I watched this movie called thinspiration and it made me feel like I’m not doing something right bc bro this girl in the movie that has Ana she lossed 3 pounds in 1 day????? BRO HOW this is the diet they had I kinda wanna try it so first it’s 500 calories for 20 days and then 100 calories for 10 and then 0. But idk I kinda wanna try it. But I’m scared ima let this get very bad again. Ooo well wish me luck guys.

Also usally i lose 1 pound a day and stuff and it comes back bc it’s water weight so I wonder how in the movie they did it. I wanna be 110 that is my goal 😔
