Whole ⇒ At first he didn’t want to see you as his other half because he thought he would’ve come off too clingy but he definitely thinks that you do complete him and he hates it whenever he goes without you for too long.

Hello friends, I’m sorry that it took me so long to post but to be true all feeling of writing left when Jiminah enroll to the military service, I know he will return home in 520 days but I really miss him. But who is counting right?

↳ his behaviour owes ties to how he was raised. kaiho!jjk comes from a cop family, he is the third-generation cop and a morally corrupt one too, at that. his dad is the typical strict asian dad who used physical punishment to raise jk ever since he could probably walk. his mom is a simple housewife. then he became a cop as well, dealing with criminals all day, having to use violence against them to catch them or reprimand them. he owns multiple guns, from shotguns to snipers, he kind of has an affinity towards violence.

in case anyone was wondering about the radio silence these last few weeks

i have officially committed to digimon card game brainrot

someone in my area was looking to give their collection to a good home and i spent over 16 hours the last few days organizing all the cards into a new container by set and rarity

yes i'm counting starter decks as their own set, purely out of convenience

also all of my bt-15 is in a binder in set order and i did not feel like pulling it out to put into here lmao

like last week i bought a booster box of bt-15 (because a collection has to start somewhere and yes i want to do something with that rando apocalymon card i pulled) and then

literally the day after

someone in my area is offering the holy grail of a collection for someone starting new in a card game (relatively large swath of cards including a lot of bulk to help cook with and some huge centerpiece cards, plus a few pre-built decks, half-cooked deckstuff, spare card accessories)

He wants the best for you and would be blunt about it. Not the 'beat around the bush' type when you came to him for advice....Unless it was about a crush. Then he would low-key be salty.

C: Cuddles. Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?

Yoongi would like to cuddle with you more than he would ever admit. You were his safe place and he never felt more relaxed than when he was curled up with you under the covers. If the cuddling was happening while still sitting up, he would lean close to you and have one arm around your shoulder. If you were laying down, his favorite was when you faced him and had your forehead resting on his chest while he faced you on his side. Would definitely be running his fingers through your hair.

D: Domestic. Do they want to settle down? How are they around the house?

If he's with you, he's with you for a reason. He doesn't date just to mess around so if he started a relationship with you, he sees potential. At some point, he definitely wants to settle down with you. Around the house, he's a lot cleaner than you expected. Everything was always neat and in order and he always picked up after himself. You never had to even ask him to do the dishes either.

E: Ending. If they had to breakup with their s/o, how would they do it?

If he felt that he needed to breakup with you, it was not an overnight decision. This is not something he would take lightly and would spend a lot of timing thinking about it before deciding what to do. He wouldn't say a word over a phone call or text, he would wait until he could sit you down in person and explain what's happening and why he felt that way. Unless it was because you straight up cheated on him, breaking up with you would be the most difficult thing he's ever done.

F: Fiance. How would they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?

Settling down and being with you forever is definitely on his brain. Like I said before, he doesn't date just to mess around. That being said, he isn't going to propose after a year, or even two years. He would need to spend several years with you. Not to confirm his own feelings, but to be completely certain that your relationship was solid and had utmost loyalty.

G: Gentle. How gentle are they, physically and mentally?

Yoongi may come off as cold but in reality, he is soft hearted. He would never be genuinely rough with you outside of any bedroom scenario and would treat you as if you were glass. His touches are light and his subtle way of loving you is sweet. Although stubborn and a bit hard-headed, he always had a soft spot for you.

H: Hugs. Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?

This man could never deny hugs from his s/o. That being said, he wouldn't be the type to be constantly hanging off of them, opting for short and sweet hugs. He always gave hugs where he would wrap both of his arms around his s/o and give a tight squeeze.

I: I love you. How fast do they say the L word?

This is something he wouldn't joke around with or take lightly. He would have to feel complete trust with the other person before he finally said it. Telling someone that he genuinely loves them would be a big deal. Doing so would make him feel vulnerable so he would need to be absolutely sure that the other person's feelings were also sincere and meant to last.

J: Jealousy. How jealous do they get? What do they do when they're jealous?

Yoongi is smart enough to know that not everything should result in jealousy and not everything is that deep. He's not an incredibly jealous type, he's more territorial, if that makes sense. He is aware of when it's reasonable to be jealous and when not to be. If he found himself in a situation where someone was flirting with you, he would start by observing and only begin to feel some type of way if the other person wasn't backing down. Rather than feeling jealous over someone, he would feel threatened and shut them down if he notices that you were uncomfortable or couldn't handle it yourself.

K: Kisses. What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss their partner? Where do they like to be kissed?

Unless you guys were in a steamy situation, Yoongi's kisses are more on the soft side. His favorite thing to do is leave soft pecks on your lips, your forehead, or a loving kiss on the cheek. They almost seem innocent-like. Sometimes, he'll do the thing where he gently holds your chin between two fingers as he kisses your lips. If you're shorter than him, expect kisses on the top of your head too.

L: Little Ones. How are they around children?

He can be a little awkward around kids but it's not bad enough to where he feels outright uneasy. He would be lying if he said his heart didn't melt into a puddle as he watched you interacting with kids too.

M: Mornings. How are mornings spent with them?

One word: lazy. Yoongi wouldn't ever be late to anything important but god forbid you try to wake him up early. He would do everything in his power to stay in bed next to you as long as possible. Leaving the bed away from you would feel incredibly cold. Don't be suprised if you find him downing caffeine in one way or another. This man is in no way a morning person.

N: Nights. How are nights spent with them?

Nights are arguibly your favorite time to spend with Yoongi. Nothing at this point in time is expected of him, it's just the two of you in complete bliss. The world is leaving both of you alone until morning and you both relish in this fact. Often times you will mistakenly stay up a little too late, enjoying each other's company.

O: Open. When would they start revealing things about themselves?

It would take a while for Yoongi to start opening up completely; he was a tough one to crack. As much as he cared for you, it scared him to be left so vulnerable and out in the open. Right off the bat, he would seem a bit closed off an emotionally unavailable. It would be a slow process but eventually he would let you in deeper into his life. He would pepper in things here and there about himself, nothing too crazy all at once. He's not one to trauma dump.

P: Patience. How easily angered are they?

Generally, Yoongi has more patience than one would think. It takes a lot for him to get legitimately angry with you. If you ever saw him like that, it would be over something serious.

Q: Quizzes. How much would they remember about their partner?

This man would basically be a walking you encyclopedia. He knew all of your favorite things, all of your odd habits, and everything that made you tick. He knew you almost better than you knew yourself. You could tell him the smallest detail about yourself and he would have it locked into his brain.

R: Remember. What is their favorite moment in your relationship?

The moment that would cross his mind the most often if asked this would be the very first time he thought he was going to lose you. Work had taken over more than usual and he barely saw you. He struggled in the past keeping friends or anyone closer around because of how often he was working or stuck in the studio day and night. Every night that passed where he didn't see you and was unable to speak much throughout the day, he grew more worried that he was pushing you away just like everyone else. One night, after weeks of this, you shocked him by showing up at his studio unannounced. You had hot food and a bag in hand. After you handed him the food and gave him a kiss hello, you started emptying out the bag you brought. For the first time in a long time, he felt like he could cry. He watched as you set up the pillows and blankets on the studio couch, along with some other items from your apartment. That was the exact moment when he realized you were completely different from the rest and you were there for the long run.

S: Security. How protective are they? Would they like to be protected?

This kind of goes along with his jealousy, in the sense that he's very territorial. He leaves you space and isn't overbearing but he is still always looking out for your well-being. He's more chill when he's not around you but if you're present, he finds himself to be ten times more aware of his surroundings. Yoongi is very cautious about the people around you, knowing how toxic and scary the industry environment can be. Overall, yes, he is protective. Just not in the "look at my s/o once and you die" type.

T: Try. How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, every day tasks?

As for gifts, most of them wouldn't be planned. Yoongi is the kind of guy who would just see something his s/o would like while he was out and buy it immediately. Whether it be something small, a piece of clothing, or a cute stuffed animal, more often than not he would return back home with something for you. With dates and anniversaries, he put a lot more thought and planning into them than he would care to admit. He looked at them as special days considering his crazy schedule and would treat them as such.

U: Ugly. What would be some bad habits of theirs?

A bad habit of his would be putting himself down a lot. He would sometimes wonder if you deserved someone who was less busy or stayed in one place for a long period of time. On some days, his insecurities would get the best of him and he would grow unintentionally cold, thinking he didn't deserve you and the effort you put into your relationship. After a day or two he would snap out of the passing phase and apologize to you for being distant or dismissive.

V: Vanity. How concerned are they with their looks?

Yoongi definitely isn't one to be totally full of himself and obsessed with his apperance but he always made sure to at least be clean. His hygeine is impeccable and skin flawless. Everyone has their bad days with their looks but overall, his outward apperance wouldn't be on the forefront of his mind every day.

W: Whole. Would they feel incomplete without you?

Don't get me wrong, Yoongi loved you more than anything, but he also understood that a person is responsible for their own happiness. He has a more mature approach to relationships and knows he cannot be 100% dependant on you and vise versa. It's about support, not complete control.

X: Xtra. An extra headcannon for them.

A few randoms: he is obsessed with making sure you're hydrated and even has bought you cute water bottles. He pretends to hate when you steal his clothes and jokes that he's going to end up naked but he low-key loves seeing you in them. Won't admit it EVER but your scent on his pillowcases and blankets can ease his stress on a bad day. Speaking of smell, he frequently buys you various perfumes. A firm supporter of nose boops. Only to you, though.

Y: Yuck. What are some things they wouldn't like, either in general or in a partner?

Don't think Yoongi would be a fan of someone who was one hundred percent dependent or couldn't do anything for themselves. He wants you to be capable of relying on yourself as well. In a partner, he also would hate rudeness. Being rude or mean unprovoked is not something he could get behind, especially with having to keep up a certain image as an idol. He wants someone who knows how to handle situations in a calm and mature manner. Someone with a very short fuse may not be a match for him.

Z: ZZZ. What is a sleep habit of theirs?

Often wakes up curled up in a ball, taking up a tiny portion of the bed. He's not sure how he keeps ending up in this position. He's also an accidental blanket theif. It only happens when he's fast asleep and unaware of his actions but it's not uncommon for you to wake up with very little of the blankets, if any at all. Sleeps in full blown pajamas.

↳ i believe he would get his hands dirty for his darling. owing to his paranoia, he might be led by his overwhelming emotions to take steps that rational yoongi would not. like rational yoongi would hire others to do the dirty work but paranoid yoongi? does it with his bare hands.

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

↳ he did mock his darling initially, only subtly though. about how her morals failed her and now she is in this kind of a situation.

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

↳ would? he already has. he wasted away his darling’s deceased dad’s ashes when she was not even done mourning, he burned his darling’s deceased mother’s wedding dress which his darling envisioned wearing someday but circumstances never let her. he also burned the picture of his darling and her only friend left that she trusts! further, he has, more or less, detained her in his house.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

↳ in some rare events, he lets himself be vulnerable but in most cases, he keeps his guard up in fear of getting hurt. he already believes that everyone he cares about end up dead somehow so he refuses to open up much to his darling because if he loses her, then he would not be too much hurt (or at least that is what he thinks)

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

↳ well, she can fight all she want but she ain’t leaving yoongo’s house without his permission because he has enough ways to traumatise her further if she does.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

↳ no, it was never a game rather a compulsion to clear his name off a case. hell, he did not even want to marry ever in his life, let alone his darling.

he would not enjoy her escape at all because it would only make him feel restless and paranoid as he would be too worried about her safety.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

↳ wasn’t it the one where he burned his darling’s deceased mom’s wedding dress? i mean, i cannot think of another experience more traumatising than this.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

↳ one with no kids, just the two of them growing old.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

↳ no, he is the last person in the tatemae universe to get jealous.

i mean, who does he even have to be jealous of? he never lets his darling leave the house in fear of her safety!

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

↳ he likes the “co-existing” aspect. nothing too overly physical. just being in the same room, breathing the same air and just “being” around each other. that is what warms his cold little heart. would be a bonus if his darling and him are laying on the bed, their bodies touching and/or brushing against each other at some junction. talks are optional and consequently, rare.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

↳ myg is not exactly the charmer of the lot. he is the person who gets courted or there is no way the relationship would work. he drowns himself in work and rarely turns an eye to his personal life. he needs someone in his life who will pull him out for breaks and spend some time with him. maybe, that is why he is so fond of his darling because when he comes home to a not-so-empty house, it does make him feel better.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

↳ yes! yes! yes! he is super paranoid and downright irrational when around his darling but to the world? he is the super chic, calm, collected, a cool advocate who can win any case that he sets his mind to.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

↳ the myg classic is taking away the right to free movement. would go to some measures to make sure his darling is isolated too. no connection to the real world except for him, and he is not even home for the better part of the day.

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

↳ right to act on her moral sense, of course. right to have kids.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

↳ oh! only ever so patient. but tread softly when he is being paranoid, because that is an area where he might snap.

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

↳ if darling dies, my man here is going to mope about it for the rest of his miserable life. even if she dies of natural causes like a disease, he would still blame himself that he could not protect her. irrational, much?

if she leaves or escapes, he would look for her because he would be worried about her safety but after a while, he would probably stop looking for her. he would never move on, his heart mind and soul will always belong to his darling but in a sense he will kind of let her go.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

↳ he regrets seeing the look of fear on his darling. he does traumatising things to her out of pure impulse but regret it later because he does not want to traumatise her at all.

he has no regrets about forcing her to be with him because the circumstances of their meeting were quite extraordinary.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

↳ the trauma from the loss of his parents to a car accident. he feels incompetent, useless, pathetic because he blames himself for their death. that he could not save them or better yet, die instead of them.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

↳ absolutely hates it, feels awkward and restless because he does not know how to deal with them. if his darling chooses to isolate herself, he will let her be.

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

↳ he is very patient, he is not possessive or the jealous type.

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

↳ make him feel like his paranoia is valid. maybe a ploy to make him believe that his darling being away from him would keep her from harm’s way.

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

↳ physically? no, he does not has it in him. he really does not. mentally? darling needs therapy for life.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

↳ he ain’t going to any lengths. if his darling is angry with him, frankly that sounds like a ‘her’ problem not a yoongo boongo problem and does not feel inclined to deal with it. he ain’t doing any revering shit at all let alone worship his darling.

sexually, he is the god of tongue technology so there’s that.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

↳ he is a patient guy, yes, but not the type to pine. ain’t no pining bone in him really.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

↳ myg is smart, he knows he cannot break his darling. his darling has too high a self-esteem and he admires her for that. he can do everything he wants and his darling will still emerge as a person who will stand their ground so myg will not really consider this option even in an emergency.

Map of Soho Good Omens Season 2 - Part 1 (Location and general map)

Update: Map now identifies Lucky Snake and the coffee shop listed in Aziraphale's clipboard may indeed be Give Me Coffee I think we all have wondered how the GO Soho looks like and where it would be in real London. So using all the screenshots, BTS pictures and videos I could find I did my best to map out where things are. It is not to scale but everything I could see is there. I originally had all the pictures and explanations in this post but soon it became obvious it was going to be too long and impractical so I had to split it in different posts and I hope I got it right. The map has five reference points (circle with two diverging lines); imagine the circle is you, standing in the set, and the lines are your viewpoint if you were taking a picture from there. The left side of Whickber Street (#1 and #2) is in Part 2, the intersecting street (#3 and #4) is in Part 3 and the right half of Whickber Street (#5) is in Part 4.

As to where the bookshop would be in real London. We know that Whickber Street is supposed to be Berwick Street so let's start there. The intersecting street is not obvious from the show. In this post Neil said he imagines the bookshop to be where Gosh! Comics is (Peter Street) while Michael Ralph and Douglas McKinnon probably put it at The Week (on Broadwick Street). Because it is ambiguous and really you can do whatever you want, I just left it as "intersecting street". We know from the book that Crowley takes Wardour Street after the bookshop fire. Wardour is behind Berwick so in our map it would be where the Chinese Buffet Restaurant is, considering they run more or less parallel. On the other side, we have the Windmill Theatre located on Great Windmill Street. From Berwick St. and Peter St. it takes three minutes to walk to the theatre, it is that close! (yes, I know, Crowley was conducting business two blocks from the bookshop while not talking to Aziraphale for 80 years). I have never been in that part of London so I used Google Maps streetview and based only on that, I like the corner of Berwick St. and Broadwick St. better. It has the crooked intersection but the proximity of the theatre matches Peter St. better, so whatever works better for you!

There is one place missing from the set map though: Brown's World of Carpets! It is nowhere to be found, we simply don't know where it is My very personal headcanon is that it is nothing but a desk inside the furniture store. I find that idea of the guy most worried about storefront looks being the one without a storefront very amusing, but don't mind me, it is just my very silly hc XD Now, we know Aziraphale has a list for the shops he needs to visit. And we know he wrote it in alphabetical order which begs the question: Where is the Dirty Donkey?! Are they not invited? And what about the fabric shop? And Bilton Scaggs? Battye and Palm? The News Agency? Is "Mo Coffee? No Coffee?" supposed to be Give Me Coffee or Give Me Death? Or is there another coffee shop somewhere? @crow-bee23 suggested it could be "Me Coffee" which it is entirely possible, the full name is kind of long. So many questions to ask Mr. Brown.
