Good morning, StudyBlrs.
EXAM DAY:
I woke up early today to revise some questions that might be asked in my surgery exam. I go to classes and I try to understand what the teacher is focusing on more. I always ask questions. I will let you know how it went.
I had no coffee today because I have noticed that on exam days I already have my adrenaline and energy up. So, I had a cup of tea and my banana for snack two hours after my proper breakfast.
@studywith-hada made this cool study with me video and I have used it today. So cool.
TODAY:
I decided to start my day with Neurophysiology.
I made a three tasks list and I will be using (as usual) my Korean study tracking.
Let's do this!
academics: finished my discussions and presentation! 💻
spiritual growth + affirmations [on purpose, abundance, and love]:
• purpose does not need to be forced. it comes naturally when i live in alignment with my true nature.
• i live an abundant life—rich connections, resources, health, and high quality experiences. anything that comes into my life must align with or enhance what i already have.
• reality is a channel. i can change it whenever i desire.
• i meditate on my actions with love and wisdom.
p.s. i’m so proud bc the pics are mine this time HAHA
27.08.2023 | I've spent most of this morning creating more reels for my Instagram. As much as I love doing it, I forgot how time consuming editing videos can be! Now, it's time for me to finish off one of my upcoming Notion templates (it's a travel planner, like the ULTIMATE travel planner) and do some revision ahead of my upcoming clinical placement starting this Tuesday. Hope you're all having a great day.
One of the amazing modules , it has been emotional since the very start , watching the process of giving birth 🤰 and sharing the beautiful moments with patients
This rotation left me with a lot of beautiful memories 🤍
Some of you have been asking about time management and my study schedule. I have made an infographic with my latest study time.
I will explain a bit down here.
This schedule is for when I have no classes or any pending university activity. 📖🧠🪄📆⏰
7:00-8:00 Exercise or just going for a walk for natural light exposure. Then have a healthy breakfast (fruits, protein and at least for me COFFEE or matcha)
8:00-13:30 Pomodoro I of 50:10. I use time blocking and the pomodoro technique. The first one allows me to set an intention and goals per block of time. The pomodoro I use is 50 minutes of focused work and 10 minutes of relax (getting up, stretching or just talking to a friend for that amount of time)
13:30 Lunch and sometimes a power nap max. of 20 minutes.
15:00-19:00 Pomodoro II of 50:10.
19:00-21:00 Leisure time with my partner and family. Talk about our days and have dinner.
21:00-22:00 Revise some flashcards before bedtime and also I check at least one of the lectures coming up.
I never stay up late studying unless I am overwhelmed and stressed. I take my sleep hygiene super serious and I sleep 7-8 hours.
How about you? How do you plan your long study days?
Sending you a warm hug. Stay blessed and efficient!
I believe in you, I believe we can thrive!
i’ve been learning a lot from my program despite the stress. i love how comprehensive the curriculum is—i really get to understand how to serve people’s health needs.
my reality is shaped by what i repeat.
it’s normal to feel dread about my responsibilities sometimes. what matters most is how i respond—will i dwell in the dread or will i ground myself then take action?
