Making a list of the times sanji goes kinda insane:

When usopp and luffy fight for the merry and he keeps trying to keep everyone together in peace (it doesn't work so:)

Sanji goes on a mission to find robin and when he finds her he just jumps into the water after her (re: keeps trying to keep everyone together, he can't)

Sanji being the only one (or first one) to know what happened between kuma and zoro

Sanji running to attack kuma in saboady after he "fails" to protect two people from kuma
