Why should there be a plot? Just jam a bunch of chars from across the volumes and call it a day.
Now, the real question is, who should fill out the roster?
Teams RWBY, JNPR, and CRME are probably a must, plus Adam, Sun, Penny, Raven and maybe Qrow and Winter.

Moondrop Punch
Ingredients:
Blue fruit punch or blue raspberry drink
