My top anti-binge food rn is roasted sunflower seeds with the shells on. They are sooo nutty and crisp, and they force me to slow down and eat more mindfully. You can eat for what feels like ages and still consume a very small amount! Plus they are full of healthy fats and nutrients, great for the heart 🩷

Day 4 - 90 Day Challenge 🎀
I got a lot done yesterday, I'm actually super proud of myself! I didn't do every single goal I had but I did a lot of them and to me that still counts for something!
🏋‍♀️ Physical Health
walked to and from campus✅️
did not hit 8k steps❌️
did not stretch before bed❌️
took my morning meds✅️
did not take my night meds❌️
read 3 chapters of Fast like a girl ✅️
made the decision to begin Intermittent fasting again ✅️
🧠 Mental Health
read a chapter of Atomic Habits ✅️
guided Journal in the AM ✅️
guided Journal in the PM ✅️
listened to a podcast from the mindset mentor about productivity ✅️
❤️ Emotional Health
answered the journal prompt "What am I addicted to?" (stimulation and validation were the two things i immediately thought of) ✅️
wrote down a list of relevant affirmations ✅️
read a section of 101 Essays ✅️
did not read a chapter of attached ❌️
📚 Intellectual Health
completed writing assignment for psychology ✅️
complete nutrition chapters quiz ✅️
researched PCOS friendly foods and diet ✅️
Researched fasting and it's benefits (specifically for PCOS) ✅️
did not budget yet ❌️
attempted but did not complete any language lessons ❌️
🥳 Social Health
did not zoom call with boyfriend ❌️
did not text friend ❌️
🥰 Self Love/Care
AM + PM Skincare ✅️
oil + washed hair + used a hair mask ✅️
cleaned around my bedroom ✅️
washed towels + sheets + pillowcases ✅️
washed dirty clothes ✅️
washed comforter ✅️
cleaned my makeup brushes ✅️
Misc.
decided I wanted to try out crochet in winter break
looked into other artsy hobbies
As I said, I got a lot done yesterday. My boyfriend and I ended up getting a little upset with each other over something which brought my mood down a little bit but I still managed to have a good day and him and I were good by the end of the day thankfully. communication goes a long way. Now, for today!
🏋‍♀️ Physical Health
morning workout
complete fasting window; 8 hour or less eating window
cook a healthy dinner
read a chapter of Fast Like A Girl
🧠 Mental Health
Read 1 Chapter of Make Your Bed
Meditate sometime during the day
AM + PM Guided Journal
❤️ Emotional Health
answer a journal prompt question
repeat affirmations to myself for 2 minutes
read a chapter of 101 Essays
read a chapter of attached
📚 Intellectual Health
1 Busuu Japanese Lesson
1 Duolingo Spanish Lesson
Complete remaining 2 Homework assignments
🏘 Adulting Tasks
look at insurance stuff some more
find Social Security card
disinfect all tech devices
🥰 Self Love/Care
Skincare at least once today
put away all clean clothes
lay down in silence for 3 minutes
So I replaced social health with adulting tasks as I'm a more introverted person so the only social tasks would be calling my dad or talking to my boyfriend or the occasional chat with the roommates. I also know that "lay down in silence" is odd but I'm trying to train myself to be okay with being bored. sort of like meditation but with an emphasis on the do nothing aspects.
I'm super tired today for no reason, but I know I'll get at least 90% of my goals met.
Til next time lovelies 🩷

Hello! I have a somewhat strange question for sex edventures
(Honestly idk if this counts but it’s about boobs so I figured it was within the parameters)
So I finished puberty I’m pretty sure, I’m 17 and I’m pretty sure my boobs should have stopped growing by now. They were a certain size and didn’t grow for a few years, but recently I started birth control and one boob grew more. It’s not that much of a difference but it’s noticeable enough for me to feel self conscious about it. Is this normal/will the other one even out? Should I ask my doctor about this? I also have PCOS, which is the main reason why I started the pill, if that makes any difference.
oh it's the hormones in the birth control. like I'm not a doctor and I try not to be too cocksure with my responses but. 99% guarantee it's the influx of estrogen, it's very common and the breasts in question usually return to their original size after a few weeks or months.
try not to feel too self conscious about it in the meantime; about 1 in 4 women with breasts have some degree of asymmetry - including me, your friendly local sex witch! statistically very normal, and unlikely that anyone is noticing but you.

Well interacting with you makes my week too! **aggressive friendly fist bump**
I hope your holidays are going well 😁
Wolfheart is ending me. Can I pet that dawg? CAN I PET THAT DAWG? (https://vt.tiktok.com/ZGeN9U7kG/)
I love seeing the hairy SH art! PCOS / trans / wolf girlie, I stan all versions I see. We're not cowards here! The new band drawings are fire, still making my heartrate go jglcbxlw. And seeing the growth? Honestly it's magic to me, I think it's perfect then it becomes even more perfect and I'm just how?? How possible?
Veteran'zel, Baby'zel, Beam'zel, Horny'zel, Rat'zel, all I do is love'zel! The cheetah/dog doodle + wet rat'zel made me hiccup from laughter, we were blessed.
Buddy, Karlach's got her tail docked like the gith children, that's why! See, problem fixed **insert Flex Tape meme**
Also for Lae'zel's accent : yes, she would have such a harsh accent! As a foreign speaker, the pronunciation isn't always intuitive and is sometimes paradoxal. She probably never used some sounds, and it's hard to guess a lot of them. It's so inconsistent. I lack air in the middle of my sentences because of the tonal accentuations differences. Languages are crazy man. Lae'zel would have a stroke, struggling to say "library" with Gale correcting her.
I've been upgraded to bestie? Careful, I feel like the most specialest goblin in town now 😎
I also wanted to share with you my recent victory : I passed my exams with unexpectedly high grades! It's been 10 years since I succeeded in anything school related, I feel strangely proud and hopeful. I attribute this partly to the intense hyperfixation for BG3. I can come back to this fandom and get comfort when I feel burned out and in need of motivation. Thank you for being part of it and sharing your blorbos with us. Good soup for our cold starving souls. So yeah, you and your art matter even if you find it bleh sometimes and you doubt yourself.
I wanted to be brief but I'm incapable of shortening shit even if my life depended on it. Violently dumping my brain in your ask like I'm late on garbage collecting day. Sorry not sorry for the awkward emotional stuff. Take care of yourself, bestie ✌️
🫀🚑
Sry for answering these “backwards”, I just needed to get the conlang stuff out first before all my good braincells shut down lol
hope the holidays are going well on your end as well :]
To pet a werewolf truly is the dream isn’t it, wereshart is prob my fav hc for her it just fits so well. I've been trying really hard lately to figure out how to draw her recently bc despite the art disparity her and lae’zel are neck in neck at being my fav characters. Seeing the growth in the bass drawing really gave me that boost of confidence that I'm at least slightly getting there lol
I truly do love Lae’zel in every form, but wet rat’zel rotates in my mind more than it should, sadly its not a hc I could ever commit to considering I can’t even remember Karlach’s canon tail lmaoo I really should just hc that karlach got her tail docked at this point, that or I need to make a checklist for her so I can go through and make sure ive got all her bits when I draw her
Also Ive already posted my big rambling mess about Gith accents but yeah harsh accent lae'zel best lae'zel, it just makes sense
But yoooo big gratz on the exams! Def something to be proud of!! I can agree this fandom really is a huge motivator, I haven’t had this much drive to do anything I've been doing recently in years. Glad I could help provide a lil comfort spot full of blorbo soup for the soul lol
Dw about shortening shit as you’ve prob seen i’m prone to rambling and also every emotion I experience is awkward so that's just par for the course here.
Hope life treats you well till the next ask, peace ✌️

Made a mug of PCOS friendly hot chocolate for the first time in my life.
(got my diagnosis last week btw, I just forgot to post about that)
So, I made it with almond/coconut milk instead of real milk, and replaced sugar with xylitol
The results: it tastes very different, but I like that little bit of almond taste of it. And I love how xylitol doesn't have that weird aftertaste that most sweeteners have!

its really nice to see someone talking abt pcos in a trans & intersex friendly way! i was tentatively diagnosed with pcos last week and when i tried looking on tumblr all the top posts in the pcos tags were very terfy/radfem-y stuff :/
Oh, gross.
I don't have PCOS, but in learning about the intersex variation I do have, I learned a lot about how it shares many traits with the hyperandrogenic version of PCOS, and how the broader intersex community has pretty much had a "yeah, sure, why not" reaction to people with PCOS and these high-testosterone traits like beards and bottom growth and male pattern baldness calling themselves intersex if they so choose.
Sadly the intersex tag is fairly useless as it currently stands- the majority of people posting in it are usually posting fandom headcanon nonsense (not to yuck anyone's yum but when I go into the intersex tag I really don't want to see 15 posts in a row about your piss kink intersex character headcanons overpowering the actually intersex voices) or TERFs or people arguing with TERFs. Or porn. Plenty of softcore porn. Very little actual information but godspeed to the few actually intersex bloggers trying to make that happen.
I'd treat the TERF posts as a free block list and see if that improves your experience.

PCOS Diet And Weight Loss in Us
Title: Empowering Women with PCOS: The Role of Diet and Weight Loss Strategies in the US by PCOS Diva
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) affects millions of women worldwide, with prevalence rates as high as 10% in some populations. Among the myriad of symptoms and challenges associated with PCOS, weight management and dietary concerns stand out as crucial areas of focus. In the United States, PCOS Diva emerges as a beacon of hope and guidance, offering invaluable resources and support for women navigating the complexities of PCOS, particularly in terms of diet and weight loss strategies.
PCOS Diva recognizes that diet plays a pivotal role in managing PCOS symptoms and optimizing overall health. With this understanding, PCOS Diva advocates for a holistic approach to nutrition that goes beyond mere calorie counting or restrictive dieting. Instead, emphasis is placed on nourishing the body with whole, nutrient-dense foods that support hormone balance, regulate insulin levels, and promote sustainable weight loss.
Tumblr media
Central to the PCOS Diva approach is the concept of the PCOS-friendly diet, which focuses on balancing macronutrients, selecting low-glycemic index foods, and prioritizing nutrient-rich options. By incorporating lean proteins, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and plenty of fruits and vegetables, women with PCOS can stabilize blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and mitigate the metabolic disturbances associated with the condition.
Moreover, PCOS Diva recognizes the individualized nature of dietary needs and preferences among women with PCOS. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all approach, PCOS Diva offers personalized guidance and flexible meal plans that empower women to make informed choices based on their unique circumstances and health goals. Whether following a gluten-free, dairy-free, or Mediterranean-inspired diet, women with PCOS can find support and resources tailored to their specific dietary preferences and requirements.
In addition to dietary considerations, PCOS Diva highlights the importance of incorporating regular physical activity into a comprehensive PCOS management plan. Exercise not only aids in weight management but also helps regulate menstrual cycles, reduce insulin resistance, and improve mood and energy levels. From gentle yoga and Pilates to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training, PCOS Diva encourages women to find enjoyable forms of exercise that fit their lifestyle and preferences.
youtube
Furthermore, PCOS Diva recognizes that sustainable weight loss is not just about counting calories or following a rigid diet plan; it's about cultivating a positive mindset, building healthy habits, and fostering self-care practices that support long-term well-being. Through coaching programs, support groups, and inspirational success stories, PCOS Diva empowers women with the knowledge, tools, and motivation needed to embark on their journey towards a healthier, happier life.
In conclusion, PCOS Diva serves as a beacon of empowerment and support for women with PCOS in the United States, particularly in the realms of diet and weight loss strategies. By advocating for a holistic approach to nutrition, personalized meal planning, and embracing physical activity as an essential component of PCOS management, PCOS Diva equips women with the resources and guidance needed to thrive despite the challenges of PCOS. With a focus on empowerment, education, and community support, PCOS Diva continues to inspire and uplift women as they navigate the complexities of living with PCOS and reclaim their health and vitality.

I’m so curious about the whole thing with Tracey’s mom
Guess it's time for me to elaborate then! (And also probably go on several tangents.)
I have a lot of interest in familial relationships--the good, the bad, and the nuance and complexities within. Probably because of my own messy and complicated family situation, but I digress.
The fact that canon gave us absolutely nothing regarding Tracey's history and family is interesting to me. You'll see a wide variety of takes because it's a total blank slate, and I think that's fun. Even though I have my own I like to see others. My take is that there's a reason he doesn't talk about it and doesn't go home.
Tracey's mom is... decently complex in my brain for an OC who has no name and objectively sucks. She's a single mother, and it's a mystery where Tracey got his optimistic nature from because she's pretty jaded about things. She loves her kid, or at least thinks she does, but she's insistent that the world is a dangerous place and they only have each other, which is... not healthy.
Additionally, in my immense longing as a chronically ill young adult for there to be more young characters who are chronically ill, I've been contemplating the idea of Tracey having PCOS--a condition that's genetic, and could have been inherited from his mother. Part of PCOS is that it makes conception and successfully carrying a fetus to term difficult and risky, with a high chance of miscarriage, so if this was the case it took a lot of luck for Tracey to be born at all. And on top of that, as I mentioned recently, I have another headcanon that he was immunocompromised as a young child, and that gave her one more reason to worry. Like, even later on when he's pretty much fine, she can't help thinking there might be a relapse. Every little cold sets her off worrying.
Tracey is friendly and adventurous and deeply curious about the world, and that worries her for two reasons. One is actual concern for her child's safety--that he's not strong enough, or that people will take advantage of his kind and trusting nature or mistreat him because he's different. The other is that his father left and never came back, and he might do the same if she lets him. She's sort of a worse parallel to Delia, interestingly--the fundamental difference between them is Delia chose to support her son and let him go. Tracey, on the other hand, wasn't let go so much as he finally decided enough was enough and left.
It took a while to get to that point though. The deterioration of their relationship really started when the azurill Tracey befriended evolved, and Tracey realized he was trans. Which also explained why his mother's insistence that men were nothing but trouble, trouble he'd do well to avoid, made him so viscerally uncomfortable. He comes out to her, thinking she's his mom and she loves him and she's always said she would no matter what. She's dismissive. She insists she knows her daughter and she knows a phase when she sees one.
It sort of makes him think. He's too young to fully grasp nuances, but on some level he can tell his mother underestimates his strength and his intelligence, and it hurts. He's always done his best to be understanding, to listen when she says being a single mother is hard, to be a good kid. Her protectiveness feels more smothering with the realization she thinks he's too weak and naive to face the world outside their little island, or even understand who he is.
He tolerates it for a while, but it's a test of even his patience. Finally he gets up early one morning, cuts his hair in the bathroom, writes a note because he can't bring himself to leave without saying goodbye, and takes his backpack and Marill and leaves.
It feels like the most selfish and cruel thing he could possibly do. She'll miss him, he knows. He'll miss her. He can't not look back, but he never goes back and never speaks to her again, refusing to risk letting her talk him into coming home. The guilt eats at him sometimes, but mostly the relief and exhilaration of finally being free to live his life are stronger.
And as we all know, eventually he finds a home with the Oaks, where he's loved and respected. He could never go back after that.

The best and worst fruits for PCOS with insights from Dt Shreya Katyal
Tumblr media
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder that affects individuals assigned to females at birth, causing irregular periods, cysts on the ovaries, and various other symptoms. While a healthy diet is crucial for managing PCOS, not all fruits are created equal when it comes to this condition. We turn to the expertise of Dietician Shreya Katyal, a leading Dietitian In Delhi, for insights on fruits to avoid with PCOS.
Dt Shreya Katyal, known for her expertise in nutrition and Online Diet Consultation at Diets & More, the Best Dietitian In Delhi, emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet for individuals with PCOS. Fruits are generally a nutritious part of any diet, but some may have an impact on blood sugar levels and insulin resistance, two key factors associated with PCOS.
Bananas: Bananas are a common fruit enjoyed by many, but they are relatively high in carbohydrates and can cause a spike in blood sugar levels. Individuals with PCOS often have insulin resistance, and consuming high-carb fruits like bananas may contribute to further imbalances.
Grapes: Grapes, especially when consumed in large quantities, can be problematic for those with PCOS. They contain natural sugars that can affect blood sugar levels, potentially leading to insulin spikes. Opting for berries with lower sugar content is a wiser choice.
Mangoes: Mangoes are delicious, but they are also high in natural sugars. People with PCOS should be mindful of their sugar intake, and choosing lower-sugar fruits like berries or kiwi can be a more suitable option.
Pineapple: Pineapple is another fruit that individuals with PCOS may want to consume in moderation. It has a higher glycemic index compared to some other fruits, meaning it can cause a faster spike in blood sugar levels.
Watermelon: While watermelon is a hydrating and refreshing fruit, it is also relatively high in sugar. Moderation is key, and individuals with PCOS may consider other fruits with lower sugar content.
Furthermore, Dt Shreya Katyal emphasizes the significance of incorporating fiber-rich fruits into the diet of individuals with PCOS. Fiber plays a crucial role in regulating blood sugar levels and promoting overall digestive health. While some fruits may need to be limited, others can be embraced for their positive impact on insulin sensitivity.
Berries: Dt Shreya Katyal recommends including berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in the diet of individuals with PCOS. These fruits are not only rich in antioxidants but also lower in sugar compared to some other options. Their fiber content helps slow down the absorption of sugars, supporting better blood sugar control.
Apples: Apples are a great choice for individuals with PCOS. High in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, apples provide a satisfying sweetness without causing rapid spikes in blood sugar levels. Including apples in various forms, such as slices or whole, can be a wholesome addition to a PCOS-friendly diet.
Avocado: While not a traditional fruit, avocado is a nutrient-dense option that can be beneficial for those with PCOS. Packed with healthy fats and fiber, avocados contribute to satiety and may help in managing weight, a crucial aspect for individuals with PCOS.
Kiwi: Kiwi is a refreshing fruit that is relatively low in sugar and high in vitamin C. It adds a burst of flavor to meals and snacks while providing essential nutrients without causing significant spikes in blood sugar.
Pears: Pears are another fiber-rich fruit that individuals with PCOS can include in their diet. The combination of soluble and insoluble fiber in pears aids in digestion and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
Dt Shreya Katyal emphasizes that the key lies in creating a well-rounded and individualized diet plan that meets the specific needs of each person with PCOS. Additionally, incorporating a variety of nutrient-dense foods, including vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains, is essential for overall health and hormonal balance.
In conclusion, while some fruits may need to be moderated or avoided by individuals with PCOS, there are plenty of delicious and nutritious options available. Dt Shreya Katyal's expertise provides valuable insights into making informed choices that support better management of PCOS symptoms. Through a combination of mindful eating, regular physical activity, and personalized nutritional guidance, individuals with PCOS can take positive steps toward improving their overall well-being.

heyo! i’m trans neutral but have reaaally been wanting to get a hysterectomy at some point in the near future (like <10yrs preferably), do you have posts from the past talking about what yours was like or got any general info to share? somehow it’s easier for me to read about peoples’ personal experiences on tumblr than it is to look up the procedure itself (major major squicking) so really i’ll take anything and everything you got. how much of That Organ Situation you managed to throw in the garbage can (i personally would like as much of that as possible out of my own carcass), how long recovery was after the surgery, sort of what the process looked like to get it done (like who you had to go through or any tests like seeing a g*no), etc etc etc. i’m on mobile so tumblr is kicking my paragraph break like halfway down the screen rn which is why this is a thick blob of words but thank you in advance for any advice you have or even just for reading this message :>
Happy to help!
Prep work
I did some internet searching to find a trans friendly OB/GYN in my area. It was actually pretty easy since I was living in Austin at the time, but ymmv. If you, too, are anywhere near Austin, I highly recommend Dr. Jenna Mushtaler. I told her what I wanted done and she basically went Cool, let's do it. It sounds like this won't apply to you, but I needed a total hysterectomy (removal of the uterus, cervix, and both ovaries) to get phalloplasty, and also my mom & her sister have both had tumors and/or cancers in those parts, so there was plenty of medical justification for it. If you're not transitioning and don't have other extenuating circumstances like PCOS or teratomas, you'll probably be given a standard hysto, which does not remove the ovaries; otherwise you'll be on HRT for the rest of your life (which isn't such a bad thing, it's just an extra thing).
I had to get I think two letters from mental health professionals, but that's a gatekeeping step non-transitioning folk aren't forced to endure.
Note that if you're under 35 and in the US, you may get pushback, but that's where going to a trans-friendly doctor comes in handy because they're less likely to piss and moan about children.
I asked the doctor if I could get one of my ovaries in a specimen jar, but that was a no go.
I'm pretty sure they made me take a piss test for pregnancy right before surgery, which was just lip service really in my case since I hadn't done anything that could conceivably lead to that in almost a year.
Right after surgery
I was kept overnight in the hospital. I woke up about once an hour to piss like a racehorse—they kept me pumped full of fluids all night, so that was the intention—while being gently made fun of by two jovial nurses who disconnected and reconnected my IV lines for me as needed.
I went home the next morning. My doctor gave me photos of my insides from the surgery and of the uterus & cervix on the little tray after removal. I still need to get those framed. In my opinion I have a cute liver.
Recovery
I was out of work for I think 4 weeks; I work an office job so that was sufficient, but if you lift things at work you might be out 6-8 weeks.
The first two weeks I was absolutely useless, sleeping in a recliner most of the time and only waking up to pee and take more Vicodin. Some friends gave me a freezer buddy, which is a stuffed toy filled with temperature-retaining pellets (mine's a penguin!), which I kept on my lower belly most of the time. I didn't have a lot of soreness, I think largely because I was taking pain meds on a timer, but standing up was not particularly fun. The second two weeks I was more cogent and mobile; by the fourth week I was fully ready to be a living person again.
One week after I had a follow-up appointment. My doctor comfirmed what I had suspected for a very, very long time: both ovaries were riddled with cysts.
One thing that kinda sucked was I could only take sponge baths and use dry shampoo for the first two weeks. Get you some wet wipes.
Every so often for the first year, I'd get a little bit of pain in one of the voids where an ovary used to be. Nothing serious, just a short-lived little ache. I haven't had one of those for a few years now. I also had a few hot flashes here and there because my estrogen level had fully flatlined.
Overall it was a pretty easy recovery—but a big part of that is I had someone there with me pretty much at all times.
There has been exactly one downside to life without my puppy box and cyst factories: I have to pee ALL THE TIME. Usually once every 1-2 hours, sometimes more often than that when I'm drinking a lot of water. I talked to my mom and a friend who've both had hysterectomies and they confirmed it happened to them too. I drink 3-5 liters of water a day, though, so that's a factor. But I could definitely not make it in an Amazon warehouse or as a youtuber now, not that I could before. 1000000000% worth it.

FUCK IT, NEW PINNED POST THIS TIME!!:
Okay, once again, from the top- top of the mornin' to ya! My humblest and sincerest greetings to all mortals, dragons, demons, spirits, celestial beings and all in between and many more!
I’m your local multifandom enthusiast, I go by the name Starr (Katya and Starry are also fine too)! I’m just your regular Lawful Neutral INFJ Pisces South Indian teen!
I’m a bi-oriented aroace and intersex, and I am genderfluid/nonbinary! Presentation changes from time to time but I really want an undercut tbh. Sexuality is aceflux/abrosexual, while I'm aegoromantic- on that note, I'm still kinda sad that sex-ed in schools isn't LGBTQIA+ friendly yet.
I also have very few but very loving and wonderful IRL friends! Usual pronouns change between she/her, they/them/ he/him and it/its, (blame my conservative neighborhood culture kekw); I am a neopronouns user too!
Also please use tone-tags around me, this user's can't tell a joke from a serious statement a lot of times-
Personality: Hopeless idealist, wants deep companionship, feels lonely and ignored from time to time but that’s aight, life do be like that sometimes though. Sappy poet and writer lol-
I do program and write and draw, but half the time whenever I program I just wrestle with the computer lmfao (ESPECIALLY the standard library like tf)-
DNI: Transphobes, Truscum, Transmeds, TERFS, ableists, anti-cluster B/believe in n@rc abuse, racist, aphobes, homophobes, queerphobes, xenophobic, gender-critical, bigots, LGBTQIA+ exclusionists, thinspo/pro ED, bullies, NSFW/K!nk, anti-agere/agedre, Pro-DDLG and all its variants, P3d0ph!l3s, N@z!s, really anything that makes me feel uncomfortable- just come on here and you're welcome as long as you're not being an ass. (and don't make fun of me for having a DNI, it really isn't that hard to spare me the trouble of blocking you and just... not interact).
Actually REALLY high empathy by modern standards, just figured out I have to turn the tap off a lot because the suffering of other people affects me deeply!
I stim alot irl (playing with hair, foot/leg spazzing out restlessly, vocal echolalia/mimicking choirs, rocking back and forth but never adjusting position, chewing gum a tad too aggressively if I have any- if not then grinding teeth way too much, etc.)
I'm diagnosed with depression and ADHD, and have a lot of symptoms of autism and dyscalculia (because of how genuinely chaotic and dysfunctional I can be at times tbh). I also do descend into major depressive episodes from time to time, though I don't know how to recognize if they're just sensory overloads, meltdowns, brain fog episodes or just bad brain days/symptom days in general.
This bitch has PCOS, anxious intrusive thoughts daily tormenting them, and ass-tier gastrointestinal health™, thank you for coming to my tedtalk.
Multiple fandoms and hyperfixations, including but not limited to:
ROTTMNT, FNAF, Poppy Playtime, Fire Emblem, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Demon Slayer/KNY, TMNT, Stranger Things, Star Wars, OMORI, Transformers, Pacific Rim, The Owl House, Zelda, and much more!! Sorry if you're here for any one of these specific fandoms, I tend to aggressively post about my current hyperfixation depending on it lmao-
Additional facts: Kind of a glutton when it comes to food, introvert asf on top of being autistic (doesn’t know how to do human social things), has way too many hobbies/things I find interesting to count! Absolutely fuckin HATES dresses and the unnecessary, excessive femininity of periods (especially when they worsen my gastric issues and give me stool problems)! I DO also age-regress and age-dream from time to time!
I like sweets, rice, potatoes, Middle Eastern and Indian Cuisine (ja I'm primarily South Asian and from a Hindu Telugu family tho) trying different cuisines, dogs (have one, he's named Bruno and he’s a little baby I love him sm), butterflies, sleeping, plushies, space, dragons, fantasy, writing, reading good books, hydrangeas and jasmine flowers, drawing/painting, numbers, napping in the sun/underneath the stars, stargazing, etc.
I strongly dislike spiders, too-spicy food, tofu when it’s cooked wrong, cooking (because I’m a fuckin disaster at it), bigoted people, strong smells and bright lights, difficult people, being bored, y’know, the works.
Aesthetics change from time to time but I love wierdcore, dreamcore, 80’s core, nostalgiacore, fantasycore, faecore, dragoncore, cybercore, kidcore, spacecore, liminalcore, etc.
Will update this Pinned Post from time to time as time goes on and my fluid identity changes, but for now, I’ll keep being me and I hope to get along well with everyone here!
