Day 2 - done 👌 I'm 37 hours into my 46 hours fast, tonight I'll just eat a bowl of fruit (kiwi, tangerine and banana) and drink a few glasses of water, at least 3 and tomorrow before my mom comes home I'll weigh myself. Idk if i lost weight but I'd rather have maintained than gained tho i hope I'm AT LEAST at 56 even if i wouldn't have lost much it's okay i binged on a pizza i don't deserve to lose a lot this week 😭😭😭 and then I'll weigh myself again on Saturday after two 24 hours fasts. I'm well hydrated and I'm gonna eat 200 to 500 cals for 10 days, if i gain i don't understand....

One of the scariest parts of edblrr is how it'll undermine your ugw

My ugw has been a stable rock of a number in my head for like basically a decade (yes I never made it and only kept gaining because was growing up, also was convincing myself that it would be wrong to chase that number ahaha the irony). I would have never thought that my ugw wasn't enough, it was literally too much for most of my life and basically the embodiment of perfection like nothing else.
I started successfully losing in January and got triggered into serious res in May, but my ugw was still the same, gonna fix everything.
I dabbled in edblrr slightly before, because my normal account kept getting ed posts on my dash (hah it knew) but actually joined in July so it's been only a few months.
I'm closer to my goal than ever before tho I still have a chunk to go and I should be so motivated and happy, but today I realised for the first time that I feel inferior and fat about my ugw before even ever getting there cause my brain is against stopping.
Even if that would really be perfect, really fix everything, that would mean stopping and the people here don't stop. They keep going, past their ugw, past mine ugw, chasing to please the ana in their heads and never planning to stop and if I stopped I'd feel fat no matter what weight I'd be at.
For the first time in 10 years, I am doubting my ugw, and all it took was a few months of edblrr
(I'm not blaming anyone or regret a thing, it's just scary to be aware of it)
