Courting Gifts Part 1~ BNHA/MHA Omegaverse headcanon

Starring: (aged up college or older) Midoriya, Bakugo, and Shinso x omega reader G: Fluff, some humor, sfw The guys are alphas for this part as that is just how I picture these three~ Tw: none for this one! W: 1,510 Masterlist~

This timid alpha does not understand courting gifts

He gets the tradition, however he doesn't understand why he can't just…buy you and gift you only All Might Merch

It takes several of his friends sitting him down for him to understand that not everyone's dream nest would be their boyfriend's mentor

He is so red and shy when he comes to you about it with a bouquet of lilies and some non-All Might-themed blankets of your favorite colors

Despite the initial All Might gifts from the time you started courting he is constantly getting little treats and putting them in your locker or if you catch him handing them over as he babbles about how pretty you are and how much he loves you (shaking the entire time)

Not huge on non-All Might name brands. It's not that he doesn’t care or isn’t willing to spend the money he just doesn’t really know anything about them and is more likely to get small things that remind him of you.

Baby loves to get cute couple things, matching pajamas, especially with mugs to match each other with sappy nicknames or quotes or designs on them

Clumsily wrapped hand picked bouquets from when he was on mission in another part of the country (yes he stayed up the night before to pick them in the moonlight)

Once he figures out what are your favorite foods he is going to bug the daylights out of Kacchan to teach him them. May even do something embarrassing to get him to agree to it. Don’t worry Kirishima assigned himself as a referee to be there so no one would get hurt

Once he sees you buy any of his own merch expect to be gifted every single thing that you comment you like when he’s reviewing the merch prototypes.

It's embarrassing for him, and he does whimper he feels silly gifting them to you, but they make you happy.

Seeing you curled up cuddling plushie him on his couch wearing one of his actual hoodies with “hoodie” written on the front, when he comes home from a mission? Oh his bawling woke you up, he couldn’t help it he was so touched

Bakugo

This man? Oh he started with the courting gifts before you were even courting

No of course you didn’t notice he’s smooth af

Its cold out “Idiot tt, you really are helpless” shoves handwarmers into your hands.

Somehow procures a blanket from his den when on mission and wraps you in it while on stake out on the roof…in another town…and yes it makes you smell just like his heady alpha scent

Your stomach grumbles? Suddenly theres a snack in your hand/pocket

You yawned? Oh my somehow you took a nap on his shoulder. And no he didn’t get violent with anyone after for teasing him. He merely nodded at your thanks and went about the next task…yes Kirishima has photos of him looking lovingly at you. And Yes he may have scented you and taken a nap breathing in your scent.

You don’t recall when but several of those blankets of his ended up in your nest and he loves to mention that he’s missing them but not to you, no he enjoys seeing you blush and if you try to bring it up or apologize or return them to him he finds some other pressing matter and tells you to talk to him on it later…later never comes

When he asks to court you? Oh he makes you dinner picnic by the river, somehow gets you into some clothes of his or a jacket of his, and after dinner brings out some nice drinks for you and asks permission (not for you to be his oh no) if he could be yours.

Yes he gives you a necklace or earring if you say yes he may have even made them

He is not stingy, will leave things for your nest everywhere. Constantly wants to scent you and things for you, expects you to scent him too and better be thorough about it

He tells the others to shut up they wish they were him if they ever try to tease him for it. He is so proud of your scent

This man is all for a clean house but gods having your blankets that you had him scent all over does not count as mess, those are all possible nest spots in his mind and he respects and protects them

He bought guest blankets because he buys you all the plushies and blankets and pillows you want for your nests and does not ever want someone to use those if they visit even if youre okay with it, those are your nest and he will protect your safe place with his life

Not huge on designer presents, but thats because he’s looking at the quality of a product. He will spend 1,000 on a blanket if he thinks the quality is worth it and it would make you happy. But 1,000 on a bookbag/bag you may only use three or four times and looks like one villains blow will ruin it? Nope

He is big on learning to make things, so expect him to build you furniture, or get Best Jeanist to help him so he can make you the worlds cutest and one of a kind bags and accessories (he makes some subtle couple bags his bookbag matches your bookbag/handbag)

Flowers are always on your dinning table and they always look perfect and fresh its his pride

Calm exterior, panicking internally. His first courting gifts are subtle like Bakugo but a bit more intentionally evident

“You were cold yes? Here use mine.” gives you his gloves and chuckles shyly “Dont worry I have more at home you use them”

Brings you little cat themed things because he hopes they’ll remind you of him. A little kitty keychain, some cat shaped onigiri in your favorite flavor with a little “You did well make sure you rest” on your work desk

Once you're courting he gives you everything, he would give you his soul if he could

Flowers? Everytime you meet up until you warn him theres no more space for more flowers

Plushies, bet lets go pick some out together. Turns the brightest shade of red when you compare them to him or if you ask him to scent them. A mess trying to hide his face in his hands or jacket collar.

Surprise presents are a thing too, they don’t happen often but when the thought occurs he will send presents to your job (even if you work together) to surprise you. Is gummy smiling when you talk about them later, he loves seeing how you melt with these

Loves having his scent on you as much if not more than Bakugo, though he is much more calm and lowkey about it

Would offer you his clothes and things to wear but will not just…put them on you or wrap you in them. He’s very soft and gentle when he offers.

Absolutely melts to see you in his oversized clothes, theyre huge on him-they swim on you and it ruins him. He's both horny, melting, shy, and falling in love all over again.

He bakes

You get a little bento box of baked goods (Eri is thrilled because she got to taste test everything) every so often

Makes you cake or pie or bread whatever you prefer for special events or home dates

He also likes to treat you to homemade ice cream, just leaves it in your work or home freezer with a little kitten on it for you to know its a gift from him

Another one that likes to make his gifts

They are a bit clumsy but he likes to make little clay figurines for you whenever he goes away on a long mission or has to go undercover and can't see you

You could have a whole shelf of the tiny watcher cats hes made (some of them are themed after your friends or dates you both have gone on like the grey cat with a tiny sakura on its head for when you both went to see them bloom)

This comes with the unexpected side gift of one or two cats from Eri she begged him to teach her to make for you (she also made him some so technically you both have couples cats made by Eri)

Shinso would love to give you designer things and he does. From brands that he knows or if he thinks you will like them~ Especially smaller brand concept artist stuff.

Was given the idea from a job commission and thus has recorded his voice for you once while drunk to use as your morning alarm, ringtone for him, and alert message (yes it's him meowing thats the only meme one the others are scalding hot and yes he did record his alpha purr/growl)

Something I've been drawing on Aideku week, but I just don't like the way it looks. I don't want to post this on my main account, but it's a sp, so here it goes. And context for each of those

Day 1: paranormal/supernatural.

This is a world where quirks are not genetic, but a spirit that chooses a person for itself from infancy. After Oboro's death, Shouta was very weak, his own soul began to get lost and dissipate, and he would not even be able to undergo rebirth. Shouta's spirit loved his man very much, and in a dream he made a pact where he would keep Shouta alive, in exchange for control of the body while Shouta was sleeping and that Shouta would forget about the pact. Aizawa agreed.

no spirit at Izuku's birth chose him. When the OfA passed to him, thanks to the singularity and the ability to see past users, Izuku was able to see the spirits of patrons. This is how he learned about Shouta’s Possession, and at night he often talked with the spirit. It was with the spirit, and not the way the patron pretended to be an awake Shouta. This is Art's plot.

(And then, Izuku, willy-nilly, learns a lot of little things about Aizawa through his soul, and without noticing it gives himself away (makes coffee, gestures, phrases, sudden inappropriate knowledge, etc.). Aizawa questions him and this is how information about the sound and spirits comes out. They will start training. Over time they will become friends, and only many years after graduation will they fall in love with each other. (Shouta's spirit is also happy because Shota has started to take him into account)

Day 3: Omegaverse. Well, that's it

Day 4: Shouta's birthday

Day 5: Quirk accident

Due to the sudden activation of the quirk of a child who crashed into Izuku and Aizawa on the street, their bodies merged into one. Luckily, this only lasts a day! Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to hide any thoughts or secrets these days...

Day 6: villians/mafia

All Might truly defeated All For One. Even so, after his retirement, nations began to fall apart. Both villains, heroes, citizens, and the government began to lose understanding of each other.

Deku realized that people needed to unite. Knew it. But no good deeds or speeches helped this. And then he realized.

If people do not unite in the face of good, they will do so in the face of evil.

He issued a challenge, pointed a blade at the whole world, so that, trying to defeat him, they shared our common language. Either this, or the unhappiness, loneliness, misunderstanding and endless war that pulls towards one.

And in this he does not have a single ally. He cannot allow his love, Aizawa, to follow him, and makes him believe that he has betrayed him.

(Though Aizawa sees right through him and eventually joins >:3)

Alpha Shoto Todoroki

This was based off of THIS REQUEST. I normally don't write for Shoto but this was a nice change of pace. He's such a cutie pie and I wish I could do more for him and with more practice and time I probably can. Thank you for the request.

Oh Shoto.

He’s strong, he’s talented, he’s intelligent, he has a great career and super wealthy… but sometimes you wonder whether you had the most clueless Alpha in the world.

Shoto Todoroki is a quiet person. Even though he presented as an Alpha he never acted how stereotypically Alphas were supposed to act. He wasn’t loud and boisterous, he wasn’t very competitive either, or at least not upfront. Endeavour, being an Apex Alpha that he is, didn’t really focus on teaching Shoto how to be Alpha or setting an example for him. But luckily he had great Alpha friends and role models to learn from.

He doesn’t really understand alot about Omegas. He knows they get heats, they nest, they like scented things, but he doesn’t really get them. So when he tries to court you he’s really clueless.

There’s another thing about Shoto. He’s beautiful, topnotch scholar, talented, but he’s clueless. All looks, no brain. Not saying he isn’t intelligent. He just is a bit spacey. But everyone loves him the way he is so it’s no matter.

When he tries courting you, he first tries impressing you. That’s what some of his Alpha friends told him to do. Show you that he could protect you and that he had his life together. Shoto didn't’ know the first thing on doing that. He gave you chocolates, flowers, expensive jewellery you only ever saw on Pinterest. Anything you hinted on wanting, he could get for you. Sooner than he would have like to think, you caught on to his antics, touched of course, and just plainly asked him.

“Todoroki, are you trying to court me?” You asked him.

Todoroki looked at you with his normal neutral expression. He tilted his head and his eyebrows furrowed slightly. “Did it not come across?” He asked you. He scratched the side of his head confused. “I knew I should have ignored Midoriya and bought you a plane.” He said as he furrowed his eyebrows and shook his head.

Your eyes widened drastically. “Todoroki, no.” You quickly shot down that idea before he got any more elaborate plans. You took his hands gently. One warm hand and one cooler hand. You squeezed them in your grasp and gave him a soft smile. “I accept your courting Todoroki. I like you too.” You gave him another smile, making the Alpha quite literally stop working. He just stared at you, pupils big and sort of wordless. “Uh… Todoroki?”

But he loves you so much. He really does. He just doesn’t know how to say it to you. You sort of have to guide him on the whole nesting thing, but once he understands why you do it, he’ll always prioritise your comfortability. If you want more blankets, you can get more blankets. If you want more pillows, he’ll buy you more pillows.

Dates with Todoroki could range from fancy dinners and night outs dressed in jewellery and the finest clothes money can buy, to sitting in sweatpants watching crime documentaries. Once he bought out an entire ice-skating rink for the day just so that he could teach you to skate (if you don’t know how to- if you do, then he skates alongside you).

Other dates included taking Endeavours credit card and the two of you running around a store with your squeaky trolleys overloading on a bunch of stuff and giving it all away in the end. Its one of the few times you see his wild side that consists of loud laughter with snorts and messy eating of fries inside his car.

Talking about mating with Todoroki, you become part of the Todorokis which often meant a first class seat into

When you were first introduces as Shoto courting you and the two of you being together, Fuyumi was ecstatic. She off the bat wanted to get closer to you and grow with you and show you little photos of baby Shoto. Natsuo was like any supportive big brother and decided to take you under the wing into this family. He was very chilled and nice to you. Then you met Rei, you were never truly at ease with her but Shoto seemed to want you to atleast know her so you always did your best when around her.

Then there was Enji Todoroki. Mr FireLord Enji of the Fire kingdom. Mr Endeavour former number one hero after All Might’s retirement. Mr angry redhead himself. Enji was one mean mf, I must tell you. But he wasn’t downright disrespectful. At first he wasn’t sure of you since you weren’t from a high standing family like the Todorokis and your quirk wasn’t very strong but old habits die. Enji on your third meeting with him sat you down next to Shoto.

“I don’t know you, Y/N. I would personally not put you with Shoto and I don’t even understand how the two of you are together.” He started off with his arms folded. Shoto was furious as he opened his mouth to speak. Enji put up a big hand to tell his son to wait for him to finish. “But… I see you make him… happy.” Enji had his chilling eyes downcasted. “I don’t know you but I would like to. I hope you and Shoto continue to be happy.” He stated simply.

The both of you were not expecting that at all. Shoto was really fazed. He wasn’t entirely sure how to act.

Then there was Dabi.

Now the only time you met Dabi is when you were meeting up with Shoto after he, Deku and Dynamight had took down the league in a partnership thing and he was being escorted into one of those big high security level vans.

“Yoh Shoto, that your mate?” He asked as some of the police members tried to push him into the van. Shoto didn’t really say anything. Dabi was his older brother, nothing could deny that but at the same time, they didn’t have much of a relationship other than the few times when Dabi swallowed his pride and villainry and decided to hang out with Shoto on the low. Dabi looked you up and down. “Todoroki Alphas clearly have a type.” He sent you a wink. “Submissive and breedable.” Your jaw dropped in shock.

Shoto closed his eyes in dismay and waved to let the police take his older brother. “Take him to Tartarus please.”

Dynamite glared at the police. “And keep him fucking there! It’s getting boring beating his ass.”

Dabi sent you a kiss. “Good luck with this family, toots. See you later, Little Sho.” He was finally pushed into the van and the doors closed.

You looked at Todoroki and he just looked back at you. “Want to get Soba?”

Soba, a must eat dish in your household. Something that Todoroki would die for. You had never seen him more passionate for anything else that wasn’t beating his fathers expectations or you.

In his ruts, Todoroki is pretty much the same, but horny to be honest. Yet still he takes the time off and spends it in your home with you. Hates whenever you leave, even out of his ruts he has a bit of abandonment issues but he just hides it well.

When he isn’t sleeping on his ruts or holding onto you like he would get lost otherwise, he’s bending you over the closest surface and putting his Todoroki genes to good use. He isn’t a Todoroki if he doesn’t think about breeding you once in a while.

But when all is said and done, Shoto loves you. He loves the family unit you are and he hopes that one day you’ll let him truly call you all his and claim you, but till then, he’ll hold you dear to his heart forever.

Aizawa finally woke up, only what felt like a short while to him. The afternoon when he had fallen asleep had turned into night, he saw a light blanket strewn over him, and the telltale signs that it was not a dream about his alpha, but rather that {Name} was really home. Aizawa stood from the couch, tossing the blanket out the way and stretching his body, his muscles felt a little tight from sleeping on the couch but nothing a good old post nap stretch could not easily fix. Dabi's Omega asking if they can Nest in His Room for the First Time

Honestly the man is over the fucking moon he even has an omega who puts up with all of his shit

the moment you sees his omega antsy and even the slightest bit distressed he is tackling them and asking them what's the matter, not taking no for an answer

when they shyly admit they really want to nest in his room rather than their own, Dabi will let out the biggest, happiest, DEEPEST purr he ever did

he assures them he is more than happy to let them do it

he will help them move their nesting supplies into his room, not letting them carry anything except for their plushies, snapping at any of the members who dared to snicker at him or worse yet his s.o.

when the omega then shyly asks if they can use his bed, a literal mattress, sheet and pillow on the ground, to make a nest with promises of sharing it with him and allowing him access, Dabi's heart all but implodes and he instantly agrees not even caring that his voice is so positive and hopeful

He will sit right by the edge of the bed as his omega starts the nesting process, only touching the nesting supplies they hand to him to scent, completely afraid to mess up their process or the nest and distress his omega

hours later, when the nest is finally finished, Dabi continues to sit by the edge of the nest only joining his omega when they cuddle in and reach for him to join them

I’m working on a very, very dark one-shot with Mirio right now and needed some fluffy headcanons for a breather. Your secondary gender is not specified. Warnings: A/B/O (Omegaverse), some nsfw Other tags: Pro Hero AU

Alpha!Mirio headcanons

First of all, he doesn’t care much about the societal expectations and stigmata - if he likes you, he likes you, whether you’re an alpha, omega or beta. He’ll make it work, even if you two are alphas. Whatever people say, he is there for you and you only. You’re insecure because you’re a beta and the two of you ‘shouldn’t be together’? He’ll go out of his way to show you how well you fit together and just how much he loves you. And if you’re both alphas - who in their right mind would dare to say anything? It isn’t beneath him to get a little prickly towards judgemental people.

He’s very straightforward and confident, but never pushy. When it comes to courting you, he makes his intentions clear from the start and always seeks your consent. He would never do anything you wouldn’t want him to do. Every gift is carefully picked out - it’s the little things with him. Your favorite flowers, something small you mentioned off-handedly once, your favorite pastries… Every time he gets you something you’re pleasantly surprised. Going on dates with him is always a blast - he takes you to local sights, cute cafés and on long walks. He makes you feel special and cared for.

You are together for a long time before he claims you. He may be sure of himself, but he isn’t stupid. Only when you two are a hundred percent sure you want to stay together for the rest of your lives, he will do it, and of course only with your permission. Where others might feel lesser as alphas for taking their time, he doesn’t mind at all. A bound like that is a very serious thing, after all.

His scent is very light and breezy, he smells like spring and grass and sun. Mirio loves scenting you. A lot. It’s not a territorial thing, but rather something to comfort you, to remind you of him when you’re apart during the day. In turn, he likes to have your smell all over him for the same reason, he is a sap like that. Whoever leaves the house first in the morning is the one to initiate your little ‘ritual’ - your colleagues and friends have probably already forgotten how you really smell like.

He would love to have kids, but if you don’t want to it’s fine with him as well. What’s a must for him is a pet - preferably a sporty dog breed to keep him company during morning jogs. Prepare for lots of weekend hiking trips as a little trio.

Even when he is rutting, he isn’t that needy - it means the world to him when you help him through it, but he doesn’t mind if you have to tap out after some time. It isn’t easy to match his libido and he’s fully aware of that. Sex during his ruts is a very passionate and emotional thing - he can switch from fucking the living daylights out of you to looking at you with those tender eyes brimming with too much love for you. During your ruts/heats he’s at your beck and call - he’ll give you his everything and then some. He knows exactly when they happen and he prepares everything for you as well: your favorite teas, soothing scented candles, healthy food… Anything you might need, he has it.

All in all, Mirio is the perfect example of a caring and loving alpha who will do anything for you.
