hey. it’s okay, you’re okay. 1 tablespoon flour and almond milk, a half a tablespoon of stevia, cocoa powder, and baking powder, a tiny amount of vanilla extract, and an equally tiny amount of black coffee stirred in a short mug, microwaved for one minute, and it’s all around 50 cals. yeah. things will get better, I promise.

These are sooo good!! 250 calories for the whole container! (If you eat the sauce, it's an additional 25. I just didn't like it so i didn't eat it) Definitely a great change from time to time! I won't buy them often because it's $3+ for a thing, but they were great for lunch today!!
Tumblr media
Also happened across these yesterday, and they're so yummy!! 70 calories for 5, and they're individually packaged by serving so you can grab and go + the whole box won't go stale after opening!!

Healthy Chocolate And Peanut Butter Cookies - 123 kcal
Tumblr media
Servings: 8-10 cookies - 123kcal per cookie
Biscuits
3/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup wholemeal spelt flour
3/4 cup almond meal
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/4 cup rice bran oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1 tbsp stevia powder
1 egg lightly beaten
Peanut Butter Glaze
1 tbsp rice malt
1/4 cup natural smooth peanut butter
Pinch of salt
Preheat an oven to 180C (fan-forced), line a large cookie tray with baking paper.
In a food processor place the oats and grind until a fine flour is formed. Tip the oat flour into a large bowl along with the spelt flour, almond flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Give a quick stir to incorporate the ingredients together.
Gently heat the rice malt syrup in the microwave for 20-30 seconds until it is runny. Add to the dry ingredients along with the apple sauce, oil, vanilla, egg and almond milk. Mix the ingredients together until a stiff dough is formed. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to firm up.
Place the mixture into a piping bag with a large end.
Pipe donut size circles onto the lined cookie tray. Smooth any edges or bumps on the top with a spatula. Place into the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let the cookies completely cool before icing.
Peanut Butter Glaze
In a microwave safe bowl add the peanut butter, salt and rice malt syrup. Heat in the microwave for 30 - 40 seconds or until runny enough to drizzle.
Stir together and drizzle over the cooled cookies.

It kind of tastes like ass, but each square is 10 cal, and the entire bar is 180
There’s also cookies and crème, fudge brownie, and an almond one
I haven’t tried the cookies and crème cause I don’t like it in chocolate form and I haven’t tried the almond one. Actually was gonna try it, but someone like opened the ends and it looked super tampered with like ugh.
Fudge brownie one is like… It’s not awful, but it’s not great cause it’s kind of gritty.
It’s one of those things where it tastes “diet”, y’know? Like it’ll help with cravings but it’s really not the greatest. I personal really enjoy the bake believe chocolate chips to snack on, but I always have trouble not eating too many :((
Why can’t the bad foods be low calorie ughhh

Frozen Chocolate Banana Ghost Pops - 103 kcal/1.5g protein
Tumblr media
Servings: 4 - 103 kcal/1.5g protein per ghost pop
1 medium banana
1 cup good quality white chocolate*
8 mini chocolate chips for eyes
4 popsicle sticks
1. Cut banana in half lengthwise, then in half to make four quarters. Insert popsicle sticks into bananas, and freeze bananas on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
2. When the bananas are frozen, fill a coffee mug with chocolate. Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring until the chocolate is melted and soft.
3. Dip the bananas one at a time into the chocolate, scraping off the excess chocolate from the back of the banana, and place it on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
4. Quickly add the chocolate chips for the eyes before the chocolate hardens (you have to work quickly here).
5. Return to the freezer until frozen and ready to eat. Eat frozen.

Supplements question
Are there any supplements that I should be taking while restricting? I'm already taking iron supplements, and I was planning on buying some kind of multivitamin, but does anyone know any specific things I should focus on? Thanks in advance 💜
Don't report just block. I don't encourage EDs, this is just my place to vent.
