So today was really good, i only ate 210 cals
Our scale doesen’t work so a I can’t weight myself yeg
My boyfriend wanted to go cycling today and i ran besides him and burnt 380 cals
Tomorrow i go shopping with my friends and i have to eat some junk but i will keep it as low as possible.

So I deffenetly died for a bit-
Anyways I'm down to 130lbs, and I'm so happy about it. It's the lowest I've seen my weight. Honestly I've not even been counting calories, just trying to take every day as a fast and eating at the end of the day.

I need a ana friend to help motivate me more to not eat or eat very little, and vise versa.
