Every time Dazai smiles in the entirety of the light novels (the official translations) Part 1.

Don't ask me why I did this. I wanted an excuse to read all them again, ok? I'm deathly afraid of the manga, but ln are my comfort space. With as much context as I can provide, behold the smiles and giggles of the one and only: Osamu Dazai.

Volume 1: "Osamu Dazai's entrance exam."

Prologue:

“Wait. Seriously? Wow, thanks.” He smiles bashfully, even though there’s nothing to blush about.”

“Well then, I think it’s about time we end this so I can go buy that book. We just need to slow him down, right?” Dazai breaks into a smile.

Chapter I:

“Oh, Kunikida! Good morning! Take a look at this! It’s incredible!” I’m suddenly greeted by a grinning Dazai on the threshold.”

“Good afternoon.” A man smiles from ear to ear as he enters the room.”

“I really hope we can get along, Kunikida.” Our new hire gives me a toothy smile, perhaps oblivious of my internal apprehension.”

“Ah-ha-ha. I kid. We’re going to investigate a haunted mansion, right?” His smiling face and casual demeanor cause me to scowl.

"He's a good kid" Dazai says with a grin as he looks up at the night sky.

“Thought so.” Dazai smiles, taking note of my expression.”

“You’re a real romanticist, you know that?” Dazai’s snickering comes out sounding like a sigh.”

Dazai’s sudden shrieking from up ahead causes my heart to skip a beat. He turns around, staring at me with his mouth opened wide. Then, after getting a good look at me, he slowly but surely begins to grin.

Chapter 2:

“Hey, don’t worry about it. I simply did what any gentleman would. Besides, I’m used to getting asked for things from people I’ve just met,” he replies with a smile.

“What a beautiful, misfortunate woman,” Dazai says with a smirk.

“Your treat?” Dazai asks, beaming with joy.”

Interlude:

“I mean, I’m not good at this electronic stuff.” He smiles faintly, his fingertips nimbly tapping the keyboard.

“…But I guess this isn’t something I can let others do.” He chuckles to himself in the dim car.

Chapter 3:

“So she’s available, Kunikida.” Dazai grins, gently elbowing me in the side.

I look at Dazai at my side. He’s smiling gleefully.

“Heh-heh.” Dazai smirks.

“So, Mr. Spy, what do you want in return for this information?” Dazai chimes in with a chuckle.

“Yeah, right. I dunno about Kunikida here, but I’m just a bit more cynical than that,” he replies with a grin.

“Looks like I couldn’t fool you. Too bad it’s just an ordinary fountain pen.” Dazai cheerfully grins.

“Shoot me.” He grins mirthfully from ear to ear. There’s tranquility in his smile.

His peaceful smile never once wavers. “Shoot me,” he says.

“I knew you would use that to shoot me, Kunikida.” Dazai grins, still on his back.”

Grinning, Dazai stands behind him with the bottle of liquor cracked in half in hand.

“…That hurt, y’know.” Dazai stands, and his lips curl upward—a fierce grin—as fresh blood drips down his cheek.”

“Wearing an unwavering smile, Dazai continues to close the distance.”

Afterword:

“DAZAI: “Hey, Atsushi. Just finishing up work for the day?” Dazai smiles cheerfully.

ATSUSHI: “D-did you…try to drown yourself again?” Atsushi makes a face.”

A total of 13 smiles, 9 grins, 2 smirks, 2 chuckles, 1 "beaming episode", and one snicker, that sounded like a sigh.

I Come With Knives was the initial one that kicked this off, but going to Sorrow is what made me like "man i DESPERATELY need to listen to more of their music". NOT my very first IAMX song, that title belongs to Volatile Times, which ive known for like some ten years :p but only recently listened to more of their music and i have NOT looked back. as a bonus Sorrow reminds me a lot of ITNL Vash. perhaps part of the fixation on it lol

Nothing Personal - Des Rocs. picking a favorite song from him was nearly impossible bc im obsessed obsessed obsessed with his music. legit last year on my spotify wrapped all of my top 5 songs were his. OBSESSED. 'A Real Good Person In A Real Bad Place' is still undisputedly one of my fav albums EVER & the reason for that top 5 songs thing. but Nothing Personal is the first Des Rocs song i ever heard & what made me go "Oh my God???" & it still makes me lose my total shit when i listen to it lksdjflskjdf. honorary mention to Why Why Why, which was the other one i considered for him. also love that shit sooo much.

I Never Told You What I Do for a Living - My Chemical Romance. just so you know picking a single favorite song for MCR was near impossible. so much of their music makes me absolutely insane in the best of ways & picking just ONE?????? impossible. but i chose this one bc it's one that makes me EXTRA lose my shit anytime i listen to it. like fucking Belting it out. this one's The One. i can't give you special mentions for MCR bc there are too many. too fucking many. god i still love MCR so much

Armageddon - Blue Stahli. fucking love Blue Stahli's stuff, it's SOOO fun to listen to, & Armageddon probably really is my fav of theirs. i end up just jumping along to this song so much. it's a jumping song !!! so much fun to listen to !!!! also really paints a picture of me that a fav song of mine is just "Armageddon, come come and get it! Armageddon, baby!" the whole The Devil album is soooooooooo much fun & also an album i had a Mood for. back in uhh oct 2021 i wanna say. around there. special mentions for Takedown, Kill Me Every Time, and Power Outrage (this last one especially, OH MAN this also makes me lose my shit in the best of ways)

Mr. Fear - SIAMES. in a dramatic tone change from the other choices, i really am quite fond of SIAMES's music. it's my chill music. & this song specifically is sooooooooo full of longing and wistfulness. it's the first one of theirs i listened to & it's so......... waaaaaaaaaaaaa.. special mention to Brothers, which i very nearly chose bc im obsessed with that song too, but Mr. Fear has had my heart in a chokehold since i first listened to it Years ago. had to answer that one.

uhm. there are 5! additional special mentions to Capricorn by Xan Griffin, Maniac by Stray Kids, and Lovesong by TXT, which are all individual songs i've had MASSIVE obsessions with in the past. the Repeat On End kinds of songs. im being a bad STAY by not including Stray Kids in the favorite bands list but i havent been listening to their music as much lately. feeling these top 5 much more rn

a/n: i spent maybe 5 mins brainstorming abt the summary :’), but reblogs would help and im literally too embarrassed to read this so i could proofread it but enjoy lol, but check the hashtag #xavizgirl so you can see all my works there ahaha

you and xavier had a fight last week and you haven’t talked to him ever since because he was jealous of a guy he saw you walking to class with,

though it was really stupid, you have to admit you did miss him a lot, you missed his stupid face, how he peppered you with kisses, how he handed you paintings of yourself or one of your favorite things you told him about, cuddling with him almost every night, you just miss him in general.

“hey, do you wanna hang out today? maybe go shopping?” bianca asks

you were too busy staring at a picture with xavier and you in it,

“huh?” you asked cluelessly as you heard muffled noises from her mouth

“let me guess, xavier? you’ve been ranting about the fight between you two for about a week, ya know?” the siren stated

“he’s just so stupid, he didn’t even let me finish what i was trying to say after he pulled me off the fucking guy!” you explained

“well, maybe you should just try confronting the boy. who knows you two just need to talk?” she answers

“well maybe i could do that, but what am i gonna say to him? it’s gonna be so awkward” you whined

“just explain how you’ve been feeling about the fight, how you barely know the guy, and stuff, but it has to be sincere and it has to come from your heart” she advised

“i’ll try my best, thank you bianca, i really owe you for this one okay?” you gave her a smile

“goodluck, y/n!” she gave you a thumbs up

you pulled out your phone go text xavier,,

y/n: hey can we talk?

xay: uh sure? why?

y/n: can we plz just talk

xay: ok, when and where

y/n: like rn, and maybe our spot in the woods

xay: ok be there rn

you hearted his message and put your cellphone into your pocket, you were walking in the forest so that you could meed up with xavier and make things right until a large, hairy, grey, big eyes, bloodshot monster stumbled you over, it looked like a beast or some sort of creature. it trapped you and before you knew it, it’s claw’s scratched your skin through your clothes twice and you were a literal bleeding mess. you tried to run as fast as you could and tried to grab your phone so that you could call an ambulance or xavier but realized you have dropped it while running, and that was all you remembered.

xavier was still waiting for you and he was starting to get impatient and think he was getting pranked, he has texted you nonstop and sent you calls but it kept going to voicemail, eventually.. he gave up and tried to go back to nevemore but he saw your unconscious body and you were bleeding.

“y/n? what the fuck!” he screamed as he saw you

“everything’s gonna be fine, everything’s gonna be fine” he said running to your body panicking and immediately called the ambulance

once they have arrived they took you into the truck, while xavier was so awfully worried and kept blaming himself while pacing, bianca and ajax walked up to him and asked what happened,

“it’s y/n.. she got fucking attacked!” the artist cursed

“hey, it’s gonna be alright, okay? the nurses and doctors are gonna make sure she’s gonna make it” ajax calms him down

“and besides, we can also visit her. dont worry, we’re all here for you xavier” the siren added

it has been 3 weeks and you still haven’t woken up, xavier was so stressed, his lips are so dry, he looked like he hasn’t eaten in about a week, and he has very dark eye bags, it was the weekend and he decided to go visit you.

he opened the door and saw that you still haven’t woken up, he sighed and put one of his letters on the table.

“i miss you” he muttered while grabbing your cold hands

“it’s all my fault” the blonde boy sighs

you opened your eyes slowly and saw him tearing up a bit, “xavi..?” you say

“y/n! you’re awake!” he looked up and saw that you were awake so he quickly wiped his tears with his sleeve.

“were you crying, xavi?” you asked and tried to sit up and but felt a pain in your stomach and hissed in pain,,

“fuck!” you cried

“hey, hey, hey, the doctors say your stomach is still not okay, so they don’t recommend sitting for now, yeah? but they say it will heal a bit fast, so you’re gonna be okay, alright?” he dodged your question

“xavi.. you’re ignoring my question” you gave him a frown

“i’m not crying, silly. and even if i was it wouldn’t matter, we need to focus on you right now, bubs” he points to you

“and i kinda want to apologize, for you know.. being jealous and overprotective, i’m the reason you got here..” he says

“don’t blame yourself, i should’ve waited for the next day” you chucked reaching out for his hand

he held your hand and kissed your forehead, “i won’t let anything happen to you, i promise i’m gonna keep you safe, okay?” he assured

this is my current favorite thing ever

☆ abby took a maternity leave from all of her basketball stuff so she could stay home at take care of you, only showing up to games or social events if it was completely necessary.

☆ shes educating herself on black history, even BEFORE you were pregnant she had learned some stuff from you and your family, but now since you two have a black-presenting baby she wants to understand the best she can for you and your daughter.

☆ definitely is the kind of mom to get her kids into sport’s really young, but she would be so soft with a baby girl like, “oh you dont wanna be in sports? thats okay we can stay home and draw together!”

☆ if you’re really connected with your culture ethnicity wise- for example my dads side is kenyan and they take alot in pride in their culture, my moms side is black-american, of course they have african roots but they’re not really connected to them- shes learning everything about your culture (aka anything she doesn’t already know) with your daughter- she definitely influences your baby girl to learn everything about her culture, the food, the clothing, the language(s), the music, everything!!!

☆ now if were talking black culture- let me just say, she is an absolute beast at cookouts.

☆ aunties are always making her extra plates in advance cus of how big she is and she dances to the music with your baby on her hip.

☆ if u have that gorgeous, amazing, wonderful hoochie mama type style shes shopping with you and you two end up with baby juicy couture, gold hoops with her name on them, and she orders a custom little gold chain with her nickname hanging from it.

☆ she finds it hilarious that your daughter knows some rap songs by heart.

☆ one time someone on her team asked why she smelled like cocoa butter and she just responded with “my girls” with that cute little dopey smile on her face.

☆ teaches you daughter to blow kisses and give fist bumps/high fives and now she just walks around the house blowing you and abs kisses/ asking for a high five.

☆ if you speak another language she asks you to only talk to her in that language so she can learn, english can come afterwards (plus she kinda wants to learn it herself).

☆ if you dont speak another’s language you two both agree to teach her, and yourselves, sign language- just in case its needed for some reason 🤷🏽‍♀️

☆ while you were pregnant you stressed her on how important hair is so she bought one of those baby bonnets to protect your baby’s hair, she ended up finding it adorable so she bought 5 more (6 in total including a cheetah print one).

☆ she’s definitely gone to nora and asked for help with her babies hair because she didn’t want to bother you- she knows how draining it is to be a stay at home mom so she insisted that you would have a day off, unfortunately so, she forgot what products to use on her hair and what order they should be put on- nora came in handy for that one.

☆ whole buncha hello kitty stuff, might be self indulgent cus i love hello kitty, buttt… the sanrio shirts for kids are just too cute.

☆ your daughter is consistently the best dressed in her school.

☆ loves to lay all cuddles up with you and your little girl, she hugs your baby close so she can stuff her face in your baby’s hair since she says it “literally smells like heaven”.

☆ if you have a fro shes asking to do your hair while you do your babys hair and asking to touch it cus it looks so soft “like a cloud”-once again, her words.

☆ short/shaved hair? shes kissing the top of your head constantly, so much that you’ve gained a habit of tilting your head back when she does, then your daughter starts to ask for head kisses too.

☆ if you have locs- your daughter probably asks to be loc’d up too, so she can be just like her mommy- and of course you agree because not only is her wanting to look like you the most darling thing you’ve ever heard, but her locs will end up benefiting her in a whole bunch of ways down the road (and abbys all for it too).

☆ if you always have your hair done, theres a 99% chance your daughter is matching in some way- abby loves how much your little girl looks up to you and admires you- sometimes your daughter even comes up to abby and asks her to do her hair “just like mommys”, abby almost cried right then.

☆ yk those big swinging hammock/hut things at hotels? yall have one in your backyard and you all lay in it and sunbathe every now and then.

☆ abbys a very educated woman, she does everything in her power to defend you and your daughter from racist internet trolls.

☆ your her girls, she wakes up every morning next to you and couldn’t be happier that she’s spending the rest of her life with you and your beautiful little girl. ☆

so im white, lets just get that out of the way, but i wanna talk about the orientalism in windblades design.

this doesnt feel like my place to talk about but if no one brings it up then no ones gonna learn about it or second guess it. im tired of other white people not noticing this problem or thinking its fine. if anyone asian (specifically japanese) has any thoughts or personal input it is SUPER fucking welcome! its hard to find people talking about this.

so transformers has a women problem in general. they set up women in the 80s in one episode and never elaborated on it in that show. they added arcee in the movie. they put a couple in the beast wars era, but outside of blackarachnia (becoming a literal succubus) we dont really get any of those characters adapted (besides arcee) over iterations. never any new ones really.

then the comics get windblade. i havent read the comics, this isnt about anything that happens in them. this is about her design how she comes off as as shes been adapted into cartoons. i wont comment on events from the comics outside of her origin, as i know fuck all about it.

so she was supposedly a fan-voted character, but her 'fan-voted' aspects have nothing to do with the problem (in fact the fan-vote was more of a suggestion because a few things dont end up being true) the voted aspects are as follows:

autobot. jet. fights with swords. red & black. named windblade. female. valiant. telepath. from Kaon.

so here's what that ends up looking like.

so they took some liberties. there was other concepts where she was a european knight etc, but this is where they landed. she has this extremely feminine figure, complete with makeup and sculpted hair. many people immediately mistake this look for a geisha (though supposedly being kabuki) she gets little pump heels, it makes her very human woman shaped. birthing hips and all. thats classic girl robot stuff. its the specifics of it that are an issue.

so thats kind of a lot of japanese motifs. the makeup, the swords, the hair... why does it look like human hair? thats a very specific hairstyle on a character who doesnt have hair...

on its own, having a japanese inspired aesthetic isnt the problem. i mean, coding characters to be from different places is fine. having characters coded as a specific race could be fine. jazz already exists, and despite being taken by racist creators sometimes (cough michael bay cough) its not inherently bad that he is black coded, specifically when in the hands of black creators/voices. thats key.

so having a transformer who landed in japan and took on some culture from there. you could see that happening. that could work if in the hands of people who were japanese.

but thats not even her backstory. shes not even from Kaon (as was voted), instead she's from another planet entirely, a more spiritual one, which narratively makes her alienated from cybertronians. this alienation adds to the problem. "shes not from here." "shes not like us."

you'll see many people look at this design and think "is that geisha transformer?" and as the character isnt from japan and knows nothing about the culture that inspired her, the media itself never corrects anyone. no one in the text goes "no shes not a geisha shes actually based on a kabuki performer", no one says any words about it, its just how she looks, its just aesthetics without explanation or cultural background. shes not literally japanese, she just looks it. its easy to mistake without cultural context from a western perspective, so calling her a geisha becomes a rampant problem. general audiences arent looking at forum posts form 2014 where someone correctly explains what the motifs are. shes made by white people, and white people are largely the ones consuming the media. its unfortunate, and could have been avoided if the culture shes inspired by was relevant to her character.

so she's clearly heavily inspired by japanese aesthetics, which codes her as being an asian woman in this media but written by non japanese people. and then she becomes so popular that she has to start making appearances in shows.

she shows up in robots in disguise first. lets compare her to strongarm (the only other girl in the show)

having this japanese woman be far more thin and feminized than the other girl characters is the problem. strongarm is literally the first non feminized main girl transformer (not counting strika) she is much more in line with the men around her, square and broadshouldered, shes the largest car of the bunch. that was an upgrade finally. and then we get windblade. she has ruby red lipstick, human hair, heels, jewellery. on its own? thats fine. but keep in mind, shes heavily japanese coded already. then shes immediately seen as a romantic conquest for sideswipe (though he never gets anywhere, he literally claims ownership) it leans into tropes of sexualizing asian women because she stands apart from strongarm. shes the flirt, shes the very feminine one. is this on purpose? its not their fault windblade looks like that in the comics and strongarm looks like this. but side by side what is it saying? did they intend to say this about their asian woman? no, probably not intentionally. its kind of unconscious bias that tends to happen when you dont have a diverse writers room. no one notices until it hits the audience.

but lets just jump in here with the other weird problem in RID, because shes not the only one who jumped from the comics.

drift (who while being a samurai in the comics (literal?) doesnt.... LITERALLY wear a suit of samurai armour) shows up. with his two minicons who act as his children (who hes very strict with). theres a heavy overuse of the word honour. he owes a life debt, hes very humourless etc... they also never explain why he wears this armour. he came straight from space. he doesnt even turn into anything big that warrants it, hes just another sports car. bumblebee and sideswipe are sports cars too. but why is drift a sports car? tokyo drifting. drift. you get it.

so drift also is a comics original character. he, however, looks nothing like that

i will assume that drift looks different for one reason....

i mean. i shouldnt have to tell you why that was bad, right? you guys get why michael bay movies are bad? (if you genuinely dont please enjoy this series as a starter) ill just assume you do. knowing that that drift is bad, can we also say windblade is suffering from a similar problem?

this show brings in these FOUR new characters and heres how they look side by side.

so. okay the minicons are raised by drift, they share his aesthetic, okay. we dont know where he got that aesthetic but yeah they share it. windblade.... its unclear in this show if she shares the being from another planet like idw part. shes on a mission from god to be here and thats all we know. but the point is they have no similar origin. yet they all look like they could be from the same place. that they shares a (japanese inspired/coded/stereotyped take your pick) culture. meanwhile our from ep1 mains look like this:

so that feels. specific.

its not inherently bad to code robots as japanese, however its a problem when it seems to be for aesthetics alone. its stereotyping. they look nothing like the rest of the cast, everything like each other, and are from completely different backgrounds. they literally have the same colour palette? theyre not even like that in the comics.

sidenote, if you add sideswipe (who's alt mode has kanji on it and an asian voice actor so we can assume some coding there too) they look like this. yes they all have swords.... no one else does!

yes, windblade is the only character with a white face. makeup. yes sideswipe claims ownership over her to fight off one of the minicons. its not wrong to show windblade being harassed by a man, but it is wrong that no one ever says "leave her alone" you know? like thats just whats to be expected of her. it sucks. but at least her voice actress was asian! that wont happen again.

so. moving on to cyberverse, she becomes a central character. character wise? shes great. she gets to do a lot, no one sexually harasses her here, we're free of that era.

comparing her to the other autobot women, shes more in line now. if thats a good or bad thing overall is less the point (ie theres no autobots built like strongarm was, they are all just as thin and curvy as windblade is) but to me its still very apparent that shes still implying human hair. even with how simplified all these designs are.

like you can see how these red lines around her eyes get lost at a distance, same with the clips in her 'hair'. its clearly just trying to adapt her original design and im not saying thats a wrong choice they made, but i am saying its really busy in comparison

maybe thats a nitpick. but here it seems much more pronounced just how specific her head piece is because we can compare her to chromia, who is from the same place. do these two characters look like they have the same culture? not really. chromia and arcee look more alike. maybe thats just because they were designed later, but its unfortunate none the less.

even comparing her head to the seekers, what she is kind of supposed to be, they get the same old starscream mold. maybe she'd look better if they just did that? or something similar? like, give her a helmet. no one has hair. please stop implying hair. we all know what youre doing.

none of this is me saying i find these shows bad or that i hate windblade, i genuinely love her! and i love both these shows! it just feels hard to love her because of how she was designed. its not a problem with having a japanese coded character, its how stereotyped the look is. how othered it is. it leans into racist tropes. its orientalism, using japanese aesthetics to make her look interesting and different. you can tell she was made by white people.

how is it that despite being around for 10 years now, no ones tried to redesign her?

also look at the toys! look at the god damn toys!

she can take that head piece out to have a FAN. why does she need a fan?? shes got fucking WIND JETS ON HER BACK! its very obvious why they did this. shes a japanese woman, she can fight with a fan to complete the aesthetic! despite her character never having even been there! and no other transformer using a fan weapon! shes so COOL AND DIFFERENT like that isnt she?? holy fucking shit

to go back to those original voted concepts for a second? if we went back to the drawing board?

a telepathic valiant female autobot who can fly, has a red/blue/black colour combo (with yellow accents) uses swords, and maybe even with canonical asian heritage....

could they even do that? is it possible?

...

OH! wait it SUPER IS! who'd have thought!?

im NOT saying "we dont need windblade! we have a better girl with the same concept!" cuz thats stupid. do not misunderstand, theres room for WAYYYY MORE TF GIRLS! the literal 1:13 ratio is FUCKED! i know windblade had to fight to exist too and that sucks!

i just think it's CLEARLY possible to do this better, and it SHOULD be entirely possible to have windblade (who was LITERALLY holding court as the MAIN girl transformer for years) to be, i dont know, not so racistly designed? i think its entirely possible to fix, i just wish they would have tried already.

and this is just what my white ass has thought about since meeting her and not seeing anyone else bring it up. like going hunting for a real take about it just meets you with the rampant misogyny problem in fan spaces. its hard to find people talking about it in a normal way, but if they have before id love to know.

i just wanted to put my thoughts about it down, maybe get people to think about it more or talk about it more. cuz jeez, i would really like them to fix the problem. like they fixed the arcee problem in idw, right? can they fix windblade next?

So I watched the new Disney movie: Wish, and oh boy. I wouldn't be redesigning or talking much about it if I liked it. So here I am. And I despised it.

So I decided to redraw/rewrite the ENTIRE story. Right now, I am redesigning the characters, starting with Asha.

One thing you notice is that she seems more like an sorcerer/princess and you will be correct on both parts. She is (in my version of the story) the daughter of Magnifico and Amaya. She has much more character and flaws than she did in the movie, and undergoes A BIG character change. To put it in perspective, she is much like Belle from Beauty and the Beast but more shy and interverted. (I dont wanna spoil her change since it is pretty unique in its own way) Plus, she loves books like Belle too lol

Anyways, design wise:

I gave her a more sunset color pallet. And as you notice, she has a POOFY BRAID. I wanted her to have a braid to make her different from the other redesigns of Asha, and so she didn't look like Isabella. And yes, the braid will seem to assosiate with either Elsa or Rapunzel, but Rapunzel doesn't have long hair any more it is short and the merch either has her in the braid or her long hair. Elsa isn't marketed with a braid anymore, she just has her hair pulled back (which I thought about doing for Asha funny enough). So technically speaking, Disney doesn't really have a MC that CONSISANTLY had a braid. Even a poofy one at that. You may also notice that I gave her more of a red-ish pink-ish color for the main part of the dress instead of maroon and the reason why is because I wanted her to stand out :D I didn't want her dress to be very big or poofy because I want her to be able to move more freely + she is a young sorcerer and needs to have more mobility. The oval shapes around her outfit is like the pumpkin seeds that would reference the fairy godmother (which is what they did in the original and I wanted to apply it here for fun).

Look, if you like the movie, I can 100% respect that. But please do not attack me for not liking the movie. Its better to be respectful than dissing on someone who has a different opinion than you. If you guys are wondering why I didn't like it, you guys can ask me in the comments if you want too. I'll post another one of my fav characters that was never in the movie later today or tomorrow.

Anyways, do you guys like my redraw? I'll take some suggestions as well if you want it to be improved and I'll still explore it! For now though, this is her final design unless I change my mind about it lol.

DREAM

you were at a movie theater with two other guys sitting next to you

they seemed to be around your age, talking occasionally during the movie

during the movie, the guy next to you nudges your elbow rather harshly

“oh im so sorry” he whispers when he realizes what happened

“no worries!” you say back, drawing your attention back to the movie

a few moments later, you overhear him whispering to the guy next to him

“nick, nick! the person next to me is actually really cute, fuck should i do something?”

you smile looking at the movie as he glances at you; checking if you heard anything

you act like nothing happened and as the movie ends, you start to stand up

he quickly rushes over tapping your shoulder as you turn around

“hey, my names clay, can i have your number? you’re really cute”

SAPNAP

karl had invited you to a gaming event with a bunch of people

you were having a good time so far; everyone was really nice

some point during the event karl left for a second to talk to someone

you just kinda stood there awkwardly looking around for someone to talk to

one of karl’s friends you knew as ‘sapnap’ from brief mentions came up to you smiling

“hey, youre y/n right? ive seen you with karl a few times?”

you guys talked for a short while until karl came back

“damn you guys talked already! sorry man but i think we gotta go, our ride is coming in like 5”

as you and karl left the building karl kept glancing at his phone

when you guys enter the car, he says

“hey y/n nick wants your number, he says youre pretty cool”

GEORGE

you were at a coffee shop when you noticed a group of guys glancing towards you

you had no idea what was going on, so you ignored it and went back to your book

meanwhile

“karllll george keeps looking at that girl over there at that table”

“ask her for her number of something george!”

“what? no!”

“its now or never george youre not gonna see her again”

“shut up nick its embarrasing”

“i dont care if you dont go right now im gonna push you”

“i cant”

“yes you can george please”

“no”

“if you dont then im gonna go ask for her number for myself if youre too busy being a pussy”

“okay fine im going! just stay here”

“LETS GOOOO”

it took him a lot of convincing until he finally got up and walked over to your table

“hey uh i noticed you from that table, youre really pretty, could i have your number by any chance?”

KARL

you had to subsititue for one of jimmy’s camera operators for an upcoming mr beast video

he had asked if you were free for a few hours, and that one of his filmers had fallen sick

as you were setting up the camera, you got startled by someone behind you

“hey my names karl, are you a new filmer here?”

“ah im just replacing someone today, its nice to meet you though karl!” you say smiling

the small talk soon became less awkward as you guys grew closer during the recording

occasional hand brushes, pats on the head; man this guy loved affection

but little did you guys know, those cute moments were caught on camera and posted

after the recording and few days later, you get a text from jimmy

“karl has been rewatching the same video over and over, do you wanna come down for another one? :)”

QUACKITY

you were at an airport heading home soon, about to catch your flight

you waited in line at a starbucks, a few people ahead of you

when it was finally your turn, you ordered while pulling out your purse but the cashier interrupts you

“the guy in front of you payed for your drink, you can just take it”

“oh?” you were so taken aback; you didnt even bother to look up while he was in the line

“im sorry, what did he look like?”

as the worker gave a brief description of the guy, you said a polite “thank you” and looked around with the drink in your hand

when you spotted a guy that met the description, you walked over to him

“hey, were you the guy that payed for my drink?”

“oh uh yeah hi” he giggles, adjusting his hat

“that was really nice of you, thank you so much” you say smiling softly

the whole conversation was a blushing, giggling mess

“hey my flight is boarding soon but youre really cute, could i have your number?” you ask

“yeah yeah of course!”
