Little update about the workout recommendations🎀
I’ve been doing the Getfitwithjo 10 minute hilt cardio workout and another workout by Alyonext lose weight.
I’ve lost over 2lbs in only 3 days I’ve also been drinking more water. I’ve definitely seen more results when I started doing that. But anyways stay safe y’all love you bunches remember to eat and drink water love y’all 🤍🎀

EXTREME HUNGER TIP!!!
Ok so I was dealing with INTENSE extreme hunger and it was actually getting unbearable and difficult to manage and everything online said to eat more protein but that's hard to do sometimes but I decided to do a thing that seemed gross but I actually love it
So I used protein powder, mixed it with milk (water didn't work as well but maybe you can try it with certain brands) and microwaved it into a cake (3-4 minutes for me)
That's nothing new, I know gym bros do it for extra protein a lot
I added a little drizzle of honey and some low cal ice cream and sometimes I add berries or whatever I have
IT KILLS MY HUNGER like sometimes it takes a few bowls but it genuinely is the only thing that actually worked for me, like I can so easily just not overeat now it's amazing
I know this might not work for everyone but if anyone tries it and it helps I'll be so happy ♥️
Also the flavour I used was strawberry and this flavour SUCKS in literally anything else but it worked fine here

it feels like i’ve been eating so much lately. i’m still technically in a deficit but it doesn’t feel like it and i’m not losing weight anymore. i feel so disappointed with myself since i wanted to reach my first gw at the end of this month. need more motivation for getting there.

My diet <3
Main rules
No food after 7 pm unless late dinner
Always have a beverage when eating (low/no calorie only)
2 meals, 1 snack
Only tea for “Breakfast”
Drink tea if hungry.
sugary sweets or desserts unless:
Family offers it
Friends offer it
Im at a family gathering
Or party
No drinks with calories except
Tea w/ milk
Diet soda
Iced coffee (home made.)
Allowed snacks if hungry:
Apple
Kiwi
Mango
Yoghurt
Ricecake w/ low fat cheese
Allowed lunches
Yoghurt
Fruit salad
Ricecake w/ low fat cheese
Half a ham and cheese sandwich (only Fridays)
If high calorie (Pizza, pastry etc.) MUST SHARE (only Fridays)
Dinner rules
Half the food must be vegetables
Drink a cup of tea before dinner
Have a glass of water before eating
And one during
No second helpings
Ingredient rules
Little/no oil
No whole milk
Only whole grain
Always have vegetables
