this is the opposite of a kid request lmao, but i figured i'd ask anyway… so i headcanon energy drink cookie as soda cookie's older sibling? (they're both fizzy, caffeinated beverages, and i love both characters individually… seemed to fit. i dunno.) so my request is what would their parent(s) be like?
Finally got them done, this is Americano Cookie and Fruit Punch Cookie
I’m not entirely sure how to format these fan parent pages yet, but this is what I’m going with for now
Alright, character time. So starting with Fruit Punch, she runs a beachside juice bar, and she’s an extroverted and energetic person who just wants to have a good time. Her husband Americano on the other hand is a businessman who works out in the city. He’s a fairly serious and uptight person, and has trouble unwinding and not being in his business mindset. He’s fairly nice, he’s just bad at letting loose
They met when one day Americano’s coworkers dragged him to Fruit Punch’s bar. Americano likes her because of her fun loving personality and that she’s an incredibly confident lady, and Fruit Punch likes him because he’s a sweet guy, and also she finds it fun trying to pry him out of his shell
Also Americano now likes to wear more colorful ties as some sort of expression of creativity, and because of Fruit Punch’s influence on him
Alright, now for their names. So basically, Americano is supposed to be the caffeine and water (assuming Soda is soda water), and Fruit Punch is supposed to be the fizzy, sugar and the flavor
Americano and fruit punch:
So yeah, I’m aware of the fact that red and brown do not make blue and green, but shush, maybe it’s recessive genes. Also I wasn’t going to not make these two the colors of their drinks. But I tried to at least have some blue and green in their designs and eyes
There’s not much to say about their designs really, I just made Fruit Punch look like she lives on the beach and Americano like he’s a business person
I gave Fruit Punch the bubble pattern as a reference to them being drinks, and also because I didn’t want to draw a bunch of flowers for a flower print shirt
Also I think I had originally planned for one of them to have lighter skin while the other has darker, but coffee Cookies usually have darker dough, with the only lighter ones being the ones with milk, and Fruit Punch kind of has an afro going on, so I just kept their dough colors dark
I gave Americano his yellow accents because some pictures of americano I’ve seen have
But overall I quite like their designs, I think they look good
And yeah, that about wraps things up for my first fan parent request, I hope you like them!

I made myself a Cookie Run sona! @artidoesthings recommended she should be fruit punch flavored, so I made her Fruit Punch Sugar Cookie. Specifically soft sugar cookies; the ones with sprinkles that look like dots. The necklace of fruits is a nod to fruit punch packaging where they show several fruits like pineapples, grapes, apples, cherries, and oranges.
Why a fruit punch sugar cookie? Well, when I was a kid, a friend of mine dipped her her soft sugar cookie in fruit punch, so I tried it too and it actually tasted pretty good. Although, that was several years ago so I have no idea if it would still taste good lol

His lips had parted, yet she is swift in taking his breath away as their lips meet. The way he remains somewhat leaned forward, even after she pulls away, OUTS him for his desire for more---
--- until the metaphorical bomb drops, and he suddenly feels like he cannot breathe for an entirely different reason.
He wishes it felt right. That the one thing he's been desperate to hear -- to FEEL -- can be smiled at and accepted like it was meant to be, but he can't. Instead, he merely looks her in the eye for the briefest of moments before tearing his gaze away, looking at the ground in undeniable SHAME, and muttering the words,
" You shouldn't. "
He knows, he KNOWS, it's the worst possible thing to say in response, but if he tells her he loves her back, when he WISHES she would see she deserves so, so, SO much better than this MESS of a broken man, she'll keep preventing him from DROWNING beneath it all . . .
. . . until, eventually, inevitably, they BOTH go down.
" No . . . " He swallows, hard, and curls his fingers into the clammy, worryingly cold palms of his hands, until his nails, finely cut and perfect, though they were, despite his battles, threatened to tear into his skin.
" Don't . . . please, don't, Junko . . . "

Edit: for people who may not have known but know what I usually do, this is not fankids, this is fan parents, aka the hypothetical parents of characters. Just to clarify
Another help thing but I’m working on Americano and Fruit Punch, and while I have something for Fruit Punch down, namely that she runs a beachside juice bar, but I’m not sure what to do for Americano
If this helps, this is what Americano and Fruit Punch look like in their rough sketches
Actually you know what, I’m having a similar problem with a different fan parent request I’ve gotten (though I want to get the Soda and Energy Drink ones done first), so I might as well ask for this one here too
So the other one I’m having trouble with is parents for Cherry and Cherry Blossom. I have names, Cherry Powder and Plum Blossom, and I have stuff for Cherry Powder, namely that she’s a fireworks technician, but I’m really not sure what to do for Plum Blossom
I have designs for them as well, but Plum Blossom is open to change, I wasn’t really sure what to do for her (CP on the left, PB on the right, just in case)

A/N: AAHHH ; reader is set to be 20 here, I think this came out more like a drabble/blurb

"Awh, dad, Alfred, look at this one I found" you call over the two men as you were looking through an old picture album. Stopping at a picture of you and Bruce having a tea party when you were younger
"Ah yes I remember this. Master Bruce had bought you a tea set and a new dress and you had invited him to your princess tea party" Alfred explained as he was the one who catered the party with cookies and small cakes
15 years ago...
"daddy I have to fix your make up!" a little girl holds her make up toy to her fathers face that is lightly dusted with blush.
"Okay, okay sweetheart" and Bruce of course was wrapped around your tiny finger. The tall rather intimidating billionaire businessman now has pink lipstick, blue eyeshadow and blushed cheeks to attended a tea party with stuffed animals. He was seated at the table set he bought you, on a chair much to small for him. If anything a good percentage of his weight was on his feet so he wouldn't beak the chair.
You came around the table pouring 'tea' to your guests. He watched as you came to him with a big smile on your chubby cheeks.
"tea daddy?" you asked
"why of course my princess" he said holding out his small tea cup "thank you" he took a sip of the tea and made a face as though it was the most delicious drink he's ever had. Even though it was just some fruit punch. Then took your toy plastic knife and cut the cake Alfred had made you and gracefully served him a slice and yourself a slice you also gave him a cookie. This had to be the most adorable thing you've done this month and honestly it's made his day a lot better.
To come home from a long stressful day at his office to see you turning around in your little princess dress. Sting your most grand tea party with him being your special guest of the night. While some parents may not have time for this or think that it's silly he from one will do this until your all grown up if you had asked him to.
You had been asked him to make a toast in honor of the tea party. Clearing his throat he raises his cup and says
" ladies and gentlemen thank you so much for inviting me to your tea party In honor of our beautiful hostess i'd like to say thank you for throwing such a fabulous party with such delicious food and drinks" he tapped his cup with yours. That’s what Alfred had snapped the picture to save into the album for memories. Safe to say when he had left the room for a moment he came back to find you rubbing at your sleepy eyes. Meaning it was just about time to get you in bed.
“Awh you even let me do your make up that day” you said smiling to your father
“Mhm, and i did for the next couple of years as well” he smiled back “and sometimes you still do” he added
“You have really good skin to try new make up looks on” you answer
“ Should I fit your make up bag miss Y/N?” Alfred added in
“Not tonight Alfred, maybe tomorrow” you chuckle.
Even though the picture was over 15 years ago, your father would look at you and still see the same little girl, wanting a tea party. You can see it in your smile, and the way that your eyes scrunch when you laugh. All he can see is his little princess eagerly waiting to do daddy‘s make up to have a tea party together.

Zack: Where were you when my hand was stuck in the toaster??
Sephiroth: I don't know what Coraline was complaining about. She had two mothers.
Lazard: One of these days I'm going to lose my shit and punch Genesis in the face.
Angeal: (on the phone): I-just-swallowed-whiteout help desk, Angeal speaking, how may I help you?
Genesis: Merry Christmas.
Zack: It's October?
Genesis: Alright shitty Christmas then.
Zack: *break dancing while Genesis sobs*
Genesis: If we're all single by age forty let's become a married throuple.
Angeal: I can't tell if that drawing you did is President Shinra or Colonel Sanders.
Roche: Fuck it. I'll just steal Sephiroth's hair. It's no big deal!
Sephiroth: I would commit unspeakable atrocities for a single piece of lasagna right now.
Cloud: Ronald McDonald would never treat me like this!
Sephiroth: I do not mean to be immature, but I will now be giggling whenever we reach the 69th floor.
Genesis: Eat this apple and tell me it doesn't taste like chicken tenders.
Angeal: Sephiroth stop laughing Genesis might be going to jail.
Zack: 🎶 Grab somebody sexy tell 'em HEY *tackles Sephiroth*
Cloud: There's a pickle in your wallet. Is that a metaphor?
Lazard: There's no need to act defensive, Roche. Lots of men have gay thoughts about Sephiroth.
Genesis: Bullying IS a healthy coping mechanism.
Lazard: Do you like my new bottle of pills?
Cloud: What if—bear with me—What if! No one cares about Loveless?
Sephiroth: I think he's the size of twelve capybaras stacked on top of each other.
Angeal: Which one of you gay clowns told upper management about—Put your hand down, Genesis, that wasn't a compliment!
Zack: *through a mouthful of cookies* HE'S A DILF!
Angeal: You can't threaten me with a butter knife.
Sephiroth: If I sniff this entire box of markers, will it put me out of my misery?
Zack: My fear is that he'll come at me with a rolling pin.
Cloud: Seph! Stop choking Genesis with that extension cord he's into that shit.
Lazard: If you keep this up, Sephiroth, I'll make you wear a shirt for a week.
Genesis: How do I look?
Angeal: With your eyes, Gen.
Roche: I personally frame all of my speeding tickets.
*Cloud walks in shaking*
