Fake crystals are just as real as real crystals!

Did you gasp at that title? Were you completely and utterly flabbergasted that I would say such a thing? I understand why this would be a shocking viewpoint considering the importance placed on crystals in many a metaphysical/witchy circle. But here is a simple reasoning behind what I said, you buy crystals for their energy, right? Now, just what if you come across a piece of glass, or dare I say, plastic (I know, woo woo people you are losing it right about now.) that looks and feels like the crystal you were shopping for. Only you didn't know it wasn't the crystal you were seeking and you later found out it was a fake. You've already done a few successful spells, meditations, and/or rituals with the "crystal". Despite it not being genuine, does this mean that those things you've done with the crystal are now invalid or does it mean that the energy of the item you used was more important than what the item itself actually was?

Look, it is wonderful to be able to purchase real crystals, but is it necessary? NO. What matters is the energy of the item, in particular, how that energy comes off to you. If you've accidentally purchased a fake crystal, yet you find it works perfectly well for you, don't feel the need to abandon it just because it isn't genuine. If you're truly after the energy of a certain crystal and not just having a genuine crystal then it doesn't matter if that energy comes from a piece of glass. This in some ways is another reminder to work with what feels good and what is accessible to you, even if that's fake crystals that feel like the real deal.

He is right, the characters are never gone, they live on through their actors. Looking at Misha here you can quite clearly see Castiel on his face, it’s heartwarming and a little sad at the same time. I’m one of those fans that would of gladly watched supernatural till I dropped dead, I was the same with BTVS 😅 I know the cast deserves to go on to bigger and better things and my god are they doing that so proud of them all

How do you start making a vision board and start journaling ?

1. Make a vision board

☞ Piecing together your goals with images and words on a vision board gives your mind the freedom to wander. Hang up your board somewhere you'll see it every day. Seeing your vision board is a great reminder to keep going.

2. Start journaling

☞Journaling gives you a safe space to record your thoughts, worries, and goals without judgment. You can always be yourself on paper. You can keep a gratitude journal, where you remember what you're thankful for, or a manifestation journal to focus on what you're hoping to achieve.

Plus, you can go back to your journal whenever you want and reflect on how far you've come and what goals you've met.

You can also try scripting. It tricks your brain into thinking you've already accomplished your desires. Write a journal entry from the point of view of your future self. Describe how you feel as if you've gotten your dream job, met your soulmate, or won a six-figure salary.

Book Review-Brutal Conquest

Brutal Conquest by Lilith Vincent

Alright I typically do not read mafia romances like at all. I stick to historical mysteries, thrillers, fantasy and sci-fi mostly. This book I would have passed on as well if it hadn't been for a friend. (Said friend I think has been waiting years to get me to read one of these books).

That being said there are topics in this book that would turn a lot of people away. I highly recommend reading the warnings on the author's website. It is a forbidden romance after all. There is also a pretty significant age gap.

However, if after reading the author's website you plan to go ahead and dive in. DIVE IN. It's roughly 327 pages I believe, give or take a page or two. The MFC (Zenya) is not one to take anything laying down. She's only 18 but already she'll kick your ass if she needs too. Or send someone to do so. The MMC (Kristian) is very much you touch her and die. Zenya is never a victim and Kristian would burn the world if she asked him too. The book starts off gory, it is a Russian mafia book people there is going to be murder and blood.

The whole touch her and die vibe is a vibe. A vibe younger me didn't understand but as I've gotten older, it's a vibe. These two characters though, will have you laughing and shaking your head. The viewpoint switches between our two main characters which is nice. There is no cliffhanger everything is wrapped up in the one book. Not everything has to be a multiple book series (looking at almost every single retelling of Hades and Persephone).

i don't know why straight women watched gossip girl. i mean i understand the sort of gothic horror appeal of chuck and blair's story unfolding if you get a sick thrill from witnessing the worst misogyny of all time. But if you're not attracted to leighton meester (one of the prettiest faces i've ever seen) i just don't see the point.

Fear of judgment can overshadow your ability.

The ABILITY to speak,

The ABILITY to laugh,

The ABILITY to express,

The ABILITY to improvise.

It takes a zillion amount of time to be yourself when you fear judgment. Judgment lies in the eye of the beholder. It's you and your vision that will shape the "society's" image of you.

So, FUCK judgment and just be yourself.

We must learn acceptance.

With acceptance comes freedom.
