A/N: I started watching The Great on Hulu, so here’s a story about Druig fucking his servant. I wrote this from a third person point of view, which is how I write regular fanfiction, so writing an x male reader fanfiction like this was new. This was fun, but I’ll probably go back to second person.

He wouldn’t really say his job was easy. It was more like he enjoyed the routine of it. The ever-looming threat that he could be fired and thrown out of his living quarters onto the street if he messed up always caused a constant ball of anxiety to lodge itself in his gut. There was also a rumor that one of the previous servants before his time was put in a public execution because of what they did, but he wasn’t sure he believed that.

The kitchen staff liked to gossip, and he couldn’t blame them. They were usually stuck in their area for the day, whereas the servants had jobs that had them walking all throughout the castle, it was no wonder they had nothing better to do with their time.

One of the few rumors he did believe was about Druig. He heard it on his very first day, he had the power to control minds. In his time working for him and his family, he had yet to see that, but if it were true, it would be no surprise. Maybe whoever made that rumor up had a flair for the dramatics, or maybe Druig just had a way to persuade who he wanted. He certainly was charming.

He had noticed that in the first few weeks he had begun working for him. His bright eyes and sharp tongue led him to be popular with those he saw him interact with. There was also something hidden underneath, something dark about him that would draw a crowd towards him.
