maple chip oat cookies
randomly made some little simple
oat cookies that are literally 20 calories each when i was making breakky
mix half a cup of oats and some water, microwave for 30sec and then add a few teaspoons of zero cal maple syrup and microwave for another 30secs.
you want the consistency to be thick and sticky not runny or wet like porridge.
then make teaspoon sized balls out of the mix and place them on some baking paper
press three or four little dark choc chips into the top of each cookie and slip them into an oven at 160° celsius for 10mins. keep an eye on them :)
let them sit on the bench to cool for 5 so they crisp up around the edges!
