i’m kind of disappointed in myself for all the bad stuff that i ate. today had so much potential considering i didn’t have to take breakfast and lunch, just dinner. so yeah that’s why i’m disappointed and def will do better tomorrow and every day after, i already punished myself with a 2hr workout that killed me ☠️

My opinion abt today
I hated dinner. Why did I have to eat such high cal dinner like. My dad offered it and I was like yea sure but I could’ve just refused and we would have a normal dinner with less cals. But it’s okay, since i ate under my limit n all! I will have more steps tomorrow I think bc I’m going to a city to get some stuff I need lol. Today was stressful. I wish I just ate around 600 cals bc that would be less stressful.

i did a 36hr fast and felt like i was dying 🥰 i saw black for like 7 minutes and when i started seeing again i saw everything bright. but okay its just bc my body isnt used to fasting for a long time anymore
