So, this is the Genya fic! I decided to go with Gyomei for this one bc he needs more recognition. And, just a hint of ler! Angry boi at the end:)

“Genya, you need to relax more. You’re too tense.” Gyomei stated. Giving his advice to his trainee.
“…” Genya just tightened his grip in response. His breathing was shaking terribly, anyone could hear it a mile away.
“Genya, you need to learn how relax. You’re on edge about something, I can tell.” Gyomei said softly placing a hand on his shoulder.
All Genya did was turn around to look at the man. His breath still shaking quite a bit.
Gyomei squeezed the younger’s should lightly, squeezing a little bit of his shoulder blade too. And then, Gyomei felt Genya freeze up under his touch.
He knew that reaction too well. Genya was ticklish, just like his brother. And from his experience with his brother, he had an idea of what to do.
The next thing Genya knew, he was being lifted up into a bear hug from the older man.
“Himejima-san! Wha-!” The only reaction was a few giggles escaping the boy’s lips.
Gyomei let a smile come to his lips. Genya’s reactions were ten times more adorable than any of the Hashira. He kept scribbling at the younger boy’s stomach.
“Wahahihihit! Nohohohot thehehere!” Genya just screamed out his giggles, snorting here and there.
Gyomei then decided to test out one of his brother’s worst spots. He started kneading at the spot where the hips meet his sides.
“WAHAHAIHIHIT! NOHOHOHO-EEE!” Genya squealed, confirming to Gyomei that him and Sanemi were more alike than he though.
Gyomei continued to knead at that spot for a little while more. But he then heard footsteps, he stopped abruptly and got up.
“W-what’s wrong Himejime-san?” Genya asked, catching his breath which was beginning to get shaken again.
“What’s going on here?” A familiar voice made Gyomei relax a little.
“Your brother is on edge about something. And it’s making his form distort.” Gyomei said softly, but also firmly.
“On…edge? What does he have to be on edge about!?”
Genya tensed up upon hearing his brother’s harsh voice. However, Sanemi noticed this. His face softened a bit when he realized what the problem might be.
Sanemi crouched down beside his little brother, noticing how much his brother tensed.
“Hey, y’know if you want to get better you have to overcome your obstacles.” Sanemi gave, for once, good advice.
He then proceeded to bring his brother into his lap, and he started mercilessly tickling his younger brother.

♡Gyoumei recognized your face instantly. You were a Bhikkhunī, a female monk, from his old monastery, someone who he thought had died long ago. Someone he had rather improper relations to.
♡Gyoumei had insistently tried to kill you because he wished to bring you to peace, seeing the fear and no hint of recognition in your eyes. But after seeing you not fight back, he stopped and couldn't continue.
♡He kind of took you in after that (no matter how absolutely terrified you were of him at first).
♡After a month of hiding you within his estate, Gyoumei finally told you the reason as to why he was keeping you and going against Demon Slayer rules; the past, the orphanage, the two of you.
♡You had apologized for not remembering any of it, but promised to try your best in finding out your human life.
♡Your true nature had never changed, though there was times where Gyoumei had gained a toothy scar from a certain demon craving blood, so it didn't take much time for your romance to rekindle.
♡Over time you had revealed to him that you had yourself grow taller to scare away the village-goers from the monastery, as many demons often passed by in search of flesh.
♡Although the two of you are equally as tall, Gyoumei still acts as if you're a delicate doll.
♡He's surprisingly very soft. A simple sign of PDA is enough for his frown to turn up, though his tears would continue, but in joy.
♡Speaking of his tears, you always try your best to calm them with no avail. You understand why he is eternally weepy though.
♡Hiding you during the Full Body Training was a chore, to say the least. First you couldn't come out during the day, and now you can't go out during the night?!
♡Your stubbornness gets ahead of you, and you ended up being seen by a certain redhead. Tanjirou swore to never tell though (no matter how hard it was to lie).
♡Let's not talk about Gyoumei's fate. Your humanity returned, but at what cost? A new orphanage opened in the name of Gyoumei is definite.

Gyomei Himejima
You had known Gyomei for a long time; you two were childhood friends.
He’d always been a large man, and a gentle soul. It was something you’ve always admired about him, how he can be so kind to people despite his anxieties.
But this.
This was not something Gyomei was capable of doing, and you knew it.
He was far too kind for this sort of situation.
Your master had explained to you what had happened with Gyomei, and to say you were shocked was definitely undercutting it.
There had to be some sort of mistake.
Just as you were beginning to freak out about the whole situation, Ubuyashiki calmly reassured you that he’d already pleaded his case and gotten him released from prison.
“Do not worry, my child-” He softly patted your head, his voice sending a wave of calmness over you. “He is no longer in any danger. If you’d like to see him, he’s resting in the room down the hall.”
“Thank you, Oyakata-sama.” You bowed to him respectfully, quickly making your way to the aforementioned room.
It felt like your heart was beating out of your chest as your feet made soft thuds on the tatami flooring. You hadn’t seen Gyomei in several years, and the first time you’d be seeing him would be shortly after he’s released from prison.
After being accused of 7 counts of murder.
You were in front of his door, and your hands were shaking relentlessly. It felt like your knees were going to give out on you at any moment.
Before your hand could reach the small latch to open it, the door slid began to slide open slowly.
You looked down timidly at the floor, retracting your hand from the sliding door. You bit the inside of your lip as you looked up, eyes met with the broken down face of your childhood friend.
You could tell he had been crying long before you arrived, something that broke your heart everytime you saw it.
“Gyomei...” You mumbled at the sight of him, feeling your chest ache. He looked so torn up, and it was tearing you to pieces to see him like this.
He was mildly shocked to hear your voice at the door, your name coming out of his mouth almost like a question.
The sound of his voice made you quickly embrace him, making the towering man stumble slightly at the action.
“What are you doing here?” He asked, puzzled by your presence. You were the last person he expected to be here; although he knew you were in the Demon Slayer Corps.
You just hugged him tighter at his question, pressing your face into the lower part of his chest.
“Gyomei-san..” You spoke softly, your pressing your face into the lower half of his chest. “I’m so sorry.”
Your sudden apology made him tilt his head slightly in confusion, placing one of his hands on top of your head.
You continued to mumble apologies under your breath as your body began to tremble under his touch. You felt so terrible that all of this happened to him; he was the last person who deserved it.
“You don’t hate me, do you?” You choked out, fighting back tears as you spoke.
You felt Gyomei grip you tightly, tight enough to take your breath away momentarily.
“Oh... Dear, no. I could never hate you,” He paused, loosening his grip on you slightly as he realized he was suffocating you. “Despite the time we’ve spent apart, I’m glad to see you here.”
You felt the tears escape your eyes, dampening Gyomei’s yukata.
